Chapter 02- One Key to Sanity.

Serena could only hope that today would not lead to the death of her only love Darien. Darien had been her ray of sunshine in the crowd of hot guys. To say that Darien is hot is only an understatement for Serena. She would latterly watch him from afar like some love starved poet. Although, poets might want to do more than just ogle their intended than hold hands. She in fact, loved the fact that she has a boyfriend.

The dreams telling her to kill Darien started around the time she met him. The moment his mouth opened, her ego and superego wanted to kill him. Freud would be scared by the relationship between the pieces of Serena's mind. This is before she saw the women telling her to kill Daren.

Serena's inability to stop her own thoughts would eventually drive her made. Rei would tell her to meditate, in order to, stop her instance aura. This only made Serena's mind wonder way Rei would stop her instance thoughts. Serena became paranoid of what Rei is really up doing. Serena naturally had Rei fallowed for the next month.

Serena often wanted to go back to a place in her life were she is not Sailor Moon. The whole Sailor Moon character both destroyed and gave her a love life. Someone like her would have her own fan club, just for the fact that she did not seem very smart and blonde. In a way, Sailor Moon changed her life in ways that she could have never imaged.

In other ways, Sailor Moon seemed to be her saving grace. Without, her being Sailor Moon her life would be an embarrassment to her parents. Serena made no comments on her life before her emerge as Sailor Moon. How could she tell her friends what she did, when she did not know how to handle it herself?

Serena wanted to disappear into nothingness but a little child's voice always brought her back to life. If only, for the love of Rini would she choose to go on living.

Flashback

Serena could not believe what she had just done. She is 13 years old for crying out loud. How could she have been so stupid? How could she have let her boyfriend have sex with her? A 13 year old, should be enjoying life not throwing it away on one night of passion.

Then, a light erupted in front of her and a women with green hair stepped out of the shadows. Serena stared at the women with both awe and shock. “What do you want?”

The women smiled and held out her hand. “Do not fear, I am Sailor Pluto one of your protectors.”

Serena still could not believe what she is seeing. How could this woman just appear in front of her? “What are you?”

The woman stood perfectly still. “Serena, you are pregnant.”

Serena could not believe what the lady had just told her. Her boyfriend had used a condom. “No, I am too young.”

The lady walked up to her. “Since, you are an important figure in this world you will not be able to keep the child.”

Serena thought about this fact. “I don't want to get an abortion.”

The women held out her hand. Serena took her hand. “Destiny is a strange thing.” With a flash of light the two were gone.

Serena found herself in an office filling out paperwork so that her unborn baby could be put under foster care. The paperwork seemed to take forever but Serena tried to imagine the look on her mothers face once her mother found out. Then, once the paperwork was done there was another flash.

Again, she was holding the hand of Sailor Pluto. “Serena, you will be able to visit her two times a week, if you like.”

Serena stared down at her stomach and frowned. “My baby is not born, yet.” Serena patted her stomach in hopes to feel something there.

Sailor Pluto hugged Serena. “She will kick when the time comes. However, after the birth you will be forced to give her up until you reach an age to take care of her.”

End of Flashback

Serena looked down at her stomach. A baby had lived there once. She did not actually give up her baby. She gave her baby to a family that would care for it until she is of age. Which meant Rini would be living in another dimension for some years. However, when that times comes Pluto would set her up with a job and Rini would have two mommies.

Serena loved to visit her daughter every other week for two days. As it turned out her daughter's fester parents had a little girl of their own. Her name is Sakura and that is one of the reasons that Rini has pink hair. Sakura has pink hair. Rini loves to play with her. As a protection spell, Pluto made Rini's hair pink.

Serena brightened up a bit. Her mother would never know about this incident, if she could hide it well.

This wonderful thing that happened to her would never be spoken outside the two of them. Not one of the Sailor Scouts would hear a single spoken word or would they intently find out about the real little girl named Rini.

Serena looked over at the time. Five more minutes and Darien would arrive thought the window to the left of her. Yes, today Darien would die for all his mistakes and her life would have one less man in it. Her eyes roamed her room only to stop at the window and she waited patiently.
