((Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha or any of the character in it except any ooc’s of mine, so don’t say that I do! I’m typing this out once and only once! I’m too lazy to type this out any more than that . . . ))
*Beep!* *Beep!* *Beep!* "Unnhhh…. I'm up!" Kagome rolls over in bed and turns off her alarm clock. She gets out of bed and is wearing her nightshirt that reads '51% angel 49% bitch, this can still change' in white letters with a black back ground, the shirt reaches her knees. "Why did mom have to move again? Ever since dad died, she has moved from place to place." She sighed and started to get ready for school.
After stretching a bit, the 16-year-old girl ((Yes, I realize that in the Anime and Manga, Kagome is 15, but I need her to be 16 for reasons further on in the story.)) walks into the bathroom. There she pulled off her shirt, and all undergarments, and walks into the shower. Picking up a bottle of V05 shampoo, she washes her midnight black hair. Then, she rinses out the suds, pulls a bottle of V05 conditioner off the shelf, she poured some conditioner into her hands, and then applies the conditioner to her hair. Rinsing out her conditioner, and get a puffy wash poof and puts soap on it. After washing her skin, she steps out from under the flow of water, wringing any excess water from her hair. Grabbing a towel, she towel dries her hair till it’s slightly damp, and wraps the towel around her.
Then, she walks over to the sink. Still being half asleep, she almost picks up her brother’s toothbrush. When she realized that the brush she was grabbing wasn’t her’s, and hadn’t been used for a weak, she moved her hand and grabbed her own tooth brush. Putting a good amount of tooth past on the brush, she started to brush her teeth. ‘I wonder what this new school is going to be like.’ Kagome started to think of all the people she had left behind at her previous school.
'Next are clothes.' She then turned to her bedroom door opened it up and walked in.
"Kagome! Come down stairs there is a boy here to see you! He lives next door!" Yelled her brother who was running up the stairs to get his sister. "I'll be right down!" She yelled back and her brother Sota, who had made it to her room and had almost opened the door, ran back down the stairs almost tripping over his feet as he ran to the black haired boy.
"She says she will be right down." He said breathlessly.
"I know. I can hear kid." The boy said in slight annoyance. Sota looked down at his feet, embarrassed that he had made such a fool of him self.
Walking over to her window, she made a motion to close the curtains, but stopped her motions when she saw a boy with silver hair and two purple stripes on each side of his face. Chills ran up her spine when she looked into his icy yellow eyes. Quickly, she pulled her hand in front of her, her curtains closed, and she turned to her closet to pick out an out fit to wear.
She had chosen a light blue t-shirt with 3 white flowers on the bottom right hand corner. A pair of light blue jeans covered her bottoms, the same simple white flower design is on the bottoms of her shoes. Finally, a pale blue purse with white flowers is slung over her shoulder.
Then comes the makeup, which would be difficult since she had yet to unpack it. Kagome dug through the boxes till she found her cosmetic supplies. She found her light pink lipstick, light blue eye shadow, and her light pink blush. Pulling out a miniature mirror, she quickly applied her make up as lightly as she could, and ran out of her room, putting her make up in her purse, along with a few dollar bills that were on her dresser that she grabbed on her way out.
Running down the stairs, she stopped about halfway down, seeing the boy that Sota had told her was down there.
He has black hair with streaks of silver through it, which is down and reached the middle of his back, and brown eyes with traces of gold in them. He is wearing a black leather sleeveless jacket which looked like the sleeves are ripped off, and a dark blue T-Shirt underneath. A pair of leather pants with silver chains on them, and black boots with large silver buckles covered his bottoms. On his left arm is a tattoo of a white dog and his left ear is pierced with a black stud.
"Hello what do you need?" She asked a bit cautious of the boy in front of her. Kagome had some how packed a brush and ponytail holder in her bag, so she started to pull her hair back into a ponytail as she said this, her ponytail holder is white, to go with the white flowers on her clothes.
"I was assigned ta show ya ‘round the school, ‘n’ take you there this mornin’."((Haha, I changed the way he talks!)) His voice was cold and tinged with ice. "Go get yer stuff fer school." He said impatiently when she just stood there staring at him.
"Oh! Right I'll go get my back pack." She ran off to the kitchen and grabbed a piece of toast, and her dark blue back pack. "Bye mom! I'm off to school!" She yelled and ran out of the kitchen, and the house.
"’Bout time ya got outta there." The boy said he was leaning against a black Harley Davidson motorcycle. "I've gotta ‘nother helmet." He said and tossed her a black helmet, then he got on the motorcycle.
She put everything in her pack and the helmet on her head and got on as well.
"Hold on." He said and Kagome grabbed a hold of his waist in time so she didn't fall off as they roared down the road.
5 Minutes Later...
When they got to the school Kagome was amazed at its size. "Wow, how am I ever going to get around that place."? She said under her breath.
When the boy got to the parking lot everyone had gotten out of his way and he parked. "Hope ya like walkin’." He said to her and walked off toward the principal's office.
She followed him, taking off her helmet in the process, as was he. Kids were separating and running frantically to get away from the boy. "What's your name? Mine is Kagome." She said catching up with him.
"Inuyasha." He was surprised that he answered her. They walked the rest of the way in silence, no one said a thing, or made a single sound.
When they entered the office they were greeted with a majorly stressed out secretary. Her brown hair had started to fall out of it’s bun and she was trying to get it back into her bun while she answered several phones and wrote down several things. "Mrs. Higurashi, I'm so glad that you showed up. The principal wishes to see you. Inuyasha take a seat your job isn't done yet."
"Feh!" He took a seat in a chair by the door. 'I can't wait for this day to end.' He thought and drifted off to sleep.
"Mrs. Higurashi its good to see you." The principal said from behind his desk. "My name is Mr. Naraku. I will be your principle for the rest of this year." As he said this shivers ran up Kagome's spine. "You will need to know that I do not tolerate rule breakers. With that being said you may go to your next class. My assistant will give you your schedule on your way out and Inuyasha will show you to your classes." He then picked up a stack of papers.
"Yes Sir." She said standing up and then she bowed to show respect to him then she left.
'This Kagome kid, I feel a great power in her aurora.’ Mr. Naraku thought to himself as he sifted through the papers. He stopped his motions suddenly as an impossible thought struck him. ‘The Shikone No Tama, could she possibly have it?’ The man shook his head at the thought. ‘No, she can't have it. That girl is way to gently to have such a dangerous weapon.' He shook his head again and started the morning announcements.
((How did you like it? Not much more different, or longer, but still, I tried! I’m sorry it took so long, I had a recent death in the family, my grandmother, and I’m still very sad, and also, I went to Arizona, it’s very hot there! I couldn’t work on this story there though, and this is the only chapter that is done... SO sorry for it being so behind, I was planning on a week or two at most, but every thing got so hectic.... Any ways, I hope that your school year is going fine, and that your summer was fun!))
