Kagome woke up because of the loud music that was playing out of her window.

She rubbed her head and asked to nobody in particular “What the hell?”

 

Then she moved to the edge of her bed and put on her bunny slippers. She walked to the window and her eyes widened in disgust.

 

“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING YOU NERD!? GET THE HELL OUT OF MY YARD!”

 

“I can't I'm getting paid to do this!”

 

Then he started wiggling and pointing his finger (A/N: technically he started dancing)

 

Kagome got so mad that she threw her sneaker at him and it him on the head.

 

He started rubbing his head in obvious pain. “Alright already, I'm leaving!”

 

While he was leaving Kagome realized something. `wait I need that sneaker… aw man.' Kagome grabbed her teddy bear slippers and ran downstairs.

 

When she opened the door there she saw something that was not very pleasant.

 

Inuyasha was on his stupid bike and he was glaring at her.

 

“Happy first day bitch!” Was the only thing he yelled before riding away.

 

Kagome growled then glanced at her sneaker. She picked it up and threw it at Inuyasha and of course with her perfect aim he got hit on the head and he fell of the bike. Kagome smirked as she walked to him and picked up her sneaker.

 

She pulled his puppy dog ear and whispered “happy first day asshole.”

 

She walked away happy with what she had accomplished. Inuyasha just muttered unhealthy things as he rubbed his hurting ear and stood up also picking up his bike.

 

As Kagome slammed the front door, Inuyasha rode away.

 

When Kagome got to her room her cell phone was ringing. She quickly jumped on her bed and flipped it open.

 

“Hello! Kaggie here!

 

“Hey babe” She heard her boyfriend, Aku, reply.

 

“Hey, how are you!” She answered happily.

 

“What was that ruckus all about? I heard it from all the way over here.” He spoke with a worried tone.

 

“Psh, Oh nothing, Inuyasha was just wishing me the worst first day of my whole entire life” she answered.

 

He chuckled. “So I'm guessing you got some payback.”

 

“Of course I did!” She smiled as she thought over the events.

 

“What`d you do this time?”

 

“Oh nothing all I did is throw a sneaker and his little nerd boy” she answered proudly.

 

“So he has a nerd now, huh?”

 

“Yeah, that asshole sent him to my house to wake me up with some disco crap.”

 

“That's what that was! I thought there were some retarded drunk people throwing a disco party!”

 

Kagome smiled. “You're an idiot.”

 

“I am not! I just have a great inability to learn things”. But on to a more important matter, you ready?”

 

It was quiet as she examined her outfit. She was wearing her Monkey pj's.

 

“No…”

 

“What do you mean you're no” He cut himself off as he looked at his alarm clock.

 

“Kaggie, what time is it?”

 

She looked over to her alarm clock then looked at her nails as she answered. “5 in the morning babe”

 

He sat up in his bed and looked down at his outfit.

 

“What the heck am I wearing!?”

 

Kagome's eyes widened as she heard him scream.

 

“You ok over there?”

“No! I-I'm a hi-hippie!!!”

 

Kagome looked at her phone in utter confusion. She brought it back up to her ear and quietly spoke. “Ok?”

 

“It's not ok! I have to go!”

 

She heard the phone clutter on the floor then the line went dead.

 

She hung up her phone and dropped it on her bed.

 

“Well that was awkward”

 

She slowly grabbed a towel and walked to the bathroom.

 

Still in shock she closed the door and started her morning routine.

 

2 Hours Later

 

 

Kagome sat on the kitchen counter as she bit down on an apple.

 

She was wearing a black shirt that said `I like chocolate' and a pair of loosely fitting black jeans. She was also wearing her favorite dirt-stained high top converse.

 

She looked towards the door as she heard the doorbell ring.

 

She put down her apple as she hopped off the counter.

 

She opened the door and smiled as she saw it was Aku.

 

“Are you ready!?” He asked in a concert voice.

