She lowered her perfectly manicured hand from pointing to the clock and picked up her bottle of beer she had resting on the table to the side of the couch. “Get the hell to your room; I don’t want to fucking look at you anymore.”
He headed to his room without a word, and prayed that his mother’s yelling did not wake up his father. His dad would usually go to sleep early because he had to get up for work around five a.m... Thankfully, the Gods were on his side and he made it to his room without incident. Itachi was finally able to escape Madara’s room and see how Sasuke was doing. He hadn’t seen his Otouto since that morning and he had missed him terribly. “Research paper.” It wasn’t that Sasuke didn’t want Itachi to be in his room, he just really hated being interrupted if he was doing something; especially his homework. Sasuke flinched, not realizing how loud they were at the time. “It was Naruto and Sakura.” He knew his brother was going to lecture him, he could just see it in the older man’s eyes.

“Are you kidding me? Of course I care! Why would I be angry if I was otherwise?” Itachi was furious. Sasuke really needed help, his life was spiraling out of control and he was afraid something would happen that even he couldn’t fix. He stood up and grabbed the bag off the table.
Sasuke saw red at that point, no one took anything away from him. “What the hell do you think you’re doing? I bought that, so it’s rightfully mine!”
“I can’t believe you waste your money on shit like this. Do you know what it does to your body and mind in the long run Sasuke?” He just wanted Sasuke to understand how much he was hurting himself. His rant was interrupted as a knock resounded on his brother’s window. He raised an eyebrow as Sasuke went to open the window and looked out. His eyes widened as Naruto, Sasuke’s best friend, and now lover, climbed in through the open window.

“I’m ok, I just missed you.” He didn’t want to tell Sasuke about his sister having sex, considering the fact that Itachi was in the room. Naruto wasn’t scared of Itachi like he was with Madara, he just felt like he had to respect Sasuke’s older brother. The man had a way about him that screamed dominance and respect.
Itachi looked at the blond, not really knowing what to say at that point. He desperately wanted to try and talk some more sense into Sasuke, but he knew his little brother wouldn’t listen. He decided to try and figure out a way to get Sasuke to see his reasoning. “We’ll talk more about this later Sasuke.” he said, warning evident in his voice. He nodded to Naruto then turned to leave the room.
Once Itachi had left, Sasuke heaved out a sigh and wrapped his arms around Naruto. “Sorry about that, he found my drugs. You know how he gets.” He was happy Naruto was there, he had really been missing the blond.
Naruto returned the embrace and leaned his head on Sasuke’s shoulder. “You’re usually so careful with that kind of shit, what happened?” Naruto knew that Sasuke must have been really distracted by something to forget to hide his drugs.
