Chapter: 1

Team 13

As team 13 walked down the streets of Sunagakure the heat was bearing down on them. “The weather people said it was going to be between 100-110 degrees today and we have to train!” said Misaka in a sad off voice. “Awe poor you” said Alieata in an even more annoyed voice. “Hey at least you guys don't have a puppet on your back” said Taku trying to calm down the situation between Misaka and Alieata. Then suddenly Otokaze-sensei popped out of no where! “AH!” shouted the team in fear. “Good morning everyone” said sensei in a cheerful voice. “God sensei are you trying to give us a heart attack?!” said Misaka. “Morning sensei” said Aileata. “So are you guys ready for a full day of training?” asked sensei. “HOW CAN YOU DO ANYTHING IN THIS HEAT?!” asked Misaka. “It's easy you just do it.” replayed sensei. “Well since it is hotter than usual today…I'll give you 3 hours to relax is that ok?” said sensei. “YEAH, thank you thank you thank you!” shouted Misaka in joy. “Remember be at the training 3rd ground at…3:00 ok?” said sensei. “GOT IT!” said everyone. “Good see you there” then he quickly disappeared in a cloud of dust.

“So what do you want to do since we have 3 hours to kill?” asked Misaka. “Maybe we should train a little bit before we train with sensei” said Taku. “WHAT IN THIS HEAT are you kidding me I'm not going to train unless I'm forced to!” shouted Misaka. “Ok well now since training is out of the question till 3:00 what do you want to do Aileata?” “I'm up with anything you want to do Taku” said Alieata. “I want to go to the ramen shop!” shouted Misaka. “That sounds good to me” Taku said in an agreeing voice. At the ramen shop Misaka couldn't decide what kind she wanted. “AH! It's driving me crazy! Should I get shrimp or beef?!” said Misaka in a very confused and mad voice! “We only have enough money for 3 bowls of ramen” stated Taku. “ALIEATA, Alieata do you have any money I can borrow?” begged Misaka “no” said Alieata in quick response. “Please, please, please! Just enough for one bowl.” begged Misaka. “For the last time NO!” Shouted Alieata! “Ok, ok…Taku?” she asked. “NO!” Taku answered suddenly. After they were all finished they had no idea what to do. “I still think we should train” said Taku. “NO!” shouted Misaka. “Ok, ok so what do you want to do?” asked Alieata. “Um I don't know” said Misaka. “We only have about 15 min what are we going to do in that time we should be heading over to the training grounds about now.” said Taku. “Fine, fine lets go.” said Misaka finally giving up. When the reach the training grounds then see that sensei was waiting for them. “You are 5 min late” said sensei in an angry voice. “We're sorry sensei” said the team in a scared voice. “That means five laps, GET TO IT!” sensei demanded.

"Ugh I hate this! Hey Taku aren't those puppet scrolls heavy there pretty big?" Misaka asked as they ran. "Not really. I'm used to it by now," he replied. "I bet I hate running more than you do Misaka so quit complaining," Alieata commanded. "Oh is that so?!" She challenged. "Yeah, it is!" "Want to race?" Taku suggested, changing the subject slightly. "We just said we hated running," both girls said at the same time. "Come on! Fine" They kept running, only having a goal, making them work harder. "Nice to see they're competiviness makes them work harder," Otokaze muttered to himself, smiling. “Ok that's 5 come here and we'll start” ordered Otokaze. “Ok now time to start training, I can see after only 5 laps of running that you guys are tired so I'll give you a choice” said Otokaze “Either train today or train tomorrow.” Misaka's eyes opened at the thought that she wouldn't have to work in this heat. “I chose tomorrow!” she said quickly before hearing the whole story, “Ok then tomorrow your going to have to work twice as hard as Taku and Alieata!” said sensei. “WHAT?!” said Misaka in a startled and mad voice. “Well you said that you would rather train tomorrow then today so it was your call.” Otokaze said in a calm voice. “That's not fair I didn't know that you were going to do that! I change my mind!” demanded Misaka. “Sorry but it was your call so no changes.” said sensei with a small smile on his face. “So you can sit out today Misaka, but for Taku and Alieata time to show me what you're really made of.” said Sensei. “What do you mean sensei?” asked Taku. “Well its simple all you two have to do is fight each other until your opponent either gives up or one of you is to worn out to fight anymore.” stated Sensei. “So Taku, Alieata to the center ring.”

As Taku walked to the center of the ring he noticed fear in Alieata's face. As he walks up to her to bow he asks what's wrong, and she says that she's embarrassed to be fighting someone that superiorly outranks her level of strength. They take their positions and gets ready to fight. “Kugutsu no Jutsu!” says Taku as he summons Karasu, “Kage bunshin no jutsu!” Alieata shouts summoning 3 clones to her side. Then Alieata charges Taku's puppet and jumps into the air throwing 6 shuriken, and Taku pulling Karasu out of harms way. Then all the sudden one of Alieata's clones punches the ground sending a shock wave of vibrations and sending Taku to the ground, and as soon as Taku hits the ground the other one of Alieata's clones jump into the air about to come down fist first on Taku's face. But then Karasu shoots poison needles at your clone making her disappear in a cloud. As Taku regains his balance he notices that Alieata's clones haven't stopped attacking, so quickly he made blades come out of Karasu wrists and slash the two clones and head straight to the real Alieata. “STOP!” commands Sensei. And right then Taku stops Karasu on the spot right before he was about to stab Alieata. “Good, but Alieata can you tell me what you would have done if I didn't stop the match?” asked sensei. “I don't know” answered Alieata. “Alieata if it was a real mission then you would have been dead within the next 5 seconds” said Sensei in a depressed voice. Alieata looks down as Taku walks over to her. “Hey, I would have stopped Karasu I wouldn't let him hurt you” Taku said in a caring voice, as he helps Alieata to a bench. “Well that's enough training for today, and Misaka I want to see you here at 7:00 am and NO excuses, and Taku and Alieata you can come sometime between 9:00 and 10:00am” said sensei with a grin.

While the team was walking home, “OMG sensei is such a jerk!” shouted Misaka. “Well you did chose to train tomorrow” said Alieata. “That doesn't mean he has to be such a jerk, I think he hates Me.” said Misaka. You could tell just by her face that she was pissed off. After Misaka left Taku offered to escort Alieata home even though he knew that his house was in the opposite direction of hers' but he didn't seem to care. “So I'll see you tomorrow?” he asked in a kind voice at Alieata's door. “Yeah” she answered with a smile on her face as she closed the door, and he started his walk home.

Then the next day at 7:00am Misaka showed up at the training grounds. “SENSEI where are you?!” she shouted. “Over here” he said. “WHY DID YOU MAKE ME COME HERE AT 7:00 I'M TRIED AND IT'S COLD!” she said in a mad voice. “I'm now going to show you how to use Kaze no Yaiba” sensei said. “What is that?” Misaka asked. “The Kaze no Yaiba, also known as the wind blade.” It's one of the most powerful sand ninja Justus. It's only usually taught to Jonin level ninjas” he explained “So, are you willing to learn?” Misaka's eyes widened at the thought of such a powerful jutsu. “YES, YES, YES! I want to know tell me tell me tell me!” she begged. “Ok but there's a reason that this is only taught to Jonin you have to have an incredible skill of controlling your chakra. Not only that you also have to be able to be able modify it into sharp blades, so you see this isn't going to be easy but are you still willing to do it?” he asked. As Misaka thought of how much she would have to train. “Yes.” she answered with an assuring voice. “Good we will start your training now.” he said.

When Taku and Alieata got there somewhere around 10:00 they saw Misaka with scratches and bruises all over her hands, and sensei just sitting in a tree. “What's going on?” Taku asked. “Quit Misaka is trying to think.” Sensei said. Then he explained that Misaka was trying a Jonin level jutsu. “She's been able to cut up a leaf, that's good since she's only training with this jutsu for about 3 hours.” He said. “Wow that's great!” Taku said with a grin. “I'll let you guys sit out today and just let her consternate.” Sensei said. “WHAT? You make me do all the work and what do they do?!” Misaka asked in a mad voice. “Well since your coming along so quickly on that new jutsu I want to see how much you can accomplish in one day.” He said. “I'm fine with that.” said Alieata as she wrapped her arm around Taku's. “Yeah me too” Taku said with a grin. “Ok have a nice day.” sensei said as they walked away.

“So what do you want to do today Misaka?” Taku asked. “I don't know what about you?” said Alieata. “I can't believe it they get to go and get the day off when here I am trying to cut up a leaf with my chakra its crazy!” said Misaka to herself. “Remember clear you mind and focus on nothing but the leaf” sensei said. “Ya ya you've said that 5 times in the last 3 min.” she said under her breath. “What was that?” he asked. “O nothing she said with a sarcastic smile on his face. “Thanks for treating me for ramen Taku.” Alieata said with a smile. “No problem I enjoy your company” Taku replied with a smile too. “So what do you want to do next?" Alieata said looking at Taku. "I don't know." Taku said looking around. "There isn't much to do actually." Alieata said thinking of how much help he is...yeah right. "Yeah you are right...so um how has your day been." Taku said trying to gain a conversation. "It has been okay...not the greatest but when have I had a good day." Alieata said thinking more of the past. “What's wrong?” Taku asked in a caring voice. “It's really nothing” she said. “Something's bothering you so is it?” he asked.

Misaka stood at the training grounds still, breathing hard. She fell on the ground just sat there for a few minutes. "Sensei can I be done for today?” I'm super tired and my hands hurt!" Otokaze sighed.” Sure. You've worked hard enough. You're doing really well for just trying it today. Genin aren't supposed to even be able to do this at all really, but you've done better than a lot of Jonin when they started. Take a rest, and you can train with the others tomorrow, alright?" She nodded. “Thank you sensei," she bowed, and walked out of the grounds, having just about no energy left for running. When she got back to her home, she went right into her room and fell asleep just as she hit the pillow. Shortly after though, she woke up remembering she hadn't had breakfast that day, and got up to make ramen. "No wonder I had like, no energy today I never ate breakfast. Not that there's really much to eat but still. I usually skip lunch. “Great...now I'm talking to myself. I must be going delirious from the exhaustion," she concluded, and sat at the table in the kitchen of her small apartment, waiting for her ramen to finish.
"I wonder what Taku and Alieata decided to do on their day off from training..." she muttered. Then a few min later she heard a few knocks at the door. “Hello?” she asked loudly. “Hey it's me” Taku replied. “It's open!” Misaka shouted. Taku opened the door and walked in and sat down next to her. “So how's life?” Taku asked. “It's ok; I do miss my bro in Konoha.” She replied. “Hey you'll be able to see him in a few days when we get there for the Chuunin Exams.” He said with a smile. “But what if he isn't ready and he isn't nominated?” she said with a distressed voice. “It ok he's strong enough” he said with a smile. “How do you know?” she asked. “Because he has already done an A rank mission” Taku said. “REALLY?!” she asked. “Yeah I saw him fighting the demon of the mist.” He said. “O my god we have to go to the Hidden Leaf NOW!” she said thinking of Kitsune. “The Chiuunin Exams is in three days; if he isn't in the exams you can always go and see him.” Taku said in a caring voice. “Ok.” She said worried voice.

