I have been awaiting this chapter to come for a long time now. The 8th chapter of Strength's wake is one that I came up with during development of the 2nd chapter. I've had fun writing this story but this and the next chapter are the final chapters to this story. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it.

The Chosen Stand.

The Chosen rush Glen back after the fight and layed him down in his bed. Looking deep into his lifeless eyes Kari feels guilt rush through her. The chosen felt something they hadn't felt in a long time. The absence of Glen's watchful clones. Joe checked his pulse and found that he is still living but, he did discover the problem.
Joe: He's in a deep sleep.
Cody: By deep sleep you mean...
Joe: He's comatose. His body is still living but, he's brain dead.

The chosen fought back tears that treatened to fall but, stopped them. Crying would mean assuming the worst. Just like always, they had confidence that Glen would wake up soon. He looked helpless. Lost in memories that tortured his soul. His conciousness lost somewhere down with them. Sealed away from the people that care about him. Everyone left the room allowing Glen to rest. Kari sat at the table, excluding herself from the rest of the group and held her head as she listened to the others.
Mr. Kamiya: How did this happen?
Tai: We ran into the real cause of this.
Mrs. Kamiya: What is it? What did this to him?
Davis: It's not so much a "What" as it is a "Who".
Mr. Kamiya: What?
Kari: What's behind this is four people who are Chosen like us. They did that.

Kari's tone of voice sounded as if she was angry but, at the time no one paid much attention.
Mr. Kamiya: Chosen? There are other Chosen like Cheris?
TK: That's the worst part. Not only did they trap Glen in the Digital world but, they also killed his grandfather, and turned Cheris the way she was.
Mr. Kamiya: So that's how deep it goes? Now he's like that because they dicided that they should finish the job.
Yolie: We didn't let them finish the job.
Ken: But, they don't just want him. They want us too. Me, TK and Kari to be specific.
Mrs. Kamiya: We have to stop them.
Tai: I don't think we can.

Suddenly the group heard a loud bang. They all turned and saw Kari glaring angrily at Tai. She had slammed her fist onto the table after she heard Tai. She stared hard but, said nothing. Then she quickly shifted her vision to the wall behind her and stood.
Izzy: What's wrong Kari?
Kari: They're out there, calling us out.
Mr, Kamiya: Who?
Kari: Ailia and Mugen.
TK: Mugen too, huh. That means they want me and you.
Tai: No. We have to move Glen somewhere safe.

Kari turned and walked into her room and TK stood up cracking his knuckles.
Matt: What are you doing?
TK: What do you think?

Kari stepped back out of her room dressed in her ninja outfit. But, there was something new about it. She was wearing the Nores clan symbol. The symbol that Glen put on all of his new clothes and wore like a badge of honor. She wanted him to be there the first time she wore it in battle but, that wasn't a choice anymore. Dressed battle ready she walked to the door but, Tai grabbed her arm.
Kari: Let me go!
Tai: Kari where do you think you're going?
Kari: To fight. They want us anyway.
Tai: Kari we should wait until Glen wakes up. We can't fight them.

Once he said that the entire atmoshpere of the room changed. Tai looked at Kari felt really bad vibes coming from her. He didn't know that Kari was holding something back for a while and what he just said was her breaking point. Kari turned back to Tai and frowned at him.
Kari: Who are you?
Tai: Wha?
Kari: Who are you?
Tai: Kari what are you?
Kari: There's no way you could be Tai. My brother isn't a coward.

When Kari said that the whole room stood still. Tai backed away from Kari and she slowly walked torwards him.
Kari: My brother fights, he has courage. He has a crest that confirms that.
Tai: Kari we....
Kari: We what??? We can't fight. Are you paralyzed, retarded, or are you scared?
Tai: I'm.....
Kari: You're what? You say we can't fight them, well how do you know what the fuck we can't do!!!
Mr. Kamiya: Kari!
Kari: No!

Kari suddenly started to hypoventilate and turned back to Tai.
Kari: What's wrong with you? He's unconcious and you're already ready to put him back on the front lines.
Tai: I...
Kari: Did you think back to that fight. Because I can't stop. Even when they jumped him we just stood back like scared children.

All of the chosen looked away as if they were trying to escape that fact. They didn't want to think about it.
Kari: What are you so afraid of? We were saving the world before he came into our lives. So what's so different now?
Izzy: Kari...
Kari: I'll answer that question for you. It's because now the digimon aren't the only ones fighting. Back then all we really did was shout and make them digivolve but, now we have people who want us to fight them. Now you don't think we can handle it.
Tai: We....
Kari: Shut up! There's only two of them out there. They want me and TK, but if they beat us they'll go after all of you. Do you get what's wrong with that?
Tai: .....?
Kari: It's only 2 out of 4. Herron is saying that without Glen we aren't even worth his time.

All of the chosen were amazed at how they had never put that much together.
Kari: And I don't blame him for it either. If I had seen what we did I'd think the same thing. He's been watching us from the beginning. Everytime we fought we just placed Glen at the head of the charge and assumed he'd be able to handle it because he always did. But, we only watched ourselves until he came to save us.

Kari's eyes started to tear up as she continued.
Kari: He always protects us and always gets hurt. Hasn't he fought enough? Did you ever stop to think about what he's going through? He had to kill the woman he loved, see his grandfather's murder, and relive every time he died. At times like that we should be there for him but, all we did was show him that he's alone.

The points that Kari threw into the air crushed any objection that anyone could even almost think up. It made them feel lower than dirt. Kari's eyes began to flow heavily.
Kari: But, the part that disturbed me the most was that his greastest fear is losing us if he wasn't here to protect us. He feels that if he leaves us he'll lose us forever.

All of the chosen's eyes shot wide open. Kari's observational skills had highly elavated since she trained under Glen. She finally got out what she was waiting to say. She started crying even more. She had just insulted her beloved big brother, defied her father, and even cursed in front of them. She couldn't take it anymore, she didn't want to act that way but, that's the way it came out. TK walked to her and pulled her into his chest so she could finish crying. TK understood where she was coming from, being the only person who felt the exact same way about everything from the beginning. He continued for her.
TK: She's completely right. I keep thinking back to something he asked us a long time ago. We kept saying we'll help him but, what have we really done to help him? We've been more of a burden to him. He's been protecting us since he got here. Every time we get in trouble we just turned to him. The only reason we're scared right now is because we never thought this far. Glen's out and we have trouble waiting for us outside. I don't know about you all but, I'm tired of treating Glen like a crutch. We know he's here for us, but he doesn't know we're here for him.

TK: turned to the unconcious Glen.
TK: Well I'll let you know now. We're here for you. You rest up I'll handle this.

TK turned to Kari and they both nodded at each other. They both turned to the door and walked out. Davis and Yolie were the first to follow
Ken: I've been itching for a fight anyway.

He said as he walked out the door. He other chosen slowly stood and followed. Tai closed his eyes and smiled.
Tai: Where have I been?

He said walking out as well. Mr. Kamiya turned to his wife and hugged her.
Mr. Kamiya: You watch Glen.
Mrs. Kamiya: Be careful.

Mr. Kamiya kissed her and slowly turned to Glen.
Mr. Kamiya: Wake up soon. You really have helped my daughter grow up alot, I'll have to thank you for that.

Deep inside Glen's mind he heard a voice.
????: T...ha...nk.....yo..u

Glen looked around the dark room he was in and walked to the window in front of him. Outside he only saw darkness that stretched as far as the eyes could see.
????: Do you see Glen? They are with you. The Nores family is in good hands.
Glen: Who are you?

He looked around the dark room and found no one. He just slowly closed his eyes and sat back down. But, in the digital world someone was feeling the effect of the chosen.
Patamon: Gatomon do you feel that?
Gatomon: Yeah it's Kari.
Patamon: They're calling us.

Patamon and Gatomon turned to see the digiport in front of them open. They walked into it and found themselves in Glen's room. They looked up at him and flushed with rage. They ran out of the room and passed the chosen outside then they jumped off the banister of the apartment.
Patamon warp digivolve to Seraphimon.
Gatomon warp digivolve to Ophanimon.

The chosen seemed suprised by the sudden appearance of the digimon and how they just digivolved flying into the air. Kari and TK weren't shocked at all. They knew their digimon would come for them. The chosen didn't see anything but, the two digimon kept flying torward the rooftop across from them. As soon as they got near it Knightmon and Crusadermon flew after them and they all took to the skies. Mugen and Ailia stepped to the edge of the roof and stared down at the chosen. Like Kari had said, they were there. After looking at their smug smiles Kari placed her foot on the banister and jumped over to the roof.
Tai: Damn, everyone to the roof.

Tai looked around noticed that TK was already going up the building. He was the one to make the first move. The others quickly gave chase. After Kari landed Ailia kicked at her face but, Kari leaned back under it. Mugen kicked at her feet but she flipped back out of the way. She landed on the ledge and then flipped forward over them both. Mugen kicked up at her and missed barely. Kari rolled to the ground and turned back to them. Mugen walked up with Ailia walking close behind him, then he suddenly felt something on his shoulder. He turned and caught a fist to the face.
TK: You, me, NOW!!!
Mugen: Fine by me!

The others finally made their way to the roof and Kari stopped them.
Kari: She's mine. My crest won't have it any other way.
TK: Same here.
[Music que: Freestyla- Boomfunk MC]

The four stood face to face and watched each other carefully waiting for the other to make a move. They got ready for the fight and took fighting positions. Then TK burst out after Mugen who jumped back to different roof and at the same time Kari pulled two daggers from her hip holster and Ailia pulled one as well. They both slammed them against each others. Kari pulled her arm sideways and sent another slash only for them to clash once again. Kari sent three more slashes and they clashed their weapons together. The sparks from the blades flew beautifully. The two girls pressed their blades against each other's and Kari pushed down hard and knocked Ailia back.
Kari: Completely freestyle from here on.

