I do not own Naruto
Fyrloche…Yeah I do ignore them quite a bit. But then they start becoming like Richard Gere and the Gerbil, if you know what I mean.
Chapter 35
A week later…
To resonate means to respond in kind to another sound growing stronger with each….
Sasuke thought about that one word, as he reflects upon the information he had discovered concerning the Biju. Thinking back on that battle he had watched between the One-tailed demon vessel and Naruto, it would go to say that Naruto indeed was actually gaining strength and encouragement from the battle.
It would explain so much on how the idiot had gotten stronger in some retrospect. But then he remembers the fact that before they had even graduated Naruto had failed not once…not twice. But three times!
And for him to suddenly be able to graduate overnight after failing those exams…it shouldn't have happened at all. So why does he feel disappointment now at the thought of the blonde not being there beside him those years?
Shaking his head and thoughtful as he trains with these jutsus he had discovered, he does not pause as a silvery haired individual enters the dojo. Glasses and all, Sasuke spares only a moment, before he returns to his katas.
“What is it Kabuto?”
“A message has come in. from one of the spies in Konoha” Kabuto, stated with calmness. “He is indeed training, and supposedly he has learned created a jutsu, that he has been forbidden to use by the Godaime, unless it is a last resort.”
“Really…” Sasuke said as despite the cold nature of his voice, he finds himself even more interested now.
“Yes and according to the same spy we have in their midst. This jutsu which he calls the RasenShuiriken is indeed deadly. Naruto took out one of your brother's allies with it…”
Striding over now, as anger forces the Sharingan eyes to swirl with an inner rage, Sasuke takes the report within his own hands and begins to read it himself. The words echoing what Kabuto had just said the youth growls in anger. “How is he getting stronger?”
Wisely saying nothing, as the Kusanagi sword is well within reach of the youth, Kabuto backs away. But not before, Sasuke gives one more order. “Send a response, I don't care how either spy does it. But make Naruto uses it someplace where I can see the damage it can do.”
Nodding his head, Kabuto leaves. Making sure Sasuke does not see the other bit of information. This kind of information concerning the blonde had come from Umiko. It seems that Naruto was training in something else…a bloodline limit, that neither the youth nor anyone else knew he had save one person.
There was no definite trace to what it was yet, according to her that she could gleam without downright asking.
But what surprised him most, and what he decided to keep from the Uchiha was the other bit of news. It seems old legends don't die; they simply disappear as she had reported one other thing.
Naruto's trainer a man named Arashi was also the former Yondaime of Konoha.
As well as Naruto's father…
Much as Kabuto liked a little chaos, mixed with order as Orichamaru and Sasuke achieve effortlessly, he appreciates his life where it is.
Attached…this kind of news would send the Uchiha off the deep end, because of his need to be stronger then the blonde Ninja. To find that Naruto was being trained by the man considered to be the strongest ninja ever…might prove to be disastrous to the already fragile state of Sasuke's mind thanks to the curse seal…
Legends of the Fourth Hokage of Konoha still wander across the five Shinobi nations to this day. Most of which were proven true, as the Cloud and Mist villages can attest to. It was because of the Yondaime, that they to this day hate Konoha with a passion.
This would not bode well for Sound…thoughtful as this bit of news would work wonders for his other masters, the Akatsuki. Kabuto goes towards an aerie that is little used for messages. This one he had secretly commandeered for himself, under the guise of experimentation, the young man reached for a single bird, to deliver this news.
His masters would have to be extra careful now that the Fourth was back apparently. Especially considering that the Nine tailed Fox, that they desire…is in his own son.

Konoha…
Umiko watched in amusement, as Naruto and a group of other young people work together on the landscape around the Uzamaki residence. Although the house was simple and homey, as Umiko had found it call out to her as warm and caring, the older woman noticed what it lacked in riches, it made up for in the elegance of the outdoor grounds.
“Beautiful isn't it?”
Surprised by the make voice behind her, Umiko turns around to find Arashi gazing at her with a warm and gentle smile.
“Yes…Arashi-san it is beautiful.” Umiko smiled warmly, as she looked back out the window towards the small group of young men and women. “I can imagine the flowers beside the pond, where Naruto and the others are at being full and lush. In all sorts of reds, purples, and yellows…” The woman said with a wistful air.
Arashi listening to her catches his breath with excitement. Although he knows she is not his wife, that look of peace and contentment upon her face, was so similar. That he had to resist the urge to sweep her into his arms and kiss her.
Somehow, she senses his thoughts and gets flustered a little bit as she turns away. Her hands working with some lemons squeezing them as tightly as she can for their juice, she does a half dozen and mixes them in a giant pitcher with some water and sugar.
Curious as to why, Arashi reaches for the glass container and yelps a little bit, as she slaps his hand with a spoon….
“NO touching the lemonade!”
A small frown turns into a full blown pout as he tries again, to reach for it, only to get slapped by the spoon again.
“OW…come on please? Can I try some?” Arashi asked, with a childlike expression on his face. One that was an attempt to sucker the woman for lack of a better term, into giving him what he wants….
But unlike his wife, Umiko narrows her eyes, and picks up the spoon with deadly intent.
“No Arashi-san…the lemonade and these sandwiches I am making are for Naruto and his friends. All of which are working hard outside to fix the landscape. If you get out there and help them, I might…and I stress MIGHT let you have some.”
A bright yellow flash is all that is left of his presence, as everything whirls around for a moment. Turning to look out a nearby window, Umiko giggles softly as Naruto and the others find the Former Hokage beside them with a shovel…and every other kind of gardening equipment in his hands.
Her face saddening as the image of her daughter appears in her mind, Umiko sighs with sadness. Even though it has only been a week and a half since her arrival here in Konoha, she has already grown attached to the young man and his father.
They were good men…
Better then most in Sound…

Elsewhere…
Something stirred within the leader of Akatsuki. A sense of foreboding, as he woke up had invaded his senses. Already, his minions had gathered 5 now of the 9 Biju and were well on their way to obtaining the rest.
Debating on whether or not, to go after the Kyuubi himself, he had sent some of his strongest minions after the Fox vessel and his friends in Konoha…
Only to lose three of them…Two to death and the other to Konoha itself as they had taken him prisoner, according to his replacement. Someone named Tobi…
He had sent a message to his little minion in Konoha, that when they were given a chance, they were to take out Kazume before he awakens. He does not want anyone knowing of the reason why he seeks the Biju.
Taking him many years, he had painstakingly tracked down every scroll, or book he could get his hands on, that held the story of the one who interviewed the six-tailed dragon. Because he wanted the power that was described within…especially considering when he had first heard of the sealing on the one tailed in the desert...inside a child.
Which was about 200 years ago, give or take a couple of decades, the being mused…
He needed the power of all nine Biju to return home and continue the war he had started…of course this world would be destroyed in the process. But he did not care…it is not as if they knew about the temples any how…
Chuckling with laughter, the being simply glowed with a dark malevolent power….if these foolish humans truly knew where their precious chakra came from…
They would be in for a rude surprise….