“I'm glad you all could make it now we will start the 3 day trip to Konoha.” Sensei said “Are you guys ready?” Sensei asked. “Yes!” we all replied. “Good then lets go.” Sensei said. Then Team 13 started out for Konoha.

Chapter 2:

The Chuunin Exams

As team 13 leaped from tree top to tree top they noticed that the sun was setting. “Ok guys I think we should rest here for the night we came a long difference for one day.” said sensei. “Yeah!” shouted Misaka in joy. As Team 13 sat down Taku went out to gather some wood. “Misaka you were in charge with all the food so what did you bring?” Alieata asked. “Ramen!” Misaka shouted in joy. “That's it?!” Alieata said as her eyes winded. “Yep.” Misaka said with a smile. Right then Alieata grabbed Misaka's bag and started quickly searching through it. “Ramen, ramen, and more ramen!” Alieata shouted in anger. “What's wrong” Taku asked when he came back. “Misaka packed nothing but shrimp ramen!” Alieata shouted. “Okay, okay calm down Alieata I packed some chips” Taku said trying to calm down Alieata. As Taku reaches into his bag and pulls out a bag of chips Misaka is on her 3rd bowl of ramen. “Wow Misaka you really like that stuff don't you.” Taku said. “What gave it way?” said Misaka with a mouthful of ramen. “Well here you go Alieata” Taku said as he handed his bag of chips to Aliteata. “Thank you” said Alieata with a smile. “No problem” Taku replied. “Just how many bowls of ramen have you had so far Misaka?” sensei asked. “Around 4 or 5” Misaka said with a smile. “And how many did you pack” Taku asked. “Six” Misaka said. “SIX you only packed SIX and we have 2 more days till we reach Konoha!” Alieata said angrily. “Well I'm sure we can find a shop somewhere on the road.” said sensei in reassuring voice. “I guess that's a choice” said Alieata. “AW we're all out of ramen.” said Misaka. “You ate all of the ramen!?” shouted Alieata. “I was hungry.” Misaka said. “Then only eat 1 or 2 don't eat all of them!” shouted Alieata. “Guys, guys stop arguing lets just go to sleep.” said Taku, trying to calm down the situation. “Fine fine.” Misaka and Alieata said.

“Hey get up you guys its all ready 9:00.” said sensei. “Just five more min” said Misaka, as she rolled over. “Is it really 9:00 already?” Taku asked. “Yes and if we are going to make it to Konoha on time we must go” demanded sensei. “Fine you don't have to be so mean about it.” said Misaka. “Where's Alieata?” Taku asked. “She was up before me, but if you want to know she's up there. Taku looks up to the branch that sensei was pointing to. “Hey Alieata are you ready to go?” Taku shouted. “Yes, I have been ready to go since 7:00 this morning.” She said. “O okay well let us pack and we'll get moving.” Taku said. As he looks over and sees that Misaka is still asleep. “Sensei can you do me a favor” Taku asked. “Yeah sure” Sensei responded. “Can you pack my stuff?” Taku asked. “O yeah sure no problem” he replied. Then Taku walks over to Misaka and kicks her back. “Hey wake up.” He said. And her response was to roll over and go back to sleep. “Get up Misaka this is your last chance.” Taku said. “Leave me alone” she said. “Then I have no choice” Taku said. Then Taku walks over to the stream and gets a bucket of water and then dunks it on Misaka. “Hey that's cold!” she shouted. Well you didn't get up and I warned you 2 times.” Taku said. “But since you all ready up then you can help us pack.” Sensei said. “Ok, ok let's go.” Misaka said. Than they all packed their stuff and got up and went back to their journey. "We still don't have food...do we." Alieata said thinking back to Misaka eating all of the food. "Um yeah we don't have food." Misaka said laughing a bit. "It really isn't funny Misaka!" Alieata said looking at her. "Sorry!! But the food was so good!!" Misaka said. “Alieata I did pack more than just 1 bag of chips and you can have them if you want.” Taku said to Alieata. “Thanks Taku!” Alieata said as she hugged him. “No problem.” Taku said. “You guys hug to much!” Misaka said. Then after 2 more days of traveling and arguing between Alieata and Misaka about food, but then they were finally there!

“Well everyone were finally here.” Said Sensei “YAY to Kitsune!” she shouted. “Why does that have to be the first place where we go?” Alieata asked. “I hear that Konoha has some of the best dango in the fire country.” Alieata said. “Ok we don't have to be at the first exam until 3:00 so I guess you guys have peaty much all day.” Sensei said. “Yeah well see you later!” Misaka shouted as she ran to Kitsune's apartment. “Well I have to talk to the Hokage so I'll see you guys at 3:00 ok?” sensei said. “Well I guess that means that were alone so where do you want to go?” Taku asked Alieata. “Well if you want to go somewhere else other than the dango shop then I'll do it.” Alieata said blushing. “Well you seem to want to go to the dango shop so let's go” Taku said with a smile. As they both started to walk to the dango shop Taku noticed that Alieata was holding his hand. “Kitsune I'm here!” Misaka shouted as she slammed opened his door. “Huh what” Kitsune said with a mouth full of ramen. “Misaka you made it!” he said as his eyes opened. Then Kitsune dropped his ramen and gave Misaka a hug. “I'm so happy you could make it.” Kitsune said. “I'm glad I could come and see my little bro.” Misaka said with a smile. “But you know that when the exams start were going to be enemies right.” Misaka asked in a sad voice. “Yep I know that but I'm still happy you're here” Kitsune said. “Hey Kitsune you want to get some ramen?” she asked. “Do I even have to answer that?” Kitsune said with a giant grin on his face. “Ok grab your coat and let's go” she said. “That was the best dangos I have ever eaten!” Alieata said as Taku and she left the pork shop. “I'm glad you liked it” Taku said with a smile. “But I think you should of let me pay it was my idea to go there.” Alieata said. “Its ok, consider it my treat.” Taku said with a smile. “Ok but next time I'm paying.” Alieata said. “Ok I'll remember that” Taku said with a smile. “Hey is that Misaka and Kitsune eating ramen?” Alieata asked. “Yeah I think it is.” Taku answered. “Thank you Misaka for taking me out for ramen!” Kitsune said with a half mouth full of ramen. “Hey Misaka is that you?” Taku asked as he walked in. “Who are you?” Kitsune asked. “This is one of my team mates.” Misaka responded with a smile. “So you're Kitsune.” Alieata said as she sat down. “You're going to eat more?” Taku said. “Well yeah I haven't eaten in like 3 days, because of someone!” Alieata said giving an evil glare at Misaka. “So what will it be the Teuchi asked Alieata. “Chicken!” Alieata shouted. “Ok coming up.” Teuchi said. “So all you guys here for the exams?” asked Kitsune. “Yeah, yep, of course” they all answered. “Cool you guys have got to meet my team!” Kitsune shouted. “Really why?” Misaka asked. “Because, I'm in it!” Kitsune said. “I don't know if that's a good reason.” Alieata said finishing off her bowl of ramen. “Its 2:45 we should get going.” said Taku. “Right well Kitsune I'll see you at the exams.” Misaka said as she gave him a hug. “Okay, bye” Kitsune said. A few min later they reached the first exam room. “No not a written exam!” Misaka said. “What's so bad about them?” Taku asked. “You know that written exams for Misaka are, the hardest she almost never passes them.” Alieata said. “Wow.” Taku said looking over at Misaka freaking out. “Hey Misaka are you going to be ok?” Taku asked. “I'm not going to pass this!” Misaka shouted. “Hey it's going to be ok.” Taku said kneeling down helping her up. “I'm not going to and both of you know it!” she said. “Hey it's going to be ok.” Taku said trying to reassure her. “Ok get to your seats!” demanded Ibiki. “Here are the rules to this test. Rule number 1 this test is based on a point reduction system which means that you start out with a perfect score of 10 points, 1 point will be deducted for each answer you get wrong, so if you miss 3 then your final score will be 7. Rule number 2 teams will pass or fail based on the total score of all 3 members. Rule number 3 the sentinels you see positioned around the room are there to watch you carefully for any signs of cheating and for ever incident you are found cheating they will subtract 2 points from your score. Be warned there eyes are extremely sharp and if they catch you five times you will be dismissed before the tests are even scored. Anyone fool enough to be caught cheating by the sentinels doesn't deserve to be here. If you want to be considered shinobi then show us what exceptional shinobi you can be. One more thing if any candidate should get a 0 and fail the test then the entire team fails. Then final question won't be given out until 15 min before the end of the testing period, you'll have one hour total.” Ibiki explained.

As the time clicked bye for team 13, Taku couldn't help but keep looking over at Misaka he could tell by the way that she looked that she was freaking out. “This doesn't look good she's freaking out theses questions are way to hard for even a jounin I don't know why they would give them to us.” Taku said to himself in uncertainly. “Let's see line B in the diagram indicates the trajectory of a shuriken thrown at an enemy seated atop a tree 7 meters tall describe and formulate the trajectory required if C was positioned in positions of D E and F also predict the farthest possible range of the shuriken and tell how you arrived at your answer. Wow theses questions are murder to a person like Misaka there is no possible way that she will be able to get any of these right.” Taku said to himself. “These problems are really hard and each other one is harder then the next.” Alieata said to herself. “Weird they make a big deal about cheating and not the test, and that they only make a 2 point subtraction, only if…they want us to cheat!” Taku said to himself. “I can't figure out any of these questions!” Misaka shouted in her mind. Then all the sudden a kunai just flew right in front of her face. “What was that?” she said to herself. “Candidate 45, 78, and 39 fail” one of the sentinels said. “Wow that is the 8 team to be dismissed” Taku said in his mind. “Well I think Alieata should be an expert on cheating” he says to himself as he looks over to Alieata. “Well now its time for my hidden jutsu, Sharingan!” Alieata said in her mind. “Now I will copy the movements of this guy's pen and copy it.” Alieata said. As Alieata started copying the other ninjas movement of the pen and they didn't notice how fast time flew bye and Ibiki was announcing the 10th question.

“Alright listen up here's the tenth and final question, but before I give you the question there are some more rules that you need to be aware of these rules are unique to question 10 listen carefully and try and not let them frighten you. Very well then rule number 1 each of you is free to chose not to be given the final question its your decision if you chose not to take the 10th question regardless to your answers to the other 9 you'll get a 0 in other words you fail and that means of coarse that your teammates fail as well if you do accept to take the question but answer it incorrectly you will not only fail but you will be banned from taking the exams ever again! If you not feeling confidant in taking the 10th question by all means skip it you can come back and try again next year. And now the 10th and final question those who don't want to take it raise your hand now. Your number will be recorded and then you're free to go.” He said then from all around the room you could hear people getting up and leaving. Taku looked at Alieata who seemed to be strong and wasn't going budge and then he looked over at Misaka who was shaking insanely fast. “What should I do should I stay strong and hope for the best I mean Misaka doesn't want anything but to be a jounin so I'm going to see what she does.” Taku said to himself. “For those of you still here there is only one thing left to do is to tell you that…You have all passed!” Ibiki said with a smile on his face. “Wait what do you mean where is the 10th question?” about five people asked. “You staying here was the 10th question.” Ibiki said in a clam voice. “You mean we all passed!” Alieata said in a happy voice. “Wow that was unexpected” Taku said to himself. Then all the sudden a giant black curtain flew through then window. “Heads up boys and girls I'll be your new proctor Anko, you ready for the second test. GOOD lets go follow me!” Anko said. “All right you maggots have had it easy so far but things are going to be different first thing in the morning I'm going to let your squad leaders know where to meet me in the morning dismissed.” She said.

