On some fluke chance the police chief went back to the station having actually remembered to finish his reports. Walking in to the station, he checked every coffee pot for the black, life giving substance. Five pots later and no coffee Jiraiya was growling as he reached his office. Slamming the door behind him only to open it moments later to yell at a rookie cop to make a pot and hurry.

Still grumbling the white haired man flopped down in his comfy chair and picked up the first report. Only the major crime reports had to be signed by him before the case could be closed. This manila folder contained the information on the killing of one Gekkou Hayate. At one time the man had been a cop but he had chronic pneumonia and was relived of his duties over three years ago. His wife was in spacial forces and was hot. Beyond hot, smoking. She had been the top suspect for a while, she could disarm a bomb and kill people with spoons but she had been cleared. Which was good, he did not want his SWAT team members killing people they shouldn’t. They had found the real culprit and the DA had put him away for a long time.

“Colonel Mustard in the library with the candle stick. AND WHERE IS MY COFFEE.”

The sound of rookie cop scurrying, reached Jiraiya’s ears and as the door opened he sat up, expecting a large mug filled with the potent brew. To his great dismay the DA came in with out any coffee. A nice looking assistant but no coffee.

The white haired man grunted his greetings to Shibi and smiled at the new lawyer with the nice legs.

“This is Suki and is my new assistant, please do not flirt shamelessly with her.”

Jiraiya’s smiled broadened and he glared at the DA.

“Why would I do that, you make me out to be a pervert.”

“You, are the one with a sign on your desk next to your name, stating that you are a super pervert.”

Which was true, right next to his engraved nameplate was an engraved sign saying super pervert. Smiling as the girl gigged Shibi rolled his eyes.

“What brings you to my office lawyer guy and girl.”
He nodded to the blushing Suki and Shibi straitened his glasses.

“We are here to collect the final list of charges we are going to press against the men in the Uzumaki rape case.”

Looking down at the report in front of him Jiraiya scrawled his name on the line and set the folder in the out box.

“Why would that be here, I thought you said that it would be difficult to prosecute.”

Jiraiya was more then slightly pissed at the man, for all the evidence that they had against the men who had violated Naruto the only charges Shibi had said that the could get them on was unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. The police chief knew that this charge was normally used when a girl was pressured in to having sex with a older man. The girl’s parents were the ones that usually came forward to say that there darling little flower was violated by a evil man. If the girl was 16 or younger and the man 3 years older then her then they would press charges if there was any sexual activity, consented or not. The men were obviously more then three years older then Naruto so the video was all that was needed to press that charge.

How Shibi thought that this was the only charge they would, without a doubt get the men with, was making him lose fath in the DA and the justice system. Jiraiya was thinking about throwing them out of his office until they had a long list of charges the men would go down for. The DA just raised his eyebrows at the agitated police chief and Suki, who felt the tension between the men started walking toward a corner of the square office.

“Mr. Jiraiya sir, please look here, I was working with the computer crimes fellow and put together a flow sheet and crime log.”

Watching Suki’s nicely rounded butt as the woman bent over to get a large poster board that was tucked behind some random objects, Jiraiya decided to let them stay for as long as she was bending over. Somewhere off to the side the DA cleared his voice and mostly to annoy the man, Jiraiya leered all the more intently.

The girl stood up and showed the posterboard to the police chief, who was watching the way her breasts jiggled until he saw the information on the board. There was a snap shot of each of the 10 men, the faces were still blurred but otherwise they had gotten good shots of them. Next to each picture was a description that had telltale body features in it. Guy number one had a small tattoo on his upper arm and so on. Next was what clips the person had been in and finally the last thing was the list of crimes that could be charged to that particular person for actions shown in the videos.

Needless to say Jiraiya was impressed. Looking over the blocks that had what offences had been committed he stopped and looked and the overflowing block for man number 3. There was a large sticky note that was almost filled added on to the full block.

