“The Secret Life of A Sixteen Year Old”
; `And so dairy, why does it bug me so much that my parents left me here in this house to fend for myself and expect me to do nothing while they go off on some dream cruise for say what? A freaking month! If you ask me, I think I should have been able to stay at a friend's house or something but nooooo! “You will be in school! I don't need you to be loli-gagging and skip school with those horrid people you hang with.”
Ugh, with a double side Oh My God! What gives the damn right to call my friend's horrid? And it goes to show that they do not trust me one single bit. Sometimes I wonder if anything out of this world will just appear and take me away- Or something in that matter.'
; With the last word written down in the spiral notebook, Ashton sighed heavily and threw the notebook under her bed mattress and stood up to give a long stretch and stumbled out of room, occasionally tripping over some school books and her PS2 that had the melody of the Kingdom Hearts Two beginning screen play running.
It was just five minutes past two o' clock in the morning and she could not get back to sleep. So much was running through her mind. But her lack of sleep wouldn't be much of a problem since it was Saturday.
She walked into the kitchen, scratched her hair into different directions and yawning as well.
Ashton stood there biting her lip scanning over the sink that was already full after just three days of being home alone. After what seemed like her own personal argument inside her head, she went to washing the dishes but flipped on her iHome that was hidden behind a bunch of mail. The soft bellow of the guitar seeped through the speakers and Blowsight's song, “Over the Surface”, began to play.
Ashton softly hummed along with the lyrics, occasionally singing some of the chorus.
; Suds and water were flowing over the edge of the counter top as she struggled to wash a dish that had food that refused to wash off. Ashton's temper was rising and she was beginning to smack the dish to the inside of the sink, only wishing that it would just fall off and she could move on to the other dishes.
“ARGH! Just wash off already!” She began to scream at the dish and slamming it harder against the countertop.
A loud thump at the door made her smash the dish with too much force—
A shatter sharply rung in her ears as the clinking of shattered pieces of the plate fell to the floor.
“Son of A-,” She began to say before another knock rasped on her front door. Ashton quickly grabbed a dish towel and gripped it tightly as blood began to slip through the numerous cuts she got from the plate and headed for the door.

; “What if they're not home?” A boy in a worried tone asked as he thumped his knuckles against the wooden door.
; “Stop being such a worry-wart,” the one to the right placed his hands behind his head a leisure type way, “Plus, don't you hear that noise inside? Obviously someone is home.”
; “Just knock again.” The boy to the left rolled his eyes and knocked the door instead.
; “I was gonna knock it if you give me a second.” The first boy mumbled. < /div>
; Three of the boys waited silently, a few sighs here and there until they saw the door knob start to jiggle…

; Ashton struggled to unlock the door, let alone, twisting the knob. But finally, the door swayed open…
; She looked up at all three faces, her face stunned at what she was seeing.
“This possibly can't be them. I mean… Can it? No, no, no! They're supposed to be stuck in a video game… Oh please don't tell me this is like that killer video game I saw in that movie. Ugh, maybe the cuts on my hand are so bad that I'm hallucinating. Yea, let's go with that.”
; Ashton stood still, her jaw jarred open a bit.
; “Do you think she's still alive?” the brunette asked as he dropped his hands down to the side.
; “I don't know.” The silver haired boy shrugged and looked off to the side.
; “Go poke her.” The brunette nudged the blonde with his elbow.
; “No!” He replied. He only received another harsh jab to the ribs, “Fine, fine…”
He reached out and waved his hand in front of Ashton's face.
; “Oh My God! I'm not imagining this.” Ashton eyes went wide, but then rolled into the back of her head as she fell backwards onto the ground.
; “You killed her!” The brunette yelled.
; “I didn't even touch her, I swear!” The blonde cried and held his hands up.
; The silver haired boy sighed and walked inside, “she just passed out,” and with that said, he picked her up and managed to find his way into Ashton's living room and laid her down on the couch.
; “Nya-nya-nya- she just passed out,” the brunette mocked as he sat stood in the middle of the living room. The blonde resisted a snicker.
~(*o*)~ 8 o'clock AM ~(*o*)~
; Ashton groaned as the light from the sun filtered through the large window behind the couch shined onto her face. She sat up slowly on the couch and rubbed the back of her head where a massive headache was just starting to take effect.
“Gosh dang it-- What the heck happened?” She whined silently to herself as her feet swung over the couch.
“Ouch, hey, watch it!”
Ashton screamed as she raced off the couch and scrambled into the kitchen, picking up the closest thing to her which was a wooden spoon.
“Sora, what happened?” Out came the blonde, standing behind Ashton.
Ashton screamed once again and swung the wooden spoon around and wacked the poor boy in the head repeatedly.
“Ack-ick- hey!- Stop it--!” He managed to squeak out while trying to get his arms to protect his head from any further damage.
Ashton raised the spoon above her head and began to swing down but her wrists were caught from behind again. Letting out a shrilling scream, she wiggled around in attempt to get the weapon back.
“Stop it! We're not here to hurt you.” The boy whispered in a strained tone.
“Then why are you in my house!” Ashton replied back in a harsh tone and still struggled against his vice-grip.
“Riku, let her go, you might break her wrists.” The boy from the living room called and walked closer and into Ashton's vision.
She just stood there stunned again. She felt her arms being released and the spoon falling from her grip.
; “So it really is you…” She whispered.
; “What?” The brunette gave her questioning look. Ashton blinked and stepped backward, bumping into the silver haired wonder. She squeaked and spun around to face those very same green/blue eyes. He just stared down at her with the same look as the brunette.
; “Guys, I think we're scaring her or something.” The blonde stood up rubbing his head and looked at Ashton.
She bit her lip and backed up into the hall way wall. It was no doubt that she was freaked out. There was no way that these could really be them: Riku, Sora, and Roxas. The characters from that video game…
