Naruto Fan Fiction ❯ Ephemera ❯ Foreword ( Chapter -1 )

Disclaimer - I do not own anything related to Naruto, nor am I making any profit for this work. That privilege belongs to a group of very rich people in Japan which I am, unfortunately, not a member of. I also do not own any of the various songs, TV shows, movies, clothing, etc that may be referenced. I DO, however, own the plot and any OC's that pop up along the way. This disclaimer applies to the ENTIRE story (basically because I'm too lazy to rewrite it every chapter, so sue me. Wait; forget I ever suggested that…)

 

A Word from Le Uke - I've wanted to write a DeidaraxNaruto story for awhile, mainly because Deidara is my second favorite villain (after the walking embodiment of smex that is Uchiha Itachi,) and also because he is the second cutest blond after our dear Naru-chan. So I got to thinking: hot blond + hot blond = hot blonds doing naughty things for widespread amusement. Simple and ingenious ne? This muse is currently stealing most of my attention, but I will try to keep Pet going as well. All that said, please bear with me for a little longer and read the technical stuff below.

 

Technical Stuff (Now in sexy numbered list format!) -

 

1. Thank you as always to my wonderful beta C-Chan, without whom I would have no one to complain to about the various fangirl abuses I suffer on a near-daily basis. Oh and the story editing, that's really awesome too!

 

2. At the start of the story, Naruto is 15, Konohamaru is 14, and Deidara is 16. All of the other students are 14-18. As for the adults…well no one really cares about them right?

 

3. I am addicted to Snapple Peach Iced Tea. I just felt like sharing.

 

4. This is yaoi, so turn around now if that isn't your thing. You may take a cookie for the road though.

 

5. Deidara will not be saying “yeah”, “un”, or “mmm” at the end of every sentence in this fic. I find it to be annoying to read and tiresome to write. So pay close attention to those few times when he DOES end his sentences like that and you just might notice something important *hint*.

 

6. Character thoughts are in italics.

 

7. This is the big one, thus it gets bolded. In this story many of the characters are depicted as having various psychological and physiological diseases. I mean no disrespect whatsoever to anyone who may suffer from any of these conditions in reality. If anyone finds something offensive in the story, please send me a private message notifying me of what it is and where it occurs so that I may fix the issue immediately.
