Yes this is another one of my Gaara poems. It took me an hour and a half or so to write. What I say is in Italics. What Gaara says is in plain writing. A good friend of mine (the Kankuro freak) gave me the idea of writing the poem this way.
 
Please Do Not Hate Me
 
Please do not hate me
Why would I hate thee?
I am a monster in everybody's eyes
Do not listen to them, they tell you lies
Do they lie about what's in my core?
No, but you are no monster, you are a boy I adore
Why do you say such things? To make my heart bleed?
No, to show you the love you need
Love? What is this “love”?
How can you not know my black dove?
Dove? I am no dove.
Why can you not understand my love?
I have never been treated as such.
Your cheek I want to touch.
How can you be so bold?
Your hands are mine to hold.
Why can you not leave me be?
How can you not see?
See what? Want to share?
How can you not see how much I care?
Why do these tears fall?
Because you see you are not hated by all
Who does not hate me?
Don't be dumb you know I love thee
Dumb? Love? Why do you say such things?
So you see what feelings my heart brings
My heart is black and cold
With some work it will be as good as gold
How can you be so kind?
Together we'll get through this bind
My mind is ravaged by a savage beast
No more shall it feast
Upon what does it feast?
Upon fear, hate, anger, and blood at least
How can I not give it what it wants?
Don't give in to its taunts
I feel so tired and weak
But your heart is not meek
My body aches and bleeds
A little rest is what you need
There is nowhere sit and relax
Over by where those rocks are stacked
Where can I rest my head and sleep?
In my lap if you do not weep
Your lap is nice and soft
And it will keep you head aloft
Why do you stroke my head?
To comfort you in dream's bed
Now I go to sleep
And you promised not to weep
May my guardian angel watch me
I shall not let you be
As I'm lost in my dreams
I shall always love you it seems
