Sakura is 19 and Kakashi is 30 something. This is more like a Valentine’s Day fic but…oh well. Warning: Out of characterness.

Black Wolf: Hello! I am so used to writing yaoi that it is hard for me to write a M/F fan fic. So as usual when I am writing a fan fiction that is not supposed to have yaoi…I tend to put in a pairing because it drives me nuts when I don’t. So forgive me.
Kakashi: I thought you liked Heero.
Heero: I am no longer loved? Y-Y
Black Wolf: Yes of course I do but I also like wolves.
Kakashi: Oh…ok… (Takes out Icha Icha Paradise and starts reading.)
Heero: Yay! I am still loved ^-^ Do you always read those things? 0-0’
Kakashi: Yes
Heero: 0-0’

Chapter One The Thing That Makes You Crazy
The feeling of absolute loneliness bugged Kakashi. He had no one and for some reason refused to have anyone. His family was of no help. They were divided upon that fact that Kakashi was still single. Kakashi’s mother’s side of the family really did not care and neither sis his mother; of course having ten siblings plus himself makes eleven children were enough to ensure that the Hatake’s were going to live on. So Kakashi did not understand why his father and his family insisted that he get married or be disowned from the family which has and will never happen. Kakashi just sighed and shook his head as he recounted all the lousy dates that his father set him up with and how many times Naruto and Sasuke had saved him from each one. “It just seems so hopeless” Kakashi thought out loud as he made his way to the forest. “A little training will get things off my mind” Ever since that last family reunion Kakashi has grown tires of his family’s arguments, that some have also ended up as fist fights, that Kakashi felt the need to take a break from his family.

Sakura was enjoying herself. She had been training since three o’ clock in the morning and thought it best to stop for the day. Sakura left the clearing she was training on to rest on the trunk of a large oak that was located behind some wild berry bushes. Sakura was proud of herself for finally mastering the shadow jutsu that Naruto had taught her. She sighed and started to pick several berries off the bush and shoving them in her mouth. She barely had any breakfast if you count a small glass of orange juice as breakfast. Sakura just sat there dozing in and out of sleep before Kakashi made his appearance in the clearing she had just finished training in. ‘He seems to have something on his mind. I better not bother him.’ Sakura thought as she watched the silver haired Jounin warm up. ‘Something is definitely bothering him because he usually doesn’t put that much charka in one jutsu’ she sat and watched as Kakashi moved through the clearing with so much anger behind every move. ‘I’ll ask him later. Right now I’ll let him vent his anger in his training.’ Sakura just smiled and continued to watch Kakashi from the cover of the berry bush.
Kakashi could sense her presence nearby and it was driving him insane. Since his senses were heightened from the training he could actually smell her. ‘Coconuts and strawberries…DAMNIT!!!...where is she?’ Kakashi was mentally grinding his teeth as he tried to pin point where Sakura was. ‘Where are you?’ he asked himself as he kept trying to find her. ‘This is getting ridiculous.’ Kakashi disappeared into the tree foliage and search along the fringe of the clearing for the pink haired chuunin. He found her. Dropping down Kakashi sat next to her. She was sleeping so he tried to keep the noise minimum. He just sat there and watched her sleep as if she was to some how disappear and he would wake up in his bed. That did not happen. ‘Why am I doing this? I can’t seriously be in love with her. Can I?’
Sakura woke up slightly when she felt a hand run down her face. She moved her head towards the warm hand. Her eyes were half way open and looked directly into Kakashi’s (he had removed the head band before he started to train.) Sakura just smiled, cuddled closer to Kakashi and went back to sleep.

“Tsunade what are we to do about the situation? I mean matchmaking isn’t what I like to do but I’m tired of seeing him on his own as well.”
“I don’t know what we are going to do with that man. It usually takes about an hour in a half to two hours to get him to come to my office.” Tsunade stated taking another sip of her tea.
“He doesn’t like you?”
“It’s not that he’s just lazy sometimes. Sometimes I actually have to say that the subject matter is very important”
“Just to get him to be there on time?”
“Yup.”
“That’s sad. What about Sakura? Hasn’t she had her eye on him for a while?”
“I don’t know Gaara. She’s still young. Then again you never know.”
“Yes but never under estimate Sakura. She maybe young but she certainly has a thing about Kakashi. Remember when she used to have a crush on Sasuke? She talked more about Kakashi than Sasuke even when she was in the academy.” Haku added in as he entered the room with more tea.
“Yes love but I don’t know. Are you sure?” Gaara asked
“Trust me. I have a good feeling about this.”
Tsunade smiled at Haku then asked “Haku? Where’s Zabuza?”
“To tell you the truth I don’t know. He went on a mission a few days ago. He should be back. Why?”
“Oh no reason.”
“Tsunade do you have a crush on Zabuza?”
“Of course not Haku!! What makes you think that?”
“Oh nothing. Just the way you asked the question.” Haku smiled and finished his tea. Gaara kissed him before getting up to get more tea.
<><><>Naruto’s Apartment<><><>
“Sasuke can you get me the cinnamon please.”
“Of course love.” Sasuke and Naruto have been dating for a while now and were getting ready for their anniversary. Sasuke knew that it was also Gaara and Haku’s as well. He just smiled at how the red haired boy had asked Haku out. Sasuke couldn’t help but laugh. Gaara was a fearless warrior but was terrified to ask someone out. Even Zabuza found it funny and still teases Gaara about it. “Naruto love, what are we going to do about Kakashi?”
“What do you mean?”
“I mean he’s all by himself a hundred percent of the time and really doesn’t have anyone”
“Really? Well I just saw him and Sakura cuddling underneath a tree in the forest.”
“Really Naruto?! When?”
“This afternoon after sparing. Remember I was going to see Gaara and Haku before heading home.”
“Yeah I remember. So they were actually cuddling.”
“Well it’s about god damn time too.” Iruka said startling the daylights out of Naruto and Sasuke.
“Iruka sensei! Don’t you ever knock?!” Naruto yelled
“Hey at least I didn’t walk in on you guys in one of your……special moments like last time.” Iruka blushed
“Oh well.” Sasuke and Naruto said in unison.
