Chapter 7 Here We Go
As the group started to walk toward the castle, Jaken was shaking like a leaf. “Master Jaken you're shaking, are you afraid?” Rin asked. “Silly girl I'm shaking of excitement!” replied Jaken.
“Oh my.” Yelped Rose. As everyone stared at the courtyard of the marketplace. It was filled with ReDeads! “Hey sis why aren't they attacking us!” asked Young Link. He was right the ReDeads where not making a move for them! Rachal thought this through.
“Don't worry, they want us to get to Ganondorf. Look watch!” Said Rachal walking toward the ReDeads.
Maric was afraid that Rachel was wrong and ran next to her, just in case. To everyone's surprise the ReDeads parted making a path for them to the castle. As they walked through the ReDeads Rachal heard Inuyasha ask,” What are these things?”
Rachal called of her shoulder,” These are ReDeads the scores of the undead. Like zombies.” Rachal and Maric both heard Kagome shudder.
“Well if that's Ganondorf's castle, how will we get across the moat of lava?” asked Crystal. “Just wait remember Ganondorf wants us to come remember.” Called Rachal. Just as she said that a groaning noise came from the castle and a bridge came out. “Well that solved that problem.” Crystal stated.
As they walked into the castle they didn't see any people anywhere. They walked into the main part of the castle. They went up the staircase they still didn't see anyone that was alive. They did see skeletons littering the floor. “I don't want to know the way these people died.” Said Sango and Kilala growled.
Finally they came to a room that first they could not believe what they saw. There were three crystals hanging in midair. On the far left there was a crystal with a shade of pink the middle crystal had a shade of green and the crystal on the right was a shade of silver.
Rose gasped seeing what was inside the crystals,” Zelda, Link, and Dark Link are in those crystals!” Under the crystals was a throne, which sat Ganondorf who looked at them with a smirk, but there was someone else beside him. It looked like a man with long black hair down to his hips his body looked like different parts of demons!
“Naraku!” gasped the entire group. Naraku chuckled,“ There are now two Inuyashas, well that is interesting.” “I'm not Inuyasha, I'm Maric his little brother.” Shouted Maric as he started to run at Naraku. Rachal gasped and pulled something out of her bag it was a beaded necklace that looked like Inuyasha's. She threw it over Maric's neck and yelled,” Sit boy.” Maric slammed into the ground and Rachal ran to him. “Why the heck did you do that, Rachal?” growled Maric. “Because you weren't thinking Maric. Ganondorf is much stronger than you can believe we have to be smart.” Whispered Rachal.
“Oh yes, Rachal I heard that you are the keeper of the Spiritual Stones are you not?” asked Ganondorf with a smile. Rachal felt herself being pulled toward Ganondorf and she couldn't stop herself, she screamed.
Before anyone knew why she had screamed. Ganondorf had Rachal by the neck. “Now don't struggle and tell me where the Spiritual Stones are or I'll break your neck.” Ganondorf smirked. “Well you're out of luck I don't have them.” Rachal gasped.
“What! Then where are they?” I know there not in the Temple Of Time any more.” Yelled Ganondorf.
“She doesn't have them we do.” Yelled Maric as Sesshomaru, Inuyasha and Maric held up the stones for Ganondorf to see. Ganondorf smirked and looked down at Rachal who was still struggling for he had his hand clamped around her neck. He smiled and looked down at her,” Now princess I thought this fight was between you and me.”
Rachal was so angry she wanted to scream then looked into Ganondorf's eyes and she knew he would not hesitate to kill her! She looked to her side and screamed,” Guys run and protect the Spiritual Stones!” Ganondorf tightened his hold on the girl's neck furious.
Maric growled,” Rachal I will not leave here without you.” Kagome saw the desperate look in Rachal's eye and raised her bow and shot an arrow at Ganondorf. Everyone held their breath as the arrow shot forward. Suddenly Naraku appeared in front of the arrow and it bounced off his barrier.