“This guy was the leader then.”
“Kinda, he was the one that took him from his house so he has kidnaping and child extortion. Plus he was the one to cut the blonds face at the very end, so he has maiming charges. He also has animal cruelty charges for his clip entitled ‘fun with snakes.’ But he was not the most frequent abuser of Naruto. That would be this man.”

Suki tapped man number 7, a well muscled yet still not overly built man. Unlike man number 3 who was thin and pale, almost pallid.

“He managed to get with Naruto about 5 times, his own clip was just him brutally taking the blond and the stage performance had him forcefully taking him again along with about 4 other men. Still he was in almost all of the clips finding a way to put himself in to Naruto even just as a prop. The cruelest by far is this man.”

Suki tapped man number 5 who was the only one that did not have a blurred oval over his face. He had a black and white harlequin mask instead and was dressed in black leather from head to foot.

“He just wanted to make Naruto bleed I think, he was the one with the whip. He never forced anything in to the blond, he just used a riding crop and aphrodisiacs to make Naruto respond. The others used various things on the teen, hot candle wax, cock rings etc. Until they finished and moved on leaving Naruto for the next person. Oh yes, I almost forgot.”

Pulling out a piece of paper from under the board that was now sitting on the desk in front of Jiraiya propped up on the computer monitor, she handed him a excel worksheet with times on it.

“After each clip, the time/ date showed up so I was able to put together a print out of who Naruto was with at what time. The clips are any where from 3 to 5 hours apart, except for the stage performance that one they gave him a 8 hour brake afterwards.”

Suki stood smiling off to the side as Jiraiya looked over her handy work.

“So how many charges are you going to be pressing?”

Shibi had his arms across his chest and glared at Jiraiya.

“There is a grand total of 37 different charges. Each person has their own list. The judge is waiting for a name to put to the warrants.”

Looking thoughtful the white haired man stood up and handed the poster to the awaiting hands of Suki. Taking a deep breath before slamming his hands down on the desk making the girl jump aside and the computer keyboard fall to the floor.

“WHY THE HELL DIDN’T YOU SAY THIS EARLIER. I’VE BEEN PRESSURING THAT POOR KID TO TALK TO ME, BECAUSE YOU SAID WE NEEDED HIS STATEMENT TO CONVICT THEM.. NOT ONLY THAT I WAS SERIOUSLY THINKING YOU WERE ONLY GOING TO CHARGE THE VILE MEN THAT DID THIS, WITH ONLY CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT. I HAVE BEEN WRACKING MY BRIAN TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO GET THEM FOR EVERYTHING AND HERE YOU ARE TELLING ME THIS, AFTER I GAVE MYSELF A MIGRAINE!.”

Suddenly the tirade ended and Jiraiya loosened his tie.

“Seriously, don’t twist me up with the details of how you are going to do it, just tell me that we can put them away.”

Shibi fixed his glasses that had skewed on his face during the desk pounding from Jiraiya.

“No coffee?”

“None in the whole building.”

The police chief collapsed in to his chair and a stunned Suki just stood by blinking at the man.

“We can put them away once you find out who they are.”

“Thank you, now leave.”

Jiraiya was sitting sideways in the chair and was pointing to the door.

Shibi Aburma had a slight smile on his face as he turned away from the man who was currently pounding on the wall next to his desk yelling for the rookie cop on the other side to give him coffee. The door opened and a hassled looking young man rushed over to set a large mug in front of Jiraiya who straitened in his seat. Suki opened the door to let herself and the DA out of the office as the police chief guzzled hot coffee noisily.

Suddenly a dispatcher rushed in to the room, shouldering Shibi out of the way. Before he DA could reprimand the man, the blue clad dispatcher took a deep breath and said something.

“Sir, shots fired at the Uchiha residents. All available unites are in route.”

Sasuke practicably jumped from the car and ran up the steps, pulling open the door to let himself in. He knew he was being silly and that his father was even more distant when his relatives were over but the raven haired teen still wanted to see him. It had been close to three weeks sense the last time he had seen his father and as much as he wanted to run up to him hug him he knew he couldn’t.