The next morning the squads that passed all meet in front of a giant forest. “What is this place Kitsune asked. “This is the location for the next exam it's the 44 battle training zone, but we call it the Forest of Death. And soon enough you're going to find out why.” Anko said. “Now before we begin this test I have something to hand out to you all, its just a stander consent form, before the test all of you are going to have to read over this form and then sign it some of you might not come back from this test and I have to get your consent for that risk other wise it would be my responsibility” Anko said with a laugh. “Now I'll explain what you'll be doing on this test, the first think you'll need to know is that this test will tag every one of your survival skills, first I'll give you all a description of the terrain on the practice field the 44 battle training zone has 44 locked entrance gates there are rivers and a forest inside in the center is a locked tower located ten kilometers from each gate, its in this confined area where you'll under go the survival test. The test consists of anything goes battle to get your hands on these scrolls; you'll be fighting to get both a heaven scroll and an earth scroll. All together 26 teams will be taking part in this test so half of those teams will be going after the heaven scroll, and the other half the will be trying to get the earth scroll. I'll hand over 1 kind of scroll to each team and that's what you'll be fighting for. Your entire squad must bring both the heaven and the earth scroll to the tower. O and one more thing the test has a time limit you must finish it within 5 days. These tests will measures endurance behind enemy lines this is designed to be a gulling test and I'm sure most of you won't be up to the challenge. There are also some ways you can get disqualified the first is simple if all 3 members of a team can't make it to the tower with both scrolls in under 5 days. Number 2 if a team loss a member of if a member becomes incapacitated and can not continue, but most important none of you may look at the contents of the scrolls until you reached the tower. There are times when a ninja is asked to carry secret documents the scroll rule is to test your integrity ok were done each team take your consent forms and exchange them over there for your scrolls after that each team pick a gate and you'll be let inside. O and I have one more word of advice JUST DON'T DIE!” after Anko explained the rules to the second test then Taku, Misaka, and Alieata went over and got their scroll. “Ok so we got a heaven scroll so that means were looking for an earth scroll.” sad Taku. “Can I hold on to it?” Misaka asked. “No if we were ever in a tight situation then one of my puppets could hide it inside them and no one would know so it would be better off if I held on to it, sorry.” Taku said. “So pick a gate guys.” Taku said. “22!” Alieata shouted. “Ok I'm good with that” Taku said. “Yeah that's fine” said Misaka. “Alright heads up you maggots the second part of the test has begun!” Anko shouted. And right then all the gates sprung open and Team 13 bolted in!

“So we have to get an earth scroll.” Alieata said while she jumped from limb to limb. “Yep and it isn't going to be easy.” Said Taku “There are 26 teams looking for them that means there are 13 pairs of the scrolls.” Taku explained. “Wait what I'm not good at math!” Misaka said. “That means that we are going to have to be at the top of our game just to get the scrolls, not mentioning that after that we have to get to the tower and there are probably going to be people hunting us.” Alieata explained. As they jumped from limb to Alieata noticed that they were being followed. “How many are there?” Taku asked. “Around 3 or 4” Alieata answered. “How far away would you say they are?” Taku asked. “There about 2 or 3 kilometers directly behind us.” “Are you ready guys?” Taku asked. “I am.” Alieata answered. “Misaka?” Taku said. “Yeah.” Misaka answered. “Good!” Taku said. Then all the sudden Taku turned around and launched 4 kunai with exploding tags behind them. Then a few seconds later there were 4 explosions. “Should we let them make the next move or should we go and investigate?” Alieata asked. “No let's see if they were able to dodge that.” Taku said. Then they all stopped and looked back to see the smoke clearing. “Wait I see someone!” Misaka shouted. Right when she said that 3 ninjas charged them. “Get ready.” Taku said. “Right.” Alieata said. “Got it.” Misaka said. “Kugutsu no Jutsu!” shouted Taku summoning Karasu. Then 4 more kunai cut through the air heading straight to Misaka. “Look out!” shouted Taku as he threw Karasu in the way of the attack. “Are you ok Misaka?” asked Alieata. “Uh yeah I'm fine.” Misaka said. “Good!” said Taku. Then Taku threw Karasu into the cloud of smoke. It was quite except for the sound of kunai hitting kunai. “Is Karasu ok in there?” Alieata asked. “Yes he's fine from what I can tell there are 3 ninjas and Karasu will be fine he's fought against more than just 3.” Taku replied. A few min later Karasu came back holding a heaven scroll. “Well looks like we lucked out with the scroll and were going to have to find an earth scroll,” Taku said “But hey we have a backup if we ever lose that one.” He said with a smile. “Yeah that's a good point.” Alieata said. “Well let's go and find one!” Misaka shouted as they leaped from limb to limb. “Where should we go first?” Misaka asked. “Well if there's someone that has both scrolls then if we wait by the tower that would probably give us the best bet for getting an earth scroll.” Taku explained. “So if we go wait by the tower we can easily ambush someone and take their scroll? Alieata asked. “Yes that is exactly what I'm saying.” Taku replied. “Well then let's go to the tow…!” All the sudden Taku grabs Misaka and puts his hand over her mouth. “Don't give away our plan we don't know who is listing.” He said in a whisper. Then he takes his had off her mouth and starts to walk to the tower. “What's his problem?” Misaka asked. “He doesn't have a problem you were just about to blab out where we were going to be.” Alieata said as she walked passed her. “Ok I got it.” Misaka said. “Hey Misaka hurry up!” Alieata said a few yards in front of her. “O, right.” Misaka said as she started to jump to catch up. “Are you guys coming?” Taku asked. “O yeah sorry” Misaka and Alieata said as they started to catch up with Taku. “Well now since that were here what do you want to do?” Alieata asked. “We need to set up traps, the first person to come along and get caught with an earth scroll then we wont have that far to travel to get to the tower.” Taku explained. “Good idea Taku.” Alieata said with a smile. Then Taku sends out 3 of his puppets and checks the surrounding area for any enemies. “Misaka, how are the traps coming?” Taku asked. “Peaty good I have 5 up now.” Misaka answered. “Alieata, how's the camp coming?” Taku asked “Almost done I only have to put down the blankets.” she said. “Ok none of my puppets found any other teams so I think it would be ok for us to rest tonight.” Taku said. “Well looks like they are all going to bed, perfect now I can plan my attack and take there scroll.” said an unknown ninja. “Ok well guys good night” Taku said as he got into his tent. “Night.” said Misaka. “Good night.” said Alieata. “Now is the perfect time to strike.” said the ninja. Then he felt a sharp pain in his chest, as he looks down he sees a blade sticking out. “Wha…what is this?” He asked in a confused voice. “Say hello to my friend Karasu” Taku said. “Ho…how did you find me?” the ninja asked, you said that you didn't sense me. “That was the bait to see if you would try and attack and I was right you did and my plan worked perfectly.” Taku said. “So you knew that I was here?” He asked. “Yes ever since you took your first step I was tracking you and now its time for you to hand over your scroll.” Taku said. “Ok here it is just take it please don't hurt me” says the ninja as he hands the earth scroll to Taku. “Thank you but I am sorry to say that there is no possible way that you will be able to survive.” Taku said. “Wha…what why not?!” the ninja asked. “Well every blade in Karasu's body is dipped in poison, so about now you have poison in your blood stream and will soon reach your heart so there is no chance of survival for you.” Then ninja's eyes widened what?! “I'm sorry I can end it quickly for you if you want or I can let the poison take its course.” Taku asked. “Its ok just let me die.” said the ninja. “Ok” Taku said as he pulled Karasu's blade out. “Well thanks for the scroll.” Taku said as he went back to his tent.

The next morning they were packing up and Taku looked up into the tree and saw that the corps of the ninja was gone. “So Taku what are we going to do today?” asked Misaka. “Were going to the tower” Taku said. “But we can't get in unless we have both scrolls.” said Alieata. “We do have both scrolls.” answered Taku pulling out the earth and heaven scroll. “What when did we get the earth one?!” asked Misaka. “Last night when a ninja tried to break into our camp Karasu and I took him out and luckily he had an earth scroll.” Taku explained. “Cool then let's go!” Misaka said in a cheerful voice. As team 13 walked had a sense that they were being followed by someone. “Alieata do you sense that?” Taku asked. “Yes there seems to only be 1 or 2 but they seem larger than usual.” Alieata answered. “You guys take the scrolls I'll fight them.” Taku said. “Are you sure that you'll be ok?” Alieata asked. “Don't worry I'll be fine.” Taku said with a smile, as he turned around to face the enemy. “Just try and reach the tower I'll be fine” Taku said. As Misaka and Alieata started heading for the middle tower Alieata couldn't help that every few seconds she kept looking back at Taku before he disappeared into the darkness. “Don't worry about him.” Misaka said trying to reassure Alieata.

“Show yourself!” Taku demanded. “So you found me.” Said the ninja. Then he emerged from the shadows. “So you're the one following us.” Taku said. “Yes I see that you have both the scrolls and I want them!” Then ninja demanded. “Who are you?!” Taku demanded. “My name is Zatku and I'm here to take your scrolls.” The ninja said. “If you want them you're going to have to go through me.” Taku said. “Very well once I kill you I'll take your scrolls!” Then Zatku said as he pulled out 3 shuriken. “If you want a fight I'll gives you one!” Taku shouted as he pulled out one of his scrolls. “Kugutsu no Jutsu!” He screamed as he summoned Karasu. “So you use puppets as your weapon, interesting.” Zatku said. Then all the sudden Zatku throws his 3 shuriken straight at Taku. “Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!” Zatku shouted. Then all the sudden his 3 shuriken turned into 6 then 9. Taku quickly pulled Karasu in front of him and he took the hit. “So you can multiply your weapons.” Taku said. “Yes and that's not all I do!” Zatku said as he pulled pack his arms and then all the sudden Karasu flew over to him. “What…what's going on?!” Taku said as he tried to regain control of his Karasu. “It's no use.” Zatku said as he lunges Karasu at his own master. Quickly Taku dodged his own puppet's attack! “Your mine!” Zatku said as he pulled open Karasu's arm and shoots hundreds of poisons needles out of his wrist at Taku. “If I get hit by only one of those needles I'm dead, but how did he gain control of Karasu?” Taku said to himself. Then Taku quickly dodged Karasu's attack. “Made it, but how long can I keep this up?” Taku asked himself. “The next attack your dead!” Zatku said. As Zatku lunged Karasu at Taku all the sudden Karasu stopped. “What's going on?!” Zatku yelled while he was trying to make Karasu move. Then all the sudden Taku charged with blades coming out of the palm of his hands and stabbed Zatku. “Now your mine!” Taku said. “Ho…how did I lose control. “Wait you…your Taku, but how?” Zatku said before everything went black.

Then Taku started heading for the center tower. About an hour later he reached the center tower and when he walked in he was glomped. “Taku I'm so happy your ok” said Alieata holding around his neck. “I'm gad too” Taku said. “It took you long enough.” Misaka said. “Sorry the guys took control of Karasu, so I had no weapon but all I used was the Kawarimi no jutsu and switch my body with Karasu's body and kill him.” Taku explained. “That's great but now there waiting for us in the main room.” Misaka explained. Once the team got into the main room the lined up with the rest of the Genin. Then the 3rd Hokage stepped forward.