When Kari said that she smiled and twirled her blades in her hands stylishly. Then she suddenly stopped and slammed her blades against Ailia's. While Ailia was off balance Kari span around and kicked her in the stomache. Then swept for her legs before she did an uppercut with her dagger that Ailia blocked with her's. Kari spun back to the other side and spun her blades again before she slammed one back into her holster. Kari stabbed at Ailia and she dodged the attack then stabbed back. Kari ducked under Ailia's dagger and slashed up knocking Ailia's dagger away from her. Then Kari did and topspin back to her feet and smiled as she pushed her dagger back into it's holster. Ailia smiled back knowing now they would fight hand to hand. Kari punched at Ailia but, she sidestepped out of the way. Kari followed with a quick backhand that Ailia blocked with her right arm. As Ailia held her hand, Kari punched at her with her left only for Ailia to duck it and send a spinning heel kick at her. Kari leaned forward and glided her body under the kick. Ailia moved her body up and punched at Kari with her right but, Kari leaned back under it. Ailia kicked at Kari but, Kari just moved her body to the side and the did a forward cartwheel at Ailia. Ailia jumped back to dodge it and Kari landed on the ground in splits position. Ailia punched down at Kari's head but, she rolled to the side and did a hand stand spin kick to Ailia's face. Kari rolled to her feet and grabbed Ailia's arm and elbowed her twice in the kidneys and then once in the face. Kari span around and kneed her in the stomache and then gave her a short uppercut to the face. As Ailia leaned back from the uppercut Kari grabbed her neck and slammed her head into the ground. Kari pulled her back up and kicked her twice in the stomache before she grabbed her and tossed her to the other roof. Ailia rolled back passed the boys and Kari ran after her. TK placed his left hand on the ground and span his body with a kick to Mugen's face and did so four more times. The attack caused Mugen to stumble back, and when he did TK threw himself onto his shoulders. While on his shoulders TK unleashed a flurry of punches to his head and then locked his fists together and slammed his hands into Mugen's chest knocking him back to the edge of the roof. Mugen almost fell off but, stopped himself and looked forward at TK who was running at him. Mugen jumped back and TK put his hand on the ledge and tossed himself into the air. He did five spins and then planted his foot into Mugen's chest sending him pulmeting to the other roof [TK's fighting style is a mixture of Capioera and Monkey]. TK landed shortly after and charged at Mugen. Ailia now stood back up and stared at Kari who was ready for her. Kari punched at Ailia but, she dodged it and kneed Kari in the stomache. Ailia didn't want to lose her advantage so she punched Kari in the face and followed with a spinning high kick. Kari took the kick full force and it caused her to turned around quickly. Remembering what Glen told her.
[Glen: Move your body fluidly at all times during a fight. That way you can always have a reaction to anything, even your own opponent's attacks.]

Kari quickly kicked back into Ailia's stomache and then turned her body to a spinning backhand to Ailia's face causing her to spin backwards. Kari flipped forward and landed on Ailia's chest and then punched her twice in the face before she flipped back. TK and Mugen fought on a third roof and they were fighting hard. Mugen punched into TK's face and pushed him back then he punched him twice in the stomache, following with a spinning jump kick. TK ducked under it and kicked upward into Mugen's face and then spun around and sent another kick to his chest. Mugen went rolling along the ground. TK ran after him and turned to the fight between the girls. Kari caught Ailia's punch and then punched her back. Suddenly a Kari clone came form in behind her and kicked Ailia in the stomache causing her to stumble and another punched her in the face. A fourth came in and uppercutted Ailia into the air. While she was in the air, the real Kari was flying at her with a corkscrew dropkick. The impact was devesating, it sent Ailia rolling in mid-air to the next roof. Kari landed and began doing handsigns. Ailia rolled to her feet and started running away from Kari. Kari concentrated her chakra to her feet and started to skate along the ledge of the roof Ailia was on. Ailia looked at Kari and began shooting dark orbs at her. Kari flipped in between the roofs on the side of her to dodge. Then she landed near Ailia and grabbed her by the back of her shirt. Kari planted a punch into Ailia's stomache and then a punch to the back of her head. When Ailia bent over Kari kicked her in the face causing her to go flipping backwards on the roof until she reached the ledge. Kari jumped at Ailia but, she blasted her back into the air. She continued to shoot at her but, before she could finish her, Kari shot back and sent Ailia flying. Mugen grabbed TK by his neck and started using his crest on him. He sucked the willpower from TK but, TK kicked him back and began to smile. Mugen looked down and saw the crest of Hope shining brightly. TK had mastered his crest. His will had shot through the roof. He had enough energy and morale for twenty people. He took one step and was suddenly moving faster than sound. He placed both hands on the ground and spun his lower body around moving his arms away wih every spin. He kicked Mugen's legs and caused him to fall forward. TK turned himself and kicked Mugen in the chest with both feet sending him flying back. TK spun around and tossed himself in the air and did a backwards flip kick to Mugen. Mugen hit the ground hard and stood back up facing TK. Kari spin Kicked Ailia in the face causing her to go flying back. While she was in the air a Kari clone jumped up from the alley below her and uppercutted her in the stomache. The clone quickly spun around and did a sycthe kick to Ailia's stomache sending her higher in the air. The real Kari jumped forward and did a thrust punch to Ailia's chest sending her flying back. Kari landed and caught an airbourne TK. She smiled at him, and him, her. She hooked her arms under his and jumped forward. After she jumped she released TK and he went flipping at Mugen with his leg out. TK used the crest of hope to accelerate himself and he connected his foot with Mugen's face and sent him flying backwards. TK landed and Kari ran to his side. Ailia and Mugen were standing next to each other as well[ After they recovered form their own respective ass whipping.]. Kari and TK ran at the couple but, they were sneaky. Mugen punched to the side and hit Kari in the face while Ailia distracted TK. Mugen punched Kari two more times and then kicked her to the ground. He bent over and grabbed her neck.
Mugen: I'll drain everything from you!

Mugen began to use the crest of despair on Kari but, TK noticed. He quickly tripped Ailia and ran over to Mugen. Mugen looked to the side and saw TK running at him but, couldn't react before TK did a front wards flip kick to his face knocking him off Kari. Kari flipped to her feet and shot a light orb at Mugen that made him roll along the ground. Then she turned to Ailia who stood in front of her. Ailia activated her crest to it's fullest and she sprouted black wings from her back while her body seemed over taken in black armor. Kari smiled and sprouted white wings and a gorgeous white armor around her body. Both girls reached out their hands and made two swords. The chosen watching were put in awe. They saw the end product of her time with Glen. At the same time both girls flapped their wings and took off into the air. They whirled around each other and Ailia swung her right wing at Kari. Her black feathers took off after Kari but, she flew out of the way and did the same attack. Ailia dodged the feathers but, was caught off gaurd as Kari closed the distance between them and slammed her blades against hers. It was all Ailia could do to hold herself up. Kari spun around and delivered a double sword slash to Ailia, breaking through her armor and sending her falling back to the roof. Kari landed on a different roof and started doing handsigns.
Kari: Specialty ninja art.

Kari thrusted out her palm torward Ailia.
Kari: Kamiya tidal wave!

A tidal wave started from the beginning of Ailia's roof and splashed down on her. The tidal wave created a flood and sealed around the edges of the roof as if there was a wall around it. Then Kari spoke the final piece of her attack.
Kari: Of Light!!!!

Kari quickly closed her palms and the water around Ailia began to light up. It burned her skin and she screamed out in pain. She started to swim up to the top and when she reached the top she took a deep breath. When she opened her eyes Kari tossed a light blade into her chest. The blade knocked her from the water and she fell to the other roof. Kari jumped to it and checked Ailia. She was dead, Kari had taken her first human life. She looked down at Ailia and checked her hand. Suddenly the crest of darkness left Ailia's right hand and went to Kari's left. Light could never extingish the darkness. All they could hope for is co-existence. For without one, there cannot be the other. When it went onto her hand it stung for a second. Kari bit down on her flesh to stop the pain and waited for it to subside. When it did she looked down and heard a howling voice that she hadn't noticed before.
Mugen: AILIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kari looked up to see the enraged man charging at her. She had just killed his lover, but she could whole heartedly say she didn't feel bad in the least. When Mugen got to her face he was stopped. Kari looked back to see TK holding him in a chokehold. Mugen continued to swung wildly at Kari and the act enraged TK.
Mugen: AILIA, AILIA, AILIA!!!!!!
TK: Well if you miss her so damn much go see her!!!!!!

He said as he furiously snapped Mugen's neck. TK slowly dropped Mugen down next to Ailia. Mugen's crest slowly floated into the air and changed into the crest of heart. The crest latched onto TK's left hand and it burned for a moment but, he ignored it.
Gatomon: Looks like you two handled everything here.
Kari: What about on your side?
Patamon: Look up.

The chosen looked up and saw the data bits of the two enemy digimon floating through the air. Kari did handsigns and then placed her hands on the two dead chosen.
Kari: Inceration jutsu!

The bodies turned to ash and flew up with the data bits. The two sets of streams converged into each other and then disappeared into the air. The two warriors stared at the sky and then turned to the others who had their mouths on the floor.
Matt: That was amazing!
Tai: Spectacular!
Kari: Thanks guys.
Sora: We should get back and to the house so we can tend to your wounds.

