Blood of the Sharingan

Prologue

 

Truth be told, he had long forgotten about that man. He had tried and tried not to forget, but he was so happy (which was quite unusual, mind you) that he had actually tried to forget. And he succeeded.

 

He decided that now he was going to focus on the love of his life: Uzumaki Naruto. Naruto deserved every ounce of his attention and nothing less. By the way, Naruto was the one who gave him this rare happiness, so he should get that same happiness back.

 

At first he was a bit reluctant to give up his goal, but Naruto had changed his mind.

 

“Please, Sasuke!” Naruto would plead. “You could get hurt if you meet him again, so please… forget him for me.”

 

And that was that. There went his life as an avenger…

 

But little did either of the two happy boys know, that man that Sasuke had tried to forget about didn't want to be forgotten. He wanted for his brother to remember him always. He wanted his brother to be his, and only his. Oh god how he longed to just touch the young man, to just be near him.

 

Oh god, Itachi wanted his brother so bad.