“First before I tell you what the 3rd exam entails I want to explain something about the test itself. Listen closely now it's something that all of you need to understand. I'm going to tell you the true purpose of these exams. Why do you suppose our country hold these exams in conjunction with our allies? To raise the ability level of the Jonin and increase friendship between allied nations to be sure. But it's important that you understand its true meaning. The exams are so to speak, there a representation of the battle between allied nations. Now if we look at our history all the countries that we are currently allied with were once neighboring nations that continuously fought with each other for power. In order to avoid destroying each others military strength meaninglessly those nations picked champions to do battle on behave of their countries at a mutually selected location. That was how the chuunin exams selection exams originally began. And there is no question that part of the point of the exams is to select shinobi worthy of fighting for their nation, its just that's not the whole story. These exams also allow for a place where guenin can carry the pride of their nation on their backs. And fight against other shinobi for their very lives. Many leaders and people of province from various countries are invited to attend as guests and also possibly to seek ninjas to work for them. This exam could determine the coarse of your ninja work from here on out. And more importantly those rulers will watch over the battle and take note of the strengths of each one ninjas and each nation is developing. If there is a gap in power between the countries the strong nations are given job requests for their ninjas and conversely the requests to countries that are weak decline. Therefore the stronger our nation is the better our position is when it comes to negotiating with neighboring countries. So it's important to show how much military strength our village has. And the countries strength is the village's strength, the villages strength is the shinobi's strength. And a ninja's true strength is only achieved when a shinobi is pushed to the limit such as in a life or death battle. This exam is a chance for each nation to display the strength of its shinobi's and hence the strength of the nation itself it's because this is an exam of which your life is on the line that it has meaning. And it's for this very reason and for the strength for the nation that you forerunners fought in this exam. It's truly a dream worth striving for. The 3rd exam is a fight for life with the pride of your village and your own dreams at steak. Now listen closely I'm only going to tell you exactly what you all will be doing on the 3rd exam. The 3rd said the out of nowhere a man appeared in front of the hokage. “Lord Hokage before you do please allow me Hayate Gekko appointed proctor of the 3rd exam to speak first.” He asked. “Very well.” The 3rd said. As Hayate stood up and turned to face the students you could tell that he was probably very I'll. He had bags under his eyes and he was coughing after every few words. “It's nice to meet you all” Hayate said and just a few seconds later he started coughing. “There's something I would like all of you cough cough to do before the 3rd exam.” Hayate said. “Man this guy must be really sick.” Alieata said to herself. “This man is severely ill.” Taku told himself. “We have to have a preliminary exam before we can have the real exam.” Hayate said. “So are there any of you that aren't in top physical condition cough cough then raise your hand now.” Hayate said. Taku looks around to see no one raising their hand. “All right then we will begun the preliminary rounds cough this round this round will consist of 1 on 1 battle rounds. At full battle intense this is not an excise. I may cough intervene in the match to save as many lives as possible.” said Hayate. “So now the first match will begin. The computer will now pick 2 names at complete random, Alieata Uchiha vs. Heiki, so everyone that's not fighting please move to the upper deck.” Hayate said. Once everyone was on the upper deck and Alieata and Heiki took their positions in the fighting ring. “Are you both ready?” Hayate asked. “Yep.” Alieata answered. “Of course.” Heiki said. “Good, so when I say go begin.” Hayate said. Hayate then looks at Alieata, then Tenten. “BEGIN!” Hayate screamed.

After Hayate said begin Alieata used her Sharingan and paid close attention to Heiki's movements. Then all the sudden Heiki threw 3 shuriken, quickly Alieata drew a Kunai and blocks all three. Almost instantly Heiki charged Alieata with a kunai dawned Alieata quickly threw it at Heiki knocking her off guard. But then Heiki did a cartwheel to the right and threw 8 kunai at Alieata. “Goukakyuu no Jutsu!” Alieata shouted. Melting all 8 of the kunai that Heiki threw at her and heading straight for Heiki. “The Great Fireball Technique I didn't know that Alieata could do that!” Misaka shouted from the upper deck. “Just like you she has been training hard and has now learned her clan's most precious jutsu.” Taku explained. Then you could hear Heiki scream in pain. “STOP THE MATCH!” Hayate yelled. Right then Alieata stopped the jutsu to revel Heiki's body covered in burns. “HEIKI!” yelled Yurasu and Manako in fear. “I declare this match over.” Hayate said. Then the medical ninjas ran to Heiki and taking her to the infirmary. “Ok I declare the winner of this match is Alieata Uchiha.” Hayate said. As Alieata walked up the stairs to the upper deck they got an evil glare from Manako and Yurasu. “Good job Alieata!” Misaka said as she walked over to the group. “Thanks I wasn't expecting to use that but I had no choice.” Alieata said. “You had no choice.” Taku said. “You destroyed her attack and you also finished the fight all in one attack, good job!” sensei said with a smile.

“Cough now we will begin the second match.” Everyone looks at the screen. “Right so the next match will be between Misaka Uzamaki vs. Yurasu Sentou.” Hayate said. “So if you would please Misaka and Yurasu center ring.” “Yes!” Yurasu shouted. “Teasu sensei I will make you proud with the power of youth!” Yurasu shouted. “Okay?” Misaka said. “Right are you two ready?” Hayate asked. “Yes.” Misaka answered. “I am always ready!” Yurasu shouted. “Right, then begin!” Hayate shouted. “RIGHT HERE I GO!” Yurasu shouted as he charged at Misaka. As Yurasu charged at Misaka her eyes widened so she could track of Yurasu's movements. “Konoha Senpuu!” Yurasu shouted. Misaka's eyes wined as she ducked so that Yurasu's leg wouldn't have hit her head. But then suddenly this leg whipped around and if she didn't jump back then she would have been tripped and fallen down. “Wow you are fast.” Yurasu said. “But I will still defeat you!” He said as he charged once again Misaka. Misaka kept blocking Yarasu's attacks. “Do you ever stop?” Misaka asked. “I will never stop!” Yurasu said. “Right then I will have to use force. Kaze no Yaiba!” She shouted. “The wind blade?! Yurasu RUN!” Teasu shouted. “What?” Yurasu said. But it was to late all the sudden Yurasu felt sharp blade like cuts hit his body. Then Yurasu fell to the ground with blade cuts all over his body. “The winner is Misaka Uzamaki.” Hayate said. Then the medical ninjas came out and took Yurasu to the infirmary. As Misaka was walking up the stairs Manako noticed that her wounds were healing without her doing anything. “That's amazing she's master the self healing jutsu.” Manako said to himself. “Good job Misaka that assures you two in the finals now all I have to do is win my round.” Taku said.

“The next round will be Taku Kairai vs. Sucuri Hebi, please move to the center ring.” Hayate asked. Taku jumped down to the battle ring and walked to the center. “Are both of you ready?” Hayate asked. “Yes.” Both of them said at the same time. Then Taku stated to charge at Tsurugi. “That's weird Taku never charges the enemy. He usually just waits for the enemy to attack and he would make a swift and deceive counter attack.” Sensei said to himself. Then all the sudden Sucuri wrapped himself around Taku. “You're finished, now I'm going to crush every bone in your body.” Sucuri said. As Sucuri starts to squeeze his body his eyes widened. “Wha…What are you?” Tsurugi asked in a disturbed voice. Then Taku's skin started to peel off reveling it was Karasu. “A substitution jutsu?!” Sucuri said. “Genius he switched his and Karasu's body. But then where is Taku?” Sensei said in his mind. Then all the sudden Taku appeared behind Sucuri with a kunai to the back of his head. “Well you're in quite a predicament if you try and attack me then Karasu will kill you with hidden blades, but if you try and attack Karasu then I will kill you.” Taku explained. “I…I give in.” said Sucuri. “Understood.” said Hayate. “Taku wins by forfeit.” Hayate said. “I declare the preliminary rounds officially over the finalist are, Sasuke Uchiha, Alieata Uchiha, Garra Areno, Taku Kairai, Inu Inuzuka, Kankuro Areno, Konchuu Aburame, Kosshi Kaguya, Kitsune Uzamaki, Misaka Uzamaki, Uchiwa Areno, and Manako Hyuga.” Hayate said.

“Good now you will have 1 week to rest up and train.” The 3rd said. “Why can't we just finish the exams now?” Misaka asked. “Because now you have seen your enemy's strengths and weakness so I will give you this time to train and lean new skills. So use this time wisely, now you are dismissed.” He said as the turned and left the room. “Sensei, are we going to go back to the Sand Village or are we going to stay here and train?” Alieata asked. “I guess were going to have to go back to the “Sand” if we can't find a place to say within the next week.” Sensei said. “Hey if you guys need a place to say you can stay at my place.” Kitsune said as he walked over to the team. “Thank you Kitsune but isn't it to small.” Misaka said. “No I think we can make room.” Kitsune said in a happy voice. “Thank you little brother.” Misaka said as she hugged him. “No problem, I'll probably be home around 5 so if you guys just come around then I'll be able to let you in.” Kitsune explained. “Ok see you there.” Misaka said as she kissed his cheek. “So should we go eat or train?” Taku asked. “Ramen!” Misaka shouted. “No I'm tired of ramen I wan some more of those dangos!” Alieata demanded. “Okay, okay here how about sensei and Misaka go and get some ramen and Alieata and I will go get some dangos.” Taku said. “That sounds fair.” Sensei said. “Ok let's go.” Misaka said.

As team 13 separated to go eat lunch Misaka and Sensei went right to Ichiraku Ramen Bar, and Alieata and Taku went left to the Dango Shop. “Welcome!” Teuchi said as Misaka and Sensei walked in. “What will you have?” Teuchi asked. “Shrimp!” Misaka shouted. “I'll have beef.” Sensei said. “Coming right up!” Teuchi said. “So how do you feel about winning your match against Heiki?” Taku asked. “It wasn't really a challenge, all I had to do is the fire ball jutsu and it was done.” Alieata said. “Well your clan is famous for mastering fire jutsu at such a young age.” Taku said. “I'll have 5 more!” Anko shouted. “Wow that's the 15th one you have had today.” The waiter said. “Wow she must really like those.” Taku said. “It's almost 5:00 you think we should get going?” Taku asked. “Yeah that's probably a good idea.” Alieata said. “I'm paying this time Taku.” Alieata said. “Okay.” Taku said. “Good!” Alieata said. After Alieata paid they left heading for the Ichiraku Ramen Bar. “Sensei thanks for all the ramen.” Misaka said. “You used up every penny I had.” Sensei said as he looked at his empty wallet. A few hours after waiting for Kitsune he finally showed up and let us in. “It took you long enough Kitsune.” Misaka said as Kitsune tried and find his house key. “Sorry about that but I've been training peaty much 24/7 after I left the exams. I mean come on we only have a week.” He said as he walked in. Then Taku walked into the other room. “Man Kitsune do you ever clean this place?” Taku asked. “Well maybe once a year, but doesn't everyone?” Kitsune said. “Then Alieata looks in the fridge, let's see we got ramen, ramen, and look some more ramen.” She said. “What do you have against ramen?” Misaka and Kitsune asked at the same time. “Nothing except it's the only thing to eat for the next week.” Alieata answered. “I'm going out.” said Taku. “Where are you going?” Alieata asked. “I don't really know I just am.” Taku replied. “Can I come?” Alieata asked. “Yeah sure.” He said as he walked out. But he had to stop by the time he reached the stairs because Alieata just got out of the door. “Are you coming?” He asked. “Yeah, sorry couldn't find my shoe.” She replied. “Then come on.” Taku said as he held out his hand. Then those two went into town while Misaka and Kitsune had to decide who was to sleep where. “So why did you leave.” Alieata asked Taku as they were walking down the street. “I got to tickets to a show if you want to come?” Taku asked. “I would love to!” Alieata said as she clings to his arm. “Okay.” He said as they walked down the street. “So sensei, you, and Taku will sleep out here and Alieata and I will sleep in the spare room, does that sound right?” Misaka asked. “Yeah sounds right to me.” Kitsune said.

