The Hunt
Chapter 1 - A Little Suprise
They crept up silently. Naruto could almost feel the tension of his teammates. They had been tracking a Rouge Nin for almost a week now. They barely had any sleep or food, as this mission was only supposed to take a day tops, but Kakashi had over-used his Sharingan, they had to leave him behind, along with Kiba and Shino, who were taking him back to Konoha. So now it was down to Sakura, Hinata, Sasuke and himself. Their target was none other than Itachi himself.
“GO!” Sasuke whispered into the headset.
The plan was simple, he would use his Harem-no-jutsu to distract them, and in the confusion, they would attack the one with the big sword! Naruto crossed his fingers and used his Kage Bunshin Justsu, and immediately transformed them.
Naruto and his clones walked up to Itachi and Kisame as best they could. It seemed to work, as they were not expecting to be attacked by fifty naked women. There was, however, one thing Naruto had forgot. Don’t look into his eyes. Naruto had made the mistake of thinking because there were so many clones, Itachi wouldn’t know which was real, and so he felt safe. Big mistake.
Thankfully, Hinata had seen the flare of chakra around Itachi’s eye’s and abandoned the plan to save Naruto.
Meanwhile, Sasuke and Sakura jumped Kisame. “What the?” Kisame shouted. Almost faster than he could react, Sasuke had appeared behind him, with a hand filled with blue electricity. Kisame almost turned to face him when a pink haired girl jumped up in front of him. She hit the ground with her fist, not and inch from where Kisame was standing, and it shattered. “Damn, that would have hurt,” Kisame thought to himself. He quickly spun around, and with one solid motion grabbed Sasuke’s arm and hurled it at the girl.
“Damn!” Sasuke thought, “I’ll have to try something else!” The lightning in his hand had disappeared a moment before it connected with Sakura’s chest. Sasuke barrel rolled in the air and hurled a windmill shurikan at Kisame. Meanwhile, Sakura jumped above him and was lining up for a punch.
As Kisame jumped up to avoid the shurikan, he got nailed in the head with a fist. It felt like a train hitting him. Then, as he was sailing towards the ground, he got kicked in the face. Suddenly he was soaring up again. He got punched twice and kicked again, and he thought he heard “Shi Shi Renden” as he hit the ground. “Cute,” Kisame said as he got up, “But now I’m going to show you how to really attack!”
Before Itachi knew what had happened, he was struck once, lightly on the forehead, by a little girl. “Damn,” Itachi thought to himself. He quickly made a hand seal and disappeared in a cloud of smoke, along with Kisame. “That was close, what were you doing?” Itachi asked Kisame.
“Your little brother and a pink haired brat tried to surprise me. Did you manage to get Naruto in your genjutsu?”
“No, but I did manage to give him a little present with his own jutsu”
“Heh heh, cruel as usual, eh Itachi?”
