A/N: for those of you who do not like the constant cliff hangers, well…lol don’t read this story then! There is a reason the title is what it is… it’s a twisted love triangle, that will have an strange, explosive and heart wrenching ending….
Quietly watching the couple embrace after their passionate lovemaking, Sesshoumaru heard Kagome’s admission of love for that hanyou. Growling so low as not to be detected, he felt his hands clench in a tight fist. Damnit, she had betrayed him! It was one thing to runaway from him, because of her mind still being attached to his half brother. It was quite another to give that half breed her body and actually tell him she loved him! Her body was his and only his! As would her heart be soon enough. He actually did love her in those few short days, but that love was suffocated by his need for revenge.
When he suddenly heard Inuyasha try to respond to her comment,Sesshoumaru in a blind rage, was about to slice her lover’s neck with his poison claws. Until he heard that mangy wolf demon interrupt them. He may be strong enough to fight the wolf pack off, but he would not be strong enough to kill Inuyasha afterwards. He would bide his time for now. Let the bitch and her hanyou lover have some time together. Let her get the need for Inuyasha out of her blood, she would be running back to him, Sesshoumaru soon enough. He had a plan after all. One that would either leave the hanyou dead, or have Kagome screaming and running for her life. Not even her love would help Inuyasha after he was done with him.
Yes, he thought manically. Inuyasha was going to get his wish of being a full blooded youkai. He would have fun with this now, after all he had the Shikon no Tama, which was no problem to take from that old woman in the village. Sesshoumaru knew the demon blood would overwhelm Inuyasha and cause him to go into a blood lust, in that event Kagome would either have to kill him, or find safety from him. For once the wish was made, he, Sesshoumaru, would be watching her every move to take her from harms way and back into his arms. Grinning he thought to himself, even Testugia wouldn’t save the hanyou then. He would get two things in his life he greatly desired, the sword and his woman.