“So did you enjoy the show?” Taku asked. “Yes very much!” Alieata said as she head on to his arm. “So anywhere you want to go before we go back?” Taku asked. “How about a walk in the park?” Alieata said. Taku looks at her. “You know we should be training but instead were going on dates.” Taku said. “I know it's just…its just I like spending time with you.” Alieata said. As they were walking through the park, they sat down on a bench to rest. “Alieata, can I ask you something?” Taku said. “Sure anything” Alieata said. “Do you like me?” Taku asked. “O my god does he know?!” Alieata said in her mind. “Do you?” Taku asked. Alieata hesitated. “Um…y…ye…yes” she said as she threw her arms around Taku. As Taku put his arm around her and whispered in her ear. “I like you too.” He whispered. As those words were murdered from his lips Alieata's eyes widened then she wrapped her arms around his neck. “I'm so happy!” Alieata said with a giant grin on her face. “Do you want to go out with me?” Alieata asked. “Yes of course.” Taku said as he kisses her cheek. Alieata blushed uncontrollably. “Let's head home its peaty late.” Taku said as he held out his hand. Taku helped Alieata up and they headed back home.

“What took you so long?” Misaka asked as they walked in the door. “We decided to take a little walk through the park.” Alieata said as she walked into the kitchen. “Guys we should be getting to bed tomorrow we have to start out early.” Sensei said. “Okay.” Misaka said as she started to look through her bag. “Night Alieata.” Taku said as he walked into the other room. “What no night for me?!” Misaka shouted. “Okay good night Misaka.” Taku said. “Yay! I feel loved.” Misaka said. As Taku closes the door Misaka walks over to Alieata. “Did he ask you out, you blush when he looks at you?” Misaka asked. Then Alieata slammed her fist on her head. “SHUT UP!” Alieata said. “Ouch that hurt!” Misaka said. “Is anything wrong?” Taku asked as he poked his head out of the door way. “Umm yeah were fine.” Alieata said. “Okay just wondering with all the screaming and stuff.” Taku said as he closed the door. “That really hurt!” Misaka said as Taku closed the door. “Then don't talk.” Alieata said. “O well, hey you want to play a prank on the guys?” Misaka said with an evil grin. “What why would I do that?!” Alieata said. “Because it will be fun come on!” Alieata said with an even bigger evil grin. “Okay fine.” Alieata said. “So what do you want to do?” Misaka asked. “Fingers in water, whip cream, peanut butter?” Misaka said as she looked through the fridge. “You chose.” Alieata said. Then Misaka's eyes widened and she smiled evilly. “But don't go too far on Taku.” Alieata said. “Okay, okay I won't…go too far.” Misaka said grabbing everything she could find, and quietly walking into the guy's room. “Ok a whip cream mustache for sensei, and let's put Kitsune's hand in water, and what to do with Taku?” Misaka said in her head. Then the image of Alieata with a big knife popped in her head. “Okay let's not even do anything with Taku.” She said as she walked out. “What did you do to Taku?!” Alieata asked. “NOTHING now let go of me.” As she pushed Alieata off her. “O wait I put a smoke bomb in his bag.” Misaka said as she went into the bathroom and locked the door. Then Alieata rushed into the boy's room and started looking through Taku's stuff. “Alieata?” Taku said as he rubbed his eyes. Then her eyes widened as she started to turn around. “Taku I swear it isn't what it looks like!” Alieata shouted as she turned around holding one of his boxers. “Then what is it” Taku said as he grabbed his boxers. “Well you see…how can I put this? Misaka put a smoke bomb in your bag, and I was trying to get it out.” Alieata tried to explain. “Then why didn't you just tell me and I would of gotten it out.” Taku said as he started to pack his stuff back in his bag. “Well you see I didn't want to wake you up.” She said. “I'm sorry please to get mad.” She said as she did that puppy dog eye thing. “How can anyone stay mad at you” Taku said as she gave her a hug. “So you aren't mad at me?” Alieata asked. “No I'm not, should I be?” He said. “At Misaka, but by now she's probably asleep.” Alieata said. “Speaking of sleep you should head off to bed it's what 11:00, you know what sensei's like when you're tired when we're training.” Taku said as he helped Alieata up. “Thanks, good night.” Alieata said. “Good night.” Taku said as he closed the door. “Why does sensei have a whip cream mustache?” Taku said to himself. As Alieata walked past Misaka she kicked her and kept walking to her bed.

Then next morning as sensei was wiping the whip cream off his face and Kitsune was changing. Taku kept looking through his stuff and couldn't find a smoke bomb that Alieata was talking about. “Weird Alieata said there was one in here but there isn't did she get it? I should just forget about it.” He said as he threw his bag in the corner and walked to the kitchen.

“Morning everyone!” Taku said as he walked in. “Morning.” Everyone said as he sat down. “Where's Alieata?” Taku asked. Misaka pointed to her bed. “Sill asleep.” She said. Then Taku walked over to Alieata. “Hey Alieata wake up.” Taku said as he kinda shook her. And all she did was grunt and roll over. “Come one Alieata wake up.” Taku said. “NO!” she yelled into her pillow. “Don't make me force you.” Taku said. “NO!” she shouted again. “Okay but don't be mad at me you forced me” He said as he went over and got a glass of water. Then walked back and dumped it on her head. “OMG YOU IDIOT DO YOU KNOW WHAT WATER DOES TO MY HAIR?!” She shouted. “IT WILL TAKE ME HOURS TO GET THIS BACK TO THE WAY I WANT IT!!!!” She shouted some more. “She's up” Taku said with a grin. “YOU'RE ENJOYING THIS?!” She said in a pissed off voice. “What NO!” Taku said. “GOOD!” She said as she started to walk to the bathroom. “Wow I didn't mean to piss her off.” Taku said. “Well I guess u did.” Misaka said. “Well looks like she's going to take a while so let's start without her.” Sensei said as he started toward the door. “Ok let's go.” Taku said as he looked back at the bathroom door. “It's ok she'll catch up.” Misaka said as she hung on Taku's shoulders. “Yeah I guess.” Taku said as he closed the door.

A few hours later Alieata showed up with her hair in some form of thingy. “Okay well now since Alieata's here we can begin.” Sensei said as he stood up. “Who wants go to first?” He asked. “Against who?” Misaka said. “Me.” Sensei said with a grin. “You?!” everyone said. “You're a Jonin!” Taku said. “Yes and I'm also strong, do you think that your competition is going to be weak. If you can beat me then you can easily defeat anyone your going to fight against.” Sensei said. “Are you sure?” Misaka asked. “Yes positive I made this exercise to test your abilities so don't hold back. And what Taku said I'm a Jonin so I'll be fine.” He explained. “So do you just want us to attack you?” Alieata asked. “Yep, all 3 if you want.” He said with a grin. “I'll let you talk about it.” He said as he walked over to a bench and sat down. “What should we do guys?” Taku asked as the group huddled around each other. “Maybe we should all go after him at once.” Misaka said. “No we couldn't if we did that it wouldn't help us in the exams we wouldn't be fighting with each other.” Taku explained. “So how are we going to beat him?” Alieata asked. “Maybe if one of us attacked, and then the next and then the 3rd and weaken him down.” Taku said. “Yeah I guess that's our best chance to take him down.” Alieata said. “So who wants to go first?” Taku asked. “I will.” Misaka said. “Ok while Misaka is fighting me and Alieata will hide and wait till he's weak and if you get to tired just jump back and one of us will take your place ok?” Taku said. “Got it.” Misaka said as she steps forward to sensei. “So I take it your ready, very well…LETS BEGIN!” Sensei shouted.

As Taku and Alieata jumped into the trees Misaka was staring at sensei watching his every movement. “You ready Misaka?” Sensei asked. “As ready as I'll ever be!” She said as she pulled out 3 shuriken. “Okay let's get this thing started.” Sensei said. “RIGHT!” Misaka shouted as she threw the shuriken and charged at sensei. “Suiryuudan no Jutsu!” Sensei shouted. “The Water Dragon Blast?!” Taku said. “Misaka can't withstand that attack!” He said as he jumped down and grabbed Misaka and returned to the safety of the trees. “Ok I didn't know that sensei would use an B rank Jutsu, so were going to have to change our plan.” Taku said. “Hey guys what you guys talking about?” Sensei said popping out of nowhere. Then Taku, Alieata, and Misaka jumped back. “Be ready for anything guys he's not going to go easy on us!” Taku yelled. “Got it!” Misaka and Alieata said as they jumped off into the opposite direction of Taku. “Well looks like I'm on my own.” Taku said to himself as he landed on a branch. Watch and waiting for Sensei to strike. A few miles away Misaka and Alieata stopped and looked for Sensei. “How do you think Taku is doing?” Alieata asked. “Don't worry Taku is strong he should be able to hold his own, but us on the other hand.” Misaka said. “Yeah but he's probably going to try and take us out first.” Alieata said. “Like this?” Sensei asked. As Misaka and Alieata's eyes widened they heard Sensei shout “Suikoudan no Jutsu!” Then quickly Misaka and Alieata jumped from the branch just in time before a giant string of water cut the branch in half. “Would Sensei really kill us?” Misaka asked Alieata. “I don't know he said he would treat this like a regular match so I don't know if he will or won't.” Alieata answered. “Great you help.” Misaka said. Then from another part of the forest they could hear Taku probably fighting one of Sensei's water clones. “Doku Kiri Jigoku! Damn another clone.” Taku said as he searched the trees for another attack from Sensei. “Where is he?” Taku kept asking himself. Then he heard a ruffling in the branches, and he directed all his attention to that spot. Then in a quick and sudden motion he threw Karasu up into the branches and made him slice anything up there so much that all the branches were cut down. And if he looked closely you could see water drip from the branches. “ANOTER CLONE!” He said as he jumped up onto a branch. On the other side of the forest Misaka and Alieata were leaping from branch to branch trying to find Taku. Then Alieata pushed Misaka down under a bush. “Hey what was that for?!” Misaka shouted. “SHUT UP!” Alieata said as she slammed her hand over Misaka's mouth. “What did you do that for?” Misaka asked as she pulled Alieata's hand off face. “Look over there” Alieata said as she pointed over to the branch, and sure enough there was Sensei just standing there. “Sharingan!” Alieata shouted. Then Alieata jumped up and charged at Sensei and pulled out 8 kunai and threw it at him. But at the last min. she realized that she had fallen into Sensei's Kawarimi no Jutsu but instead of a log but with Taku! “TAKU!?” Alieata shouted as Taku fell from the branch and hit the ground. And Alieata ran over to his body and turned him over. “Taku, Taku are you ok?” Alieata said as she held him up and started to pull out the kunai. “Come one Taku please talk to me.” She said as tears flowed from her eyes. “Please Taku please wake up.” She said as she started to shake him a bit. Then all the sudden out of the shadows Sensei appeared. “Suirou no Jutsu!” shouted Sensei. Then a ball of water surrounded Misaka. “MISAKA!” Alieata shouted. “Well looks like you have a choice, you could either help Taku with his deadly injuries or you could save Misaka from drowning. It's all up to you Alieata Uchiha!” Sensei said. Alieata kept looking back and forth between Misaka and Taku. “I can't choose!” Alieata shouted. “From the look of it you have about 3 min before Misaka drowns.” Sensei said. “Well lets see if I cant save one without losing the other one then ill go after the source, then I'll have to go after Sensei.” Alieata said to herself as she stood up. Then she charged at Sensei. “Bad idea.” Sensei said. Then all the sudden a clone jumped out of the bushes slashing up with a kunai. If Alieata was 2 inches more to the right that kunai would have cut her face in half. “That was close, to close I can't try that again.” Alieata said. “Now probably about 1:30 min before Misaka passes out and drowns do death, not to mention that Taku over there will probably bleed to death in about the same amount of time.” Sensei said. Then Alieata falls to her knees crying into her hands. “Please Sensei don't do this to me please!” She shouted. Then all the sudden Sensei stopped the water jutsu on Misaka and another clone jumped down to help Taku. “Wait what's going on?!” Alieata shouted. Then Sensei walked over and put his hand on her shoulder. “You need to train more you know that.” Sensei said with a grin. As she looked around for Taku and Misaka she noticed that they were missing. “Where did Taku and Misaka go?” She asked. “Don't worry my clones just brought them back to the apartment to rest up a bit.” Sensei said. “Now I think you need to rest up a bit too.” Sensei said with a grin. “Yeah.” Alieata said when she noticed a pain in her left arm. “Lets get you home.” Sensei said. “Ok” Alieata said as they started to walk out of the forest.

