Chapter 2
Infiltrate Zeta City
Axl walked into the command center at New Hope and sighed. Nana looked back at him and smiled. He returned her smile and blushed. They both liked each other but they were both to scared to ask one another. X walked in and noticed them turn away. He walked over to Axl and smiled.
"You should ask her out!" X whispered.
"How? I've never had a girlfriend before!" Axl responded.
"Just keep calm and chance it! I know she likes you." X said.
"Kay!" Axl said walking over to Nana.
He wrapped one arm around and felt her relax. The he whispered some sweet things into her ear! Then he asked her. She turned really red and nodded her head! Axl was ecstatic! This was the first time he'd ever had a girlfriend. Nana's Patrol Dog came up and blasted Axl's foot. He leaned forward and kissed her sweetly. She blushed before returning his kiss. X and Zero gave him Snoogins as he walked by.
"Axl before you go you might wanna hear the Mission Specs!" Nana said.
"Right!" Axl said turning around.
"You're Mission is to infiltrate Zeta City, The Neighbor City of Giga City! We need you to Find and rescue Sparrow: Class-A Maverick Hunter; Then bring him back here! He's been Taken to Drakengarde Summit and is being held captive by Override Ostrich! A Blast from the past wouldn't you say X? But you're mission is to Defeat Override Ostrich and Rescue Sparrow along with his trusty dog Break!" Nana informed.
"I remember that bastard! He was extremely fast and hard to hit." X said.
"That's where My Wolfoid comes in!" Marino said.
"All of us are being tranferred to Zeta City! So lets pack up before we go!" Nana said walking over to Axl.
"You're coming too! Awesome!" Axl said.
"No! I'm being warped to The Resistance HQ in Zeta City from here! I'll see you you get back." Nana said kissing him.
"X, Everyone, We should get going!" Zero said.
Then three A-Class Maverick Hunters walked in. Venom is the Reploid of Virus transferring. Staticar is the Reploid of Thunder. And Snake is the Reploid of Silent Kills! All are Created from the same Incriptions as X, Zero, and Axl.
"Nana said we're coming too." Venom said.
"We already know. Just follow our orders!" Zero said.
The New MH's nodded and walked with X's group to the Airbus that would take the HQ in Zeta City. Axl emailed Nana on his M-Comp. He was just making sure she made it there. She responded five minutes later and left a voice-mail saying she was there and was taking a tour of the building. Axl sighed. Zero and X walked over and punched his arms. They teased him because he was already worrying about her. Axl just smiled. Sometimes it's okay to worry. They landed at the Air port an hour later and X's Party rushed over to the control room. Axl rushed over to Nana who was waiting with open arms. He picked her up and she touched his face before kissing him passionately. She opened her mouth and he slipped in his tongue.
"Erhm! Excuse me Axl, Nana we have get to the Mission!" Zero said.
"Right!" Axl putting her down.
"I'll be waiting!" Nana sid walking over to her post.
"Let's get going!" Venom said running over to the Teleporter.
The Gang were teleported to the base of Drakengarde Summit. They all scanned the area for any signs of life. A Blue Rush Loader came barreling down the slope. Zero stuck out his Z-Saber and The Rush Loader was sliced in two. X and the gang rushed to the top of the Summit to see Sparrow lying on the ground unconcious. Cinnamon walked over him but X stopped her.
"Why X?" Cinnamon asked.
"It's not right?" X said.
Then A blazing blur came running by. When it stopped It was Override Ostrich!
"Hahahahaah! You bastards! Trying to steal my catch." He said.
"It's over Override!" Zero said powering up his buster.
"No it's just beginning!" Override screamed Punching the ground coverring the lava pit.
The Ground started crumbling and Sparrow was right in the middle. X changed to X Fire and dived at Sparrow. Picking him up he realized the ground was forming a hole around him.
"Cinnamon!" X screamed throwing Sparrow to Zero.
The fell through and X fell into the Pit of Lava. Cinnamon ran over to the edge to see X plummeted into the Burning magma.
"X!!!!!Nooooooo!!!!" Cinnamon screamed as she fell to her knees in tears.
Axl tried to comfort her but she bursted into anger transforming into Iron Maiden and devastating Override. He fell into the Lava and melted. They turned to walk away when they heard a faint cough. Cinnamon recognized and ran toward her beloved X. Taking him into her arms she healed him as he rested his head on her shoulder.
"X..... You really are amazing!" Sparrow said standing up.
"Cheating Death! That's not skill! That's luck!" Snake said.
"But he knew that would happened thats why he switched to X Fire!" Zero said walking over and slapping Snake.
"All that matters is that he's Okay!" Marino said.
"Let's go home team!" X said teleporting..........