The chosen walked off back to the Kamiya house so that they could rest after the battle. As Herron walked in the digital world he felt a strange chill in the air. He turned around with a look of anger.
Geese: What happened?
Herron: They beat them. They killed Ailia and Mugen.
Geese: What!?
Herron: It would seem we have underestimated them. Dammit!! I can also sense that Nores will awake soon.
Geese: Right, your trick doesn't last forever. Besides that Nores has a strong will. He won't sleep long.
Herron: I want you to handle this. Idjijoji is all yours.
Geese: Thank you.
Herron: Stay here for now. We must finish making the platform.
Geese: Alright.

Herron and Geese stood in a remote region of the digital world. They were preparing the final stage of the struggle but, were vexxed by the chosen's continued existence. But, Herron had faith that Geese would end that soon enough. TK and Kari rested after their long battle and the others sat dumbfounded at the changes they had missed. One thing was for sure though, Tai, Matt, and Mr. Kamiya couldn't be any prouder if they tried.
TK: Ow. Joe that hurts man.
Joe: Oh really. You can fight physchopathes but, getting bandaged up hurts.
TK: No it's just that I have a wound there and you're acting like you have to sqeeuze it.
Joe: I do have to sqeeuze it.
TK: Well just don't be so rough ok?
Joe: Whatever.

Joe turned over to Kari who was watching TK carefully.
Joe: Nothing serious.

He said to Kari. She took a deep breath and sat back.
Kari: It would have been all I could take if you got hurt too.
TK: Don't worry I'm fine. I'm just amazed at what you did with the light armor.
Kari: Yeah, look at what I can do.

Kari enveloped her arm in darkness and made dark armor cover her arm. The entire room got silent.
Izzy: How can you do that already?
Kari: I don't know. At first I thought it was because I defeated Ailia. But, if that was the case Glen should be abe to use the crest of Life.
Tai: So what do you think it is?
Kari: I don't know.
Davis: Glen would probably be able to tell us but, he'll be sleeping for a while.
Yolie: Sleeping?
Davis: Yeah, he won't stay like that long.
Sora: How can you be so sure?
Matt: I know as well. He'll be up soon.
Cody: Huh?

Both boys held up the crest of Friendship. TK stood up and walked to Glen. His new crest shined brightly, he placed his hand on Glen's chest.
[Crest of Heart: The ability to project ones self into another.] TK's eyes went dead and he stood inside a very dark room. He walked around the darkness and finally saw Glen sitting in fetal position. He looked around the room and found that it was empty save for a window.
TK: Glen!

He said in an overly happy tone. He ran to Glen but suddenly felt a force rushing at him.
????: I'm sorry, But, you don't belong here.

He very strong voice called out to him. It rushed at TK and blasted him back out of Glen. TK's eyes shot open and he shot back to the wall in behind him.
Matt: TK! What just happened?
TK: I used my crest. I went inside his conciousness and something inside Glen kicked me out.

Everyone in the room stared at TK for a moment.
Sora: How the hell did you do that?
TK: Oh, my new crest.
Mimi: How did you know how to use it so fast?
TK: I just kind of....did.
Ken: What did you say about something inside Glen?
TK: Something said that I didn't belong there and tossed me back.
Kari: Is that the reason he's like that?
TK: No that force felt.....gentle.
Davis: Yeah you just got chucked by a gentle force.

He said in a sarcastic tone which earned a glare from TK.
TK: Shut up Davis!

Inside the dark room Glen looked around for the voice he heard.
Glen: Am I hearing things?
????: No you are not.
Glen: Who are you?
????: I am here for you as they are.
Glen: Huh, who's here for me?

The voice said nothing more. Glen sat back and looked down not, noticing that there was something outside the window. A.shining brillant light that didn't reach the room. Two days passed of nothing eventful. The chosen were beginning to worry after so many times of coming to see the unconcious Glen. Talonmon and the other digimon had left to the digital world to monitor any of Herron's movements. The chosen sat in Glen's room watching him as he laid there. All thinking of what Davis said about him sleeping.
Mimi: Hey guys, Do you think he can hear us?

The question left the whole room stomped. They wondered why they had never thought of that before.
Mimi: I'll go first. Everyone else get out.
Tai: Why?
Mimi: Just do it!

She said pushing everyone out of the room. Once she was sure they all had left she sat next to his bed.
Mimi: Hey, I know we've left you alone for a while. And it seems like we're never there for you. But, I want you to know that'll all change when you wake up. I want to see you smile again. The smile that always forced a smile on my face. Please.

She said as she leaned down and hugged the sleeping Glen, tears filling her eyes.
Mimi: Be okay. If you don't wake up I'll never forgive you.

Glen sat in the dark room and listened to the message relayed to him. He didn't understand it. He remembered nothing but, his name. He looked down and failed to notice the light outside get longer and closer to the window. Mimi quickly stood and wiped the tears from her eyes. She turned to the door and opened it. The chosen quickly took their seats trying to look unconspicuous.
Mimi: You guys aren't sneaky at all.

Kari wasn't listening like the others were. She took her seat and waited.
Cody: I'm next.

Cody didn't even walked to the door. He just teleported into the room and stood at Glen's side.
Cody: Glen you should have seen it. Kari fought with your clan symbol. She took down Ailia. And me...

He said dropping his head down.
Cody: I just watched. Glen, I was unable to move after he showed that image. I kept thinking "If I make him my enemy he might do that to my Grandpa". I got scared. It isn't like me to get scared. By the time I refound myself......it was too late. I'm sorry I let you down but, the worst part is. That through the whole thing, you never looked back for help. I hope you'll look back for help when you wake up. When you do, I'll be right there to help. That's a promise from samurai to ninja.

He said as he reappeared in the other room.
Cody: I'm done.

He said to the people with their ears to the door.
Matt: I geuss I'm next.

He said walking into the room.
Matt: Hey Glen.

He said walking up to him.
Matt: I've always been the rebel of the group. Always the first to stand up and fight, even when it wasn't necessary. My rebeling even turned me against the group. My rashness always led me down the wrong path. I always thought my mistakes were so big. But, they never led to this before. Maybe I would have lost if I jumped in. But, I would have felt better than I do now. Maybe then we all could have just retreated and thought up a plan. I know that no matter what you said you couldn't have gone into that fight with a level head. When you wake up, we'll get them back.

He said turning to the door.
Matt: Together.

Matt walked outside the room and saw that the others were actually siitting.
Matt: Next!
Davis: I'll go.

Davis walked into the room and stood next to Glen. He looked up to the ceiling and closed his eyes before he spoke.
Davis: I heard a saying a long time ago. A friend sees the first tear and catches the second but, stops the third. I'm sure you know but, that means a true friends can see when you're hurting and second, give you a shoulder to cry on. Lastly they guide you through the hard times so you won't have to cry anymore. So.....I guess I haven't been a true friend. I'll change that when you get up. I promise. Just don't keep me waiting okay.

Davis spun on his heels and walked out of the room. The chosen said nothing. They all now wore serious faces that showed their moods. Sora Stood up and walked into the room before she shut the door. She looked down at Glen and smiled.
Sora: You know, it seems like it was so long ago when you first came to us. At that time I was taller than you. But, the last time you I checked I have to look up to you now. It's so not fair. You're taller than me in more than one way.

Sora started to blush slightly.
Sora: I know you were there that day we had girl talk. You know about it all don't you?

Glen didn't know why but, he began to blush as he sat in the dark room. He could feel the blood rushing to his cheeks in embarrassment.
Sora: I was actually glad you knew, it was like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. I couldn't hide the fact that I had weird butterflies when I was around you. Not that I'd leave Tai but, there just this aura about you that I'd miss if you weren't around. I will not be a burden to you anymore. You wake up so we can talk again ok.

She said as she leaned down and gently kissed Glen on his cheek. She stood up and turned around torward the door.
Sora: I want to learn about everything ok?

She continued to walk out of the room. Glen's head still facing the ground, he could still feel the blood warm his cheeks. Although his face showed no emotion. The light outside the window had branched out torward the window but, still he failed to notice.
Ken: I'll go.

Ken stood up and walked into the room. He looked down at Glen and closed his eyes.
Ken: I feel so helpless. I want to fight but, I can't find the strength to do it. I always felt that you were strong. So, I just thought I would never be as strong as you. I probably never will but, that doesn't mean I shouldn't fight. I saw that image he showed and I saw you fighting digimon even before you had your crest.

Ken looked at his right hand.
Ken: I can't use my crest. But, that will no longer stop me from fighting. Geese is mine! I'll make him pay for this. And I want you to see me when I do. Even if I never use my crest. I'll fight with my life like you do. Now it's my turn to protect you.

Ken smiled as big as the sun outside and walked back out of the room. Joe stood up and took his place in the room. He looked down to Glen.
Joe: You know, back in the day I used to be afraid of blood. Strange isn't it? I always wanted to be a doctor. I don't even know why. I just wanted to help people. But, in this fight I haven't been much help. I never really liked fighting that much but, I've always known when the time for words had ceased. And well, the time for talk is over. Good old reliable Joe is back in the fight and ready for action. Well, when the fight starts anyway. I'm not strong like you but, I'll do everything I can. Just like you.

Glen looked up in his dark room and paid more attention to the voices. He finally rested his eyes on the light outside that wasn't very far from the window anymore. Joe walked out of the room and watched Izzy take his place.
Izzy: Glen, I was always the smart kid. Not the fighter. That was always where I fell short. But, I was studying your crest and I found way to emulate your strength. But, that's not the same as real strength is it? Soon after you broke the limits that I had seen. I realize now that I could never emulate your strength.

