Now That We're Older

 

There are differences between my brother, and me but we do share something in common. One thing. Naruto. He wanted Naruto and I wanted Naruto. One of the many bad things about it is that Naruto hates Itachi and me. Another problem is Sakura. She has become so obsessed with taking care of Naruto that I can't get any time alone with him. Sadly I know that he was and will always be Itachi's. The way he did things, the way he said hi, bye, or even when he would talk with Kakashi sensei. The pride just radiates off of him. I'm sure others knew. I'm pretty sure everyone knew, but that old hag let the bastard in and “forgave” all of the trouble he caused. Everyone seems to think that he is a better mate for Naruto then I am. Right now even though I think those thoughts, I'm still buying flowers from Ino as she readies herself. Sakura just came in and she helps Ino, I wait and they say their ready. This is the day, the most important day. It's the day that our precious little fox is going to get married to my ever-sadistic brother. The day that I would have to watch him leave me forever. To my surprise he had asked me to walk him down the aisle and I said yes. So now the music plays and the brides maids are walking with the grooms men and finally I start to walk Naruto on my arm, everyone smiling even crying. He tells me that he's happy that I agreed to walk him down to Itachi. He tells me he's happy I even came. I start to cry and he smiles. He says he's glad that I could be his brother. He laughs a little and I smile this time, he says he had dealed with me for this long so why can't he for a more thousand years. I start to laugh lightly. Before I handed him to Itachi I hugged him and gave him a kiss on his forehead. I told him that I was glad I could be his brother. I nod to Itachi and tell him to go good and not hurt anyone, to everyone's surprise except Naruto I hugged my own brother. And I whisper “I will always love him and I will always love you so don't mess up.” He smiles and I smile back and sit next to Iruka and sakura. And now I'm sitting and watching as the two loves of my life marry each other. Now all I can do is pray that they do right and pray for their happiness. Now all I can do is watch.