Reaching Kouga’s den, Inuyasha asked where he could lay Kagome, who had drifted to sleep while on his back. Luckily wimpy wolf had been there to catch her when her grip loosened and she was about to fall. Grudgingly Kouga gave her back to Inuyasha who carried her in his arms the rest of the way.
As Kouga pointed over to a vacant straw mat, gently he laid Kagome down, and kissed her nose before returning to speak with Kouga. From his guard being down earlier, he did not sense his brother at first, but as he followed Kouga he couldn't help but notice the unmistakable stench of Sesshoumaru close by. Kouga must have sensed it as well, which is why he came upon him in the first place, Inuyasha gathered.
"Kouga, you have something to tell me?" Inuyasha asked patiently. Although, Kouga and him were at one time rivals for Kagome, he did like this wimpy wolf some.
"Yes, Sesshoumaru was near. I came to tell you, but I didn't know you had umm.. company with." Kouga said with a slight blush. "May I ask, what has happened between you two?"
"You know damn well what was happening when you interrupted!" Inuyasha growled. "Besides, after all this time, you think I couldn't handle my own brother?!"
"No, I just felt you might want to know. Sesshoumaru did try and mask his presence as best as he could. I did not think your hanyou nose would be able to detect his scent. I was wrong, my apologies." Kouga said sarcastically. "Why is Sesshoumaru after you again? Is it for Testugia?"
"Your questions annoy me wimpy wolf, but you may as well know what has happened in case I might leave Kagome here with you." Inuyasha sighed.
“Sesshoumaru kidnapped Kagome. He wants her for a life mate. I will change that soon enough though. He did not take her for Testugia which is what I first thought, he had taken her for his human ward, Rin, and then I guess he felt something towards her. She ran from him tonight. When she found me, I knew he would follow and soon, so we just ran to where ever we could, and I came upon your territory. I thought you would not mind if we stayed here for now, until this situation can be handled?” Inuyasha let out a deep breath he had been holding. “She loves me Kouga, but I fear somehow Sesshoumaru has a part of her heart as well. I want to be rid of him, permanently so that Kagome has no fear of him taking her back, and she can give that part of her heart to me as well. I know she loves me with her soul, but I want all of her, not just part of her.” Sighing he thought himself a selfish bastard for that. Yet he wanted all of Kagome and even though she loved him, he could tell in her eyes she withheld some of that love for someone else. “I love her, Kouga… I was about to tell her until you made your unannounced presence. I thought maybe if she heard my feelings for her, she would let go to whatever feelings she had for my brother.”
“I see.” Was all Kouga could say. Wow, this was getting more complicated and twisted as Inuyasha went on he thought. “She may stay here, as can you, Inuyasha. Yet you must agree with me on something.”
“What?” Inuyasha said with annoyance. “What must I agree with you on?”
“If you stay here, you must allow Kagome to stay in the females’ den until you are life mates. You said yourself you want all of her, therefore I can not take the chance of her bearing a pup to you and seeing her hurt in the end. Kagome would not want that kind of shame, and I care for Kagome like I care for no other, even my own mate.” With that said, he allowed Inuyasha to ponder his deal. Maybe, just maybe, dog face here will ask Kagome to be his life mate, whether he had all of her heart or not. If she became Inuyasha's life mate, Sesshoumaru would be breaking a sacred vow if he took her. Unless Inuyasha was to die, Kagome would be Inuyasha’s and only Inuyasha’s forever.
“What if she already carries a pup?” Inuyasha questioned. For he knew that Sesshoumaru or even himself now could have made this happen already.
“Then you must do the honorable thing Inuyasha. I hope for your sake that you do.” Growled Kouga. “As I said, Kagome deserves more than to be unmated and a mother to a half breed. Your own mother went through that shame after your father was killed. Remember how hard it was for you, Inuyasha. Remember how hard it was for her as well.” With that said he turned to find his own life mate and tell him of their company. Aymae liked Kagome well enough, but he wasn’t sure how she would react to her mate’s infatuation living with them for the time being, he was in for a nice battle tonight, he sighed.
“Kouga!” Inuyasha yelled before he was out of reach. “Put her in the females’ den for now. I will think on what you have said. Yet there are no guarantees as to what she would want in the end. After all she has been through, she needs a time to relax and gather her thoughts again.”

Kagome was sleeping when she awoke to Inuyasha and Kouga speaking about if she was already carrying his pup. Oh my, she would be ecstatic to have Inuyasha’s child! Yet, Kouga was right, she didn’t want to go through what Inuyasha’s mother did, she would want a father and husband for her child. Suddenly she had another thought. Oh my God! What if the pup was Sesshoumaru’s? She had made love with him a few times during the last couple days since he kidnapped her, and even tonight before she was with Inuyasha! What was she to do? The only thing she could think of was to try and keep Inuyasha away from her until she knew for sure if she was breeding or not. Even then, if she was pregnant, who’s child would it be? If it was Sesshoumaru’s, Inuyasha would never want her. How could he care for something that was created by someone he hated? She wouldn’t know who the father was until the baby was born though. If Inuyasha asked her to be his life mate before then, how would she answer? Even though a small part of her held some love for Sesshoumaru after all he had done, she would give anything to be with Inuyasha forever. But, could she deprive a father of their child? She did not know, it was too much to think on right now. She was getting carried away. For all she knew she was fine and everything would work out. Still in the back of her mind a nagging doubt was there, what if she was carrying a pup? Placing her hands on her stomach absent mindedly, she closed her eyes dreaming of a child, one with amber eyes and silver hair, smiling up at her with such unconditional love.

Well, Sesshy saw Kag and Inu together and formed his plan. I wonder if he succeeds, if Kagome’s love will save Inuyasha from his youkai madness? I wonder if Inuyasha will ask Kagome to be his life mate? I also wonder, is Kagome pregnant? Until the next chapter….Ja ne!
