Kagome's eyes widened and she quickly pushed Inuyasha away.

 

“What the hell is wrong with you!?”

 

Inuyasha quickly realized what he did and looked at Kagome then cleared his throat.

 

“I- I have to go.”

 

Kagome stared at Inuyasha in utter confusion as he walked away. `That asshole thinks he can just kiss me and walk away!' Then she smirked. `I can't wait to see the look on Kikyo's face when she hears this.'

 

She looked around as she heard the bell ring and saw the stampede of students start pouring out of the classrooms. `Whoa, second period already? Time goes by quickly when you're being kissed by a psycho man.' She rearranged the strap of her messenger bag then slowly started to walk to her class which just happened to be right in front of her.

 

She groaned when she saw the classroom was empty except for her teacher who was walking around reading a book. Ms. Krugel looked up when she heard the door slam.

 

“Oh, good morning Kagome, come have a seat!”

 

She crossed her arms as she walked to her seat.

 

“What's gotten in to you? You seem quite jolly.”

 

“Well, little miss smarty pants got suspended today!”

 

“Who's little miss smarty pants.” Kagome mimicked her teacher.

 

The teacher rolled her eyes and continued talking with her unnaturally jolly voice.

 

“Kikyo!”

 

Kagome smirked for the second time that day as she looked up at her teacher.

 

“Seriously?”

 

“Why would I kid about such an important thing?” This time her teacher spoke with a Monotone voice.

 

Now Kagome was smiling.

 

“And would you like to tell me what for?”

 

“Pushing someone down the stairs.”

 

Kagome was now smiling brightly. `Can this day get any better?'

 

“And inform me please, whom did she push?”

 

“I think it was some kid named…um…Aku! That was his name!”

 

Kagome scoffed and leaned back in her chair.

 

“Well, that's just rude.” `This day is definitely getting better!'

 

“What's rude?”

 

Kagome turned her head and saw her best friend Sango standing next to her.

 

“The fact that the school lunch taste better than my cooking.”

 

Sango rolled her eyes and giggled.

 

“I knew that was true, but seriously, what's up? You knew that since you were born.”

 

“Well, a certain someone pushed another certain someone down the stairs.”

 

Sango put on a face of interest and sat down in the empty seat next to Kagome.

 

“Oh, fill in the blanks for the clueless one.”

 

“Ok clueless one, the first blank starts with a ki- and ends with a -kyo”

 

“Gasp, how could I ever guess?”

 

“You never can! Next blank starts with an a- and ends with a -ku”

 

“How, will I ever survive!?”

 

Kagome giggled.

 

“Those are the only clues I'm giving you. What is your final choice?”

 

“I want to buy a vowel.”

 

“Vowels sucks, waffles rule.”

 

Sango laughed.

 

“You got that right.”