Izzy looked down at Glen and smiled.
Izzy: Because your strength doesn't come from your muscles. That's why I can place my full trust in you. And, why from now on, you can put all of your trust in me.

Izzy turned and walked from the room. The chosen outside had smiles on their faces that brightened up the room. The ones who had spoken already felt so relieved to say what they did. While the others waited to say what was on theirs. Yolie stood and walked into the room. She smiled as she looked at Glen. She closed her eyes and built up the courage to say what was on her mind.
Yolie: I love you.

Glen once again blushed inside his dark room and listened further to Yolie's words.
Yolie: There, I said it. It all started the day you saved me. You were so strong yet, gentle. It was very reassuring. I felt so safe with you. You know what's weird.

She said looking to the ceiling before she continued.
Yolie: I feel safe right now. Even though you're like that. I feel safe just being in your presence.

Yolie leaned down and kissed Glen full on the lips before she stood back and teared up.
Yolie: Please wake up soon.

Yolie wiped her eyes and smiled before she walked out of the room. TK walked in next and crossed his arms.
TK: You know man. When I walked out there to fight. I really wasn't sure I could win. But, all I kept thinking was "would Glen back down?". That question alone kept me fighting. I know at one point during that fight you must have realized you couldn't win. But, you fought anyway. Because you wanted to protect us. Don't run recklessly into battle anymore, because now you have back up.

TK left the room and sat down looking at who you was sure was next. Sure enough Tai stood up and walked into the room. He sat down and looked away from Glen.
Tai: It comes to my attention that I have been a coward by making you fight all the time. You have earned the time to rest even if it leads to our end. You don't need to fight anymore. We'll fight for you.

Tai turned to Glen and took a deep sigh.
Tai: I used to be the leader of this group. I led us into battle and carried us back out. It seems like you took that place for a while. And you didn't choose it. I am now out of retirement as leader.

Tai said as he pulled a pair of Googles from his pocket and placed them on his head.
Tai: And my first order as leader is that even when you wake up. You rest up while we fight for you.

He said with a confident smile on his face.
Tai: Oh yeah. You trained Kari well. I haven't been this proud of her in a long while.

Tai walked from the room and the entire group of chosen smiled when they saw the googles on his forehead. Tai looked over to Kari but, she just smiled as she looked at the next person walking into the room. Mr. Kamiya sat down next to Glen and smiled at the boy.
Mr. Kamiya: Glen. I'm so glad that I took you in. I don't even know why I did it. I guess it was because I kind of felt lonely when Tai moved out. Kari was still here but, there's jsut a bond between a father and son that you can't make with your daughter. It was good to have another guy in the house. And, you're so fun to hang around with too. I never thought I'd say this to someone I've only known for three monthes but, you're like a second son to me Glen. To me you're family. Nothing will change that.

Mr. Kamiya turned and walked from the room. Glen let down a tear from his eye. He didn't understand, why were these people saying this? Why did they care about him and who were they? But, most of all, why did their words touch him? Mr. Kamiya walked past Kari and tapped her shoulder. Kari stood up and walked into Glen's room. She took a long hard look at him before she sat down.
Kari: Hey.

Kari said almost jumping from her seat in anxiousness. She looked down and took her seat once again before she continued.
Kari: Since you've been here, you've been a lot of things to me. A sensei, a friend, an ally, and a.......

Kari slowly blushed and turned away from Glen.
Kari: What I'm saying is, that you mean alot to me. I love you Glen.

Kari placed her hand on Glen and let the tears fall from her face.
Kari: I need you. Please don't leave me alone. I won't let them come after you again. Even if I have to kill them all myself. Please just come back to us. Come back to me.

Glen stood in his room and looked outside the window. The light was right in front of him. It was bright a illuminated everything outside the window. Glen saw a long field with a group of people standing at the end of it. Their backs faced him and they slowly turned back to him and smiled. Once Glen finally caught sight of their faces the light streched to the window and lit up the entire room. Glen eyes slowly adjusted to the light and he looked around the newly illuminated room. People's faces appeared on the walls.
Glen: Kari, Tai, TK, Matt, Davis, Cody, Yolie, Sora, Mimi, Joe, Izzy, Ken, Mr, Kamiya, Mrs. Kamiya, Talonmon, Palmon, Gatomon, Patamon, Agumon, Gomamon, Tentomon, Gabumon, Hawkmon, Armadillomon, Veemon, Biyomon.

Glen turned to a new set of faces that he dropped a tear for when he saw.
Glen: Dad, Grandpa, Mom, Cheris.

Glen turned to another face. The face of a smiling blonde with whisker marks on his face.
Glen: Naruto.

Glen looked around the room and dropped his head.
????: This is your heart.
Glen: Who are you?
????: This room shows the people who you hold dear to you. Those you wish or wished to protect.
Glen: That explans the weird room, but, you still haven't explained who you are.

Finally another Glen stepped up to him.
Glen: You're me.
????: No. My name is Omaki. I am the gaurdian of the Nores family. I am the tenth Bijuu.
Glen: Then I'm a jinchuuriki?
Okami: No. I do not reside in your body. I can simply appear in your subconcious.
Glen: I thought there was only nine Bijuu.
Okami: I was kept secret like the existence of the Nores clan all together.
Glen: That would explain why Gramps told me not to show myself in Konoha. How come I haven't seen you before?
Omaki: I only show myself to the head of the Nores family.
Glen: I'm not the head of the family. My mother is.
Omaki: No. You proved to yourself and the world that you are indeed the head of this family.
Glen: You mean when I....
Omaki: Yes. When you killed the girl. You sacrificed your own happiness to save others. It is unfortunate that you had to earn it that way though.
Glen: Why do you look like me?
Omaki: I only took this form to approach you. My true appearance might shock you.
Glen: I would like to see your true form. After the things I have seen I doubt it would shock me.
Omaki: As you wish master.

Omaki stood back and began to transform. Glen's eyes widened and his mouth dropped as Omaki took the form of a 100 foot two-headed dragon. His legs alone were 25 feet and behind him were ten wildly swinging tails.
Omaki: Master it is time for you to awaken from your slumber. You are not to sleep this long. It has already been two days. They are all waiting for you.

Wake up soon........ You're not alone....... Thank you..........

I love you...... I want to see your smile........ We'll fight for you........Rest up............

Now you have back up................ You're family..........

Glen looked around as the voices replayed.
Omaki: They are waiting for you. I can allow you to sleep no longer.
Glen: Omaki I want to know something. Did I really show them "That"?
Omaki: If you are speaking of your awakening, yes. That leaves another problem. Get out of the house as quick as you can.
Glen: Omaki I can't go back like this.
Omaki: You must! Go young master.

Omaki blasted Glen back to conciousness. Something he couldn't do unless Glen was mentally awake. Kari leaned down to kiss Glen while he slept. Suddenly his eyes shot open and he quickly sat up to sitting position.
Kari: EEEEEEKKKKKKK!!!!!

Kari jumped back and held he heart. She stayed in the same position for a while. Glen looked at her and his eyes wavered. He quickly jumped up and walked torward the door. The other chosen had heard Kari screamed and had gotten up but, found out why when Glen opened the door. Everyone smiled at him but, he looked almost scared. No one said anything. They couldn't find the words to say. Glen shook off the look of fear and smiled.
Glen: Hey guys. We'll talk later, I'm starving. I think I'll go out to eat.

In the digital world Talonmon felt Glen awaken but, also felt something bad.
Talonmon: God, that's not good.
Gatomon: What is it?
Agumon: You seem kind of scared.
Talonmon: I have to get to the boss fast.

Talonmon turned and ran for the nearest digiport while the others watched in confusion. Glen quickly turned to the door and walked to it. Before he could reach for the knob TK stood and grabbed his shoulder.
TK: Glen.
Glen: DON'T TOUCH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Glen roared at TK and suddenly he was blasted back by an invisible force. Glen stood facing the door and he growled viciously. His teeth grew and his muscles pulsated. Glen grew to15 feet. He turned half way to the others and stared hard. Kari ran out and looked at him. Talonmon emerged from the digiport and saw Glen.
Talonmon: Boss!

Glen turned to everyone and slowly regained himself. He swung the door open and screamed.
Glen: Don't come near me!!

Glen ran from the house and jumped to the roof across from him.
Tai: What just happened?
Talonmon: I thought it wouldn't happn because he was asleep for so long.
Davis: What do you mean?
Talonmon: First we follow him. I'll explain as we go.

The chosen quickly took off and Mr. Kamiya followed after them. They ran after Glen as he ran along rooftops.
Mr. Kamiya: So what's wrong with him?
Talonmon: You guys know that thing he did when Herron attacked him?
Kari: You mean the strength's wake?
Talonmon: Yeah, haven't you wondered why he never used a move that powerful?
Ken: Kind of.
Talonmon: It's because he turns into a berserker. Having too much power can drive a man mad. After a while of using it, Glen loses the ability to destinguish between friend and foe. Even after he loses the form he goes into a state of extreme paranoia. He feels like everyone and everything is against him. The slightest contact with him could trigger him to awaken. He left so that he can clear his head.
Matt: Then tell me why are we going after him?
Talonmon: Because the first time he did that he became so afraid of himself awakening again, that he ran from me for four wholes days.
Mimi: So you're saying if we don't catch him now he might stay gone?
Talonmon: Yeah.

