Chapter 17Over
pair of cobalt eyes watched the scene unfold as Kagome battled Naraku to her transferring two hearts to the body, "Kagome." the voice was low and masculine, 'Youko Kurama, I see he is here too.' He saw Youko feed her a seed.
shadow figured hid its scent as he jumped tree to tree following them back to the village. Its presence unknown to them. This figure had been following Kagome ever since the day she came out of the well.
'I will not lose you now.' It thought. Those blue orbs contained sadness and regret.
figure listened to their conversation and bit back a growl as it heard of the poison Naraku had injected to Kagome.
of the conversation, the person could see the others quitely exiting the hut.
"Do you think Kagome-san love Youko-san, it really seems he was hurt when he heard she didn't forgive him?" So the infamous Youko loves Kagome, no wonder she ran to him, though, I do not blame her.'
"The fox is weak, he doesn't have control of his emotion." Retorted Hiei.
"I am sure Kagome will forgive him, she had always forgave Inu Yasha then." Miroku said. The figure glared hard once it heard that name, 'Disgusting, pick dirt rather than flesh, how disgusting.'
His head snapped back up to the group. Hiei was holding his katana in front of him as the hanyou held his, trying to push it. Everyone else was in a fighting position.
"Inu Yasha, what do you want?" Miroku asked angrily as he held his hand out.
"We came for my souls." Stated Kikyou as she entered with a bow in hand.
"She's not you reincarnation, so back off!" Yelled Yusuke. He aimed his finger at her as she aimed her arrow, "Spirit Gun!" Kikyou let go of her arrow and let it sore through the air.
bright light could be seen as Yusuke's spirit gun connected with Kikyou's spiritual energy.
"Hiraikotsu!" The boomerang came souring to Inu Yasha as Hiei jumped landing next to Yusuke.
'Hm...Kagome's look-alike, this shall prove entertaining.' The figure stood at his position smirking.
"Dirt! Go back where you belong!" Kuwabara held his spirit sword in his hands, "Go to hell!" He charged ready for the kill, if it haven't been for Inu Yasha, her body would've been disintegrated.
"What's happening?" Kagome and Youko came running out of the hut.
"No! I will get my soul!" Everyone jumped as the arrowing came flying towards them, all except Kagome. She closed her eyes for the impact as it never came. Instead she feel herself lifted off the ground.
she opened her eyes she saw sky blue orbs, "You!" She screamed.
put her down, "Kagome." the man whispered her name, "I missed you."
"Well, I don't!" He winced at the loud sound, "What are you doing here, I hate you if you don't remember!" they both jumped from Inu Yasha's assault.
soon as Kagome landed on the ground, she held her chest, "Kagome, your not strong enough to hold out against that mutt." The man was quite handsome as he looked at her.
"What, so you can kill me after we take care of Inu Yasha?" She glared at him, "I hate you and that will never change what I feel in my heart that day you tried to kill me!" She screamed and her vision became blurry.
"Lord Taikuro?" Youko came up to them, "What are you doing here?" He yelled and using his claws attacked him. Luckliy the yokai jumped on time, holding Kagome in his arms.
