The four teenagers had been traveling all day, there were at least twenty arguments, ten fights, seven screaming fits and only once did they calm down enough to have a decent, civilized conversation like friends should do. Infact, that’s what they were doing now, while they were sitting around the campfire. The sun was going down and they needed to stop, but the snow was so thick that they weren’t able to simply push it out of the way, and Sasuke had to use his fireball jutsu to make a clearing. Naruto was actually the smart one for once and braught a tarp to tie up in the trees so they weren’t snowed on while they slept. Just about the time he was done with that, Sakura and Hinata had come back with some fish for dinner. Hinata’s Byakugan was a lifesaver! With it she was able to tell Sakura where there were fatter fish, ones that wouldn’t leave the group hungry after dinner and decided to head back to camp with two for each of them. Now, the group was sitting under a tarp, around a campfire, sitting on their sleeping bags, and cooking fish with a decent conversation going on. Something wasn’t right… this group dosen’t get along that well!Buni-San

“I think they’re fake.” Huffed Naruto, getting a snort from Sakura.
“They’re not.”
“They have to be!” He cried.
“There’s no way any woman would have a natural pair like that and just flaunt them as though on display like she dose, I agree with Naruto, they’re fake.” Mumbled Hinata. Naruto grinned and puffed out his chest proudly. Sasuke rolled his eyes and continued to poke the campfire. It’s not as though it needed to be poked, Sasuke just felt like poking it.
“Well I think you’re an idiot. She’s like 60 and you’re paying attention to her breasts.” Naruto and Hinata blushed. Sakura snickered at them when they started to fumble around for an explanation and leaned away from them playfully.
“That’s disgusting.”
“Well each one is like twice as big as my head! They’re hard to miss you know! I’m just saying that I think they’re fake, because she shows them off!” Sakura and Sasuke glanced to eachother with a ‘is he serious’ look on their faces before closing their eyes and shaking their heads.
“You’re both perverts.” Smirked Sasuke, picking up his fish with everyone else. Hinata nearly choked on her food while Naruto started to turn blue with anger.
“I am NOT a pervert!!”
“Sexy Jutsu, Harem Jutsu, picking Jiraiya as all the sensei’s in the world for three years, walking into the girls locker room on an almost daily basis, and now you’re arguing about weather or not a sixty year old woman’s breast are real. Face it Naruto, you’re a letch.” Said Sakura, counting her points off on her fingers. Hinata blushed while Naruto turned so red he looked like his head was going to blow.

Kakashi chuckled quietly under his mask. He and Kurenai had been trailing them all day and were both highly amused with the conversation. The female Jonin was a little flustered that the teens would be talking about such a vulgar topic, but enjoying the humor in it as well.“If I know Naruto like I think I do this should be interesting.” Chuckled Kakashi as he turned another page in his book. Kurenai rose an eyebrow and turned towards her partner in crime.
“Interesting? What do you mean?” Kakashi chuckled again and hopped up to a higher tree branch then what he was at, Kurenai decided to follow after him just incase.
“You’ll see.”

