Disclaimer: I do not own Inuyasha
Summary: If you don't know by now what its about then that's sad… I'm going to stop putting this down from now on ok? Or does ne one need reminders lol?
“I guess she did.” Kagome replied stunned. “Ok mister, time to get to bed.” Kagome grunted shifting the boy higher on her hip.
“NO!” Kin yelled crossing his arms. “I wanna stay up with you and gamma.” He replied sternly and Izayoi chuckled.
“He's like his father. I remember Inuyasha doing the same thing.” Izayoi smiled.
“Yeah, It scares me sometimes.” Kagome said. “You can play with your toys while me and grandma talk.” Kagome sighed and followed Izayoi into the living room and set Kin down in the middle of his toys where he picked up his new little red ball playing with it happily. Kagome sighed and plopped down on the faded blue couch next to her. “Is that ball Inuyasha's?” Izayoi nodded.
“Inuyasha loved to play with it when he was a little boy growing up. I thought Kin might like it.” Izayoi responded thoughtfully.
“Well it appears so. It probably still has his father's scent so he probably feels better with it around.” Kagome agreed.
“Please forgive my husband Kagome. I have no idea as to why he is doing this. All he tells me is that we need to merge for business. He has never done this before. I know it bothers him about not being able to see Kin again, nor have any grandchildren, but I still don't know why he wants to go through with this.” Izayoi informed her sadly dropping her head. Kagome put her hand over her Izayoi's and looked her in the eye when she rose her head.
“I bear no ill will towards any of you. I am shook up about having to watch the father of my child walk away twice, but I am not mad at your family. Mr. Tashio has his reasons and they are his alone. You are welcome to visit Kin whenever you wish.” Kagome said assuringly. Izayoi made no move to hide the tears that ran down her cheeks as she reached out taking Kagome into her arms.
“Thank you Kagome.” Izayoi whispered slowly backing out.
“Lady Tashio, you have been so kind to me since Inuyasha first took me to your house years ago. Even when we met and you knew all about my pregnancy, except the fact that it was your grandson, you still greeted me properly and bared no ill wishes against the stories I had told others. I know your son loves me, and I know you know it too. No matter what happens, you will always be my mother in law and grandmother to my son.” Kagome smiled.
“Thank you Kagome.” Izayoi said again wiping her misty eyes. She felt a small tug on her extra large blue shirt bordered with yellow dragons matching her pants. She looked over the see Kin staring at her.
“Gamma you okey?” He asked. Izayoi smiled and nodded.
“I'm fine.” Kin smiled and jumped in her lap giving her the biggest hug he could. Izayoi hugged him back and stroked his hair while he held onto her.
“Does Mr. Tashio know you're here?” Kagome asked the question suddenly popping into her head.
“No I didn't tell him. He will find out soon when he gets home and finds the note I left.” Izayoi said thoughtfully.
“When Inuyasha grew up more, did he like to tear things up?” Kagome asked.
“No…” Izayoi started sighing. “… but he did like to chew on a lot of things and eat a lot of things. He stopped around five. Then he got into the phase from five on where he got into a lot of fights and talked back a lot. But that stopped when he snapped at his father around seven and he got his ass whipped, literally.” Izayoi laughed along with Kagome. “Other then that he was a good kid, but I remember there would be nights where he would have to sleep in our bed when his father was away on a trip because he missed him so much. My husband said it was the pack blood in him that made him do it. But I don't know. Kin reminds me of him a lot.” She said running her fingers over his long hair again smiling. She took a deep breath giving Kin to Kagome. “I should probably go. Thank you for letting me stay.”
“No problem, visit any time.” Kagome whispered walking her to the door.
“I am afraid it won't be possible Kagome. I am already in danger being here. But I will try.” Kagome nodded. “Good bye Kagome.”
“Good bye.” Kagome replied watching her leave. She shut the door and walked Kin back to his room tucking him in. “Good night.” She whispered kissing him on the forehead and walking out of the room and shutting the door.
“Daddy.” Kin whispered to the darkness of his room. A single tear slid down his cheek flashing a bright light from the moon shining through the crack of his window.

Izayoi arrived safely back at the mansion walking through the main entrance quietly. She crept upstairs towards their bedroom. She walked past the open office door only to hear the booming voice from inside.
“Izayoi. Come here.” It said sternly. She walked into the office with her mind filling with anger. “Sit.” It said and she complied sitting in the chair. “Where were you?” Mr. Tashio asked looking up angrily at her.
“I went out to see my grandson.” She answered truthfully.
“I thought I strictly told you not to.” He said sighing and leaning back.
“You did.” She replied.
“Then why did you go?” He growled.
“Because I care more about Kin then what you tell me to do.” She scorned.
“You will ruin this family.” He said softly.
“No. You will. With this marriage. Just because you care more about getting more money does not mean I will stand by and let you make us suffer.”
“I am doing what is best for this family.” He snarled.
“WHATS BEST! You have the nerve to tell me that ripping your son away from his beloved and his son is best?” She retorted.
“It is. You don't know anything about our money.” He argued.
“No, I don't. But I know a lot about this family. I know when you should not make your son marry for a few bucks that we don't need.” Inu-no Tashio swallowed hard and it hit Izayoi like a ton of bricks. “That's what it is isn't it? We need these few bucks. How much though?” Izayoi asked softly.
“One and a half million.” He responded looking away.
“How did we loose so much?” Izayoi whispered.
“I don't know, but we need their money to save us.”
“Why didn't you tell us?”
“Because I was ashamed. You must promise not to tell Inuyasha ever.” He responded sternly.
“I won't but you are going to have to.” Izayoi said getting up and walking over hugging her husband.
“I know.” He stated. “I'm sorry it has come to this Izayoi. It is my fault our son will not be happy. Forgive me.” He whispered.
“I do my love, I do.” She replied holding him tighter.
a/n: Ok guys, we got a big shocker here, so now we know the reason behind it all. But when will Inuyasha find out? And when he does, what will he do? Guess I'll have to keep writing for you all to find out huh?
