Chapter 20

Hurricane Harbor part 2 :The Dragons tail

Kagome,Sango and Rin where up next and hesintantly stepped in the over sized tube/raft.

Kagome buckled her self in. The belt wrapped around her waist. It was tight and could be uhjusted, but Kagome quite frankly would rather have her self tightly buckled in. The others followed in usion.

Then she pulled the second buckle out of the raft/tube and pulled them both over her shoulder and buckled them in. She glanced to the girls as they looked around nervously. Kagome turned around and glared at Inuyasha. Who just gave her a reasuring smile.

The raft jerked to life and slowly was pulled into a slow current (image how a roller coaster is where the thing you sit in is attched to the tracks that move it,but this thing is in a raft with water) It slowly pulled on forward and made a large turn. Inuyasha moved to the side. He looked down and hoped the girls never did. They where a good ways from the ground,you could see the whole water park from there. To get to the ride you had to take some stairs that would make anyone sweat to no end.

Everything was okay for the girls at first but it suddenly picked up speed and then they went in a pitch black tunnel,that was until bright neon lights suddenly flashed fastly,giving Kagome a slight headache. Every now and again strange creepy objects would pop out. Earning loud screams from the three girls that where all holding hands.

Inuyasha stepped into the rubber yellow raft and buckled in,as Shippo did the same. Inuyasha was overly excited as they jerked off. As they soon entered the tunnel Shippo's eyes began to hurt. Inuyasha smiled when he saw Kagome with his demon eyes. He saw her eyes shut tightly and her breathing a bit heavy,every once in a while she would open her eyes and scream as an object popped out.

Miroku,Bankotsu,and Hiten had just arrived into the dark tunnel and he could faintly see Ayame and Kirara behind them. Ayame looked seriously freaked out,while Kirara was whispering something too her self with her eyes clasped closed.

Ayame was freaking out to no end and trying to comfort Kirara at the same time. Kirara was overly pissed at the guys thinking of slow ways to kill them without anyone knowing while whispering to the gods to help her through this.

Sesshomaru kept pointing out how fake everything was and how they could have used different watts on the neon lights. Ryoga sat there bordely. Koga was confused. Sesshomaru just sat there naming all of the flaws of the rides.

"Your ruining the fun!" Ryoga yelled.

Sesshomaru sighed. "Don't you agree that the lights are a bit dull?"

Ryoga and Koga rolled there eyes. "If the lights where any brighter I would be blind!" Ryoga retorted.

Ayame was slowly relaxing as she was getting used to the odd objects pop out. She looked to her side and laughed at the boys argueing. There wasnt much noise so there arguement was over heard by the young wolf demon.

"Sesshomaru lighten up and just enjoy!" She yelled.

Sesshomaru just growled a bit. Then suddenly an ear splitting scream was heard.

Kagome,Sango,and Rin where screaming as they saw a water fall come up. It was pitch black this time,and it was much steeper then the tube ride.

They turned to the 3 girls. Suddenly an eary voice came on. It was coming from an oversized skull that was right over head the water fall tunnel.

"Have a good time foolish people,Hope you make it out alive!" It said with an evil cackled at the end of his sentence. Inuyasha just laughed.

Suddenly Sango all but screamed "You stupid skull head I sware I'll come back up this damn stream and make you wish you where alive again if I end up getting hurt!"

The entire group laughed until they all went down one raft at a time.

It was steep,boy was it steep. Kagome thanked god for the seat belts. Then all of a sudden they swooped up overly fast and came out of the cave into a the sunlight. It suddenly did 2 quik loopes with water shooting out. They all screamed at that one even Sesshomaru.

It then came to the end and jerked to a stop.

The girls quikly got out and where more then happy.

The girls kept glareing at the boys. They where pissed.

"Damn Sango,I thought you where gonna unbuckle your seatbelt,bring that skull back to life and then kill it again!" Miroku laughed.

The entire group just couldnt help there laughs,even Sango.

Ayame kept laughing and ended up leaning on Koga's shoulder. She blushed in realization and quikly scooted away.

Rin suddenly remembered her plan. She pulled Kirara away yelling to the group that they where thirsty.

