CHAPTER FIVE DIO'S PLAN

RECAP: "we shall be together soon my love." Dio knew that his words wouldn't register in her head till she was alone with her thoughts. And he gave a larger smile and thought how ingenious his plan was. And as soon as he told Luciola the complete plan Luciola would too agree that it was a fool proof plan.

Luciola and lave walked back to her room in an uncomfortable silence. Lavi kept feeling faint due to lose of blood and every once in a while Luciola would have to grab her elbow so she wouldn't fall. But Lavi would quickly shrug off his hand and just kept on looking strait forward.

Luciola felt guilty he didn't know why lord Dio had used Lavi so harshly but then again who was he to question his master.

When Luciola and Lavi reached her room Lavi went straight in and slammed the door in Luciola's face. Once she made it to her bed her legs gave out and she collapsed not even caring that half her body was hanging off of the bed. And Lavi muttered these words before the blackness took over

"Why, why did my body betray me? Oh Claus I wish you were here." as Lavi passed out all she could think of was why hadn't Claus saved her.

Luciola felt the door miss his face by an inch. He didn't blame Lavi for hating him and in a way he hated himself for getting aroused for hearing Dio and Lavi the night before. Luciola shook his head and went looking for Dio, he need some answers. But Luciola knew that whatever Dio's answers would be he would support his master.

Luciola decided to check the engine room first to see if lord Dio had maybe went to play fairy chess but when he got there Dio was no were to be found. So Luciola started towards their quarters thinking that maybe Dio needed some rest or maybe he just wanted to think about the fun he had the night before without any interruptions. Luciola nodded to himself he was sure that was where lord Dio had went. Sure enough when Luciola knocked on the door it was Dio's voice who said to enter. Luciola walked into the room his eyes seeking out Dio.

Dio watched as Luciola entered the room and seeing the concern on Luciola's face Dio tilted his head to the side and gave him a grin. Dio could visibly see Luciola relax his shoulders but looked confused when he saw that Dio was working on something. Seeing this Dio said

"Luciola sit down. I know you want to know why I did those mean things to Lavi." Luciola looked shocked and said

"No lord Dio I would never second guess you" Dio gave Luciola a smile his eyes glittering with excitement saying

"It is all planed Luciola. It's our plan to freedom" Dio saw the confusion in Luciola's eyes and quickly said

"I have a brilliant plan Luciola but I will need your help" Dio looked deep into Luciola's eyes and Luciola replied

"I will always help you lord Dio, always" Dio couldn't help but think that Luciola sounded a little desperate. Dio gave him a reassuring look knowing that Luciola would understand once he told him his complete plan and with that Dio started to speak of his plan

"Now just listen Luciola and then when I am done you can ask anything you want. When I say a plan for freedom I mean freedom from everything including the guild and my sister. I have already completed my first step which is to impregnate Lavi which in turn will 'taint' my blood according to delphinae. She will despise me for not only having sex but siring a child with a bottom dweller. Now my dear sister would have me killed except for one thing, a law upheld by the guild called heir birthing rights. a law which states that any heir, as close as I am in my line of successors, births another heir than if delphinae does not produce an heir to the throne the guild will instate my heir and for that reason delphinae cannot touch Lavi, me, or the child because the guild will up hold the law and will keep us safe that way they know that no matter what happens they have a successor to exile. It would be against the guild's way of law if she were to kill Lavi, I, or my heir which would mean her loss of the throne for breaking the code of the guild, and we both know that delphenae will never leave the throne of her own free will. At this time I thought about how then to get out of the guild and that is were al comes in. I will trade al to the guild in exchange for us to live as bottom dwellers which I think that the guild will approve, they seem willing to do anything to get their hands on the key to exile, al, but at the same time even though we will live as bottom dwellers the guild's law will still protect us because of the heir that Lavi will bare in the coming months. As for Lavi once she finds out that she is pregnant, Claus will leave her and she will have no choice but to come to me." Dio smiled at the last part of what he said. Luciola looked stunned and Dio felt excitement and said

"So Luciola its brilliant isn't it?" Luciola shook himself and gave Dio a nod and said

"Yes lord Dio it is very smart of you, but will you be able to sacrifice al for your happiness?" Dio closed his eyes and when he opened them he looked deep in thought and a minute or two passed and he finally answered

"This a war and a lot will die for the greater good. Besides the guild will get her sooner or later so why shouldn't I get something out of it. it would be a shame if she had to sacrifice herself for nothing." and with that Luciola knew that the subject was closed and that Dio would execute his plan when the time was right and deep inside Luciola felt proud at how cunning and ruthless lord Dio had become.

LEALA----hello hello due to the holidays this chapter is shorter than the rest and most likely the next chapter will be delayed but I will work on it as much as I can as to not leave you all in the dark I hope you are enjoying this as much as I am please read and review. The next chapter will be rated RRR for mention of rape violence language and sex scenes in detail LOL
