“Then why am I clueless about the whole thing?” I asked.

Zaner just sighed, “You know how I said there were two demon foxes? The other fox is in another child. I can't say who because that's forbidden, and it was forbidden for you to find out, but that plan didn't work out very well.” Zaner finished, “Now let's get back to Konoha.”

Then as if on cue, an ambush happened. They took us by surprise. Man, I hate that. “AAUUGH!” It was Haruna. She was bombarded with kunai.

“Haruna!” I yelled, she was covered in blood, “NO!” I charged the nearest ninja. He didn't stand a chance.

While I was attacking him, something felt different, it's hard to explain. Like I was sharing my personality with something, but whatever it was, it was mad. It was like a power boost.

I moved from ninja to ninja. I saw some one attack Haruna. “NOOOOOOO!”

 

Haruna's POV

 

I breathed in, it was hard considering how wounded I was. I pulled out a kunai in my stomach, I threw it at the approaching ninja, he dodged it easily. Zaner and Shenjen were busy with plenty of more skilled ninja. And Roken, well, he was going ballistic. I spotted something though…

“I have you!”

I pulled up my sword to block it.

“Silly girl, eventually you will either bleed to death or I will kill you. Either way, you die.”

I grinned, “I don't thinks so.”

A look of confusion came over his face, “Wha- Ahh!”

It was Roken or from my best guess, the demon that possessed him because that was not Roken. Slowly but surely we got the ninja off and Roken calmed down and fainted. I fainted myself probably from blood loss.

 

Roken's POV

 

I woke up in a hospital. Zaner was sitting at my bed side, “They say the demon possessed person can become dangerous when a loved one is in trouble.”

“What? Where's Haruna?” I said sitting up quickly.

“Relax, Haruna is fine.”

I lied down again, “What was that other thing you said?”

“I said `They say the demon possessed person can become dangerous when a loved one is in trouble.'”

“What are talking about?”

“You mean you don't know? You don't remember what happened?” she sighed, “You showed your inner demon.

“When you saw Haruna in the state she was in and some one was attacking her, you went nuts. I don't exactly know everything about this because I'm not possessed by a demon but when your better, the Hokage will talk to you about it.
