"You wait here" replied an almost scared Jaken

"K, Rin will wait with Miorku, and await lord Jaken's return."Rin said politely

Jaken nodded and hurried off to await lord Sesshomaru's command. Rin started to skip down the stairs humming a happy tune and then began to sing...

"Yama no naka,

Mori no naka,

Kaze no naka

Yume no naka

Sesshoumaru-sama doko ni iru?

Jaken-sama o shita naiete?

Watashi wa hitori de matchimashou~!

Sesshoumaru-sama, omodoriou! "

When she finally reached the bottom of the long stair well...she slowly searched around for the inprisond Miroku. Once she spotted him, she slowly approched him,unsure to wether her was asleep or dead. "Miroku" she called softly.

*silence*

"Monk" she called again a little louder. He flinched a little which indicated he wasnt dead. Once he began to stirr, Rin walked a little closer to the inprisonment he was captivated in.

Rin shivered at the cruel site she saw.The wall's looked to be cold and damp....there was no bed, but even if there were,it probabley wouldn't have been suitible enough for a dog to spend the night in. She forwared her attention to Miroku....he looked as if he were having a bad dream, by the way he had his eyes tightly shut.

"Miroku Rin need to speak to you"

"Emmmm, huh? yes Rin?"asked a half asleep Miroku.

"Rin,worried about Miroku...is Miroku ok? Rin asked almost too softly for any one to hear but him.

"Yea, Rin i'm..." Miroku felt a sharp pain shoot throught his entire body...making him gasp in pain. Rin jumped at the sudden out burst.

"Rin don't think that Miroku is ok..."

"No really Rin ...i'm ok."

"Miroku sure?"

"Yes Miroku sure..." Miroku mocked trying to hide his pain.

" But....." Rin tilted her head to the side, much like a puppy looking to it's master for a command..." it's just you look so sad...like you've had a piece of your heart ripped out or something." Rin said with her eye's lowered to the ground

Miroku sighed "Well Rin,I guess you could put it that way...." Miroku glanced down at his now wind tunnle free hand, and tears started to form in his eyes...but were quickly pushed away as Miroku clasped his hand shut,as he looked up at Rin giving her a weak smile.

He once again let out a sigh. " i've lost someone Rin" he started.

Rin's eyes expanded,"Like when Rin's village got attacked?" she asked.

"I guess, so" replied Miroku

"Tell Rin who the lady is." she pleaded

"Well, this girl...I mean...w-woman that I love will prababley never see me again, nor I her. I love her so much but you see..." Miroku smiled,as he looked at Rin who seemed to be so interested in what he had to say." i'm sorry, I shouldn't bother you with this.

"Oh no Rin love to hear bout Miroku's love." smiled Rin letting out a small giggle

"Well I love her, but i've never told her how I felt about her, really I was a real jerk to her...and now...well now, I will never have another chance to tell her how I feel, because she thinks...i'm dead..."

"DEAD?" Rin gasped..."Rin wanna know why Miroku dead?"

Miroku laughed "I'm not dead Rin...she just thinks I am.

"Oh, So Miroku not dead...the lady just thinks Miroku dead.."asked Rin.

Miroku nodded

" I'll never see her again, the girl now a woman that I love." mumbled Miroku, not paying attention to a Rin who seemed to be in deep thought.

'I wonder If Rin can fin' lady that Miroku love?' Rin asked herself. ' I bet Lady Kagome would know....I'll go to lady Kedea and find lady Kagome and then ask her where the lady Miroku love is....yea, yea thats what Rin will do' she thought silently to herself.

"Rin?" asked Miroku

"Rin see Miroku later...Ja ne."

Rin scrammbled back up the stairs thinking to herself...'Rin will leave tonight and be back by morning with the lady Miroku loves."

^_^ that's the end of chapter 8, I know nothing really GOOD,happened in this chapter but the next one will be great....your gonna find out what happends to rin when she starts her lil quest and what happends after Kagome and Inuyasha wake up after they have do it!!!!lol...If I get some review I will have thenew chapter 9 up on monday.but if i dont.I prolly won't have it up for a while...Yall are gonna hae to see I want to know what you think about this story...I love it personally and I love how its gonna end...well till next time....Ja ne....please REVIEW.