They turned the corner of the Water park full of people and walked towards a cart with a guy stading by it.

"2 Dr. Pepper's please." Rin said.

She paid the man and handed a soda to her friend and began to sip hers. They sat down at a nearby bench.

"So let me guess,Ayame and Koga right?"

"Yeah."

"You always wanna be the matchmaker don't you?"

"Yeah,yeah I guess."

"Well what are we gonna do?"

"Well we where supposed to get them together back at the sleepover,but that didn't really work out."

"Yeah,so what now?"

"I'm not sure,i had a plan,but it's not going to work."

"So what now?"

"I'm not so sure."

The girls stood there sipping there drinks thinking for a moment when an over large demon walked by handing out flyers and yelling out towards the crowds about a love intrest ride.

Rin stood up and walked over to the demon.

"Exscuse me sir,but what is this love intrest ride your talking about?"

"Oh well it's a new ride called love intrest,they say if two people who secretly like eachother go on it will end up confessing there feelings."

Rin took the flyer the demon handed her. "Does it really work?"

"It's supposed to,a powerful demon's spell is cast upon it."

"Well thank you!" Rin said waving to the man and running back over to the bench.

"I think this will work!" Rin handed Kirara the flyer. Kirara smiled. "It just might,but how are we going to get them to go on it?"

"I know this sounds kinda strange,but how about I blind fold them and tell them it's a surprise and then just throw them in there?"

"Well I guess,but they'll know your up to one of your "match making plans" if it's just the two of them blind folded."

"Yeah your right,oh how about I blind fold you too,and you go along with it,but when we shove them on the ride we just say that your getting on the next one?"

"Yeah!"

They slapped hands and yelled "operation Koga and Ayame,love intrest is in action!".

They walked back to the group who where just chatting.

"Umm,how about you guys go on whatever ride,I have a surprise for Ayame,Kirara,and Koga." Rin said.

"What are you up to?" Kirara pretended to be annoyed.

"Nothing,just please!"

Koga rolled his eyes. "No Rin."

Rin expected this and gave a pout and looked down sadly.

Sesshomaru glared at Koga.

Koga just backed up a bit. "Okay Rin!"

Rin looked up with a giant smile. Ayame just sighed thinking of how much she would regret this.

"I need blind folds!" Rin said and the three rolled there eyes.

Inuyasha pulled out 2 bandana's. "This might work,I use them incase I have to cover my ears,ya know if there's too much noise."

Rin beamed. "Thanks Yash!"

Kagome just looked up and marvled at his cute dog ears. Inuyasha looked to Kagome and noticed she seemed intranced with his dog ears. He twitched his ears and blushed when her eyes seemed to sparkel.

Rin just smiled and gave both Ayame and Koga a bandana. Much to there diswant they slipped the bandana on over there eyes.

Kirara was forced to cover her eyes with her hands. Rin just waved off the group and left.

Rin succesufly got the two protesting wolf demons to the front of the line for the ride love intrest.

Kirara hadn't even used her hands to cover her hands,seeing no use because the two wolfs couldnt see anyways. Rin helped Ayame and Koga into the boat not bothering to the stares of the people in line. When they both seated in the boat, Rin and Kirara both ran back to the front and yelled to the the teens "You can look now!"

Ay ame had a bad feeling that this was one of Rin's matchmaking games. She had wanted to get with Koga,even if she did need help. She had just recently been falling for the wolf demon. She loved the way he would smirk and his fangs would shine like the stars. The way he would make up the most random of jokes and made everyone laugh,his cocky attitude,his tough exterior,and soft kind interior. Ayame was being pushed into some object. She sighed. Rin was forcing the three to go on some ride. Probably something that the three wouldn't like,then she would laugh at the faces they would make,take pictures,then put them all over her myspace.

Koga honestly had no idea what was going on. He had been lead away from the group for about 10 mintues,then he was forced to wait,he guessed for a ride. What was Rin up to? He was utterly confused when he was being led into a ride,a boat it seemed to be. He was more then positive it was Rin's love plans until she had Kirara come. He wouldn't mind too much if he got with Ayame. The past month he was finding himself more and more intranced with the young wolf demon. He loved the way her eyes sparkled there beautiful green color when she was happy,the way her red fiery hair would swing side to side when she walked,the way she didn't put up with bull shit,and her sweetness most of all.

