Ch. 1 The New Boys

 

“Hey guys wait up” yelled Kagome running after her friends. “Oh hey Kagome we thought you weren't coming since you didn't meet us at 7 we left” said Rin. “Yeah I see that but my brother thought it would be funny to turn off my alarm clock so I got up 20 minutes late, he's dead when I get home” said Kagome cracking her knuckles. “Gulp” said Sango. “Let's get going or we'll be late for school” said Kagome. The other girls nodded and picked up the pace. They all got there in record time and went to there lockers then got into class they all took there seats next to each other. The seating went from left to right empty seat, Rin, Sango, Kagome, and empty seat. Miroku Sango's boyfriend sat in front of Sango so that they could pass notes thought out class.

 

Just when they sat down the bell rang. “Hey Kagome I already told Rin this well actually she was there when it happened but I got a letter from my parents in California they just asked how I was doing with Rin staying there to keep me company” said Sango. “Speaking of me you know what next week Friday is right” asked Rin getting sad. “Rin im sorry it's that time again, we will be there with you” said Sango. When Rin was 12 her parents were killed in a car crash and she went to live with Sango because her parents moved to California and she got lonely. Kagome's father had disappeared after Souta was born. ”Actually im thinking of throwing a party and only inviting important people then they will stay the night if that's ok with Sango I mean it has been 6 years I think they finally deserve a party in there memory” said Rin.

 

“It's fine with me just tell me when and I'll do everything in my power to make sure it happens” said Sango smiling. “Same goes for me” said Kagome. All of a sudden they heard the teacher tap her pointing stick on her desk signaling that she wanted everyone's attention. “Class we have 2 new students that just moved here from Kyoto and I want you to make them feel welcomed…” said the teacher as both boys walked in. “Please tell us your names” asked the teacher. “Yo im Inuyasha” said a boy wearing tan cargo shorts and a red wife beater with sunglasses with a red frame and red, orange, and yellow tint, even better he had little doggie ears on the top of his head and silver hair. “Sesshoumaru” said the other boy he was wearing a black wife beater and jeans that were worn out but had no holes and had the most stunning, piercing golden eyes and silver hair.

 

“Please pick any seat” said the teacher. Both boys got whoops and hollers while they were looking for a seat. Some girls were trying to flirt with them and others were just gawking so much they were drooling. The only people that seemed unaffected were Sango because she had a boyfriend, Kagome well she was just trying not to act like an idiot she thought the boy with the doggie ears was cute, and Rin well she was just covering her tracks she was hooked on the golden eyed boys eyes she had never seen that shade before. After a few more minutes of them searching for a seat Inuyasha spotted a seat next to a girl that didn't look to madly in love with him.

 

He practically jumped all the steps up the last row of the classroom to sit next to Kagome. “This was the only safe seat” said Inuyasha shaking his head and giving some girls glares that said `stop looking at me or else'. Kagome just laughed and looked at the other boy that had the golden eyes walking towards Rin. Both girls were looking at his eyes Rin was trying not to drool buy was failing at it and Kagome was just wondering if he had contacts or something. “May I sit here” asked Sesshoumaru to Rin. “Sure” said Rin patting the desk. “Ok class im giving you a free day, now don't suffocate the boys just let them talk to you don't jump on them” said the teacher working on some work.

 

“Oh im sorry I haven't told you my name yet it's Rin” said Rin. “Oh and im Kagome” said Kagome. “Hey you guys are dog demons, let me guess Sesshoumaru your full demon and Inuyasha your half” said Sango. “Mhm” said Sesshoumaru. “Keh” said Inuyasha. Kagome just laughed. “Whats so funny” asked Inuyasha taking off his sunglasses and putting them on the top of his head. Kagome immediately stopped laughing to stare into his eyes. “I was wondering are both of you wearing contacts because I like the color of your eyes” asked Kagome. “Nope it's our normal eye color” said Inuyasha. “Hey Rin back to what we were talking about can I invite Miroku please” asked Sango practically begging.

 

“As long as he promises to keep his hands to himself” said Rin. “I'll take that as an insult I don't think Sango objects” said Miroku. A THWAP echoed thought the air and Miroku had a huge red handprint on his face. “Sango one day your gonna kill him” said Kagome shaking her head. Rin was just having a laughing attack. “Rin you ok over there” asked Kagome. Rin just nodded that was all she could do because she was almost falling out of her chair laughing. “Man I needed that laugh” said Rin now crying from laughing that hard.

 

“Hey Rin can I invite someone please” asked Kagome. “Like who” asked Rin raising her eyebrow. “Come here” said Kagome leaning over to whisper in her ear. “Ok I know the party isn't exactly gonna be like all peppy happy but do you want to invite the boys so that they can feel more welcomed, it's just and idea and it's up to you” said Kagome. Rin pulled away and said “that's a good idea”. “Hey Inuyasha I was wondering do you want to come to a party next Friday just so that you can feel more comfortable in this area, oh and it's not exactly gonna be a happy party we are honoring the memory of a loved one” said Kagome. “Uh… sure” said Inuyasha. “Hey Sesshoumaru would you like to come to a party at my house next Friday to honor the memory of my parents” asked Rin. Sesshoumaru just nodded.

