[ X - Adult: No readers under 18. Contains Graphic Adult Themes/Extreme violence. ]

A/N: Well, I realized that my first chapter wasn't far enough into the story to really spark anyone's interest, so I decided to write the second chapter without any reviews. I hope you all enjoy this one. I really like writing this story and I really want to continue, so I will continue to write without reviews, but I still would like to see what you the viewers would want to happen next…

Disclaimer: Once again I do not own jack shit of Kyo Kara Maoh, or any other characters I wish to throw in there.

~Chapter 2~

The town lit up in lights, firecrackers shot off left and right, children ran down the streets laughing and holding sparklers. “Wow! Look at all this! It's just like back home in Japan!” Yuri poked around from booth to booth checking out all the merchandise, his eyes sparkled as he looked upon the scenery.

“Yuri! Come on!” Wolfram grabbed his fiancés hand in excitement. “Lets go check out the stuff over there.” He ran off dragging Yuri along with him. He was having the time of his life.

“Hey, Wolfram, I didn't know you loved festivals so much.” He smiled and griped his hand as they ran.

“This isn't just any festival, Yuri. It's specifically for lovers. All though children can attend, they are usually here because their parents are celebrating their love for one another.”

Yuri pondered for a second. “Love…” He murmured under his breath, deep in thought.

“What was that?”

“Oh nothing!” Finally, they reached a booth that gave away the sparklers. The salesman gave Wolfram and Yuri their sparklers, and then walked off to attend some more customers. They lit them up and watched them fire. Yuri smiled. It reminded him of home so much, but something else was there that made him feel… just plain happy.

“You know, this is my first time going to this festival…” Wolframs bangs hid his eyes as he spoke.

“What?! You mean you've never been to this festival before?!”

“Yes. All the time when the festival came around, everyone was so busy asking someone out to be his or her date. Conrad would go with Julia, Anissina would make Gwendal be her date, and it was never hard for Gunter to find someone to hold his arm… But, whenever it came around, I never found someone to go with… When ever I even thought of asking someone, I would find out how they truly felt about me and I would just forget about the whole thing…” Tears soon fell from Wolframs cheeks and a small sniffle would fallow. “I would be the only one in the castle. No one wanted to go with me because I was such a spoiled brat…. and I still am…”

“Don't say that! You're not a spoiled brat! Yeah, you can be a bit snobby… but that doesn't mean you're a brat!” Yuri pulled Wolfram into a tight hug; the sparklers fell to the ground. “Wolfram, you are the most caring person I've ever meet. You always accompany me on my journies and you're always there for me when I need you.”

Wolfram was shocked. All he could do was hug him back and cry into his shoulder. “Why? Why are you showing me such concern? You don't even want to be in this engagement…”

“How could you say that?” Yuri pulled him away so he could look him in the eyes.

“You didn't even know that you where proposing to me when you slapped me! You don't even like guys, you only like girls!” Wolfram had hurt in his eyes. He had fallen for someone who would not return his feelings.

“Wolfram, I…” Before Yuri could finish his sentence, a booth of fire works exploded and burning peaced fell onto the roofs, causing fire to rise in the area.

People began to scream and run in every direction. Children ran to find their parents, as the parents ran, screaming their children's names. The thick black smoke covered the sky and ground making it impossible to see. Wolfram and Yuri coughed trying not to breath the smoke. A crash was herd. “Yuri!! Help!!!”

“Wolfram!!” Yuri looked around but could not see anything. He reached for his side, but Wolfram was not there. Yuri began to panic more. “Wolfram! Where are you!?” He saw a figure move as he squinted to make out who it was. It was a dark figure holding something over its shoulder. The figure slacked over it's shoulder had blond hair and a blue kimono on. “WOLFRAM!!” Yuri got up and began to run after them. A large building that was on fire began to sway; the balance beam then gave away as the building collapsed on top of Yuri. “Ahhh!!”

Wolfram could only see Yuri's figure run towards him as a building collapsed and he could not see Yuri any more. “YURI!!!” Tears ran down his face as the thought of Yuri being cold and dead on the ground, crushed under the weight of the building raced though his mind. “Yuri, no!!”

“Be quiet!” The figure yelled and shoved a rag up to Wolframs mouth.

He slowly began to drift in and out of consciousness. “Yuri…” He mumbled before he fell limp, drifting into unconsciousness.

A/N: So, how do you like that?! *scratches the back of my head * Sorry. I'm still learning at this writing fanfics and all. So, did Yuri die? What's gona happen to Wolfram? You never know, I write these things based on how I feel, and if I'm feeling down, I'm gona kill off someone. Lol Who will it be though?…. Really, I don't know either, I haven't written it yet. Well, if you want to find out what happens next, reviews are a big motivation for me to write. *coughs * Hint! *coughs * Hope to write more!