Ganondorf glared at the girl that tried to shot him. Naraku whispered to Ganondorf but it was just loud enough for Rachal to hear,” That's the girl I want as payment for my services Ganondorf.” Ganondorf nodded and a purple light surrounded Kagome and then she too was trapped in a crystal.
Inuyasha growl as he ran for the crystal that imprisoned Kagome but the crystal was already afloat now behind Ganondorf. Rachal screamed.” You have to run you have to think of a new way to defeat him. Maric don't let me down you have to keep the Spiritual Stones safe!” As she looked in to the eyes of Maric a tear slid down his check. Maric turned to everyone and nodded. Rachal watched as her friends and mate ran away and just escaping the castle.
Ganondorf looked down at Rachal who was still in his grip. He frowned as he saw her nails where digging in to skin and drawing blood. He smirked,” Well Rachal do you know where your friends went?” “I would never tell you even if you threatened to kill me.” Rachal growled, and thought to herself `how dare he even asked me that!'
Ganondorf sighed,” Well I have planning to do.” Ganondorf then dropped the girl on the floor and left the room with Naraku following him.
Rachal sat there gasping for breath and as soon as Ganondorf and Naraku left the room the crystal around Kagome disappeared and she fell to the ground with an oof! Kagome looked around and ran to Rachal's side. “Are you ok?” asked Kagome in a very worried voice. “Yeah I am but don't try the doors! There're spelled if you try to you will be thrown back into the wall. I'm so sorry Kagome I've endanger all of your friends!” Rachal wailed the last part.
Rachal looked up and saw the crystals had lowered to ground level. “Mother,” yelped Rachal as she ran to the crystal that held Zelda. “Rachal I told you not to return! Who where those people you where with? And why did those demons have your stones?” yelled Zelda then she fell to the bottom of her crystal in exaction. “Mother what's wrong?” whispered Rachal. “What do you think? It's not like Ganondorf to be kind to his prisoners. We have not been able to sleep at all and it not like he would give us any food or anything else.” Smirked Dark Link.
“You will have to forgive my brother he is pretty self-centered, now what exactly who are you?” asked Link looking at Kagome.
After introductions Kagome and Rachal sat on the ground by the crystals that held the grownups, which were asleep, and both where deep in thought. They then heard the door opened to reveal to female demons walking in. One was a small girl about Rin's age that was clothed in all white and had long white hair to her shoulders with two-albino flowers hair and was holding a small curricular mirror.
The other had a bored expression on her face, she startling red eyes and held a red and white fan in her hand. She wore a three layered kimono and a yellow sash and had her black hair up in a ponytail with a green jewel on the side of it that held two feathers in place. Both of the girls seem to not see the two other girls on the floor in front of the throne.
“Hello Kagura and Kanna.” Said Kagome getting the girls to turn around so fast that Kagura almost fell. “Well I am now very confused,” Rachal stated as she scratched her head. “Well,” Kagome stated,” You see Kagura and Kanna are Naraku's reincarnations and are forced to do his bidding. Kagura is a wind sorceress and Kanna has a soul sucking mirror.” “Well Kagome how did you get to this place any way and is Sesshomaru traveling with you?” asked Kagura looking around but as soon as her eyes saw Rachal they did not leave.
“Wait so you are a wind sorceress?” asked Rachal looking around nervously. “Yes I am why? And who are you?” Kagura said looking at the tiara on her head. “Well I'm Princess Rachal Hyrule I'm King Link and Queen Zelda's daughter. And well the thing is I'm a weather witch, I have weather powers, but I'm not allowed to use them.” Said Rachal for some reason she felt inferior to this women.
“Well Rachal that's just stupid,” said Kagura smiling. “What! What are you talking about?” Asked Rachal looking at Kagura. “Well let me guess you have no idea how to use your power. I don't know why but if I could be free I would like to train you.” Kagura sighed. Kagome watched the conversation go back and forth with interest. Kanna looked at her sister a small smile graced her lips.
