The club was dark except for the lights that were shining on the stage. Kagome and her friends Sango, Ayame, Kirara, and her older sister Rin sat down at a table front and center to the stage. Inuyasha said he and the guys had a surprise for them but she was curious as to what it was. The last time Inuyasha “surprised” her was the day before when he pushed her into his in ground pool at his house.

Flashback

Inuyasha stifled a laugh as he covered Kagome's eyes and led her to the backyard. “Inu what is your `BIG SURPRISE'?” Kagome asked as she was blinded by Inuyasha's hands and led somewhere she had no idea. Inuyasha was having trouble controlling his urge to laugh. “Don't worry Kags, you'll see” He replied as he positioned her to the edge of the pool and removed his hands. “Inuyasha why did you take me here?” Kagome asked puzzled. Just as she turned around she saw Inuyasha smirk and knew, what he intended to do but was helpless for as soon as realization hit her he pushed her in. However, what he did not estimate in his little prank was that Kagome would grab onto his in a desperate attempt to stay dry and drag BOTH of them in. Resulting in a pouting hanyou.

End of Flashback

As soon as Kagome had come out of her memory of the pool incident she saw Inuyasha come on stage, smile, and wink at her. Their friends Miroku, Koga, Shippou and Inuyasha's brother Sesshomarou followed him onto the stage. Inuyasha grabbed the microphone and started to speak. “Ok, well we've been working on a song for the most amazing girls in our lives. So, Kagome…” Inu left off. “Sango” Miroku cut in. “Ayame” Koga added. “Kirara” Shippou said. “And Rin” Sess concluded the names of the girls. “This song is for you!” Inuyasha finished as the music started to play. And the boys started to sing.

As the song ended, the boys walked off stage and their girlfriends hugged them with tears in their eyes, smiling. Kagome couldn't believe he did this. “Happy anniversary angel” Inuyasha whispered into her ear before he kissed her passionately.