“PERVERT!!!!!!!” Boomed Naruto, screaming it at the top of his lungs and almost putting the fire out. Sasuke, Sakura and Hinata paled more and more as the word ‘pervert’ echoed throughout the forest and onto the nearby mountains. Mountains covered in snow. Mountains covered in snow that was about to-
“Sakura! Just leave it!” Cried Sasuke, swearing when she didn’t hear him over the roar of the avalanche. Just as Naruto and Hinata made it up to the top of the trees Sasuke rushed back down to try and get Sakura, all they saw was him go down and grab her before the snow hit.
“Hinata!” Cried Naruto, swearing when the snow was higher than what they had expected and hit them. He dived after her when she was pushed off the tree and tried to ignore the ice that felt like a thousands daggers hitting him at once and pushed his Chakra into his arms and legs to try and get to her faster.
“Naruto!” He just managed to catch her arm and pull her closer to him so they didn’t get separated before another sheet of snow covered them.
When the avalanche had finally stopped, Kakashi pushed himself up from the snow and looked around for his students, swearing when he couldn’t see them or feel their chakra. He glanced down to the unconscious Kurenai in his arms and swore when she started to shiver, she was soaking wet and needed to get warm fast.
He quickly looked around this time for some kind of shelter, if he were to take her to the village she’d have hypothermia and probably some frostbite by then. If he were to take her to the village, then he would also be leaving his students behind, and he didn’t know weather or not they were alive, or unconscious, or anything. The jonin took a deep breath to calm his nerves and looked around the terrain once again.
They were practically surrounded by mountains, and there were thousands of caves nearby. He knew all of the teens knew that, so, if they were contious at all that’s the first place they would head too. Quickly gathering his chakra to his legs the Jonin tightened his grip on the shivering woman and shot off towards the mountains in search for a cave.
‘Please let them be okay.’
“Sasuke… I can’t…” He heard Sakura’s muffled voice and remembered what had happened. That’s right, there was an avalanche, and he had grabbed her before she was killed… He started to feel a burning in his lungs and knew that if he didn’t get out of the snow fast that they would suffocate. Summoning what little chakra he had, he forced his hands towards his face and shot a fire ball through what he could only tell was up. Sunlight, air, he and Sakura took deep breaths and shivered there for a moment, trying to catch their breath.
“We’ve g-got to get out of t-the snow. C’mon S-Sakura.” Muttered Sasuke, his teeth chattering like mad. He heard her give a grunt and move against his chest, trying to push herself up. Sasuke swore darkly with the amount of effort it took and tightened his grip on her as they pushed their way up to the top. When they finally made it, neither Sasuke nor Sakura had the energy to argue when they flopped down on top of eachother. They were deffinatly warmer than the snow and needed to stay as warm as possible.
“W-we need t-to find a c-cave… there are a-a l-lot of them a-around-d here…” Sasuke was getting a little worried that her voice was so quiet, he looked at her and swore when he saw her eyes closed. That was NOT good!
“S-stay awake!! You’ll d-die if you d-don’t!!” Cried Sasuke, shaking her almost violently. Her eyes snapped open but were quickly heavy lidded.
‘I need to find shelter fast or we’ll both die.’ Thought Sasuke darkly when he started to have to bitterly fight off sleep himself. The Uchiha grunted when he had to use what little energy he had and moved her to lay on his back as he looked around. Snow was everywhere… he shook his head again before he made his way towards the closest mountain.
“Sasu…ke… I-... I’m sorry…” Conversation, though he hated it, was probably a good thing right now. If he kept her talking then she wouldn’t fall asleep so easily. He tried to control his chattering teeth and shook his head to try and keep awake.
“It’s nothing.” He muttered, silently proud of himself that he didn’t stutter. Sakura gave an exhausted chuckle from behind him and tried to shift her weight to a more comfortable position, frowning when Sasuke tightened his grip on her thighs.
“No. You can’t get comfortable, you’ll fall asleep and might not wake up.” Snapped Sasuke. She sighed, but didn’t try to fight him on the matter. They were both freazing, soaking wet, and tired, but were starting to wake up a little.
“I’m gonna kill Naruto if the snow didn’t beat me to it yet.” Sasuke snorted.
“He’s allergic to death, don’t worry. Hinata’s with him so they’ll be okay.”
“Are you trying to make me feel better or are you saying that to yourself?” Asked Sakura, blinking her eyes rapidly to try and wake herself up a little more.
“Both I guess…”
“Should we go after them once we reach the caves and warm up?” Sasuke shook his head.
“No, Naruto’s an idiot but even he knows not to walk around in the snow without somewhere to go. Tommorrow he and Hinata are going to start heading straight for The village hidden in the grass to attempt to complete the mission. We should do that too.” Sakura was silent for a moment, but nodded and sighed.
“I hope they’re okay…” Sasuke nodded.
“Me too… finnaly, I see a cave.” Sakura looked up and sighed in releife when she saw the stone shelter. Finally…
‘Kyuubi, you’ll die if I die…’ Naruto’s exhosted look was quickly replaced with as serious one when he suddenly felt a surge of strength and quickly wrapped his arms around Hinata so she’d be okay while he braught his hands together for a hand sighn.
Instantly there were ten clones digging their way up and helping him with the barely contious Hinata. When they finally made their way to the surface Naruto laid her down in the snow and dismissed the clones to check her vitals. Her heart was beating, slowly, and she was barley breathing. He noticed the blue tint to her already pale skin, espectialy on her lips and fingers. Naruto swore and ripped his jacket off to wrap her in it. He had a good amount of chakra left so he could keep himself warm for a while, but she was dangerously close to hypothermia.
“Hinata!! C’mon, you need to stay awake!! If you fall asleep you’ll die!!” She started to breathe a little more deeply and started to shiver a little more, Hinata opened her eyes a little and gave him the best smile she could. Naruto silently wished she hadn’t. He was in his hanyou form and didn’t want to give her a heart attack on top of freezing to death.
“N-Narut-to…” Naruto swore when she was hit with a shivering fit and looked up. There were tons of mountains around, that ment lots of caves… Hinata was too tired to activate her Byakugan, so he’d have to find one himself, and fast. He couldn’t just walk around aimlessly, that would take way too much time. His senses were already hightened, but not quite enough. He cleared his head and pushed some chakra to his nose like Kiba usually did and took a deep breathe, analyzing the scents.
‘Crap, all I smell is snow wood and us. I need to smell something like a-BEAR!! YES!! I found a cave!!’ Naruto wasn’t the smartest cookie of the bunch, but even he knew that bears hibernated during winter, so he could just lay her down next to it and she’d get warm. He glanced down at Hinata and gave her a huge grin before picking her up and dashed off towards the cave as fast as he could.
“C’mon Hinata, stay awake, I found a cave, we’ll be there soon! Just stay with me!” He felt her nod against his chest and looked down at her, she was shivering and getting more and more tired by the moment. He could talk to her then he’d risk loosing the scent to the cave. He’d have to get her to talk to stay awake.
“Hey Hinata, sing me a song. I’ll bet you’ve got a really pretty voice.” Said Naruto, grinning down at her with an attempt not to show his new fangs. He blinked when Hinata suddenly had a little color to her face.
“I-I… I don’t know a-anny g-good songs…T-they’re all e-either sad or g-good w-with w-weir p-parts…” Like Naruto cared, he needed her to sing damnit!
“Well sing me a song anyway.” Hinata blushed a little redder, Naruto wanted her to sing for him?? He was being nice to her, nicer than he usually was. A song popped into her head and she just started to sing without even realizing it. Witch is a good thing, because she probably would have fainted if she knew what she was singing.