Then next day Alieata woke up before anyone else so she got up and looked in the boy's room and saw Taku laying there with bandages wrapped around his whole chest. And she couldn't have felt sorry about what she did so she walked in and sat down next to him holding his hand. “Ali…Alieata is that you?” Taku said as he sat up “AH!” he said as he felt the pain in his back sting every nerve in his body. “Are you ok!?” Alieata asked. “Yeah me I'm fine?” Taku said as he held her hand. “Hum…what…ALIEATA!? What are you doing in here?!” Kitsune said in a shocked voice. “It's ok Kitsune she doesn't bite…well not me.” Taku said. “You know I don't wear ANYTHING to bed right?” Kitsune said. “Dude really?” Taku asked. “Yes!” Kitsune said. “And I don't feel very safe with a girl in here and only a sheet for protection!” Kitsune said pulling the sheet up over his body. “Wow that's weird; I think you should leave before you see something that might scar you for life.” Taku said. “Thank you!” Kitsune said as Alieata walked out. “Dude do you really don't wear anything to bed?” Taku asked. “Yeah don't you?” Kitsune said. “O god!” Taku said. Then he threw a pillow at him. A few min later Taku was able to stand up though the injuries lacked his movements he could still walk to the kitchen. “Taku?! What are you doing out of bed you should be resting!” Alieata said. “Its ok I'm fine really.” Taku said with a smile as he leaned in the door way. “You should get back to bed NOW! If you need anything I will bring it to you!” Alieata said in a commanding voice. “Okay.” Taku said as he slowly walked back to his room. “Here let me help you.” Alieata said as she grabbed his arm and opened the door. “O god!” Alieata said as she walked in see Kitsune's naked body. “Wha…WTF DUDE!” Taku shouted. Then Kitsune turned around to see who was there. “AH!” Alieata shouted as she dropped Taku and ran to the bathroom. As Taku slammed onto the ground he used his charka strings to slam shut the door. “KITSUNE WTF ARE YOU DOING IN THERE!?” Taku shouted from the floor. “Changing, what do you think!?” He shouted back. “Misaka teach your brother to wear pajamas to bed!” Alieata shouted from the bathroom. As Taku slowly tried to get up, Sensei walked in and stepped right on his back. “AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!” Taku shouted from the floor in pain. “O sorry about that Taku didn't see you there” Sensei said with a grin. “Please get your foot off my back!” Taku said. “O right.” Sensei said as he took his foot off Taku's back. “I went to the store and got some stuff for tonight.” Sensei said as he walked into the kitchen. “Ramen?!” Kitsune shouted as he ran out of the bedroom kicking Taku as he ran out. “WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS?!” Taku shouted from the floor. “Here let me help you Taku, no one else seem to be doing it.” Misaka said as she walked over to Taku and helped him to the kitchen. “No Kitsune it's not ramen it's STEAK!” Sensei explained as Misaka and Taku wobbled in. “No ramen COME ON!” Kitsune said as he walked back to his room. “Hey Alieata are you ok in there?” Misaka asked as she knocked on the door. “It's ok my brother is dressed and gone.” Misaka said. As the door slowly opened Alieata came out with tears in her eyes. “Alieata are you ok?” Taku said trying to get up. “Taku don't get up!” Alieata said as she rushed over to him. “Are you ok?” Taku said. “Yeah I'm fine” Alieata said with a fake smile. “No your not.” Taku said as he wiped her tears off her cheeks. “You can tell me.” Taku said. Then Alieata pulled Taku into the other room and slammed the door shut. Then Misaka put her ear up to the door trying to hear the conversation between Alieata and Taku. “Taku?” Alieata asked. “Yeah.” Taku said. “I'm so sorry!” she said as she hugged and held him close to her. “It's ok but for what?” He asked. “For everything I did to you.” She said as she held him tighter. “Wait you mean my back.” He asked. “Yes.” She answered as her eyes started to water on his chest. “Hey is ok I'll be fine.” He said with a smile. “How can you still like me after I threw 8 kunai in your back?” She asked now crying in his chest. “It's ok I'll be fine.” Taku said lifting up her chin and looking in her eyes. “No it's not!” She said as she slammed her face into his chest. “It's really ok I mean it.” Taku said stroking her hair. “No it isn't!” She said as tears flowed from her eyes. “Hey it really is ok I'll be better before the exams.” He said with a smile. “Are you sure?” she said with tears still flowing from her cheeks. “Yeah I'm positive.” He said lifting up her chin and kissing her forehead. “I've been through worst.” Taku said with a smile. “But what if you don't get better and you can't pass the exams and it will be my entire fault.” Alieata said pushing her head back into his chest. “Its fine I'll be ok.” Taku said. “Hey you guys were going out for lunch what do you want?!” Misaka shouted. “Just go we'll catch up!” Taku said. “Okay fine.” Misaka said. For the next 10 or 15 min Taku and Alieata just sat there. Alieata crying in Taku's chest and Taku assuring her that everything will be fine. “So what do you feel like for lunch?” Taku asked as they left the room. “Dangos.” Alieata said as she was still wiping the tears off her cheeks. “Okay whatever you want.” Taku said putting his arm around her. A few min later they reached the Dango Shop and about 5 min later Alieata was feeling better. “Wow how many of those have you had already?” Taku asked. “Somewhere around 25-30.” She said with a mouthful. “Wow really I've only had like 5.” Taku said. “Can I have more?” She asked. “Yeah sure I think I have enough.” Taku said looking at his wallet. “Whatever makes you happy.” He said with a smile. “YAY waiter 5 more over here!” she shouted as she waved her hand. “You're going to drip my wallet dry.” Taku said as he took a sip of his green tea. “Well you said that you would let me have what ever I wanted remember?” Alieata said as she ate another skewer full. “Ya I remember and I'll keep it but when we run out of money…you're going to make me work it off aren't you?” Taku asked. “YEP!” she said with a giant smile. “Right, o and we only have enough for 3 more.” Taku said. “Okay, waiter 3 more over here!” she shouted. "You really like dangos, don't you?" Taku asked as the two walked back to Kitsune's apartment. "What gave it away?" She asked in reply. "The fact that I'm broke now because you wanted so much." "Sorry about that..." "It's ok." He grabbed her hand and smiled at her, and she smiled back. "It's getting dark. We were out for a while, they're probably wondering where we are. I think they can wait though." "But they'll get worried something really bad happened to us. You know how Misaka gets..." "I'll take all the blame. The park's waiting if you want it." "Ok. But you're taking all the blame, no turning back on that, ok?" "I promise." They smiled at each other again and walked the opposite way towards the park. They both sat down in the grass. "So how are you?" Alieata asked. "I am good. How about you?" Taku asked. "I am okay I guess." Aleiata said.

Then next day with some help of Misaka and her healing jutsu, Taku is close to a full recovery. But with only 1 day left before the final test Sensei thinks that Alieata might not be ready for such a giant challenge.” He argued. “Sensei I'm ready!” Alieata shouted. “I told you that you need to train more!” Sensei shouted. “I'm ready what person there is going to use Taku and Misaka against me!?” She demeaned. “Okay I guess you have to do it you have made it through the 1st and 2nd test so I guess you're ready.” Sensei said. “Yes!” She shouted in victory. “That's great Alieata!” Taku said as she gave her a hug. “Taku are you ready?” Sensei asked. “Read as I'll ever be!” Taku shouted. “And you Misaka?” He asked. “Yep!” She said. “Good now one last thing I need to tell you.” Sensei said as he sat down. “Never underestimate your enemy, if for one second they might seem weak but the moment you put your guard down they will strike with their full force. Do you understand?” He explained. “Yeah.” Taku said. “Yep” Misaka said. “Yes” Alieata said. “Good now get some rest you will need it for the final test.” He said as he stood up and headed for the boys room. “Well good night Alieata.” Taku said giving her a hug. “Good night.” She said. “Good night Misaka.” Kitsune said. “KITSUNE WEAR PAJAMAS TONIGHT!” Alieata shouted. “Ok, ok I know.” He said walking into the boy's room. “Hey you're the one that doesn't have to sleep with him.” Taku said as he started to walk to the boy's room. “You really like Taku don't you Alieata?” Misaka asked as they were changing. “Yeah I like him a lot.” She said blushing. “But you know that if word gets out people that want you will go after him just like what happened in the forest you know.” Misaka said as she lay down. “Ya I guess or someone will come after me more likely.” She said as she pulled the sheets over her. “So how much do you like Alieata?” Kitsune asked. “Why would I tell you?” Taku said. “So you don't like her. By my standers I think she's kind of big in the waist.” Kitsune said. “WTF DID YOU SAY?!” said Taku as he pulled out kunai. “Uh…Nothing.” Kitsune said in his only defense. “YOU CALLED HER FAT! YOU LITTLE SON OF A BITCH.” Said Taku as he body slammed Kitsune. “NEVER CALL ALIEATA FAT AGAIN OR I'LL TEAR OUT YOUR HEART!” said Taku in an evil voice. “Ok, ok me wont I'm sorry. Kitsune said in fear of Taku. “Good!” Taku said as he lay back down. “Now good night!” said Taku as he turned off the light.

