Sasuke doesn't celebrate birthdays.

 

He views them as mere excuses for demanding presents from friends and relatives, getting so drunk one cannot even tell the difference between a kunai and Kakashi's privates (someone had spiked Iruka's drink), and just not training in general.

 

However, Sasuke changes his attitude toward said birthdays when his own arrives and he comes home to find a certain someone handcuffed to his bedposts with a huge ribbon tied across the said someone's torso. The rest of the certain someone is naked. The said someone is also directing the most deadly glare at Sasuke, “Don't you dare say anything, Uchiha.”

 

Sasuke smirks, “Hello, Dobe.”

 

Sasuke doesn't celebrate birthdays, but then again, there are exceptions to everything.