 

“Let me grab my book bag of death and we can get going.”

 

She ran to the kitchen and grabbed her book bag off the kitchen table. When she opened the door she saw Aku standing with his arms crossed and an angry look on his face.

 

“What?” She asked with a slightly worried tone.

 

“This slamming the door in my face thing is not gonna work out.”

 

She rolled her eyes and dragged him towards the bus stop.

 

“If we're late, you're gonna eat my chicken”

 

“Not the chicken!” He let himself be dragged and kept whining about how she should learn how to cook a chicken because if they got married he would have to cook and he was not going to he the house wife of the relationship.

 

They got on the bus and the usual happen. They argued, they talked, and bla bla bla.

But when they got off the bus something that shouldn't have happened did happen.

 

As they reached their stop they walked of the bus and kept arguing about the difference between the clouds and the sky, some girl came out of nowhere and jumped on top of Aku.

 

As the girl kissed him it didn't look like Aku was going to start arguing any time soon.

 

Even though Kagome was mad, she was so mad that she didn't want to tear them apart. As she opened the doors to her high school she immediately started crying. When she got to her homeroom classroom, she walked in ignoring everybody around her, and sat down at her desk putting her head down.

 

A couple of seconds later some boy tapped Kagome on her shoulder. She tried to ignore it as she continued crying. He tapped her on the shoulder again, but this time he asked her if she was alright. She kept her head down as she shook her head. He moved his desk over closer to hers.

 

As he did this, the door opened. Kagome's head quickly shot up hoping to see Aku, but instead she saw the dreaded Inuyasha. She rolled her eyes and started to put her head down. Not completely though. She didn't get the chance to. She looked up at Inuyasha as he grabbed her wrist and dragged her out of the classroom. As soon as the classroom was out of sight, Inuyasha slammed Kagome against the wall.

 

“Would you care telling me what you did to Kikyo!?” As he yelled, his glare towards her was getting more and more furious.

 

Kagome glared at his as she silently answered. “Please, I have seen queen of bitches just yet.”

 

Inuyasha slapped her. “Don't lie to me!”

 

Tears started welling up in her eyes as she tried to ignore the stinging pain coming from her cheek. “Whatever that bitch said to drag me into this was a damn lie.”

 

“And I'm supposed to fucking believe you!?”

 

Now it was her turn to be furious. “Hell yeah you are! When's the last time I fucking lied to you!” She turned as she harshly wiped the tears threatening to fall from her eyes.

 

Inuyasha stood there with a look of complete and utter shock on his face. `When was the last time she lied to me?” He looked down at her and she appeared to be lost in her own thoughts.

 

`He just fucking slapped me! I didn't think he hated me that much. And to think, if that bitch Kikyo hadn't entered our lives we would've still been together.”

 

Inuyasha continued staring at her as he kept living in thought world. `She can't still trust me, can she?”

 

Flashback Mode

 

“Hey, Inu-kun, come to the swings!” Mini Kagome yelled. “Coming, Kaggie!” A mini Inuyasha replied. As he ran to the swings a ball was thrown at Kagome's head and Kagome fell of the swing she was sitting on. Kagome started to cry as she buried her head into her knees.

 

“Gimmie back my shiny thing Kaggie!” (A/N- Hopefully you catch my drift. If you don't I mean the Shikon jewel. Come on people, catch up with your Inu history!)

 

Kagome lifted her eyes and yelled as loud as she could. “It's not yours!”

 

“It will be mine!”

 

She frowned as she buried her head back into her knees.

 

Inuyasha slowly sat down next to her. “You ok?”

 

She didn't reply to him, she just laid her head on her shoulder. Inuyasha looked at her then just patted her back as he looked around.

 

End Flashback

 

Kagome was waving her hand in front of Inuyasha's face when he came back to his senses.

 

“Hey buddy boy! Wake up psycho man!”

 

Then out of the blue Inuyasha grabbed Kagome's face and kissed her.