 

“Ok you guys no more inviting people I just want to make it a small party not many people know if you know what I mean” said Rin. “Sure anything” said Kagome. “Hey it's not just gonna be a sad party I say we just party like any other party just have fun in there memory, I was thinking karaoke and we break into Sango's wine cabinet” said Rin with a sly look on her face. “Yeah party on” said Kagome tossing her hands up in the air. By now Miroku had turned around in his chair and was having a talk with Sango. Inuyasha just gave Kagome a look like she was crazy.

 

“Hey Inuyasha tell me a bit about yourself I mean I don't even know you and your already invited to a party” said Kagome. “Ok well duh im half dog demon… you sure your alright hanging out with me I mean most people would be disgusted even giving a half demon a second glance let alone talk to them” said Inuyasha. “You know I never really thought of it that way I mean you just like a regular person just part demon there isn't much difference or it doesn't seem like it to me” said Kagome. “Ok well as you know stick up the ass over there is my half brother… my parents are both dead that's why we moved here, that's basically it” said Inuyasha. “Your not very nice to your brother but my father is gone we think he's dead because he left us a long time ago” said Kagome. “Oh I see” said Inuyasha.

 

“Hey Sesshoumaru are you ok over there” asked Rin. “Mhm” said Sesshoumaru still looking at the ceiling. “Hey Inuyasha is your brother ok” asked Rin. “Stick up the ass is fine just a little out of it” said Inuyasha smugly. “Oh” said Rin turning back to Sesshoumaru just staring at him not knowing what to say. “Hey Sesshoumaru can I see your schedule you to Inuyasha” said Rin receiving 2 pieces of paper. 1st hour Math

2nd hour Science

3rd hour Gym (Only on Sesshoumaru's)

3rd hour Language (only on Inuyasha's)

4th hour Language (only on Sesshoumaru's)

4th hour Gym (only on Inuyasha's)

LUNCH

5th hour History

6th hour Karate

 

“Hey Inuyasha you schedule is exactly the same as Kagome's and mine is the exact same as Sesshoumaru's” said Rin doing a once over on the schedules before handing Inuyasha's to Kagome for her to look over. “That's weird” said Kagome handing Inuyasha back the schedule. “I know I guess were there personal tour guides” said Rin handing Sesshoumaru back his schedule. “Poor them” said Miroku. Then you heard two loud THWAP's and 2 large bumps appeared on Miroku's head. Then he passed out, both boys just stared at the girls for making such a violent move. Then what topped it off was after both girls wiped Miroku germs off on Sango they high fived.

 

“Yeah 2 girls 0 Miroku” said Rin having another laughing attack and actually falling out of her chair this time. That caused Sango and Kagome to start cracking up just as hard. “Rin…. You…” asked Sango. “…Ok” Kagome finished the sentence for her. Rin just nodded her head and kept on laughing. “Hey you girls gonna be alright” asked Inuyasha getting 3 nods as an answer. “I think our laughing fits are caused by stress” said Rin once they all regained posture. “That would explain it I've been stressed a lot lately” said Kagome. “Why if you don't mind me asking” said Inuyasha.

 

“Well for starters my brother thinks it's funny to turn off someone's alarm clock and wake them up 20 minutes before they have to meet there friends, my mom keeps hinting that she wants me to leave the house and find my own place to stay and everywhere I look is to expensive, then I have to worry about school work, then I need to find another job because the other place I worked at went out of business and I need to make money so that I can get a car, and a whole bunch of other stuff” said Kagome. “Wow” said Inuyasha. “Yeah” said Kagome.

 

“Hey Sesshy do you mind if I call you that” asked Rin. “That is acceptable” said Sesshoumaru. “Ok” said Rin. There was a long silence between the two where Sesshoumaru just stared off into space. That is until Rin waved her hand in front of his face. “Hello anyone in there, whats so interesting about the ceiling anyway” asked Rin. `This girl had the guts to interrupt this Sesshoumaru's thought, interesting' thought Sesshoumaru before saying “what do you want”. “I want someone to talk to and maybe I can get to know you better” said Rin crossing her arms over her body. “What do you want to talk about then” asked Sesshoumaru.

 

“I don't know pick something” said Rin. “Ok whats so interesting about this school” asked Sesshoumaru. “Well it's big, and the locker rooms or at least the girls is fully furnished with couches and everything, then there is the lounge room for students where there is pop machines and snack bars and stuff like that you have to ask the principal to reserve that room for you and a group of friends and since the principal likes me, Kagome, and Sango so much she let's us have it on Mondays witch today is so if you want to eat lunch with us just follow me and we will show you where it is, so yeah that's basically it everything else is just school and you have a personal tour guide for it all” said Rin smiling.

 

“Mhm” said Sesshoumaru looking Rin right in the eye. Rin was captured by his gaze and she stared into his eyes for a long wile. Then the bell rang and they went to there next class. The day seemed to fly by until lunch. They all met in the hallway by the lounge and on the count of 3 they all went in and showed the boys. They were shocked to say the least that a boring place such as school could have such a cool room. Kagome had brought her math homework and was working on it on one of the couches. Rin and Sesshoumaru were in the middle of a long chat about him talking in the 3rd person and Sango and Miroku were talking quietly.
