Naruto Fan Fiction ❯ Rikatsia : Im With You ❯ Nervous Much? ( Chapter 1 )
[ P - Pre-Teen ]
Tsunade stared down the scroll that had been placed on her desk about 4 hours ago. Still untouched, the scroll had an odd and deceiving aura too it. She sighed in irritation. When she opened her eyes, they narrowed. With haste, she finally snatched the scroll up and brought it to her face. She started to unwind it slowly, but her hands, for some reason, began shaking uncontrollably. `Damn . . . what's with this fucking scroll . . . .' she thought. As soon as she got hands under control, or at least bearable, she began to undrawn it, again. The first item that caught her eyes was a strange crest in the right-hand corner of the page. She brought the scroll closer, and squinted. It strained her eyes horribly, but she finally made out what the crest was. It was a skull, and in it mouth was a ball of some sort.
; For some reason, it sent shivers down her spine, and she couldn't help but shake and all over. Further undoing the scroll, a named appeared at the top. Minamoto, Rikatsia. 'Hmmm . . . that name is . . . . .not familiar what-so-ever.' She scoffed out loud. `And to think I was scared of a little girl.' Tsunade let the scroll drop down to the desk as she stood up. She propped herself up with one hand, and with the other, she ruffled her hair. The sun beated through the window behind her, sending a wave of heat over her body. By pivoting her right foot, she maneuvered herself around mounds of paper work.
; She let out a long sigh as she stared through the large windows and down at the streets of Kohana. It seemed so peaceful from where she stood, but further in the distance, there were shinobi clashing in training grounds, working hard to someday, fill in her place. ~ha ha ha . . . oh, Tsunade. . . don't walk away from me so soon. . .~ Her heart stopped. Her breath caught. Her eyes widened to the point of tearing. An unlivable feeling showered over her. It coursed rapidly through her veins, searched through her memories, and finally squeezed her heart muscle to the point of breaking. Finally it released after the longest moment of her life, making her gasp and clutch her chest just to stay upright.
; Slowly, she turned her head back to her desk. The scroll now laid there , glowing with a dark aura. Not only did it give off the most sickening feeling she, Tsunade, had ever felt in all her years, but it was also moving. ~ Ha hahaha. . . come. . .'~ It spoke. She clenched her fists so hard, her hands were near the point of bleeding. Now, she turned toward it boldly, and as she did this, an evil devious smile flashed in her mind. Lavender purple lips and white fangs curled up in smile so daring, that it shook her shit-less. Now, a hand appeared. It started motioning for her to come closer, and for some reason, her body obeyed. The smile widened.
; Tsunade picked up the scroll and began to read carefully.
; The sun light shone through the massive, towering trees above, so only light flashes caressed her delicate face. The ground smoothed out into a small, but sure dirt path that lead straight to her destination. She'd been traveling for some time now, seeing that her home was in one of the most discreet and remote locations in the world. She whipped her brow that was light incased with sweet with the back of her hand, and continued forward. Not too long later, she began she see the gates of Kohana. Their massive, overlooking doors, seemed to be watching her as she approached. As she stepped out of the shadows of the trees, almost instantly she felt a pair of eyes scanning over her.
; `How rude, is this how they treat travelers?' I thought. I closed her eyes and kept moving. `Hmm? 3 . . . 2 . . . 1. . .' Two people appeared in front of her. They're masks and outfits gave it away who they were. ANBU. `Great, just my luck. The onetime im actually not doing anything I get stopped..' I shook her head a grief. “Sorry if we're inconveniencing you, ma'am,” one of them spoke, “but you're an unidentified object.””Oh? So im ugly to you?” I said in an annoyed voice. The one that spoke before's hand went to the back of his neck. `Interesting, so I make him nervous? How delightful,' I thought as a small smile curled my mouth. “ Uh, sorry I didn't mean it like that. I, uh, meant that, uh, well, we haven't seen you around here before, and, um, our hokage has us on alert for a person suppossibly headed this way, as they might be a threat to the village,” he rambled out. My eyes narrowed under the cover of my bangs. `So, they new I was coming? Those bastards, trying to eliminate every option I have,' I cursed, but let out a small sigh. “Do you have a description of this person? I mean, I saw someone not to far back. He looked really suspicious and eerie.” I said. “Oh, can you tell us where you saw this man?” The same man before said. “Uhh, about 20 miles that way,” I pointed randomly behind me. Both ANBU looked at each other, and nodded. They disappeared in a puff of smoke just as fast as they came.
; When I finally passed through the gates, everything changed. The streets were filled with civilians, small children laughing as the chased each other around, and shinobi, everywhere. Her nerves clenched. She was nervous. Scared actually. She tried to shake off the feeling, but it only worked for a second, because the same feeling came back, not to short after. Her breathing shook and her hands trembled. `Please ,Nasuca, don't let this end like all the others. . . . .