The stone faced man would yell and lecture him on the showing of affection and how weak it was. His father would then snort and pretend his second son did not exist for the rest of the night. The dark haired teen had found this out when he was 7 and his father was even more adverse to shows of affection now.

Slowing his rushed pace he took a deep breathe and straitening his blazer, Sasuke could hear voices coming from the den on the right side of the entrance hall. His fathers voice among them, mixed with the tinkling of wine glasses. Martha came out from the kitchen on the left and was pulling her over coat on. She set her hand on Sasukes shoulder and gave a gentle squeeze.

“They’re having a family meeting.”

Quickly she removed her hand and left Sasuke standing in the hall. He had not moved and his fists were shaking at his sides. As the woman opened the grand door she looked back at the teen and saw his shoulders slump as he started walking again. Shaking her head, Martha pulled the door closed behind her.

Sasuke was not permitted to interrupt his father when he was having a meeting. Most of the time the meeting would last long in to the night and he would be gone in the morning, off on another trip or something. Most likely he would not see his father for a few more days, if at all.

Fighting the overwhelming feeling to punch something and scream at the injustice of it, Sasuke forced the anger to turn in to a more controllable feeling, apathy. Slowly the raven haired teen started walking again. Shoulders slumped willing his face to remain unaffected and show neither the anger or disappointment he felt as he drew closer to the large room that held all of his family but him.

Sasuke was the youngest Uchiha, his father was the last one of the three sons to marry and start a family. So despite being the oldest son he had the youngest children. The youngest of Sasuke’s cousins was a year older than Itachi and in collage, all the other ones had already graduated and started up a branch of the family business.

As he passed the den, Sasuke could see the fire going in the large fireplace and the comfortable, horse shoe shaped couches that had people sitting on them. The oak book shelves that covered the walls and the wine glasses that were littering most of the flat surfaces. Mother being a perfect hostess and father sitting in the middle talking to one of his uncles no doubt about work. Stealing his face so not to show the surge of feeling he felt as he looked at his father, the obsidian eyed teen started for the marble staircase that led to his room.

He was on the third step when his fathers voice drew his attention back towards the den. Turning slowly, not quite sure he heard the voice calling out to him to stop, Sasuke saw the form of his father leaning on the door frame of the den looking at him.

“Sasuke, come, join us.”

Fugaku Uchiha, tall, muscler but not overly so, had a wine glass in his hand and the red liquid inside sloshed as he used that hand to gesture Sasuke to come in to the room.
Trying to hide his excitement at the invitation Sasuke controlled his steps so that he did not run up to his father. Keeping the forbidden smile at bay was harder then ever, as the often forgoten teen strode up to his fleeting father. When he reached his fathers side he felt a hand go behind him to grab on to his shoulder as he was guided in to the room and on to the large sofa. The contact making the smile even harder to hide as Sasukes heartbeat sped up at the small show of possessive affection.

Fugaku sat on the couch cushion next to the one he had guided Sasuke to and gestured his wife over. Mikoto gracefully stepped away from the other wives and was smiling as she handed a full wine glass to her youngest son. Kissing his forehead before turning around to gossip with Sasuke’s female cousins, who were not much younger than she was.

Sasukes heart was pounding in his chest as he looked about the room. His two cold faced uncles sat nearby, chatting with his three male cousins. As the ladies sat at the other end of the large couch gossiping, his brother was leaning next to the fireplace and Sasuke could not help but think that he was paler than normal. The last time his parents and brother had been home he had over heard them talking to Itachi about failing the collage sports physical for karate. That had been over a month ago and Itachi looked sick. Dark rings around his eyes and he was thinner then Sasuke remembered him to be. His attention was jerked away from his brother as his father spoke to him.

“Sasuke, there is an important meeting tonight at a local gentlemen’s club where we will be discussing an important trade. It is about time you started learning the ropes of business deals so you will be coming along.”

Suddenly Fugaku raised his wine glass.

“To the last of the Uchiha’s becoming a business tycoon.”

