New Shinobi in Town

A/N- I Don't Own Naruto or and of the characters other then my OC….which has the same name as a different character in a different anime, but they are completely different.

 

(BETA/NOTE- This is ChaosMind. As stated above, I do not own Naruto either. The idea of theSawada clan comes from “Akatsuki210,” and is entirely his. I am just borrowing the idea.However,the Ishida and Katudes clans are entirely the authors. Also, if any lore or spelling errors are found, blame me.)

 

 

Prolog

 

One night in Iwa two parents looked proudly upon their new born son whom they named Uryu, who laid ideally in his mother's arms in contentment. They were proud of their child for many reasons, one reason being that he was the destined heir to the Ishida clan, another reason being he was a child stated by prophesy to be the next clan prodigy and strongest user of the clans jutsu. What they did not know was that this very prophesy would cause many problems in the not to distant future. As they put their child to bed the mother couldn't help but feel worried about what might happen to her child in the future. She turned to her husband with a frown on her delicate face, voicing her concern.

 

“Shinba I hope we are not going to be putting to much pressure and responsibility on our son. It seems odd to base our plans for him on nothing but a prophesy.” With a small smile, her husband alleviated her fears. “Don't worry about it Souka, I'm sure what ever comes our sons way he can handle it, and if he can't then he will always have us to protect him and aid him through the hardships.” With this thought in mind to new parents went to bed and slept peacefully throughout the night. Little did they know just how wrong they were.

 

When Uryu was three years old there was an attempted assassination on him. The event occurred when a rival clan became aware of the new destined prodigy of the Ishida clan. The perpetrators were their rivals in power, the Katudes clan, who had sent from another location in Iwa a group of thirty jounin level Shinobi to kill young Uryu. The Katudes clan members had the ability to control the weather to a limited extent, and thus made a dense fog to cover their tracks. As they we making there way to the clan head building where young Uryu was sleeping, the Katudes clan member that was responsible for controlling the fog made the unfortunate mistake of sneezing, thus breaking his concentration and dispersing the fog. Shinba who had just returned from tucking in his son discovered the group of Katudes clan members and immediately called upon the clan guard who were patrolling the clan grounds and a battle ensued. The noise of the fighting woke up other members of the Ishida Clan and as one they rose to protect the heir to the clan. With so many people joining in the fight the Katudes assassins were quickly over powered and promptly killed. The following day Shinba sent a letter to Tsuchikage stating anymore attempts on the life of his child and he would declare war on the village and would ask for the assistance of Konoha. As Iwa had never recovered from the last Shinobi war and was still the enemy of Konoha, there were no more attempts on the young Uryu's life.

 

 

Two years later many Ishida clansmen/woman could find little Uryu training in the clan's private training ground trying to live up to everyone's expectations of him and making his parents proud. At this sight many just couldn't help but crack a smile at the determination the young boy showed. Often they could find his father Shinba (also formally known as Clan head of the Ishida clan) training him in chakra control or in one of the clans private justsu's.

 

One day he took his son aside and explained to Uryu his birthright. “Now son I'm going to allow you to become apart of what made or clan so respected and powerful. You will sign the sacred Summons contract. This contract will allow you to eventually gain five partner summons who are the five sacred Ookami (wolves) of our clan. Each animal will be able to control a specific element, and each as a name. Fenir controls Water/Ice, Loki controls Electricity, Lobo controls Fire, Beowulf controls Wind, and Lupis controls Earth. In addition, if you are strong enough and pass the trials, something special that has not happened in decades might happen after you are able to summon all of them. I will talk to you about that more when the time comes.”

Uryu could not help but feel excited about learning something new from his father. Shinba took out a crackling old and frail scroll from inside one of the pockets in his robe and instructed his son to draw blood from his thumb and to write his name, place within the clan (in Uryu's case the clan leaders child / the clan heir), and the finger prints of his right hand. As soon as he finished writing his information onto the scroll, the five small wolf pups of the five sacred elements appeared before him. One was deep brown, another electric yellow, a third light blue, another deep red, and the last pure white. His father was shocked at the outcome of his sons summon contract. When Uryu asked his father why, he was told that never before in the history of the clan had all five elements appeared before someone, young as they were. He was then told about the prophesy made by a member of the future seeing and now extinct Sawada clan, stating that Uryu would bring great fortune and fame to his clan for his strength and fighting ability. Contented, Uryu moved off to play with his new summons. However he did not know that his father had left out one important detail that sent a shiver down his spine whenever he thought about it. The second part of the prophesy stated that the clan would become completely wiped out by an outside force and Uryu would inevitably become an avenger and would think of nothing else beside the destruction of the organization responsible for the destruction, unless someone could gain his trust and love and turn him away from the path of evil, sorrow and pain. As that moment in time it almost seamed as if nothing could ever go wrong in Uryus life. Oh how very, very wrong he was in thinking that. It would almost seem as if everything went downhill the very moment that had thought that very thought. His father, fearing Uryu would get himself killed if he went down the road being an avenger, intensified his training to make him as strong as he can be, thinking if he had power then he would find no need to go down the path of darkness. However, as a result the clan started avoiding him, thinking that he would crack under the pressure and wanting to avoid the path of his wrath. His mother would often shoot him worried glances, as if he would drop dead on the spot any moment. Then came the fateful day that would turn his life upside down.

 

Shinba received a letter via bird summons, and as he read it his face started to contort into rage.

 

Dear, Clan Leader

We the organizationAkatsuki formallyasksyou to join us in our quest to capture bijuu and to destroy any opposition and enemies we may encounter. You will be rewarded greatly for you efforts and we can almost guarantee nothing toserious will happen to the people of your clan. We wouldalso like to have your son join our ranks specifically due to his rare abilityto control the 5 sacred elemental animals at once. We both know what will happen if he some how manages to converge with them.We would also like to inform you that if you do indeed refuse our request,we will destroy you and take your sonaway by force.

After Shinba finished reading the letter he canceled Uryu's training for that day and immediately held a clan meeting. Some members of the clan looked terrified while others looked just as furious as Shinba was when he had first read the letter. The clan decided it was best to send the children and a couple of the elder males and females to Konoha, whom they had secret ties and an alliance with. The next day Shinba told Uryu that he and the other children were going to go live in a village to the west of his clan's territory to live as a shinobi, and to bring glory to their clan. He also gave Uryu the scrolls to all of the clan's justsu's, for the time that he would ascend to the position of clan head in the village. After this small explanation Uryu being an intelligent boy realized that something bad was going to happen to the clan and he begged to be allowed to stay. However he was forbidden to stay and several weeks later he and half the clan left to go start a new life in the village of Konoha. As Shinba watched his son and clan leave he thought of only one thing. The Akatsuki would pay for separating him from his clan and son even if he had to die to do it.

 

 

 

 

A/N- Wellthat concludes the prolog of this story. Since this ismy (Our)first story,I would deeply appreciate it if you guys could give me some feedback on how to improve my story and make it better for all the other readers.The Katudes will come back into play later on in the story.The next chapterwill be the downfall of all the Ishida members that stayed behind and the death of Shinba.
