Untamed Love
Chapter 1: Wild wolf woman
Inu Yasha couldn't believe his eyes; the woman-child was feral, totally animalistic. Her large haunting blue eyes showing animal instinct mixed with higher intelligence, her long white, grey and black hair was matted and tangled much worse than his. Fluffy rounded wolf ears perched on top of her heart shaped face the lower half of which was covered with the crimson blood of the elk carcass that lay between them. Covered by strips of leather hide, her body was almost completely exposed, her creamy skin tanned from years under the sun.
High, firm breasts strained against the strips of hide covering them, long legs barely hidden by the small skirt she wore, her calves covered in furry hide; much like Koga, the wolf prince. But it was what was at the base of her throat that caught his and Kagome's attention. A jewel shard surrounded by teeth about and inch apart. On each wrist and ankle was more tooth jewellery, each with a jewel shard. Her long, tapered fingers tipped with claws were covered in blood as she opened her mouth, flashing blood stained fangs as she snarled at them, the low growl coming from the back of her throat.
“Oi, hand over the jewel shards!” Inu Yasha yelled his hand clasped threateningly on Tetsusaiga.
She cocked her head, the low growl cutting off abruptly.
“The freaking shinny things on your jewellery!” he yelled.
She growled her right clawed hand rising in protest.
Rolling his eyes he snapped “Fine!” as he pulled Tetsusaiga from its sheath, instantly transforming it into its larger, fang form.
Icy blue eyes widened before the half-demon turned and fled, springing threw the trees, speeding away, twigs and leaves catching in her long dishevelled hair. Fear brewed in her gut, adrenaline laced her blood stream, making her pounding heart beat faster. That man was going to kill her; all for her shinnies! It was so unfair! She'd just escaped being killed by some stupid red, horny headed demon, found lunch and now, still hungry she was on the run again…Stupid silver haired hanyou!
Her legs propelling her forward she dodged trees, her long tail sailing behind her. Pausing at a creek she looked side to side, picking up the sent of another male, similar to the silver-haired, shinny thieving hanyou only without that betraying touch of mortal blood. Full demon, and from the youkai pouring threw the trees powerful; daiyÅkai. Crap! Her instincts screamed at her to flee but her mind, her soul told her that closer was better, closer was safer…sort of.
Once close enough to get a visual, she leapt into the trees above following behind the beautifully frightening demon. She knew who he was, what he was; The Great Lord Sesshoumaru; son of Inu-no-Taishou, over-lord of the west, land of the moon. A small human girl skipped along just a head of him, humming tunelessly under her breath, A smaller, green imp in brown behind him, proudly holding a two headed staff in his small fat fingered grasp and a muzzled two headed dragon. As she jumped to the next tree, moving soundlessly through the foliage, the dog lord bent down casually, picking up a small, perfectly shaped stone.
On the next jump he threw it with the ease of those who cared little, and as she touched the branch she'd selected as her next perch it struck her.
Right between the eyes.
Falling to the ground with a startled cry, she twisted mid air, landing on all fours at the feet of the impassive demon Lord, who would probably have her for lunch.
“Stupid wench, you follow us, why?” he asked his voice deep, calm deceptive of the emotions brewing inside him.
…Irritation…
…Confusion…
…Curiosity…
…Desire…
Blinking up at him, sniffed the air, smelt the half-breed close, so close she could almost feel the sting of his blade. Looking into the trees, in the direction of the hanyou she looked back at the demon Lord. If he were a person who frowned; which he was not, he would have, instead he just raised an eye brow before reaching down to grasp her slender, blood covered throat, lifting her young weak body from the ground into the air.
“Answer me,” he growled.
Her vision hazy she as she wrapped one blood covered, claw tipped hand around his wrist as she sniffed dramatically. Her now unseeing gaze turning toward the fast approaching hanyou, who was only slowed down by the humans with him.
“Sesshoumaru-sama,” Rin said looking up at the demon who was now her protector, her father and the blood covered pretty woman in his grasp.
“Yes Rin?” he asked not taking his eyes off of the hanyou in his grasp.
“I think she wants you to sniff the air,” the human child said, “And look over there,” she continued pointing in the direction of the woman's gaze.
Looking down at the child he did as she suggested, his gaze moving in the direction she indicated.
…Inu Yasha…
Why hadn't he picked up that brats sent?
He knew the answer as dead weight hung from his clawed hand the young half-breed woman, who smelled of blood, elk, leather, wolf and fear.
She was pretty, even with the lower half of her face covered in blood, her long tresses of white, grey and black hair that needed to be scrubbed, trimmed and brushed. Her blue eyes, so pale they were remarkable were closed, her slender body suspended by his hand alone. Around his was a print of her hand, a print of blood.
Releasing her, he turned slightly as his half-human, half-brother entered the clearing. His human companions behind him like a screen of humanity.
“Sesshoumaru!” he yelled Tetsusaiga already draw and ready.
“Little brother, how good to see you…alive,” Sesshoumaru said his voice remaining cold as the human priestess' gaze fell on the unconscious half-breed at his feet.
“Keh, whatever, just hand over the shikon shards!” the younger brother said.
“Jewel shards?” Sesshoumaru inquired his gaze falling on a shinning sliver on the wolf woman's wrist, tracking to her throat, opposite wrist and finally her ankles.
“Arr, I see now,” he said looking to his brother, since he'd stopped trying to gain Tetsusaiga he had little interest in killing his younger sibling. In fact he'd actually begun to worry after not seeing or passing the sent of the hanyou for a time that his brother had been killed.
To think him worrying!
And about that irritating half-breed brat.