Ayame pulled off her bandana that was tied around her eyes. She looked to her left and saw Koga take off his. She looked around expecting to see Kirara. She looked past Koga to where a line was waiting for the next boat. Wait boat!? What where they doing here? Was all that was going through her mind. She saw Rin and Kirara leaving the line smirking to them.

"Umm,what is this all about?" Ayame asked as the boat began to flow with the soft slow current.

"I'm not sure,but it seems to be screaming Rin's match making plans." Koga responded with a light blush tinted on his cheeks.

"Oh" Was all Ayame could say.

Koga twidled his thumbs nervously. "Ayame?"

"Yeah?"

"Have you ever thought about umm,you and me?"

"Have I ever?"

"Yeah,like every once in a while you maybe, kinda just think about it,but then you just kinda let it go?"

"No."

"Oh." Koga said scratching the back of his head nervously.

"Not every once in a while,all the time."

Koga's head shot up. "huh?"

"I said all the time."

"Are you seroius?"

Ayame felt strange,as if she had to pour out her heart,or else she would burst.

"Yes,I think about you all the time Koga,your bright smile,your over large ego,cocky self,sweet words,and so much more." She said looking away.

"I think about you too Ayame." He said looking to the side.

Ayame's head shot up and stared at his turned head.

"You do?"

"Yeah like the way you smile,your scent,the way your hair flips,how you use your hands for empisize on just about everything." He said finally turning around.

Ayame did something bold,she did the one thing she always wished she could do. She kissed the boy she had been secretly liking for so long.

Koga was surprised and it took him a second to reply. He tilted her head and went in deeper. Her lips where soft,demanding,and most of all sweet. They had been going through a dimly lit cave when they came back to the opening the boat turned slightly nearing it's end,but there was a railing on the side where people could see. There stood Rin and Kirara. Once they saw the two kissing they slapped hands and cheered.

The two love birds had been kissing when they heard clapping,there was Rin and Kirara clapping leaning over the rail.

They just stuck out there tounges and laughed at the two. For once Ayame was happy with Rin's matchmaking skills.

"Im just saying tough ghetto girls don't scream on kiddy rides." Inuyasha said.

"Kiddy rides,the dragons tail is not a kiddy ride!" Kagome yelled.

"But if you think about it Sango was about to go ghetto on that skull." Shippo said and the whole group couldn't contain there laughs.

They waited by the Dragons tail entrence stairs for the 3 that went with Rin. They kept chatting when they saw a happy Rin and Kirara turn the corner with Ayame and Koga behind them,hands intwined. The group was surprised and after hours of explenation they finally got it that the two wolf demons where now a couple.

The group left around 4 when it started to sprinkle. Though they where happy and content,they all seemed to leave that day with something new progressed in there mind. Or more or less,something they learned.

Inuyasha learned that Kagome may be more intrested in him then it seemed.

Kagome was beginning to learn that maybe the kiss they shared in the rain,that she tryed to hard to avoid may have ment more then she thought.

Kirara learned that Rin's crazy schemes really did work.

Shippo learned that Kirara,the girl he was secretly crushing on was good at the game of love.

Rin learned that her schemes wern't just crazy,but that they actually worked,and that she was right about the two likeing eachother.

Sesshomaru learned that the rides needed to be more impressive to earn the great Sesshomaru's "excitment or fun" (haha)..and that his girlfriend was a match maker.

Ayame learned that it was easier then she thought to get the boy of her dreams.

Koga learned the same except with the girl of his dreams.

Ryoga learned that his brother was happier ,witch he was happy about

Bankotsu learned of new ways to make fun of Hiten.

While Hiten learned of new ways to make fun of Bankotsu.

They all relaxed as Sesshomaru drove them back to there homes.

Yay I updated! I know,pigs are probably flying now..!..lolz..I know that these past two chapter's have been more..well not much talking amongst the group,more of me explaining what happpens. I thought it would be okay though,cause I was more or less just trying to explain the rides..and it was hard to do both..so yeah..hope you liked the chappie! plz review!