All wine glasses were raised and clanked together in the toast and Sasuke took a sip of the red wine in his glass. Seeing his father down the entire contents of his glass in a single gulp, the raven haired teen tipped his glass back drinking the rest to the liquid. He felt the burning sensation as it slid down his throat to pool in his stomach as he pulled the empty glass away from his lips. It was not his first time drinking wine but it was his first toast.

The smile on his face was showing now he was sure of it but he was to happy to care. He was going with them tonight. He was going to be with his father and for once not be the forgotten Uchiha. Between his heart pounding in anticipation and his stomach doing gymnastics as a thousand ways he could embarrass himself flashed through his head the suddenly nervous teen looked up to the normally comforting sight of his brother.

Sasuke saw the way Itachi was glaring at their father. The full wine glass spinning in his brothers hands as the older Uchiha gracefully rolled the glasses stem in his fingers, without spilling a drop of the red liquid. The ugly scowl that marred his pale face as their father talked about the plans for the evening with one of his uncles. For moment the two brothers eyes met, Sasuke’s dark orbs showed confusion about his brothers actions but still showing the inner excitement that had filled the youngest Uchiha. The older one’s eyes just reflected hatred and loathing that made a chilling depth that threatened to swallow Sasuke whole.

Without warning Itachi jerked his head away and set the glass on the mantel. The deceptively thin man walked towards the back exit from the room.

“Itachi, where are you going?”

The irritation in his fathers voice was clear as Itachi opened the discretely hidden door that led to the servants stairs and the set of rooms Itachi used.

“I’m tired, father.”

The room was quite and Sasuke was aware of the tension between the two men he looked up to.

“Then get some rest.”

His brother nodded and closed the door behind himself.

Sasuke did not know what his brothers problem was, but he refused to let Itachi ruin his induction in to family affaires. For the first time he felt like he was part of the family and the fact that maybe he would not be left alone anymore had him on cloud nine. When his father turned to him and started asking questions about school and karate Sasuke could not of been happier. The brief smile that graced his fathers lips as he said he was the class president made him want to achieve even greater goals to get the man to smile at him again.

The room fell suddenly silent and Sasuke having turned his back to the door to talk comfortably with his father did not see the dark form the had stepped in to the den.

The sudden roar of a gunshot made the teen freeze in place as the blood from his uncle splattered on to the back of his shirt, the hot substance running down his spin. A woman shrieked and as Sasuke jerked around to face the entrance, an another round was fired and his aunt fell to the floor in the shower of crimson the bullet rushing through her caused.

Sasuke sat frozen, wide eyed, on the couch as the rest of his family either stood up in shock or ducked for cover as Itachi started to fire rapidly. Besides karate Itachi had taken up clay pigeon shooting and had a sure eye, the man who had taught the at the time still teenage Itachi, had said the he had never seen a person with a better natural aim then his brother. As the gun swept across the room with seemingly careless ease Sasuke watched as the bullets found their marks.

His mother had her hands up in front of her and the virtual explosion of red covered the wall behind the beautiful woman as the slug tore through her. Sasuke could only watch numbed in horror as his two female cousins where gunned down next. The group of men that surrounded the shocked teen was the next to fall. One uncle had his hands up and was talking calmly, only to fall to the floor in front of sasuke as the mans blood was forcefully splayed on to the horrified teen.

Suddenly he was knocked off the couch to the floor by one of his cousins who had tried to approach Itachi from the side and received a bullet to the chest. As the teen rolled the unmoving form of his much larger cousin off of him, the youngest Uchiha caught sight of his father standing in the center of the room, hands at his side, balefully looking at his eldest son.

It was the silence that scared him the most, the lack of sound from any other person as the two most imported people in his life just looked at each other.

Fugaku Uchiha did not try to talk his son out of the course of action he had chosen, he just stood stoicly in the center of the room, all other members of his family scattered on the floor around him, covered in blood. The wide eyes of his youngest son blinked up at him, half pinned under the fallen form of his cousin as slight tremors past through the terrified teen. Itachi at the doorway, saw the brief contacted between the two remaining members of his clan and let lose the last bullet in the gun.