Kari wheeled around and jumped onto the roof behind Glen. The others figured that they woundl't be able to keep up with the two so they stuck to the ground. Glen ran across the roof growling furiously.
[ Music que: Crawling-Linkin park]

Glen ran along the roof losing his balance and stumbling in his panic. He fell in front of the ledge and caught himself. As he looked down to the ground he saw people walking down the street and he felt his muscles crawling into a hardened state. The vision he saw of the people transformed and began flying at him. He shook his head and found the people's shapes changed back to their real forms. His mind was playing tricks, confusing reality. He turned around and saw the figure of a girl and a wolf coming at him. Glen hopped up and jumped to different roofs. He also saw people running after him on the ground. He felt them getting closer. He jumped to a different roof and suddenly the edges of the roof shot up and surrounded him. The walls inched in closer and Glen curled into a ball as they got closer. Kari had caught up and the others climbed up to the roof once they saw Glen stop.
Kari: Glen.
Glen: Hff hff hff. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

He slowly turned to the others and smiled evilly. He lashed out and grabbed for Kari's neck but, Talonmon grabbed his arm.
Talonmon: Muscle expansion.

Talonmon's arms buffed up and he pulled Glen away from Kari. When he did Glen clotheslined him and did a spinning downward backhand that sent Talonmon all the way through the house he was on. Talonmon tried to pick himself back up but, couldn't. Debris from the roof had fallen on top of him. [Yeah he hit the ground so fast that the roof was stilll falling.]
Talonmon: Ok. That was not a good idea. Ow.

Talonmon looked up and saw Glen standing over him glaring down on him.
Talonmon: Shit.

He tried to struggle free but, it wasn't working. Glen reached down at him but, suddenly Kari jumped on his shoulders and held on for dear life. Glen tossed Kari and she flew back to a wall. When she fell to the ground Glen grabbed her neck and began to sqeeuze. Kari closed her eyes and turned away. Then she noticed something, in that form Glen could easily snap her neck. Why was she still alive? Glen looked to the side and saw a broken mirror lying at the side of Kari. His eyes wavered at his monstrous form. She looked up and saw Glen stopping himself, all he needed was a push. Kari gently rubbed her hand across his face. He snapped back and grabbed head. He furiously wailed to regain control. Slowly his veins crawled back into his body and his muscles began to retract. Glen looked at Kari and changed back to himself. Kari smiled at him and lost conciousness. Glen picked her up and cradled her then he kicked the derbis off of Talonmon.
Talonmon: Well it's about time you woke up.
Glen: Yeah feels like I've been asleep forever.

Glen and Talonmon jumped back to the roof and stared at the worried chosen in front of them.
Sora: Glen?
Glen: Yeah. It's me.
Mr. Kamiya: Kari?
Glen: Don't worry she just fainted.
Tai: Good. How about we get you back home.
Glen: Are you sure?
Tai: Yeah. Leader's orders.
Glen: Yeah I guess. But, we have to move fast.
Matt: Why?
Glen: Because I just totaled this house and I don't want to be here when they get back.

Everyone's eyes shut wide open and they turned back to the whole in the roof. Then they looked back at each other.
TK: Then as the guy with the bowl cut says. Every man for himself. [I got that little bit from R80 one of my favorite fanfic writers.]

Everybody burst out running away from the house and once they were a good distance away they heard someone shout "My house!!!!!!!!". But, this only made them run faster.

[Two hours later]
Kari finally woke back up after her rest. TK was staring down at her watchfully.
Kari: Whoa TK what happened?
TK: You fell unconcious after Glen woke up.
Kari: He's really up? So that wasn't a dream.
TK: Sure wasn't. We had to book it after the whole house thing.

Kari's eyes shot wide open when he brought that up.
Kari: Oh yeah who are we going to handle that?
Glen: Don't worry I'll re-emburse the guy later.

Kari and TK turned to Glen sitting on the couch in the living room. The other chosen turned to him as well in confusion on what he ha just said.
Tai: How are you going to do that?

Kari got out from the bed and walked into the living room accompanied by TK.
Glen: I'll just pay the guy.
Ken: We figured that much, but how will you pay him?
Glen: I'll pay him from my pockets. They're big enough.
Joe: What? You rob a bank?
Glen: No. I've always had money. My mother runs Emultech industries.

Everyone in the room snickered and tried to hold back their laughter.
Davis: Yeah right then why do you steal?
Glen: Because............I can.
Izzy: If your mother ran Emultech industries then you would be a millionaire.
Glen: Billionaire, actually.
Tai: I don't believe you man.

Glen shot a displeased look at Tai and then turned to Izzy.
Glen: Let me see your PC.
Izzy: All right.

Glen passed Glen his computer and he started to punch in a bunch of different keys, not letting anyone else see the screen. Then without turning from the computer he asked Tai a question.
Glen: Tai have you ever wanted to earn a business?
Tai: Well I have always wanted to own Everest inc.. Then I could show my boss who's.....boss.

Glen then started to type even faster pressing numerous keys. Then he looked up at Tai and smiled.
Glen: I just bought 69% of Everest inc.. As of tomorrow you will be running things, so long as you can handle it.
Tai: You're pullin' my leg.

Glen turned the pc to face the chosen and their eyes went wide when they saw the screen say indeed that Glen had just bought Everest inc.. Tai's eyes narrowed and he walked to the phone. He dailed his boss' number and waited for him to pick up.
Tai: Hello. Yeah this is Tai. Yeah you mean how Emultech just brought 69% of the company. Yes, I heard. I just called to say that the person who bought it is a good friend of mine. And that he turned the company over to me. Yes, it's true. Basically long story short I called to say.....I own you BITCH! Yeah, yeah I said it. If you got any complaints take it up with the boss!

Everyone turned to Tai and narrowed their eyes at the dancing man. Then they turned to Glen and he was smiling at Tai.
Ken: Who come you never told us you were rich?

Glen's smile dropped after hearing the question.
Glen: Because I never liked being rich. Of course I could get anything I wanted. But, money does bad things to people.

Glen turned away from everybody.
Glen: This is always the kind of life I wanted. Oh, and Mr. Kamiya.
Mr. Kamiya: Yeah?
Glen: I never told you before but, I liked living here because you remind me of my dad. So, I guess I always considered you family.

Everyone quickly turned to Glen and blushed.
Tai: You heard us?

He screamed while still on the phone.
Glen: Yeah. Every word. Thank you.

Everyone smiled at Glen as he sat on the other side of the couch.
Glen: But, back to business. It seems like you guys have questions for me.

Everyone looked at each other. They had completely forgot what they wanted to ask.
Davis: Oh yeah, we wanted to ask about the crest thing. You see Kari can use her new crest and so can TK but, they just got it. How is that?

The chosen dropped their heads. Thank god Davis remembered, because they didn't.
Glen: That's because there are certain requirements that are necessary to use your crest. For example after the year I spent alone in the digital, when I got the crest of strength I could already use the third stage. I don't know what the requirements for your crests are but, you must have met them.

Kari looked at her left hand and spoke.
Kari: Maybe it's because I killed Ailia. The crest must be saying that I have darkness in my heart.

Everyone turned worrily to Kari.
Glen: So you feel bad about killing Ailia.

The question turned everyone's attention back to him.
Kari: No, I don't feel any different. That's what's wrong. I don't feel bad at all. I'm a monster.

Kari looked down to the floor.
Glen: I've killed people, does that make me a monster?

Kari's face shot back up to Glen.
Kari: No I didn't mean anything like that. I just wonder why I don't feel worse.
Glen: Kari, only two emotion come after taking a life. One is regret and the other is pleasure. When you feel pleasure, more then likely you'll kill again. That's what makes people like Herron. Regret is when you've done something wrong and you know you're wrong. The fact that you feel no emotion means your concious is clear. You had no choice, it was either you or them. Then it would be everyone else. Be glad that you feel the same.

[Yeah, straight from my mouth. Most of the time when I say things like this they come directly from my mouth. I really don't like qouting other people. But, that must make you wonder if I've killed people doesn't it? Maybe I have. oooooh riceballs.]
Kari: Glen have you ever regretted taking a life?

Glen's expression went blank and he answered.
Glen: Not until a week and a half ago.

Glen closed his eyes indicating that he no longer wanted to pursue the conversation. Kari looked away, in her confusion she asked a question she already knew the answer to. She wondered why she even asked, while others thought back to what Kari said. Glen always hid his negative emotions. He wouldn't let them see him upset. Glen re-opened his eyes and turned to the others.
Glen: Anyway, I think that it is something else that is the reason why you can use your crests. You see, darkness is not nessecarily bad. It all rests in the hands of the holder. If Ailia had the crest of Light she still wouldn't have been a better person.

