Your Scent

 

It's been a while since I've smelled your intoxicating scent.

I hope to catch a spare trace of your essence in the cool night air, but all I can smell is the environment around me.

As I sit here in my tree waiting for your smell to hit me I wait, wait to hear your voice, wait to see your face, and wait until I can smell you near me.

I dreamt that you begged for me the other day asking me to cool your searing heat, but I can't reach you, why I'm not sure.

I take my subduing beads and smell them to get any trace of you into my body for that's where I want you to be.

But it doesn't help because it's been far too long since you've held them in you beautiful hands.

Just thinking of you sends heated blood through my loins, I need some release.

I must be going crazy because you scent it filling my brain but I cant sense you or see you, but I feel you gently caressing my ear, I look up to see if you're there but nope you're nowhere near.

I need you, I even miss you telling me to have a seat.

I miss you telling me to be neat when I eat.

I want to look into you charcoal eyes, I want to tell you how much need you but your scent has long since faded.

Hop through the time barrier to our worlds and tell me that you need me and want to stay by me and I'll gladly oblige and take for a ride with me into the star filled sky, I will mark you in kisses and nibbles to let everyone know you are mine.

I think I smell you in the air. I start to run following your smell, I stop where the scent fades and I can't find you.

I'll wait until you return so I can have your scent follow me always.
