Naruto Fan Fiction ❯ Afternoon Fun ❯ Oh my! ( Chapter 1 )

This was written for the KakaSaku community week 16 word drabble (explaining). Unfortunately, I don't own Naruto, so don't sue me.

 

 

 

 

 

“Um, Kakashi, can you explain something to me?” the pink haired women standing in the doorway asked.

 

“Hm?” was the sliver haired man's response. Totally unaware of the danger he was in considering he was paying more attention to his little orange book then the women.

“Kakashi?” she said again, which should have been his first warning.

 

“Hm?” came his usual response.

 

“Kakashi?” this time was said through pressed lips. This should have been his second warning, considering he was an elite ninja.

 

“Hm?” was the reply, accompanied by the turn of a page.

 

Whack

 

Giggles could be heard coming from the before mentioned doorway, but they where quickly cut off after a stern look from the pink haired women.

 

Closing his book with a snap, Kakashi touched the goop currently covering the back of his head and slowly dripping down the back of his neck to be soaked up by his jounin shirt. Bringing his hand around to his face, Kakashi noticed that said goop was actually mud. Looking over his shoulder, he fully focused on his now fuming wife and the two mud balls standing behind him. Sakura stood with arms crossed; foot tapping and two very dirty children standing beside her.

 

“Did you say something Sakura?

 

“Yes, I asked if you could explain how our children,” at this she gestured down at the two silent, blinking piles of mud, ”could get this dirty while you were supposed to be watching them?”

 

“Um.”

 

“I'm waiting Kakashi.” The foot tapped a little faster.

 

“Well you see, I was only coming in for a moment to make some snacks and someone left this book on the table……”

 

“Aarrgghhh, stop with the excuses. You let them make the mess and now you have to clean them up and the house. Understood, Sensei?” She said as she walked into the kitchen to start dinner.

 

Sighing because he knew he wasn't getting out of it, he walked over to the two munchkins and whispered, “Come on I'll teach you the Suiton Suikoudan no Jutsu.”

“KAKASHI!”