Everyone understood the explaination but, they were mad at Glen. Instead of letting it out like he should have a long time ago. Once again he locked away his tears and they would stay sealed. They let it go and instead pursued something different.
Sora: Glen, why is it you didn't like being rich?
Glen: Well, when I was born I had money. My father wasn't only a talented ninja but, he was also a genius. He was an excellent business man and he created Emultech. The first memory I have though is being in a village of ninja. It was amazing. I saw my father sparring with a blonde haired man who they called the hokage. Their fight was amazing and with this being one of the first things I saw it gave me expections on the world. I was only three years old at the time but, strangely I understood so much. Dad was leaving the village and heading home. But, before we could get far away we heard news of a demon attacking the village. My father rushed back as fast as he could but, by the time he got there the hokage had given his life to seal the beast inside his own son. My father blamed himself for the village's attack. If he was there maybe it would have never turned out like that. After that he took me home and wollowed in guilt. Then....he died shortly after I turned four. I may have been young but, I understood the concept of death. It meant that I would never see my father again. The house we lived in was so extravagant and the neighborhood was full of other people who had money like us. One day I just sat outside and watched the people out there. They were whining over small problem most people would be glad to have and spoiled brats who had the world but, wanted more. I couldn't take it anymore, I ran to my mom and told her I refused to live there any longer. I wanted to grow up normal like most other kids and the fact that I was so young meant that I was not accustomed to being rich. My mother agreed but, told me that she would not give up Emultech. My father put his heart and soul into creating that company and she would not let it die. I grew up on the west side of detroit. Life ran normal, few friends, few enemies, and few problems. Until one day word got out that I was rich, suddenly people started treating me differently. They would pick on me and say that I was just pretending to be like them, and maybe I was. But, the way I talked and the way I walked, my whole demeandor was just like where I lived. The only difference between us was that my family wasn't pressed for cash. When I turned 6 a kid named dairein mutton led a whole series of attacks on me. And they were criminal. Multiple broken ribs, fractured bones and puncture wounds. But, thing hated the most is that he never fought me fair once, it was always at least ten people with him. When I turned eight my grandfather slapped me in the back of the head and said "Boy we're training!" and there was little I could do to resist. He tried his best to teach me but,....I sucked. After so many tries I gave up but, after another attack at school I finally got serious. I made excellent progress and mastered most of the moves my grandfather wanted to teach me. But, I had impure motives.

Glen stopped and looked around to see if everyone was following. After seeing the interested looks on their faces he dicided to continue.
Glen: The next day at school, like always Dairius dicided to make me the brunt of his attacks but.......I fought back using every justu I had just learned. The clone justu was the most effective seeing as he was jumping me. I fought them and beat them to within an inch of their lifes.......literially. A whole lot of things happened and in the end it was only steam being blown through the air. After that I found myself out of one problem and into another. Everyone saw the way I fought and become deathly afraid of me. I hated it, I didn't want them to fear, just to respect me. Everyone avoided me. The only human contact I had outside of my house was when people on the street tried to kill me. Although our roles got reversed. I threw myself into my training and ignored all else as all else ignored me. When I was ten I returned to the hidden leave village but and saw someone who lifted my spirits and made me want to do better. And, the rest is a story for another day.

Everyone was stunned at him stopping so suddenly. They wanted to hear more.
Kari: Come on. I thought you were finally going reveal who the mystery person was.
Glen: I don't wanna.
Sora: Please.
Glen: My back hurts.

Everyone looked confused at the irrellivence of the last comment but, they guessed that was some way of him saying "just drop it!". They all frowned at him and shouted.
All: FINE!!!!!!!

They all said at the same time before walking away. Glen just chuckled and stood up.
Glen: I'm going to the roof to think. Don't wait up.

Everyone's looks dropped, Kari told them about why he did that while he was "Sleep". Glen stepped outside and felt the freezing sting of the night air. He looked up at the moon and whispered something under his breath.
Glen: Looks like it's gonna rain tonight. Right, Kari?

He said to the girl who was standing at his side. She had walked after him but, tried to silence her movement but, like she said before, there was no sneaking up on Glen.
Glen: Something you wanted to ask me?
Kari: Why do you always do this?

At this point the others had come to the door behind Kari.
Davis: You always hide everything. You don't have to do that.

Glen's face dropped.
Glen: I won't burden anyone with my feelings and problems. Don't worry about me.
Mimi: Glen, I can feel there are so many things you want to let out. I can tell that without reading your mind.
Glen: I'm alright.
Sora: You're lying.
Cody: Glen we're here for you man. And this time we mean it.
Glen: Cody, there are just some times when a man needs to think alone.
Mr. Kamiya: Yeah but, a man also knows when to look for help from others.
Glen: Alright you sure that's what you want?

Glen eyes turned blood red as he turned around to everyone. Without doing any handsigns a black arua began to envelop his body. The shadow rose over his back and form a mouth. The creature roared at the chosen and they all stood in fear. Talonmon, who had been quiet through the whole thing had no idea what the hell was happening.
Glen: Are you sure you want to understand everything about me? The strength's wake wasn't the only thing I never wanted anyone to see.

The aura whirled around Glen and went down into his shadow.
Glen: I don't keep my emotions to myself for no reason.

Kari was the first to snap out of her fear. She looked at Glen as he walked off and ran in front of him.
Glen: Why are you?
Kari: Glen sensei, I challenge you.

What Kari said snapped everyone else out of their daze.
Tai: What!?
TK: That is a bad idea.
Glen: I thought you would soon enough. Name the wager because I know you have a catch.
Kari: If I can get a clean hit on you then you tell us everything.
Glen: Agreed. But if you lose I go off like always. Follow me.

Kari and Glen both left to the roof of the apartment as the other chosen reluctantly followed. Glen looked up at the night sky as him and Kari stood on the roof. Sure enough like Glen had thought the rain began to pour. It was raining hard and Kari flinched under it.
Glen: Ignore it. Feel the rain but, do not let it hinder your actions.

Kari looked up and shook off the rain. Yolie put up a barrier around the others to sheild them from the rain coming down. The roof was big and the rain was pouring. A perfect time for a fight. Kari struck her stance and Glen did the same.
Glen: No crests.
Kari: Agreed, besides yours would give you an unfair advantage.

Kari looked for a minute then she charged at Glen and sent a punch for his face but, he ducked under it easily, then he span out of the way of another punch she sent for his head. Then he flipped back to dodge the kick Kari followed up with. When he landed he smiled at her. She was reacting to all of his moments. He taught her well. But, she was still no where near him. She continued her offensive. She ran at him and sent a right rook for his face but, he caught her fist. She countered by punching at him with her left but, he caught that as well. She looked him dead in the face and kicked for his head only for him to move it to the side and toss her aside by her arms. Kari stumbled and fell to the ground. She pounded her fist onto the cold wet ground and then she flipped back at Glen with her foot headed straight for his head but, he stepped back out of the way. Then Kari did a jumping spin kick torwards Glen's face. The kick was going so fast that it cut right throught the rain but, only the rain. Glen had dodged her attack and was standing in behind her. She whirled around to him but, quickly changed her motions so that she leaned back under a punch he had sent at her. Then she spun around and stood good distance from him. She knew now that he would no longer stand back and dodge. Glen reached up and grabbed the rain falling torward him. Then Kari smiled and her crest made her body shine momentairly. She charged and punched at Glen but he swatted it away and kicked at her. Kari rolled back away from the kick and flipped to her feet. Glen ran at her and she kicked forward at his face but, he rolled out of the way and in the same motion did a spinning kick to her side sending her sliding across the ground. Kari caught herself and spun to her feet doing handsigns. She focused her chakra into the rain around her and then hurled it at Glen. He smiled, he had chosen to fight her in the rain because she was more adept with water jutsu. She had an advantage but, he did teach her meaning she knew what he knew. She lauched the rain at him like bullets but, he dodged them like they were nothing and then he launched a clone at her. The clone kicked her upward and then the real Glen did a flipping heel kick to her side as she was coming down. Kari rolled on the ground and slowly got up to her feet. When she got up she saw Glen coming at her. He uppercutted her she almost fell off the roof but, she caught the ledge and tossed herself back up. The Glen clone was behind her before she could even look. She turned around and it flip kicked her to the sheild the others were behind. She hit it hard and stumbled off but before she could react Glen scythe kicked her back into the sheild. her body richocheted off and she went rolling to the ground. Glen stood back and watched her as she picked herself up. She finally stood back up and suddenly she smiled. She thought back on another tip Glen gave her.
[Glen: The easiest way to make your body fluid is to catch a rythm. Move your body as if dancing and you'll be able to move directly to that rythm.]

Kari brushed her long her back feeling the wetness of the rain had made it softer. She closed her eys and started to sway her hips from side to side. Then she began swaying her entire body the same way. Glen momentarily dropped his stance and smiled wonderingly at Kari. Then he shook his head and he started jumping back and forth. Using the same tactic as Kari. He ran at her and sent a quick jab at her face but, she spun out of the way in what seemed like a ballerina spin and swept low at Glen's feet. He flipped back over the leg sweep and landed on his palms and did a handstand spin kick at Kari's head. She leaned her head under it and span back to standing postion. Glen stood and Kari went on the offensive. She punched forward at him and missed then she quickly tried to catch him with a back fist but, failed. Glen leaned back away from Kari's last attack but, was caught of gaurd when she swung her hair at him. He dodged her hair but, the rain from her hair hit him in the face. She followed by continuing to spin right into a roundhouse kick. Glen leaned back under it and counter with a crescent moon kick that almost caught Kari. Kari dodged with a cartwheel and jumped into the air. She somehow landed on the rain drops by using her chakra and then she jumped at Glen. She kicked at him and he blocked it with his right arm and with his left he grabbed the clone she sent to sneak up behind him. He pushed back the real Kari and kicked back into the clone causing it to disappear. Kari landed on the ground and spun her leg around in a circle tracing it in the puddle around her. before she aimed back at Glen not losing her rythm. Glen was shocked. He didn't teach her the hoping on rain trick, he could do it mind you, but how did she learn it.
[Glen: It seems I've taught her well. I guess I should stop playing now..]