“You do have a pretty voice! A REALLY pretty voice!!” Naruto decided that it would be best to ignore the… dark, side the song and just enjoy her voice. She had almost perfect control when she was singing, even in this weather and she didn’t stutter! Well, her stuttering was better now and she had kind of grown out of it a little, but still! Her teeth didn’t even chatter! He bounched her up to get a better hold on her once he found the cave and sighed in relief when they were there.
“Where is that damn bear at?!” Grumbled Naruto, looking around. He took another sniff and swore when he only smelt ice and rock. Crap, he must have wondered a little off course when she was singing and found a different cave.
“N-Narut-to I’m-m c-cold…” Naruto swore and sat down, sitting her in his lap for a moment while he tore through his pack for dry clothes or a blanket. He paled when he saw that almost half his stuff was gone. He turned it over and swore darkly when he saw a tear in the bottom. He must have been dumping stuff for half a mile and didn’t even realize it!! He fished out what he had and quickly got the first aid book out when Hinata seriously started to pale and turn blue in a few places.
“Hypothermia, hypothermia, hypothermia- Hypothermia! Aha! It says here to…*gulp*… romove all wet articles of clothing and quickly provide a steady source of warmpth…” Naruto looked down at Hinata and paled when he saw that she had finnaly passed out. She was SOAKED. Crap, he’d have to do whatever he had to do fast or she’d die!
“Sorry Hinata, you can slap me or tear me apart all you want later.” Said Naruto sternly as he began to peal her clothes away.
This was going to be an interesting next few hours…
Sakura and Sasuke: O.O He’s smart?!
Buni: *Rolls her eyes* Naruto’s not an idiot like people think he is! He just has stupid moments…a lot of them.

“You do have a pretty voice! A REALLY pretty voice!!” Naruto decided that it would be best to ignore the… dark, side the song and just enjoy her voice. She had almost perfect control when she was singing, even in this weather and she didn’t stutter! Well, her stuttering was better now and she had kind of grown out of it a little, but still! Her teeth didn’t even chatter! He bounched her up to get a better hold on her once he found the cave and sighed in relief when they were there.
“Where is that damn bear at?!” Grumbled Naruto, looking around. He took another sniff and swore when he only smelt ice and rock. Crap, he must have wondered a little off course when she was singing and found a different cave.
“N-Narut-to I’m-m c-cold…” Naruto swore and sat down, sitting her in his lap for a moment while he tore through his pack for dry clothes or a blanket. He paled when he saw that almost half his stuff was gone. He turned it over and swore darkly when he saw a tear in the bottom. He must have been dumping stuff for half a mile and didn’t even realize it!! He fished out what he had and quickly got the first aid book out when Hinata seriously started to pale and turn blue in a few places.
“Hypothermia, hypothermia, hypothermia- Hypothermia! Aha! It says here to…*gulp*… romove all wet articles of clothing and quickly provide a steady source of warmpth…” Naruto looked down at Hinata and paled when he saw that she had finnaly passed out. She was SOAKED. Crap, he’d have to do whatever he had to do fast or she’d die!
“Sorry Hinata, you can slap me or tear me apart all you want later.” Said Naruto sternly as he began to peal her clothes away.
This was going to be an interesting next few hours…