The next morning Taku, Misaka, Alieata, and Sensei left around 6:00 am to go check out the arena where the 3rd test will be held. “You're peaty early.” said the janitor. “The test doesn't start for another 6 hours. What are you doing here?” He asked. “O nothing just checking the place out.” said Sensei with a grin. “Well this isn't the biggest arena I've see.” Taku said as he looked down at Alieata and Misaka on the arena floor. “Yes I think were getting a little unfair advantage checking out the arena before anyone else.” said Misaka. “Yeah true but we should take this time and examine every part of this arena while we have the chance.” said Alieata. “What is there to examine? There isn't anything here.” Misaka said. “O my god you're weird!” Alieata said jumping up to the second floor. “Hey.” Taku said as he leaned against the railing. “Hey!” Alieata said as she threw her arms around his neck. “Hey how's it going?” He said as he put his arm around her. “Fine I can't wait till 12 were I can finally fight.” She said happily. “You fight?” Taku said with a grin. “HEY THAT ISN'T FUNNY!” she said as she smacked his head. “I'm sorry.” He said. “I think you'll do fine.” He said. “Thank you!” she said as she wrapped her arms around his neck even tighter. “You know that kind of hurts.” He said grasping for air. “O I'm sorry.” She said letting go. “If you want to keep doing it it's fine.” He said with a grin. “Okay.” She said as she wrapped her arms around his neck again. “Okay guys come on we got to get out of here before the ANBU find us.” Sensei said as he appeared in the middle of the ring. “Okay sensei we'll be right down!” Taku shouted from the second level. “Want to take the stairs Alieata?” Taku asked. “Okay.” She said with a grin. As they walked toward the stairs Taku reached out and held Alieata's hand and smiled. They were about 1 flight of stairs left but then a 3 man team of ANBU back ops popped out of no were. “What are you kids doing here? This area is off limits before the exams begin!” The one in the center said. Instead of wearing a black cowl like the other ones he was wearing a white one. “I am Yamato head of this ANBU team and I'll ask again why you two are here?” He asked “Were sorry we were just leaving.” Alieata said with a grin. “One you are from the hidden sand and also you shouldn't be here in the first place.” The leader said. “No worries officer like she said we were just about to leave.” Taku said. “I'm sorry but both of you are going to have to come with us.” The leader said. “What NO!” Alieata shouted. “Alieata.” Taku said as he put his arm on her shoulder. “I don't think it would be in out best interest to fight them.” He said as he move closer to her ear. “They are A rank shinobi.” He whispered into her ear. “Let's go.” Yamato said as the other two ANBU surrounded them. “We only got one shot at this!” Taku said as the grabbed a scroll and leaped into the air. But at the exact moment one of the ANBU leaped into the air and lodged his fist into his stomach before Taku even knew what happened. “It's no use kid.” One of them said as he threw Taku over his shoulder and looked over at Alieata. “So are you going to come peacefully or are we going to have to force you?” Yamato asked. Then Alieata looked down and took off her backpack handed it to the other ANBU. “Good choice.” Yamato said as he turned around and started. And the other two and Alieata followed. But then suddenly a strange character emerged at the bottom of the stairs. “Can we help you?” Yamato asked. Yes you can give me the boy and the girl before I will have to use force.” The stranger said. “You must be joking?” Yamato said. Within the next few seconds the two ANBU fell to the ground and it appeared that the stranger didn't move at all. “What?” Yamato said as he looked franticly at his fallen comrades. “Its no use just give me the children and I will leave. “NEVER!” Yamato shouted as he picked up Taku and ran. “TAKU!” Misaka shouted as she tried to run after them but strangely the stranger stopped her. “It's no use he's gone.” He said as he turned and walked away. A few hours later Taku woke up tied to a chair. “Ali…Alieata?” Taku said as he opened his eyes. “Not exactly.” Said a blurred voice. “Who are you?” He said looking up. “I'm Ibiki head of the torture division for the leaf ANBU.” Ibiki said as he turned around and looked at Taku. A few miles later Misaka, Alieata, and Sensei were standing around the walls of Konoha. “How are we going to get Taku out?!” Alieata demanded to know. “We will we will. But first we have to focus on the exams.” Sensei said. “What NO! We have to get Taku out first!” Alieata demanded. “But how?” Misaka asked. “You don't need to do anything.” Taku said appearing on a branch. “TAKU!?” Alieata shouted as she lunged up at him. “What happened we saw you get taken away by the ANBU?” Misaka said. “You should know me by now I switched with Karasu.” He said with a grin. “YAY! Thank god you ok.” Alieata said hugging him tighter. “What is this?!” Ibiki shouted as he watched Taku's skin start to fall off slowly reveling a sand clone. “A SAND CLONE but how?!” Ibiki shouted in his head as he took a few steps back. “Yamato get in here NOW!” Ibiki shouted. “Yes Ibiki what is it?” Yamato asked as he rushed in. “Look.” He said as he pointed a pile of sand. “How did he get past 3 ANBU?” Ibiki asked looking at Yamato. “Well after we took Taku into custody a strange man dressed in a black cloak with read clouds on it appeared. And all the sudden Shiko and Deba fell to the ground. Even at our skill we couldn't keep up with his speed.” Yamato explained. “He sounds like an S rank.” Ibiki said as he ran his fingers through the sand. “Should we stop the exams?” Yamato asked. “No continue as planed we will have to take this up with the Hokage.” Ibiki said as he walked to the door. “But do tighten security I don't want anyone wearing a black cloak with red clouds on it getting in, and if you do see them inform the rest of the ANBU and Hokage immediately!” Ibiki said as he walked out.

“Only an half of an hour left before the final test starts.” Misaka explained as they walked through an empty town. “Are you sure we won't get in trouble if we show our faces especially Taku the ANBU are probably looking for him everywhere.” Alieata said holding Taku's hand. “Don't worry Alieata we'll be fine.” Taku said with a grin. “Yes Alieata listen to Taku if anyone of us dies of a result of the Fire Nation and not the exams the Wind Nation may declare war on the Fire.” Sensei explained. “So if the ANBU or any of the Leaf's soldiers kill us then the Wind Nation will declare war on the Leaf?” Misaka asked. “Exactly it's written in the treaties between The Sand and The Leaf.” Sensei said. “Anko this is team 22 we have spotted the suspect Taku Kairai, Misaka Uzamaki, Alieata Uchiha, and Otokaze of the Sand permission to precede with the plan?” Said the hidden ANBU leader. “Team 22 this is Anko proceed as planed. But DON'T harm them!” Anko said over her headset. “Understood, Team 22 move out as planed!” The ANBU leader said. Then all sudden 3 ANBU teams leaped off of rooftops, out of bushes, and from behind trees grabbed Misaka, Taku, and Alieata and disappeared into the city. But 3 more teams stayed back to deal with sensei. “So you are the Leaf's ANBU I have heard so much about.” Sensei said looking around at the 3 teams of ANBU. “Yes and we believe that you and your team are involved with the attack plot against the Leaf.” One of the ANBU said. “Really well I guess you will never know.” Sensei said with a grin. “Now you're coming with us.” One of the ANBU demanded. “I highly doubt that.” Sensei said. “Then we will have to use force.” The ANBU in the white cloak said as he drew his katana. A few moments later the rest of the ANBU drew there katanas. “Well if it's a fight you want then you'll be getting one.” Sensei said pulling out 2 kunai.

“Where is the team from the Sand?” The Kazekage asked the Hokage while they watched the teams enter the arena for the final test. “I don't know maybe there running a little late.” The Hokage said. “No it's not like Sand ninja to be late.” The Kazekage said. “Find them.” The Kazekage whispered to one of his bodyguards. “Yes sir.” The bodyguard said and leaped away. A few minutes later the ANBU squad that captured Taku, Alieata, and Misaka stopped. “What's wrong boss?” One of the ANBU said as he looked up at their leader. “I sense something wrong.” The leader said. “What?!” One of them said looking around. “Guys this way!” An ANBU said suddenly appearing on a branch over on the other tree limb. “Right.” Said two of the ANBU said picking up Taku and Misaka. “Wait!” said the leader thrusting out his arm in front of the two other ANBU. “What?” The two said almost at the exact same time. “What team are you from?” the leader said as he pointed at the ANBU on the other branch. “Uh…team 24.” Said the ANBU on the other branch. “Ha that team was killed off during the fight against the Kyuubi!” said the leader pulling out his katana. “Well looks like you found me out.” The ANBU said as he reached to take off his mask. “Sensei!” Alieata shouted. “Yep it's me.” Sensei said as he dropped the ANBU mask. “You two take the children to Ibiki and I'll take care of him.” The leader said as he took off his cloak. “Right, yes sir.” The two ANBU said as they leaped away. “I'm going to need those 3 the exam starts in 15 min.” Sensei said. “I have my orders to not let those children anywhere near the Hokage.” The leader said as he took his battle stance. “But I must say that's its pretty impressive that you were able to take down 3 teams of ANBU. But I'm a different kind of ninja.” He said as this blade started to glow blue with chakra. “Interesting I see that you are able to fuse your chakra with your blade.” Sensei said as he pulled out a kunai. “One simple kunai, do you really think that will be enough against my chakra blade that's almost an insult!” the ANBU leader said as he rose up his blade. “Chakra-ken!” The ANBU leader shouted as he leaped into the air and slashed down with is blade sending a streak of blue chakra flew away from his blade. “He can project his chakra?!” Sensei said as he leaped out of the way. As he looked back he saw that the chakra cut straight through the tree and kept going into the ground. “That's amazing he just projected his chakra out of his blade.” Sensei said landing on another rooftop. “See you're going to need more than just a kunai to beat me.” The ANBU leader said jumping up again and slashing his blade sending another wave of chakra. “Ok then I'll use about 300 kunai! Water Clone Jutsu!” Sensei shouted as he dodged his attack. “Now time to end this!” All the clones shouted. “Daibakufu no Jutsu!” Half of the clones shouted. Once the ANBU leader heard that he leaped into the air as he looked down he saw that the trees and houses were submerged in water. “This ends now, Suiryuudan no Jutsu!” The other half shouted. “The water dragon technique?!” The leader said as about 150 water dragons shot up at him. You could hear his screams for miles. “What was that?” The ANBU that was carrying Taku asked. “I don't know.” The other one said. “I'm going to have to take those kids.” A ninja dressed in a long tan robe and a head scarf. “Who are you?” One of the ANBU asked. “I'm the Kazekage's head bodyguard Yaiba and by the orders of the Kazekage I have to take those children to the exams.” Yaiba said. “Well we have orders from the Hokage to take them to Ibiki.” One of the ANBU said. “So I guess its going to have to come down to who can beat who.” Yaiba said as he pulled out a kunai. “Shadow clone jutsu!” one of the ANBU said. “Go I'll take care of him.” The ANBU said as him clone step forward. “I only get to fight 1 ANBU and a clone.” Yaiba said as he stepped forward. “O well it's better than nothing.” Yaiba said as he leaped forward charging at the ANBU. “Doku Kiri!” The ANBU said and a second later a giant mist of poison blew out from his mouth. “Go.” The ANBU said looking at his clone. “Right.” The clone replied then jumped into the mist. Then a few seconds of silence he saw the ANBU clone fly out of the mist and hit a tree. “Now it's your turn!” Yaiba shouted as he leaped out of the mist and slammed his fist right into the ANBU's in the face slamming the ANBU through a nearby tree. “It's over.” Yaiba said as he landed on a branch. “Now for the next one.” Yaiba said as he looked in the direction of where the other ANBU went.