The two looked hard at each other as the rain poured harder and harder. Glen did handsigns and gatherred the rain around him and Kari then launched it at her. She span out of the way and launched some water back at him. He did the same and theri atacks collided with one another. Then they both ran at each other. Time slowed as they fought. Kari did a high spin kick but Glen ducked under it and placed both hands on the ground then he flung himself up into a hand stand uppercut kick. Kari leaned back and got away form it and then punched at Glen's stomache but, he pulled his body down to the side and dodged the hit and laid his body down sideways. He quickly twirled his wrist and spun himself at Kari's feet preparing to trip her but, she jumped over it and cartwheeled back. Glen tossed himself to his feet They both looked at each other and then charged. He punched with his left and she, with her right. Both missed but, as they trailed their hits along the rain time caught back up and they quickly did a simultaenous backhand punch clashing forearms with one another. The impact was so powerful that the rain around them was blasted back. The two of them burst out into a light speed fight. Glen had sent at least twenty punches at Kari but, she swatted them away and dodged the kicks that came at her legs. Glen sent one last punch at Kari but, she blocked it and then punched at him. She started to threw blows at Glen. Her punches were going extremely fast but, Glen was dodging them easily. She put everything she had into a kick and she kicked at Glen's head. He stopped the kick with his left hand and then he tripped her standing foot and while she was falling he kicked into her stomache. While she was in the air, he ran forward and uppercutted her in the stomache followed by two quick punches and a eagle kick to her chest sending her flying back across the roof. She landed on her back and rolled to her front. She tried to pick up herself but, the second lightning struck on the other side of the next building she fell down to the ground. Glen walked over to her and checked her as the others finally emerged from the barrier. Kari didn't know when but, Glen had pressed her pressure points making her able to move. All that time he was just toying with her. TK walked over to her and pulled her onto his back. She looked up at Glen as the pouring rain fell onto everyone there.
Kari: So I'm still not good enough to hit you.
Glen: Don't let it get to you. You're actually pretty good. You even taught yourself a couple of moves. Besides...

Glen said holding up his left hand. His arm was shaking wildly which caused everyone to become confused.
Glen: While you didn't land a clean blow. That last kick you did damn near paralyzed my arm. Rest up okay.
Kari: Alright. Next time I'll get you.
Glen: I hope so.

Glen flashed everyone a confident smile that made Kari smile with him.
Glen: You know guys. I think I'll hang out at the mall tonight.
Cody: But, the mall's closed.

Glen flashed a devious smile.
Glen: I know.

Kari burst out laughing on TK's back and it confused everyone.
Glen: Night.
Sora: Please don't stay so distant.
Glen: Some day maybe.

Everyone turned and started to walk off but, before they did Mimi suddenly stopped. She turned back and walked up to Glen after the others were out of sight.
Mimi: Glen can I talk to you?
Glen: Huh?

What asked Glen caught him completely off gaurd. He almost fell over when she said it. But, he suddenly began to smile and he replied.
Glen: Sure.

The next day. Glen came back in the house stumbling the night before. He passed out on his bed and woke up with his head pounding. Kari walked into his room and nudged him.
Kari: Glen, are you okay?
Glen: Uhhhhh, I have a hangover.

Kari jumped back at what he said and looked at him carefully.
Kari: You're not old enough to drink.
Glen: Yeah but, when I went to mess with the gaurds they just asked me to hang with em. Then pushed a few back. Man was last on my way home. Boy I was so freakin' hammered.
Kari: They let you drink?
Glen: They insisted, not that I resisted or anything. Just be queiter okay?
Kari: Jerk, I waited for you to come back.
Glen: Really? My bad.

He said weakly before falling back to sleep.
Kari: 'Sigh' Is this how men really are?
Glen: No.
Kari: I thought you were sleep.
Glen: Nope I'm woke. Hey Kari.
Kari: Yeah?
Glen: Do you feel a immense force headed torwards us or am I still drunk?
Kari: Now that you mention it, I do.
Glen: Good so I'm not imagining it. It doesn't feel close just yet.

Glen tried to stand up but, just fell back into the bed.
Kari: Well now we know you have a weakness.
Glen: Quiet you! You're throwin' off my chi.
Kari: Yeah right. Maybe you get a power from this. Like some type of drunk aura
Glen: Huh?

Glen made clones to go after everyone else. Thankfully they didn't have a hangover like him. He waved his hand and they dispersed.
Kari: 'Sigh' I'll go make some coffee.
Glen: Thank you.

The clones jumped from roof to roof looking for the other chosen. One of the clones caught up to Ken. He was in his car driving down the street. When Ken stopped at a traffic light the clone jumped into his car and sat next to him.
Ken: Aaahhhhh.
Glen#2: Hey.
Ken: The hell man! You can't go around doing that.
Glen#2: My bad. I came to warn you something's.....

The clone looked to the side of the Ken's window saw a shadow quickly approaching. The clone laid his hand on Ken's chest and leaned him back just in time to dodge a giant fist slamming through the window.
Ken: Oh shit!

The arm swung around grabbed Ken by his collar. The clone grabbed the upper part of the his door and pulled himself out of the window. He flipped forward and kicked at the person on the side of the car. Suddenly his leg got grabbed and he was thrown to the side of a building.
Glen#2: Dammit. Geese!?

Geese opened Ken's door and flung him from the car. Ken got to his feet and looked at Geese.
Geese: Hey Idjijoji.
Ken: Geese.so you're next.

The clone stood up and stared at Geese.
Ken: I'll handle this.
Glen#2: But....
Ken: I told you before. Geese is mine!
Geese: Good, now there will be no interference. Belvamon!

Belvamon flew down too him causing everyone who was watching on the street to flee the scene.
[Glen#2: Number one tell Davis to bring Veemon and Wormon.]
[Glen: Already coming.]
[Glen#2: Crest of friendship huh?]
[Glen: Yeah. I'm on my way. Make sure he doesn't overdo it.]
[Glen#2: Yeah.]

Geese charged at Ken and grabbed him by his neck with both hands. He continued to run and smashed Ken's back through the window of a conveinence store. Ken punched Geese in the face but, it did little more than piss him off. Geese slammed Ken into a store shelf and spun around throwing Ken through a wall. Ken hit the wall of a building and found himself in the alley behind the store. He slowl picked himself up and looked on at Geese storming torwards him. Geese grabbed Ken by his neck and hemmed him up against the wall. Geese began to sqeeuze Ken's neck ruthlessly. Ken lifted up his leg and kneed Geese in the face causing him to drop him. Ken hit the ground and tried to catch his breath. As Geese was recovering Ken ran up to him and climbed his chest. He placed one foot on his shoulder and one on his chest. Ken pulled up his arm and viciously dropped his elbow into his face, breaking his nose. Geese recovered quickly and grabbed Ken shirt, spun around tossing him through another wall. Belvamon charged at Ken and picked him up, but suddenly caught a fist to his face. The clone knocked Blelvamon to the ground but, Ken was picked up by Geese and hurled through the ceiling of the building. Ken landed and looked at the people staring at him.
Ken: 'Cough' 'cough' Sorry next time I'll use the elevator.

He said holding his now injured left arm. Geese jumped up through the hole he made and axe handle slammed Ken back through the floor. Ken hit the ground back on the first floor. He found himself in front of the reception desk.
Clerk: Are you okay?
Ken: Move!!
Clerk: Huh?

Ken jumped up and grabbed the girl before Geese sent a punch to the back of her head. Ken turned around and took the hit.
Ken: AAAHHH!

Ken was still holding the woman when he fell. He opened his eyes and checked her name tag.
Ken: 'huff' 'huff' Tammy.
Tammy: Sir.
Ken: Get out of here.

Tammy looked at the heavily breathing Ken and became concerned for his safety.
Geese: Fool! You should have let her die. You don't even know her.

Geese punched down at Ken but, mostly at Tammy. He wanted to see what Ken would do. Like the person he was Ken took the blow again. Glen#2 jumped down and stood in front Geese.
Ken: No!!
Glen#2: Why?
Ken: This isn't your fight.
Tammy: Is he the one who was on the sky?
Ken: Stand down!!!

Reluctently the clone moved.
Geese: That was very foolish. You and your friends will pay for what you've done.

Geese prepared to attack again but, in the position Ken was in he could do little more than protect Tammy. Tammy looked to the side and saw a piece of cement lying on the ground [From the wall] and grabbed it.
Tammy: Hey big boy!
Geese: Huh?

Tammy hurled the rock into Geese face knocking him over. He rolled around on the ground holding his face.
Geese: Bitch!
Tammy: Whatever! Hey com'n get up.

Tammy helped Ken up and carried his arm on her shoulder. They made their way to the door and Ken in his pain just let her. His eyes went to her and he got a good look.at her. She was about his age, green eyes, nice body and from what he could feel, really soft skin. Though something was strange, he felt as if they were connected.
Ken: Sorry 'bout this.
Tammy: Don't worry. What's going on?
Geese: BItch!!

Ken turned around and saw Geese charging torwards Tammy. He punched for her but, Ken pushed her out of the way and took the hit head on. The punch sent him flying through the glass door out onto the sidewalk. The real Glen had just showed up on the scene with the others.
Davis: Ken!!

Davis pointed his D-3 at Veemon.
Veemon digivolve to ExVeemon.

Ken pulled his D-3 and pointed it at Wormon.
Wormon digivolve to Stingmon.

Stingmon, in his rage, charged at Geese only to be knocked back by Belvamon.
Belvamon: It's about time my opponent showed up.
Stingmon: Oh trust me you've seen nothing yet.
Stingmon, ExVeemon DNA digivolve to Imperildramon fighter mode.

The two digimon jumped back from the city to keep humans out of their fight. While the other chosen stared at Ken as he got back to his feet. He coughed up blood and stared at Geese. The other tried to jump in but, once again Ken stopped them.
Ken: I won't repeat myself. He's mine!
Geese: Still talking tough? That'll....

