Snow Day Romance


It was a very cold morning during a heavy snow storm. Nana and Hachi had their pillows aligned in Nana's bed with the space heater infront of the bed on full blast.

Nana awoke to find Hachi's face nuzzled into her chest and her hands clutching at her T-shirt. She smiled and brought a hand up and patted Hachi's head like she was an obediant puppy. Nana squealed to herself at Hachi's cuteness and ran her fingers through Hachi's soft hair. Feeling the cold air on her hand she pulled the covers up over the two of them more and put her arm around Hachi affectionately.

This caused Hachi to stir and let out a small yawn but she stayed still. "I don't wanna wake up and go to school!" Hachi whined.

"You don't go to school anymore Hachiko." Nana said kissing her lover on the forehead.

"well..well.... I don't wanna go to work then!" Hachi whined again snuggling closer to Nana and closing her eyes again hoping for sleep to come to her.

"You definitely don't have either..." Nana said. "I wouldn't let you go even if you did though." Nana said letting her lips lock with Hachi's.

Feeling Nana's tongue wonder her bottom lip she opened her mouth and let Nana in. her mouth tasted somewhat of cigarettes but it was also sweet. She submitted herself to Nana she rolled on her back as Nana began to kiss Hachi's neck and lightly nibble.

Nana rolled off Hachi and shivered as she walked into the kitchen.

Hachi unbelieving of what Nana did shivered as the cold air hit her nearly bare body with the acceptance of a pink nightgown. "NANA! IT'S REALLY COLD IN HERE!" She cried getting out of bed and grabbing her bathrobe off the door hook and wrapping it around herself nice and snug. She found Nana in the kitchen lighting up a cigarette. "You're going to kill me of second hand smoke." Hachi said climbing into the booth seat Nana made with her own bare hands.

"Then why are you sitting next time me?" Nana asked tapping the ashes off her cigarette into her ash tray.

"Because if you die of lung cancer I don't want to be alone." She said looking at Nana with big puppy eyes.

Nana mentally saw Hachi's puppy ears droop and her tail hide between her legs. "I won't let my cigarettes take me away from you." She said brushing her lips together against Hachi's."I smoke fewer and fewer everyday. For you and my singing." She smiled as she took a last drag and smooshed out the burning part of her seven star cigarette. She shivered. "It's cold in this bitch!" Nana whined loudly.

Hachi laughed at the phrase as she put a skillet on the stove. " Where did you learn that?" Hachi asked still giggling.

"I don't quite remember." She said looking up trying to recal the time she heard it first. "Some boy said it at Hachiko station." Nana said snapping her fingers as it popped back in her mind.

Hachi laughed at Nana as she poured scrambled eggs onto the skillet. She chopped some tomatoes and onions and tossed them on the eggs in the skillet sitting on a low flame. She added on some grated italian cheese and let everything cook together as she gave Nana and herself each a place with some chop sticks.

She gave Nana half and herself the other and placed the skillet in the sink and grabbed some ketchup for them out of the fridge.

Looking out the window silently as they ate they saw a postman in waist seep snow. They giggled."We should go out there and play in the snow!" Hachi squealed.

Nana had a sweat drop the size of her head drop. Not able to resist the look on Hachi's face she gave in.

About twenty minutes later of finding hats and gloves and putting on clothes and makeup Nana and Hachi walked into the waist deep snow. Hachi jumped into the snow joyfuly. She felt a snowball land on her stomach. When she sat up she saw Nana running away laughing and disapear behind the apartment building at full speed. Hachi made two snow balls and chased after her but when she turned the corner and saw no one.

"What the..." A snowball hit her back and she followed Nana as she ran from Hachi.

Hachi through each snow ball one hitting Nana square in the back and then one hitting her in the ass. Nana stopped. "HEY WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT?" She yelled in rage, stopped running and turned around. Hachi ran into her and they both hit the snow with Hachi on top of Nana. Hachi smiled and Kissed Nana gently on the lips.

Nana suppressed her smile when her mental image showed Hachi's tail wagging and her ears perked up. She was not satisphied without victory.

Hachi lost her smile. "Why the gloomy look?" Hachi asked her puppy ears drooping.

"Because you won." Nana looked to her side.

Hachi stood and grabbed Nana's hand to help her up. "We can make you feel better over some hot chocolate, come on." She said dragging her back up the 7 flights of stairs to their flat.

Hachi sat down next to Nana with her cup of hot cocoa. Nana's mug was empty and she was smoking a cigarette.

Hachi's mental tail wagged as she took a long sip draining the mug of it's contents. "That was tasty!" She smiled in a satisfied manor resting against the back of the chair.

Nana looked at Hachi in a suggestive manor as she put out her cigarette. Nana kissed Hachi and immediately licked Hachi's bottom lip.

Hachi opened her mouth and let Nana's tongue slide in.

Nana's right hand moved it's way to Hachi's thigh. She gently and slowly rubbed it breaking this kiss off." I think we should play another game..." Nana whispered into Hachi's ear blowing her breath in sending shivers down Hachi's spine.