A soft moan brought all eyes but the lords to the young woman, who was now crouched a little behind the demon lord, those poignant eyes open and fearful. Her neck throbbed, her back hurt and she felt as if her life could and would end in seconds if one of the more powerful demons chose. Backing up under those driving gazes, she growled weakly, her throat constricted by the bruising the lards grip had caused.
“Silence,” he murmured, his golden gaze meting her blue one.
Instantly she fell quiet, her pink tongue flickering nervously over her bottom lip, wiping away some of the blood.
Nervously she shifted her weight further behind the demon lord, hoping if she was still enough, quiet enough that he'd let her live… until the next demon came and took the only thing that was hers alone, her life.
“Oi, the shards you bulbus, prissy prick!” the hanyou yelled irritably.
If he were a person who rolled his eyes, Sesshouamru was sure now would be one of those times, as it was he simply arched his brow in question.
Reaching down to the hiding half-breed, he pulled her up by her hair, drawing a small pained sound from her throat. Taking in her sent he knew that unlike his brother she wasn't half human, but animal… wolf.
Touching the shard on her bone necklace he looked into her impossibly wide eyes and removed it, which drew a whimper from the back of her throat. Holding it up to the light he said “Give me the others,” his voice commanding.
Shrinking in on her self, much like a lesser wolf would, when it's alpha gave an order it didn't want to follow, she removed each shard before pressing them into his hand as if, if she gave them to him he wouldn't kill her. And he wouldn't in fact he was going to keep her, make her his pet.
Closing his fingers around the small shard shards, he turned and tossed them carelessly at his younger brother, “Now leave,” he snapped, his composure slipping as heat roared threw his veins.
This was not his first heat, nor would it be his last, at time of great sexual need and it was, even now burning through his elegant form. The wolf-girl would be the perfect out let and yet he was…reluctant to use her. His usual lovers were far away and he'd never liked, nor ever would enjoy the use of force against those gracing his bed.
Turning from his brother he walked away, Rin taking his que and skipping ahead, Jaken only a few steps behind him, only the wolf-girl stayed where she was her eyes on her bare feet.
“Come,” he said looking back at her and watched with hidden amusement at shocked glance. Trotting to his side quickly she followed in his wake, fully aware of the hanyou and his human companions unnerving gaze as they watched the entire by byplay.

“Hi I'm Rin, what's your name?” the human child asked looking up at the still blood covered hanyou.
Blinking down at the girl she frowned “I do not have one,” she replied her voice wispy with lack of use. Hell she only knew how to talk because she often stayed near human villages, never entering, just watching, learning.
The clearing they now rested in was composed of grass, a fire pit and a dirt cove she had already decided she would use. She was not worthy of comfort, so the human child; Rin, the demon Lord and his servants could sleep there.
“Why not?” the child asked.
“I was never gifted with one,” she said honestly, hoping it was alright to converse with the demon lords' human ward. He didn't seem to take offence to her conversation with the girl yet, mayhap because the girl had started it.
“Can I name you?” Rin asked her voice delightfully hopeful.
“As long as Lord Sesshoumaru is not offended,” was her nervous reply.
The girl was so different, she acted as if the abomination she was was of little consequence. It was a nice change, not to be screamed at and treated like the animal her mother had been. Even her father had been repulsed by her.
A light breeze whipped past and a flicker of shinning silver caught her eye, the demon lords long, silken silver tresses of hair was moving in the playful wind, the fire light casting shadows and playing with the colour of the lords mane. Suddenly something hard hit her in the head, causing her breath to catch at the sudden pain.
“Get your unworthy eyes off of Lord Sesshoumaru, you filthy-
“That is quiet enough, Jaken,” the lords voice came but this time she didn't lift her gaze to him. One of the things that had allowed her to survive this long was that she learned quickly and never made the same mistake twice.
Looking at the hanyou who now refused to look at him, Sesshoumaru knew where they would head next, his castle, where he could have her taken care off until she shinned. He'd always bee a sucker for things that glistened.
“Rin,” he said waiting until her beautiful brown gaze fell on him, he'd come to think of this small human girl as his daughter and he lavished and dotted upon her accordingly.
“Take the half-breed and go bathe,” he said and she beamed at him, such a happy child, so well adjusted after everything that has happened in her short life span.
“Yes, Sesshoumaru-sama,” she chimed rushing to her feet as the hanyou stood, her ears pressed submissively back into her head.
The hot spring was hot on her cool skin as she walked in fully clothed, the human girl stripping off her lovely kimono before diving in with an excited squeal. Watching the young child swim and ply in the water as she washed the now dry and crusted blood from her skin.
“You're meant to take off your clothes when you have a bath!” Rin laughed.
Blinking at the small child she shrugged “Oh well.”
“We really need to name you! Hmm how bout River?” she asked and the half-breed just stared at her.
“Okay umm how bout Kumori?” she asked and the woman's face flinched, unknowing to Rin, Kumori had been her beloved mothers name.
“I know Arai!” she cried.
Rolling the name around her mind she nodded, Arai it was then.
“Yeah!” the child cried and Arai lifted her up throwing her into the sky as she laughed with that guiles freedom of youth, of innocence.

Curling up on her dirt patch Arai sighed as she closed her eyes her once warm skin icy, her hair a wet dishevelled mess, her cloths wet and off smelling. Shivering as an icy wind blew past she forced her self to sleep under the watchful gaze of the dog lord.
Interesting, he thought watching the odd creature shiver in the frozen breeze. Rin was fast asleep next to Ah-Uh, the beasts' heat keeping the small girl warm, Jaken by the fire. Standing soundlessly he moved over to the young woman and scooped her small shivering from off the ground.
Placing her down before sitting down beside her he released a soundless sigh allowing moko-moko-sama to slide around her chilled body.
A contented sigh fell from her parted lips, the top a little fuller than the bottom, as she snuggled closer into the furry warmth and into his side.
