Mini prologue:

 

10 years ago, there was a village known as the Integra (not the car folks) clan's village, a clan that harnesses the power of the wolfs. It was powerful clan, but not as strong as the Uchiha clan, but it got pretty close though. Even though the Integra was strong, it was obliterated, an attack came out of no where, Integra nins died, Kunochies died, normal villagers died, all in 20 minutes time, the only witnesses were three children, two boys and a girl. One of them, the youngest was named Kennaru had a strange marking on his back, the mark was similar to a huge claw mark, this was a seal to a beast within him, known as the Santorin, the Integra's demon wolf. The other two survivors were his brother and sister, Inora and Shirai (I know what your thinking, love hina, well no). The three soon departed to escape their life that was torn from them. 3 weeks afterwards, another incident had occurred; the trio had been walking along the river, but soon was ambushed by a small number of slave traders. Inora and Shirai did their best to defend themselves but were soon over runned by them. The slave traders inspected them, one of them said “ lets keep the girl and the older boy, toss the young one into the river” when those words were spoken, Shirai and Inora tried desperately to get free and save their younger brother, but sadly, they did not have the strength to do so. The two watched in horror as they saw one of the intruders grabbed the young integra's head, who didn't even flinch, cry, scream, nor did he beg, he just sat there, blanked-eyed and without any resistance, had been thrown into the river. His brother and sister, lowered their heads into the dirt, crying, they had loss the only thing they had besides themselves……..

 

(I was going to write a Naruko prologue but hey, you guys know the story except this time it's a girl instead, 9-tailed fox attacks, gets sealed into naruko by the 4th hokage, lives a horrible life prior to the Integra clan destruction.)

 

Mini prologue continued:

 

 

 

Kennaru gasps for air as he reaches the surface of the water, he thinks he was in the river for at least 6 hours maybe even more. He gets up on land and lies there, hoping death would already take him or if he was dead already, he lifts his hand in front of his face, he then smacks himself, “yep, I'm still alive,” he sighs, he was hopeful that he wasn't going to suffer anymore, but alas his hopes are denied. He then hears a voice, a voice he never heard before, a voice that was really menacing, he then focused and tried to hear what the voice was trying to say,” Keeeeeeennnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrruuuuuuuuu” Kennaru leaped upon hearing his name beings said so scary, he focused again, “ Kennaru, you wonder why you are alive do you not, but before you answer and question me, I am Santorin, the integra wolf, and I am the reason you are living, I ne-“ the voice says before it is interrupted, “YOU'RE THE REASON WHY THE CLAN WAS DESTROYED, YOU'RE THE REASON WHY I AM ALONE, YOU'RE THE REASON I AM SUFFERING, WHY THE HELL DO THINK I DIDN'T STRUGGLE AGAINST THAT SLAVE TRADING SON OF A BITCH, I WANTED TO DIE!” Kennaru crys at the top of his lungs, but soon falls back for the lack of breathing between pauses, “ SHUT THE HELL UP CRY BABY! Do you think I kept you alive for my own good, no, I kept you alive so you can help me kill a certain snake bastard who destroyed your village, I was living in a land of luxury in your head, so quit whining and get over the fact your still alive!” the Santorin shouts back, “you know you just contradicted yourself,” Kennaru adds, “well, good thing I'm not stuck into a total dumbass kid's body,” the Santorin jokes, Kennaru sighs once again and gets up. Kennaru goes over to the river, “ oh no kid I'm not letting you drown yourself” the Santorin says as Kennaru nears the water, “ who said I was going to drown myself,” Kennaru says as he suddenly darts his hand into the water three times, each time a fish is put out of the water, “I'm starvin' Santorin, since I can't kill myself cause your probably going to lecture half to death if I try, so might as well get this life over with,” Kennaru grunts as he starts a small fire, “good thinking ki-I mean Kennaru,” the Santorin says as Kennaru chows down, thus beginning a small friendship between demon and host………

 

 

 

10 Years Later……

My Name is Kennaru, the Wolf

 

The 3rd hokage is talking to Kakashi Hataeke, a jounin of the village hidden in the leaves, Konoha. “Kakashi, how is your team of genin doing,” the Hokage asks wondering if Naruko, a boy that is actually a girl pretending, a secret the hokage and Naruko kept to keep Naruko from being obliterated by the villagers. “They are doing fine Hokage-sama, especially Naruto, he has grown stronger ever since the mission to the land of the waves,” Kakashi says as he puts down some reports, what caught Kakashi's eyes was a paper saying, Team number increase for chuunin exams,' what the hell, we have to have 4 nins on a team' the hokage sees the look on Kakashi's face, “I see you noticed the new team rule in the exams, I'm afraid it is true, the squads of genin have to increase by one,” the hokage sighs, “but where am I going to find another genin Hokage-sama,” Kakashi snaps as he places his hand on his chin, `shit, now I'm in trouble, the other jounin already have their fourth members, and there are no more genins left' “don't worry Kakashi, I got you covered, a nin is about to come through Konoha's gates,” Hokage says as he points toward the two large gates, outside. “I had called the Ronin village nearby for a genin, any kind of genin to be sent here, your lucky they had one genin, a rare one to be exact, just meet him by the gates, is name is Kennaru Hyuuga, the Hyuuga family has adopted him a few years ago, he should be a lot of help toward your team,” Hokage says as he gets up and leaves the room, `what does Hokage-sama mean when that he is a rare one,' Kakashi thinks, eyebrow raised and hand on chin again, except this time he was sorta squeezing it. “Might as well check it out before I'm too late,” Kakashi said as he left the room.