“Well looks like the team from the sand didn't make it in time.” The Hokage said as the Teams lined up on the arena's floor. “Yes that's what it seems.” The Kazekage said. “Where's Yaiba?” The Kazekage asked the other bodyguard. “I don't know sir want me to go look for him?” Kuto asked. “No it's too late for him if the ANBU caught him he knows what to do. Let's just enjoy the exams for the time being.” The Kazekage said. “Yes sir.” Said Kuto as he stood up and took his position to the right of the Kazekage. “Well no matter we will begin the final test now.” The Examiner said. “So now we will start the first mach, Manako Hyuga vs. Konchuu Aburame.” said The Examiner. “So it begins.” The Kazekage said in his head.

“Finally I've reached Konoha's gates.” The ANBU said looking up at the gates. “Yes you made it but your not going to get in.” said Yaiba standing at the peak of the gate. “You but how, how did you get past me?!” Then ANBU said taking a step back. “With a little help from me.” Sensei said emerging from the shadows. “Now hand over the children or die!” both of them said at the same time. “Never, I'll fight to the death if I have to!” The ANBU said pulling out a kunai. “Very well then that can be arranged.” Sensei said. “Suikoudan no Jutsu!” Sensei shouted. Then out of a puddle a stream of water rose up and shot straight at the final ANBU. “You're not going to get me that easily.” The ANBU said as he dogged his attack. “You ANBU are all the same.” Yaiba shouted as he charged the ANBU. As Yaiba's kunai and the ANBU's sword slammed together. “Now we'll be taking back those kids.” Yaiba demanded as he slammed his free hand into the ANBU's stomach. As they fell to the ground Yaiba delivered the final blow as he kicked the ANBU speeding up his fall and when he hit the ground it created a small crater as he slammed into the ground. “Well let's get going the exam has probably already begin.” Sensei said as he helped everyone up. “I guess I should be getting back to the Kazekage's side where I belong.” Yaiba said. “Ok thank you for all you help.” Sensei said. “Yes thank you.” Everyone said.

A few seconds later Yaiba appeared at the side of the Kazekage. “Did everything go as planed?” the Kazekage asked. “Yes everything is on secluded.” Yaiba said into the Kazekage's ear. “Good.” The Kazekage said. “Now return to your post.” He ordered. “Yes sir.” Yaiba said as the stood up to the left of the Kazekage. “You look pretty banged up are you ok?” Kuto asked. “Yeah I'm fine.” Yaiba said with a grin. “Ok well relax for a few min and watch the exams.” Kuto said as he returned to his post.

“Now the 5th match will begin, Taku Kairai vs. Inu Inuzuka.” The Examiner said. “Well I guess it's my turn.” Taku said. “Good luck.” Alieata said giving him a hug. As Taku walked down to the arena floor he saw some ANBU scattered in the crowd. “Now we will begin the 5th match.” The examiner said. “I'm warning you I'm the kind of guy that won't go easy on you.” Inu said. “Good I've been waiting for a challenge.” Taku said pulling out a large puppet scroll. “Kugutsu no Jutsu!” Taku shouted then suddenly the scroll exploded and appeared a strange looking puppet appeared from the smoke. “Well looks like Taku's been working on a new puppet.” Sensei said looking down on the arena floor. “Wow Taku has really outdone himself this time.” The Kazekage said. “You know of Taku's puppets lord Kazekage.” The Hokage asked. “Yes Taku's puppets are 2nd best compared to the great puppet maker of Sasori.” The Kazekage explained. “Sasori?” The Hokage asked. “Yes Sasori he was once a great puppet maker for the Sand but now he's a Missing-nin.” Once the Kazekage explained all that he realized that Taku had won the fight between Inu. “Wow your shinobis are strong.” The Hokage said. “Yes we have been told that before by other Kages many times.” The Kazekage said. “The winner for the 5th match is Taku Kairai.” The Examiner said. “Kuto.” The Kazekage said. “Yes?” Kuto answered. “Bring Taku to me immediately.” The Kazekage ordered. “Yes sir.” Kuto said as he leaped into crowd. “Good job Taku.” Alieata said “It was over before it even began.” Taku said. “Taku Kairai?” Kuto asked. “Yes.” Taku said as he turned around. “You have been summoned by the Kazekage. Please come with me.” Kuto said. “Of course.” Taku said following Kuto to the upper deck where the Kazekage and the Hokage sat. “Ah Taku glad you came.” The Kazekage said as Taku reached the top of the stairs. “It is an honor to meet you Lord Kazekage.” Taku said as he bowed down. “So you are the skilled shinobi I've been hearing so much about.” The Hokage said. “Yes sir that's me.” Taku said. “I've summoned you here to tell you that you are an honor to our nation and you should be proud and also that.” The Kazekage said as he stood up and put his hand on Taku's shoulder. “That as of now you are a jonin of the Sand Village.” The Kazekage said with a proud grin. “Thank you Kazekage I will remember this day always.” Taku said bowing his head. “Now return to your team and lead them to victory.” The Kazekage said sitting back down. “Thank you, Lord Kazekage and Lord Hokage.” Taku said as did one final bow and then started to walk back to the stairs.

“What did the Kazekage what Taku?” Misaka asked as Taku walked back over to his team. “I was just promoted to a jonin.” said Taku with a grin. “Taku that's great!” Alieata said as she gave him a big hug. “You know Taku as of now your equal in rank to Alieata and me.” Sensei said. “You hear that Taku you're as strong as sensei and Alieata!” Misaka said. “But that also means that I'm a higher rank than Misaka.” Taku said. “But if Misaka pass her final exam then she will be in the same rank as you guys.” Sensei explained. “I hate that fact that you guys got an early round I'm one of the last people to fight!” Misaka said with a frown. “O cheer up Misaka. At least you have more time to train and consternate on your jutsu.” Taku said as he gave Misaka a kind of a love shake. “Ok Taku you can stop that now.” Misaka demanded as she was tired of being shaken around by Taku. “Okay.” Taku said as he let go of her shoulders. “Misaka there are a few things I need to tell you now.” Sensei said. “Yes sensei.” Misaka answered. “Remember to not to use too much chakra at once and NEVER I mean NEVER let your guard down.” Sensei said as he smiled. “Right I understand.” Misaka said giving Sensei a thumbs up. A few min later The Examiner announced the 6th round between Misaka Uzamaki vs. Kitsune Uzamaki.

“You ready little bro?” Misaka asked. “I think the question is are you.” Kitsune replied. “Well you both seem anxious so lets get started.” The Examiner said. “So with out further ado, BEGIN the 6th and final round!” The Examiner shouted. Right after the examiner said those words Kitsune drew a kunai and charged at Misaka. After dogging her brother's slashes and stabs in one swoop she grabbed his hand, whipped his arm around to his back, grabbed his kunai, and pressed it up against the back of his neck. “You give up yet?” Misaka asked. “Nope.” Kitsune said disappearing in a cloud of smoke. “A shadow clone?!” Misaka shouted in her head. “Then where is the real one?” she said looking over at the bushes the only place you could hide when using a clone. “FOUND YOU!” Misaka shouted as she tied an exploding tag to the kunai and threw it into the bushes. A second before the tag exploded Kitsune leaped out of the bushes and charged at Misaka. But because of the explosion from the tag his attack was thrown off giving Misaka a chance of victory. Then suddenly Misaka appeared under Kitsune's falling bodies and shoved her knee into his stomach making him fly half way across the arena. After Kitsune stood up and realized what was going on. Misaka was charging him again and his only chance was to fight back. So as her hand was about to slam into his face he grabbed it and counterattacked it by thrusting his hand into her stomach. But before it could reach it she grabbed his wrist and held it tight. After about 15 min of Misaka and Kitsune attacking and countering attacking they ended up on the opposite ends of the arena from each other. “I didn't know that Misaka and Kitsune were this closely matched.” Alieata said. “It's almost like there equal in every way.” Taku said. “They are.” Sensei said. “What?!” Taku and Alieata said. “Misaka and Kitsune have the same amount of chakra, use the same fighting style, and even use weapons in the same way. The only reason I think that Misaka may win this is because she is older and has more experience but if it wasn't for that they would be equal in every way.” Sensei said. “So you're saying that the only reason that she would win is because she's older and has done more missions than Kitsune.” Alieata said. “Exactly.” Sensei said. “So are you going to give up yet?” Misaka said panting for air. “Nope, you?” Kitsune said breathing just as hard. “No way.” Misaka said pulling out a kunai and charging at Kitsune. “Me too.” Kitsune said pulling out a kunai and charging just like his sister. The battle raged on between Misaka and Kitsune with no end in sight. “I'm sorry little bro but to finish this I'll have to use it.” Misaka said. “Use what?” Kitsune asked as the fought for air. “This, Kaze no Yaiba!” Misaka shouted. “No not the wind blade!” Kitsune said as his eyes widened as he felt the wind pick up speed to the point where it started to cut his body. “I give up!” Kitsune shouted as he fell to his knees covered with deep cuts from the wind blade. “Right the winner of the 6th and final match is Misaka Uzamaki. A few min later the medical ninjas rushed out onto the arena floor carrying Kitsune to the infirmary. As he was being carried by Misaka said that she was sorry but Kitsune was in to much pain to hear her let alone respond so all he could do was scream.

“Good job Misaka.” Taku said as she walked back up to the top deck. “Well thank you for coming to the final exam we hope you enjoyed yourselves and have a nice trip home.” The Hokage said as he said his farewells to the people and the Kazekage. “Thank you Lord Kazekage for coming I hope you enjoyed it.” The Hokage said as he shook the Kazekage's hand. “I did and I thank you for inviting me.” The Kazekage said as he took a final bow to the Hokage. “Kuto.” The Kazekage said as they started down the stairs. “Yes Lord Kazekage?” Kuto answered. “Have my men ready we leave in a half an hour.” The Kazekage said. “Yes sir.” Kuto said as he leaped out of the arena. “And Yaiba have the file on Team 13 on my desk when I get back to the Sand.” The Kazekage commanded. “Yes sir.” Yaiba said.

“Well you guys we should be getting back to the sand as quickly as possible.” Sensei said. “Why?” Misaka asked. “Because since the exams are over and you are all now jonin we should get back as soon as possible to take on new missions and protection for the Sand.” Sensei said. “Yes sensei but first we have to go back over to Kitsune's to get our stuff.” Misaka said. “True so after that we must move out as soon as possible.” Sensei said. “Right, understood, got it.” Misaka, Taku, and Alieata said. About 15 min later the team met up at the front gate. “What's with all the sand ninja?” Misaka asked. “The Kazekage is leaving and this is his escort back to the Sand.” Sensei said. “Wow there's about 50 sand soldiers here.” Alieata said. “Yes and there are probably more to come this is the time where the Kazekage is a very important member of society.” Sensei said. And I wanted us all here because we are all moving our with the Kazekage's men.” Sensei explained.