Geese turned around and caught a fist to his face that dropped him to the ground. Everyone was shocked at what they saw.. It was a digimon that they all recognized.
Tai: Leomon?
Leomon: Hello chosen of courage. Is this the one who tried to harm my partner?
All: Partner!!!?

Tammy ran over to Ken and lifted him up.
Tammy: Are you alright?
Ken: Tammy. Get out of here.
Tammy: No!
Ken: But...
Tammy: Look you told them to stay out but, I 'm already in this. Leomon go help the other digimon!
Leomon: Right.

Tammy pulled out a D-3 and aimed it at Leomon.
Leomon warp digivolve to SabreLeomon.

SabreLeomon jumped to the roof in pursuit of the other two digimon. Geese looked at the two and stepped forward. He punched down at Ken and Tammy moved him out of the way and swept back at Geese's feet. Geese fell down on his face and looked back up at her.
Ken: Leave!
Tammy: I can fight too.
Ken: But, you'll be in danger.
Tammy: Already am.
Glen: If she's one of us let her fight.
Ken: Huh?
Glen: Looks like she's kinda stuck on you.

Tammy and Ken both blushed at the accusation although Tammy said nothing to deny it. Yolie frowned at them but, kept queit. It wasn't time for that.
Yolie: If you're going to fight ....then win!
Tammy/Ken: Alright!
[Music que: Stronger by-Kanye West and Daft punk]

Geese punched at Ken back he stepped out of the way and grabbed his fist. He pulled his arm forward and kicked the back of his leg and when his body leaned back Ken elbowed him in the neck [Ken: Judo and Mauy Thai.]. Ken smiled but his smile dropped when Geese grabbed his leg. He stood up and swung him into the ground. He was going to swing him to the side again but, was caught by Tammy who sent a vicious shaolin style thrust punch into his stomache. [Tammy: Shaolin fist] Tammy helped up Ken and then grabbed his hand leading him into the street away from Geese's hits. A car approached and Tammy ran up the front and jumped to the side grabbing Ken's hand. She landed on the ground and swung him to the side torwards the sidewalk on the other side. Ken continued holding her hand and tossed her to the sidewalk before he flipped back to her side. Geese Jumped to the top of a car and leaped down at Ken with his fist out. Ken ducked under it and kneed Geese in his stomache on his descent causing him to flip forward and land on his back. Yolie placed her hand on the ground and created a sheild around the group. She lifted everyone in the air so they could follow the fight. When Geese started to get up Ken ran up and kneed him in the face sending his head plowing into the ground.
Tammy: Com'n Ken.
Ken: Right.

Tammy and Ken ran into the alley behind them while Geese got up and followed. He punched down as he walked forward and Ken dodged. Then he kicked forward at Tammy missing her as she slid backwards across the ground. Then flipped back behind Ken and he kneed Geese's right leg causing him to fall forward but, before he could Tammy thrusted her palm upward into his chin. Ken ran up and kneed Geese in the back off his head making him flip forward and Tammy sent a spinning kick to his stomache that made him slide across the ground. The two fighters stood across from him and took their stances. Geese stood up and frowned. His crest standing to shine and his eyes went dark. [Hatred: The power to destory with a single glare. Doesn't work on people.] Geese destroyed the ground under the two and they began to jumped back from the quickly crumbling cement. Under them was an abandoned subway system. Tammy jumped back and pulled Ken to the solid ground and he flipped her over him. The solid ground didn't last long, it crumbled and they fell through it. Ken grabbed Tammy and fell down to his feet only to be reminded of his injuries.
Tammy: Ken!
Geese: What's wrong? Does it hurt?
Ken: Not as much as you will!
Tammy: Com'n!

Geese swung at Ken and Ken dodged before he headbutted Geese and then punched him back. Tammy uppercutted him and followed with a thrusting elbow. She continued with a with a quick backhand that made him lean back. Ken ran up to him and did a jumping uppercut that knocked him on his back. He tried to lift himself up but, before he could Ken ran up and kneed him in the face. He frowned and grabbed Tammy's leg and flung her into the wall. Ken tried to run to her but, he caught a spinning clothesline to the neck. Ken went spinning to the ground and Geese grabbed the back of his shirt and yanked him up. He slammed him into the ceiling and then down on his face. Geese pulled Ken to his feet and punched him in the face. Then he grabbed him by his neck and Ken swung around, punching him in the face. Then he grabbed Geese's leg and pulled it forward, moved to the side and elbowed Geese in the chest. Ken lifted his leg over Geese and then slammed it down into Geese's stomache knocking him to the ground. Geese stood back up and stared at Ken who was charging at him. He jumped up and double kneed him in the chest sending him flying back onto a bent pipe. Ken's eyes locked on Geese as he was dying. Thankfully he felt nothing. Like Glen had said it wasn't feeling nothing that made you a cold blooded killer. It was the thrill of taking a life. Tammy stood up and placed her hand on Geese's shoulder as the others finally came down.
Geese: I-I.

Glen stepped forward and Ken stopped him.
Ken: You have something to say don't you? Go on.
Geese: I just wanted to protect my sister.
Kari: Sister?
Geese: Ailia.

That shocked everyone but, Glen. He could tell but, he didn't know why, he could just tell.
Geese: My mother and father always struggled to raise us. I always wanted to protect my sister from the horrors the world had in store. But, suddenly my mother and father were killed when someone tried to rob them. My father gave his life to help my mother get away, but she didn't get far. The man chased her down and killed her in the middle of the street. 'cough' 'cough' No one came for us. They just tossed us in an orphanage and walked away from us. Living there was like hell. One day I was fed up and I started robbing people. Hehe ironic isn't it, I was doing the same thing that caused the death of my parents. One day I robbed a man and he kicked my ass. He was my teacher, he taught me Vale tudo. After traing four two years I accidently killed a sparring partner. I was awaiting punishment afterwards but, I liked the way it felt when I killed him. Then.....I killed my master. Before I knew it I had killed everyone in the dojo. It felt so good. Then I looked to the side and I saw Ailia. She was starin' at me in fear. I became scared of myself. Not because of what I did but, that when I saw her the first thing I thought about was how she would sound if I choked the life out of her. I looked to the side and saw one person on the side of me. I handed Ailia the gun and told her to finish him off. She was scared but, she pulled the trigger. I smiled as her whole expression changed and she wasted four more bullets into his chest. After a while she was just like me. Mugen was the only other person she and I trusted.
Ken: What about Herron?
Geese: I don't trust him and neither did anyone else. I just wanted a reason to kill people. I never felt bad about any of it. Until Ailia got killed. Suddenly I felt like I had a concience. I couldn't take it. I thought if I killed you that would make me feel better. But, now I see I just wanted to die. I lost everything so I wanted to lose myself as well. I just wish Ailia didn't have to die.
Ken: You can only blame yourself.
Geese: Huh?
Ken: You said you wanted to protect her but, instead you dragged her into a life of danger. You asked for the fate you were given. I can only hope that you will have a peaceful afterlife with your sister.
Geese: You sound as if you don't hate me.
Ken: I am no one to judge. I to have done unforgivable things. But, I look torwards the things I can do to make that right instead of digging a deeper grave for myself.

Ken's hand began to shine brightly. The crest of kindness had activated. Unlike the other crests, the crest of kindness only had two stages. It was now on it's fullest. Ken placed his hand on Geese's chest and it showed a vision of his family before him. [The crest of Kindness: The ability to grant ones greatest wish.]
Ken: They are waiting for you. Go to them.
Geese: Hehe, thank you Idjijoji. Nores!!!
Glen: Yeah.
Geese: You'd better win. I won't except it if I lose people who aren't the strongest. Prove yourself before god and everyone else in this pitiful world. Promise me!!
Glen: Deal.

Geese smiled and dropped his head and lost all bodily function. His crest left his hand and split in two. One the crest of Fate and the other the crest of trust. The crest of fate went to Ken and the crest of trust to Tammy. Both winced at the short pain and looked back at the others. Ken after getting a good look at his crest passed out on the ground. Glen picked him up and did hand signs before he placed his hand on Geese's chest.
Glen: Maybe you'll be happier in you next life. Incineration Jutsu.

Geese's body broke down into ash and scattered in the wind. Everyone jumped from the whole just in time to find that the digimon had finished their fight as well.
Glen: You guys take him to rest I'll pick up his car.
Tai: Right.

As everyone left off, Glen walked to Ken's car and lifted it into the air before he ran off. The people looking at him were having kittens. Once everyone got back they all met up at the Kamiya residence. Everyone looked down at Ken as he finally regained conciousness.

Tammy: Oh my mom is one of the owners of the company.
Mimi: Always good to have more rich friends.

Tammy: I'm guessing that there's something I should know.
Glen: We'll walk you through it later. But, right now we should worry about why Herron still hasn't showed up.
Tammy: Well, I'm sticking with you guys. It'll be more entertaining than standing at a desk.
Tai: Fine. Now you part of the team.

Tai reached out and shook Tammy's hand.
Tai: I just hope you know what you're getting into.
Tammy: I just got attacked by a giant man that could break walls. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm getting into.
[Glen: One more left.]

[Flash]
Herron was standing in front of the final stage. He was almost done and was biding his time until his attack. He had sensed Geese's death but, figured that it was better for him. He smiled sinisterly and laughed as Daemon stood at his side. The final battle was coming and the chosen were in for the fight of their lives. Along with their new member. They wait for their chance and they strike without warning. Now all that stood in between them was time.
