Well everyone, I know I deleted all of my stories but I just got a good idea and had to write it, review it this time.
The coffin was lowered into the hole, the young boy enclosed within it. He had been killed by a car. One night, whilst going home from a friend's house, a drunk driver rounded a corner, drove on the side walk and hit him. He had died 3 hours later in the hospital from intense internal bleeding. Though the drunk driver was sent to jail for DUI and second degree murder, the parents could not get over their anger or sadness. His name was Jason Verro; he was 5'3 at 12 years old. His hair was a deep hue of red, and his eyes were a bright blue. He was polite, could play almost any instrument, and thought of others always before himself, everybody loved him. But now he was dead and being lowered into the ground.
All the people at the funeral said their goodbyes and reminisced on the good times they had with him. They finished the ceremony, buried him, and placed the tombstone at the head of the burial site. It read: Jason Verro, Good Friend, and Great Son. His father tried to calm his mother down by telling her, “He is in a better place now” and she couldn't help but agree, though the tears still fell.
“AHHHHHH” Jason yelled waking up, surrounded by dust. He started sneezing because of the large amount of dust in the air. He looked around. He was in what appeared to be a rickety old shack, by now the dust had cleared. The last thing he remembered was the shining of lights and a terrible pain in his chest, but now it had clear, but how? He got out of the bed he was laying in; it hadn't been used in at least 10 years. There wasn't much to the place, it was all wood, old looking, and it had a bunch of holes in it. He went to what he thought was the door and opened it, walking out into a forest, but he could see a dirt road so he went to it.
He looked both ways down the road and began walking down it, he wasn't sure what way he was going but it went somewhere. After about 10 minutes of walking down it, swearing he had heard rustling of leaves and seen shadows more than once, he saw a very tall wall in the distance. He continued to walk to it and soon saw that it was entrance to somewhere. He continued to walk and soon came upon it. He tried to walk up to the great door to open it, but before he could someone appeared out of no where and demanded he stop; he complied. The man was in a black cloak and wore an animal mask. He said “State your name and business” and to that, Jason hadn't the slightest clue of what to say other than, “My name is Jason Verro and I don't exactly know where I am, so I am looking for some help, could you tell me where I am?” The man was puzzled though Jason could not see it.
“You are and the Village Hidden in the Leaves” said the man. He made a signal and the massive door creaked open. “Go to that building and ask to see the Hokage, tell them an ANBU sent you, and tell the Hokage your story” the man said pointing to a tall red building, (A/N: for lack of a better word I went with one I made up, I think) unsureness in his voice. So I walked into the village and the doors closed behind me. After a while I made it to the Hokage's house. He went in the front doors and told someone that looked like an accountant everything the man had told him to tell someone there. The lady took me to a large room and told me to stay there until the Hokage could make it in, which she said was about 10 minutes.
Well after a while and old man walked in, he wore a white robe and a long brimmed hat and was smoking a pipe. “Oh, hello there” he said as he saw me “I don't believe I know you, what's your name?” he asked me. “Jason Verro, sir. And I don't know where I am. I was hoping someone could tell me. A man that said he was an ANBU sent me here because he said you could help me out.” And with that the man's expression went from caring to serious. “I don't exactly know what to tell you” he said “I have heard of and seen the effects of mind wipe justsu, but they usually act different and tell stories of what they do remember. But you don't even remember living in a place like this.” He pondered this and eventually said, “For now all I can do for you is give you boarding with someone your age.”
“You will like him, he is a bit hyper but he is nice, and you look a good bit like him, just…you are special in a different way” he said caringly. “Kakashi” the Hokage said, and right after that a man with silver hair and a mask, with 1 eye covered appeared in the room. “Yes Lord Hokage?” Kakashi said which the Hokage responded to with, “Take this young man to meet Naruto, he will be staying with him” he finished putting one of his hands gently onto my head. `This man is really nice' I thought. Kakashi then slung me over his shoulder and jumped off into the village. I was scared at first of the heights, then amazed at what he was doing, then mesmerized by the sights from above and enjoyed them. Not long after I had started to enjoy myself had we stopped and walked up to a building. As soon as we were at a door, he put me down onto the ground and knocked on the door, which was answered by a kid a bit shorter than me, with blonde hair and blue eyes. He looked as if he had just woken up. He looked sleepy, was in pajamas, and had some sort of night cap on his head.
The kid seemed to only register Kakashi and said, “Hi Kakashi-sensei” then he seemed to register that I was there. “Who is this?” he asked looking me up and down. It seemed to me that blue jeans and flat black long-sleeves were not very common in this village. Without a word Kakashi disappeared, though before he left I saw him reach into a bag and pull out an orange book… “Well who are you?” asked the kid. “Jason Verro” I told him “The Hokage said I would be boarding with you” to that he shut the door and not 5 minutes later he came out in an orange jumpsuit and said, “Come in, I was just having breakfast.” I walked into a place that was littered with ramen cups and other things, I thought I saw some of it move. His garbage was filled to. I loved ramen too but I wasn't this messy with the trash, or at eating it. Without his consent I found a large metal trash can and started to put some of the trash in it.
Soon the bin was full and I was taking it outside, and grabbed a piece of paper from a newspaper and put it on top. I pulled out the lighter I carried around every now and then and lit the newspaper. I found this worked better than putting it in piles to decompose. The top layers of stuff quickly caught fire and began to burn everything in the trash. People looked at me if I was crazy and some grabbed pails of water to put it out but I wouldn't let them. After all of the contents were reduced to ash, I went in and got more trash, and this time Naruto followed me out to see what I was doing. I lit the next load, but Naruto tried to stop me and put it out but I wouldn't let him, it was all trash I made sure and it worked out better this way. Soon all of it was reduced to ash, and I kept doing this until his apartment was clean. This took about 3 more full bins to accomplish. After all of that work I sat down and had my own cup of ramen. But when I ate it, it was bland and bitter, so I threw it out. I took another cup and put it in pan and put it on the oven to discover that that was the only food he had here. No spices, no other food, no seasonings, just ramen and drinks.
After some rummaging around I managed to find a small bit of salt and grabbed that. I took some sweet drink he had and put it in with the ramen and put the salt in and cooked it until there was a nice boil. All the while Naruto was watching me with awe. I turned the heat down and let it simmer until the natural ingredients of the ramen took over and made the broth nice. I tasted it and made sure it was good. I took it and found 2 bowls and split it between the 2 bowls. I ate mine in silence while Naruto smelled it. Then he took a bite and went crazy over it. It wasn't that great, it could have been much better. I put the bowl in the sink and looked around. Naruto kept asking me to show him how to make that but I told him that it was a spontaneous meal; I didn't know exactly what I was doing, I just did it. “Naruto, you got a lot of friends?” I asked him which is a weird question, but sometimes they have to be asked. “Yea” he said “But a lot of people in this village hate me, and I don't know why.” I felt sorry for Naruto, I really did. “Even though I just met you I feel sorry for you Naruto, but would you mind if you take me to meet your friends?” I asked him.
He considered it for a while and said, “Sure” and after that we were out the door. Unconsciously I made a jump when we were outside and I landed on the building across the street. It was amazing to say the least; I didn't even know how I did it. But soon after Naruto was up here with me, he started jumping to another roof and led the way across the rooftops. I stayed a few feet behind him, even though my mind was boggled at what I was doing, a small part of my brain knew exactly what was going on, but I couldn't bring up that part for anything. It was as if what I was doing was just unconscious movement, coming from deep in my brain. We continued to jump from roof to roof looking for Naruto's friends.
Well how was it? Good I hope. But this time, review please.
