Longing eyes. “I don't think I've ever seen the sky this color. Isn't it beautiful?”
A sigh.
“How can you say that? It's gray.”
A scoff. “Does that make it bad?”
Silence.
Bravely venturing on. “You always know it'll turn back to blue. It's comforting.”
A subdued voice; a hesitant reply. “What if... it never turns back?”
A soft smile. “Then learn to love it when it's gray.”