At the gates, a young boy, 12 years old, was leaning on a small vending machine, “Now lets remember why I'm here again,” the kid says to himself, “mom said that I was needed at Konoha, she said that I'm going to be part of a team, then she said that it would be fun, I don't see how this, waiting for some Kakashi guy to pop up and train me on jutsu, why do I need to learn jutsus, I know a couple of good ones, and I'm good enough with my taijutsu,” the boy said to himself, he didn't even notice that he was being approached from behind. “Kennaru, I sense someone approaching from behind,” Santorin said, Kennaru did a couple of hand signs and then waited, Kakashi tapped his shoulder, but then there was a puff of smoke and the boy was replaced by a log of wood, Kakashi felt some weight on his shoulders, he looked up and saw the boy again, “You must be Kennaru Hyuuga I presume,” Kakashi says,” Yep, why do you ask, oh you must be Kakashi-sensi am I correct. Kennaru says. Well they got through the introductions, what about the team.

A few hours later, Kennaru finds himself in the outskirts of Konoha, `Great, I was out of town, got into town, now I'm back out again,' Kennaru thought to himself, Kakashi was wondering where his team was, a few hours ago, Kennaru had just bought himself a small apartment just to live, Kakashi also sent a message to Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura, telling them that they need a few extra hours of training and there was a surprise for them. Sasuke, Naruto, and Sakura soon came by 5:00 p.m. They saw Kakashi with someone they didn't know, “Maybe that's the surprise sensi said he had,” Sakura said, “Of course that's the surprise, why else would he bring someone to their training grounds,” inner Sakura said in Sakura's head. “Maybe he brought that kid for target practice,” Naruko snickered, “For once I agree with you Naruto,” Sasuke said as they came closer, then they realized who it was, it was Neji's brother, Kennaru, Naruko took back what she said cause she has a crush on this one, Sasuke doesn't like him too much though, Sakura is o.k. with him, but notices that Naruto is acting weird toward him, `Must be one of his pranks,' Sakura thought. “I know you guys know Kennaru, so I can skip the introductions and get straight to the point, Kennaru is going to be on our fourth member of the team,” Kakashi said, everyone's jaw dropped, Kennaru's jaw dropped to the ground, a few minutes later they recovered from the shock and asked Kakashi to continue, “Well, as I said in the message, were going to train, but first, Kennaru can go to that spot over there,” Kakashi asked, pointing to a small grassy area, “ eeeeehhhhh, sure,” Kennaru said, he walked over to the area and then waited, “Naruko can you see if you can hit Kennaru with this Kunai, Naruko was sort of shocked about this but followed anyway, She aimed at Kennaru, and then tossed with all her might, Sasuke and Sakura saw the Kunai head right at Kennaru's head, they thought the kunai struck him, but then he lifted his head, kunai right in his mouth, “As I thought the rumors were true, he can catch the kunais with his mouth,” Kakashi said, he noticed the look on both Sakura and Sasuke, they had their mouths open, they couldn't believe Kennaru caught the kunai with his mouth. After that, they all had a chance to toss kunais at Kennaru, soon that was done, they started training on their jutsus, Kennaru flashed his Kazegan, a attack similar to the Rasengan and the Chidori attacks, but was a lot stronger than both of them combined, Naruko was impressed by the attack as it hit the tree letting it slide 20 feet and then explode into billions of tiny pieces. Sasuke was practicing his fire style jutsu, Sakura, pretty much nothing, Naruko, Shadow clone jutsu, they trained until they hit the ground heaving, panting, one of them coughing. “Alright you 4 lets end it for today, meet me in the alley way, behind the ninja academy, 9:00 sharp. Good night” Kakashi said as he disappeared. The 4 genin got up and walked into town, not knowing what tomorrow holds……

Authors note, well I finally decided to make a Naruto Fanfic, I hope you guys and girls enjoyed it, I was thinking of having the Santorin call Kennaru “kit” instead of kid, but I saving that for naruko and the Kyuubi. Next chapter I'm basing it on one of the episodes of Naruto, the episode when team 7 fights Rock Lee, man I gonna love this battle sence.
