Tomo eyes widened and he started to push himself away only to remember that Ijin had come and slept with him earlier. HE sighed he knew he wasn't going to get anymore sleep but he couldn't bring himself to wake Ijin up. 'We have been together for a month now and the only thing we ever do is get each other off, it's not that I mind really I don't I love him...but sometimes I want more.' Tomo snuggled deeper into his boyfriends chest, 'maybe he's waiting until I'm ready or something like that?" "hm I still have to go Christmas shopping today call me crazy but I waited until the last moment Christmas is in two days.' Tomo sighed as he unburied his head from the warmth to get up. He grabbed a pillow from the side of the bed the had fallen off and counted to three before slipping out of his lovers arms and replacing himself with a pillow.Tomo examined his lover whimpering before latching onto the pillow and burying his head in it. Tomo had to stifle a giggle his boyfriend was so cute. Tomo walked over to his closet and grabbed and out fit before hurriedly putting it on and walking out of his bedroom after all he didn't want to wake up his lover. Tomo gently closed his door and turned around to be faced with a pair of big blue sad eyes. "Kurai what's...dammit what happened?" Kurai sniffled and rubbed his eyes, avoiding the bruise and bloody nose that he sported."Gin and Yasa ganged up on me and hit me, they were saying that I was inferior and that I didn't belong in the Uchiha clan along with my idiot brother, because we haven't developed the shivangan or the sharigan." Kurai sniffled out in a small voice before latching himself onto his big brother and crying. Tomo gently picked up his brother who was small for his age only four foot nine, and carried him back into his room.[meanwhile in the kitchen]Gin Hana Uchiha, Yasashiku Akira Uchiha get your little buts in here NOW!" Naruto's scream rang thru the house like a curse. Gin and Yasa winced as they heard there mom's angry voice, they quickly scrambled up from where they had been studying different jitsu scrolls and ran to go see what there mother wanted. As they walked into the kitchen they stopped as they saw the look on their mom's face he was not happy. "Gin, Yasa you mind telling me why you are picking on Kurai, or should I beat it out of you?" Knowing it was not best to lie they told their mom how they figured that there younger brother was inferior because he did not have any bloodline traits along with Tomo, while they had developed the sharigan. With every word Naruto heard he got madder and madder how may time had he told his kids that bloodlines didn't matter if you couldn't use them properly and that if you weren't a good fighter that it wouldn't matter at all. 'They use to listen to me but now all they listen to is Kiyoshi, I swear they used to be nice kids now there just mean. Naruto sighed he had hoped that his kids would tell him something else...but this power? Naruto sighed and his eyes closed, 'Their just like their father power hungry.' "You are both in so much trouble you wanted to take the chuunin exams, well guess what you are now baned from taking them."Identical cries rang thru the air "You can't do that we have been waiting for months, when the last exam got postponed." Naruto shook his head "I'm sorry kids but I will not let you take those exams until you relearn your lesson on what I said about power, and this time I will make sure you get Iruka-sensei and Kakashi-sensei as your teachers." Naruto held his hand up as they started to argue and the two knew that the conversation was over. They walked away dejectedly and went to the rooms leaving Naruto alone.Naruto bent his head down and a steady stream of tears fell, 'what is happening to my family'. Sasuke, Kiyoshi, Gin, Yasashiku, what is happening to you?" Naruto fell to the floor tears streaming down his face he clutched at his swollen stomach and remembered how cold Sasuke had been last night before he had gone on that mission today.FlashbackNaruto stood over the stove cooking supper when his hand slipped and the food spilled all over the floor and the pan fell on his foot. Just at that moment Sasuke walked into the kitchen when he saw the mess, "Dammit dobe did you burn your stomach?" Sasuke asked harshly while glaring at the blond. "No I just burned my foot don't worry I'm alright," Naruto smiled lightly at his lover before he saw the glare covering his face. "I don't care, as long as you didn't burn your stomach", Sasuke then picked up a rag and thru it at his husband the rag smacking him in the face, "Clean this mess up dobe I'm leaving in the morning and I want a home cooked meal before I leave. Sasuke then turned around and left Naruto alone with his harsh words.End flashbackNaruto wiped away his tears and fixed his shirt before turning around and starting breakfast. 'Kami if you exist grant me a wish for this new year and Christmas please save my family.' Naruto sighed and took a deep breath hoping that someone was listing.[In Tomo's bathroom]Tomo sighed as he put an ice pack on Kurai's face, "what has gotten into those two lately?" Tomo sighed as he gently patted down his brothers broken nose cleaning it. Tomo then preformed a few hand symbols and healed his brothers face. "There all better Kurai, but next time come and get me before they do so much damage we cant have you running that pretty face now." Tomo rubbed the top of his brothers head, Kurai laughed and shook his head dislodging his brother's hand. "all right Tomo but only if you promise to take me out for ice cream!" Tomo laughed at his brother's antics and smiled "OK come on kiddo the ice cream parlor is open now and then you can help me choose a Christmas present for Ijin OK?". Kurai nodded enthusiastically and hoped off of the toilet seat to get dressed he loved spending time with his brother. Tomo laughed and walked into his bedroom to find his lover still asleep Tomo shook his head and walked out of the room not even noticing that someone had been watching the whole time.Number four detached himself from the shadows and tapped on his microphone once."I, this is number four the cobra's poison has followed thru to Sasuke, Kiyoshi, Gin and Yasashiku, however it is not effecting Naruto, Tomo and Kurai how do you wish to proceed?" Number four waited as a slight cackling noise followed his message."Number four observe them some more and pay attention to cobra if the poison has spread that far then the seal is getting stronger and will awaken earlier than we had planned." "Affirmative I will follow Tomo and Kurai." Number four hit his headset one more time and his eyes flashed before disappearing into the shadows.*******************************************************Tomo and his little brother entered the ice cream shop to see Shikamaru eating a Sunday. He smiled at them and continued eating sighing as he did. Tomo merely shook his head at the older man and ordered he and his brother two vanilla cones to go. He started to tap on the counter as he waited for their ice cream something was nagging at him to get out of there. As the woman came back with the cones he smiled and paid for them before walking out of the ice cream shop his brother in tow.Tomo felt like he could finally breath as he stepped into the busy street and headed towards the jewelry shop, he knew just what he was going to get Ijin and it was going to be perfect. After all the whole family was going to be there for Christmas except for his dad but he was going to be back on the thirty first to celebrate new years. Tomo sighed if only his siblings would stop acting up then everything would be perfect. Of course little did Tomo know that this year was going to be a disaster and that the merry Christmas might be his last.