Sasuke screamed as the rush of blood rained down on him from the bullet that passed through his fathers heart. The hot, red fluid cooling on the stunned teens face, turning his black hair in to a deep red as it began dripping from his long bangs.

Sasuke was unaware that he was screaming as his father crumbled in front of him, it was moments later that the sound of a clip hitting the Berber carper that Sauske looked around him to see none of his relatives still alive. All 10 of his aunts, uncles and cousins lay in pools of their own blood. His mother and father lay in their own pools as well. Somehow he heard ragged breathing, punctuated with sobs and only then did he realize that it was from himself.

Sasuke screamed and scrambled to his fathers side discarding the cooling flesh of his cousin to press his hand to his fathers face. Only to scream again as the hole in the mans chest became visible. Jerking his head around to see the gapeing wounds that covered his family Sasuke fell to the floor crying.

He was alone again. There was no one left. Mother, father, aunties, uncles the anoying cousins that picked on him. All of them were gone.

His whole family, gone.

All but the one standing in the door way.

The one that had just destroyed everything he had ever wanted, had or needed.

All the fear swirled inside the distraught teen and was squeezed in to one fluid emotion, hatred. A burning, soul consuming hate that dried his sobs and forced something other then the mind numbing loss in to his head. The all consuming emotion fulled him as he leapt across the room and charged his traitorous brother.

Itachi had pulled the second clip from his pants pocket and loaded it in to the gun as his little brother charged him. The wild punch from the near hysterical teen was easily dodged and Itachi spun around, kicking Sasuke out of the room and in to a glass trophy case that held the older sons achievements. The case was along the opposite wall of the entryway in to the den and the ornate, antique case shattered when the younger Uchiha slammed in to it sending glass and karate championship trophies crashing to the floor.

As Sasuke tried to get up from the glass covered floor Itachi fired, gunshot echoing through the house. Searing pain flashed through the shocked teen as the bullet grazed his upper arm. Crying out from the pain he curled up holding the large gash on his arm. The crunch of the glass being crushed under footsteps made Sasuke uncoil himself. Looking up at the retreating form of his brother walking past him, heading for the door out.

Sasuke was not aware that tears were streaming down his face as he stood up, letting the blood run down his arm to drip off his fingers and once again ran at his brother. The anger inside of him having dissipated and be replaced with desperation.

Punching at Itachis back, only to have his wrist grabbed and be thrown with the most basic of karate moves. As he lifted his head off the marble floor to get back up, the hot barrel of the gun was pressed to the back of his skull. Replacing any anger left with fear and Sasuke could not stop his shoulders from jerking with the sob that tore itself from his throat as the flash of the gunshot that had killed off his father played in his head. Slowly the raven haired teen set his head back to the cold floor and letting the tears flow freely as the cool stone warmed under his forehead.

This helplessness, anger, and pain was nothing to the loneliness that he had been condemned to. The gut twisting throb of pain in his heart as his father fell again and again in his head. He was alone now and the knowledge that he would for ever more be the only one here, was worse than anything he had ever felt.

His father had spent time with him, mother had payed attention to him and they never would do so again. He wanted that 30 minuets of perfection back. The half hour when he was happy, the smile on his mothers face, the approval on his fathers. Sasuke wanted to go back to that, go back and stay there.

He wanted to be with his parents, where ever they were now.

“So shoot already.”

Sasukes tears had formed a small pool around his face and the blood that covered his hair was dripping in to it. His bangs had swept forward and hid his face, individual strands leaving red lines on his cheeks as he lay on the marble floor waiting to go with his parents.
A shiver coursed through him as the barrel was removed from the back of his head and Sasuke tensed with anticipation, his breathing unsteady as his whole body clenched, waiting for the pain of the bullet to kill him, but the shot never came.

“Not worth it.”

Itachis deep voice was the coldest he had ever heard it be.
Sasuke’s eyes shot open at the statement of not even being worth a bullet and a dejected sob wrenched out of his throat.

