I finished the song as I heard a startled squeak next to me. I looked down to the hospital bed where Naruto stirred and tried to sit up. The girl Hinata had fallen asleep against his arm before he had woken up and his movement had surprised her.

-I wonder if he knew how much she cares. -I thought as Hinata helped pull Naruto into a sitting position.

*What happened? *Naruto asked groggily.

*You've been unconscious for almost three days. *I explained.

*Three days! Wait! What happened with Sasuke?! *Naruto asked in concern.

*Don't worry. He's here as well. He's in another room in the hospital recovering from the ordeal and his procedure. *I explained soothingly.

*Wait. What procedure? *Naruto asked.

*The one he performed to remove the cursed seal on Sasuke. *Tsunade said from the door.

*Lord Hokage, I did no more then direct. It was your strength that removed the first stage of the seal. *I offered humbly.

*Nonsense. So how are you doing brat? *Tsunade asked Naruto.

*Great! *Naruto exclaimed as he tried to jump out of bed.

He quickly slopped back down into his place with a gentle hand from Hinata.

*Ah, thanks Hinata-chan. *Naruto said tiredly as he slid back under his sheets.

*Yo... Your wel... welcome Nar... Naruto-kun. *Hinata stuttered as she pulled her hand away and blushed a deep red.

I contained a small chuckle and stood.

*I think we should go check on Sasuke. If you wouldn't mind watching Naruto, Hinata? *I asked.

*No... of cou... course not. *she stuttered.

I stepped out of the room and waited in the hall as Tsunade finished.

*And get some rest brat. *she called to Naruto as she stepped out.

*Yes granny! *Naruto shouted back.

*Granny? *I asked cocking an eyebrow at her.

*It's what he calls me. *she explained as she began to walk down the hall.

*Just like how we called the third gramps. *I laughed as I fell in step behind her.

*We? *she mused.

*My brother and myself. *I offered.

*Have you told him anything yet? *she asked.

*Waiting for the right time. Just like you and gramps were doing. *

*Right. How long do you think it will be before Sasuke's curse can be fully lifted? *she questioned.

*At least two weeks from now. *I answered.

*Then they're in your charge for at least those two weeks. *Tsunade instructed as we stopped in front of Sasuke's door.

*Yes lord Hokage. *I replied.
