"Alright, the jounin exams will be held in four parts," Tsunade started, looking at the three young ninja seated before her. "The first part of the exam will be matching you up against a jounin." Hearing this the they started to look a little hesitent, but noticing this Tsunade cut into there hesitation. "You do not have to win, just show me that you can hold your ground against them, Tsunade saw all three of them visibly relax.
That was close, I know I'm good but I don't know if I could take on a veteran jounin Naruto thought looking up ready to hear the rest of the exam. "Okay, the second part will be held in the Forest Of Death." At this Ino spoke up. "But that's where we went for the chuunin exams."
"Yes it is, but this time it's different." Tsunade said, taking a mental note to teach these brats proper manners. "You will be working through a series of puzzles set up by are top jounin, while battling chuunins we have placed in the Forest Of Death." Tsunade noticed with a grin that both Ino, and TenTen were stealing side glances at Naruto.
Wow, I guess I never really took the time to see how much he has grown Ino thought with a slight blush. Noticing this Tsunade sighed, she was happy Naruto was finnaly getting female attention but she had to finish her speach. "Are you to done staring at Naruto now?"Tsunade asked in an amused tone. Oh shit, she saw me were the thoughts going through an embarrassed Ino, and TenTen's mind.
Naruto however being Naruto had no idea what was going on did I miss something here he questioned himself. However, snickering could be heard from outside the door by the guards who apparently found the whole situation very amusing. " Alright, the third part of the exam is to travel to all of our allied villages and collect scrolls." Man, that is going to take atleast 3 weeks thought all three of them.
"The last part of the exam is," Tsunade started, watching all three of them lean in closer to hear. "Will be to catch a nuke-nin." she said getting ready for what she knew was coming. Naruto, Ino, and TenTen seemed to be letting this information sink in before shouting "WHHHHAAAAATTTT?"

Ichiraku Ramen
After they had hearing about the exam, Naruto convinced the two girls to join him for ramen. Sitting in the middle eating away at his miso-pork Naruto noticed that Ino who was sitting on his left, and TenTen who was sitting on his right were not eating. What's going on how could anyone turn down ramen Naruto thought.
"Are you guys going to eat?" he asked, looking from Ino to TenTen. "I'm on a diet," Ino replied, staring at Naruto's face until his voice brought her back to reality. "You don't need to go on a diet you look beuatiful the way you are." he said grinning from ear to ear, blushing at his comment Ino just turned to hide her face. "What about you TenTen?" he asked, now looking towards TenTen.
TenTen looked up at Naruto with a worried expression. "I'm just nervous about the exam." She said, now twirling a kunai around her finger. Naruto seemed as to be in thought for a moment before breaking into a smile. "It's alright you have the future Hokage on your team." Naruto stated in a proud tone.
This made the girls start giggling at his antics. "What?" Naruto asked wondering what he had done that was so funny. But his question only made them burst into fits of laughter. "Whatever, I don't wanna know what's funny," Naruto said, annoyed by the fact he had no idea what was going on.
Regaining there composure, and sitting back down TenTen turned to face Ino, and Naruto. "We should probably get some rest, we have a big day inront of us tomorrow." Nodding there agreement, Naruto and Ino got up from there seats and dusted themselves off.
"Let's meet by the academy." Ino suggested. "Alright, the academy it is be there early," TenTen said, directing the early remark to Naruto. "Okay, see ya tomorrow Ino-chan, TenTen-chan!" Naruto yelled, running down the now empty street. As he left, he did't just leave 6 empty bowls of ramen, but also two blushing Kunoichi behind him.

With TenTen
Sitting outside her family's weapon shop, TenTen was replaying Naruto's words over and over again. Maybe I should just ask him out TenTen asked herself outloud but recieved an answer. "Maybe you should." came a fammilar voice.
Turning around, TenTen looked into the pale white eyes of her former teamate, Neiji Hyuuga. "You have had a crush on him for a while now, just ask him out." Neiji said, sitting down next to her. It was true she had ganed a crush on him when he first got back from his training trip, and they were on that mission together. "Hinata-sama, would be okay with it scince she's with dog breath now."
"But there might be a problem, I have seen someone else looking at him." At this TenTen's ears perked up is ther someone else that wants Naruto TenTen asked herself, dreading the answer. "That Yamanaka girl, I have seen her stare at him before." Neiji said, trying to remember the girl's name.
Oh my god, he means Ino this is bad and were even on the same team she thought thinking how this conflict could mess up there teamwork. "Is it Ino?" Neiji concentrated for a few seconds before replying.
"Ino thats the one, so you remember her?" Standing up, TenTen started to walk toward the door of her weapon shop. "Yeah, she's my other new teamate." she said before dissapearing through the door.
Well that sucks, good luck TenTen, you to Naruto you'll probably need it the most Neiji thought, feeling sory for his friend, because he knew that this problem could not end well. Neiji turned the other direction of TenTen's house and started walkin towards the Hyuuga manor.