A kick to the ribs sent Sasuke sliding down towards the staircase on the slick marble flooring. Not even trying to stop his wild slide as Itachi turned and walked out the front door. Leaving his sad, pathetic little brother crying on the floor.

Sasuke force himself to sit up, watching the crimson flow down his arm from the wound on it. It did not hurt any more not that it mattered anyway. Shuttering violently, little droplets of blood fell from his hair. Forcing himself to his feet as the events flashed though his head. His mother screaming and his father falling.

It was surreal the way his fathers voice was already disappearing and his mother face fading from memoire. They could not be gone. Not now, not after he finally could go with them. It had to of been a dream. A horrible dream and he would wake up now and his father would still be in the meeting in the den and his mother would be the perfect little hostess, smiling and looking beautiful. Itachi would come by later and talk to him about what was said in the meeting and maybe his brother would stay until he fell back asleep after he woke up from this nightmare.

Taking a step and wincing as he cut his foot on a piece of broken glass, Sasuke’s eyes opened wide as he screamed and ran to the den. Stopping at the door way he looked in to the room that held his dead family. The blood from his relatives that was staining the carpets and furniture red.

It wan’t a dream. It had happened and all the stifled panic surged in the youngest and last Uchiha.

Shaking as tears dripped off his chin to land on the floor, the raven haired teen backed away then turned and ran from the room. Running in to the kitchen where the phone was and as he was reaching for it, Sasuke saw the note of instructions Martha had left on how to make dinner. Just like she did when his parents were away on a trip to an exsotic location.

Sasuke wanted to be with his mom and dad, to go with them just once on a cruse or tour or whatever. He wanted to be with them, to see them every day. To smile and laugh like a normal family, to have his father grab his shoulder like he did not to long ago and have his mother kiss his forehead and smile.

He would go with them this time.

His father had said that he could go.
He would not be left behind.

Pulling his hand away from the phone Sasuke reached over to the wood block that held the knives. Pulling out the well honed pairing knife the raven haired teen cut 12 lines, 6 on each arm. Hissing in pain as he drew one for each person in the den. Feeling the blood drip off his fingers he let the knife slip out of his hand to clatter on the floor.

He would go with them this time, to whatever exotic destination they had in mind.

Jiraiya was among the first to arrive at the Uchiha residence and led the team comprised of the first two regular cars on sight inside the grand mansion. The four uniformed men followed their boss as they slowly worked their way in to the mansion. Guns out and silent as they kept along the walls incase the shooter was still inside. Having to step carefully around the destroyed trophy case and hearing the crunch of the broken glass under their feet..

It did not take long for the police chief to work his way to the den and stop at the horror of what was there. Looking around and counting bodies, recognizing several he knew, Jiraiya noted that the two youngest members of the Uchiha clan were missing. Seeing the glowing cell phone that had allowed the operator to hear the entire shooting, he went to it and told the operator that the police were on sight and hung up.

Forcing the bile rising in his throat back down, he radioed the other just arriving uniformed police officers in, to help clear the building. Leaving the den after the four men had confirmed the 12 Uchiha’s dead, Jiraiya followed the trail of blood that left the room and went diagonally across the hall.

Gun out and sweeping the room before he entered, the white haired man stepped in to the kitchen. Lowering his gun when he saw the teen he had dropped off no more then a hour ago slumped against the refrigerator, wrists slashed open, long black bangs covered in blood, shielding his face from view.

Taking deep breathes and wishing he had gone to Tsunades instead of work, he went up to the form on the floor, to confirm death.

Sheathing his gun, the perverted man reached out and pressed his fingers to Sasukes neck.

Screaming that there was a ‘live one’ and to get the paramedics. Quiklly the white haired man removed his tie and cut it in half before tying it around Sasuke’s arms as tourniquets to stop the bleeding. Scooping up the teen, Jiraiya raced out of the kitchen to deliver Sasuke to the awaiting ambulance that had just pulled up.
