Chapter 3: Naruto and Sakura! Friends or Foes?! (PT2)

“Yo”.

 

The genin-to-be just stared, as well as a few of the jounin, too.

 

“Am I really that late?”

 

Still staring, Iruka looked at him and nodded.

 

“ OK, so what are you all looking at then?”

 

As if on cue, the entire classroom burst into laughter, Uzumaki Naruto's being the loudest, as usual.

 

“Ha! You call yourself a jounin?!? Look at the front of your vest!!!!”

 

Sasuke couldn't stop staring at what Naruto had finally pointed out: There was a huge smear of dog…..droppings….on the dazed jounin's vest. Kakashi looked downwards and promptly swore, and took off the vest, exposing his hidden tools, the largest of which was a half-sword in the shape of a katana. The genin gasped, but Sasuke was impressed he could hide all of that in that tiny vest.

 

After cleaning the droppings off with a small water element jutsu and drying in off with a wind nature jutsu (much to the genin's surprise) he put it back on, and the katana disappeared. Kakashi looked at the genin and started to speak.

 

“ I don't like you and you probably wont like me, but if you're on my team, you'd better be ready for one hell of a ride, cause we're gonna train. A lot. And if you don't like it, well, you can just leave right now.”

 

The students looked alarmed, but Sasuke knew what he was trying to do. ` He's trying to scare the weaker ones off,' he thought, and sat up higher with pride knowing that he'd never be scared away like that.

 

“ Anyways, guys, it's time to announce your teachers, the ones who will guide and instruct, and the ones you should trust with your life. Are you all ready?”

 

The genin nodded, and most shifted in their seats, anxious to know their teams.

 

“ Right then; let's go.

As he read out the names, there were a few good choices: the Ino-Shika-Cho trio had been recreated and was entrusted to Asuma. `Those three will make a good team.' he thought and nodded.

 

Then, an interesting combo came up next: Inuzuka Kiba, Hinata Hyuga, and Aburame Shino were on the same team and given to Kurenai. He wondered why they'd done that, but figured he'd get it all later.

 

At last, he heard his name.

 

“ Uchiha Sasuke-”

He nodded in recognition.

 

“Haruno Sakura-”

He coiled in horror at the though of being with her, and then when he heard that, he screamed in his head.

 

“ and Uzumaki Naruto”

He simply died when he heard that, while a squeal emanated from Sakura's general location, in delight to be more than 30m away from Naruto a lot of the time.

 

Naruto stood up and yelled “I don't wanna be with him!!!!!! He's so…emo…”

 

Sasuke had a glint in his eye as he turned around and looked at Naruto.

 

“ What the hell did you just call me?!”

 

Naruto go up on the desk and looked him in the eye, squatting down.“E-M-O. EEEMMMOOOOO!”

 

“I thou-”

 

Then they were rudely interrupted by a student getting up and looking around, knocking Naruto forward in the process.

 

Then, accidentally, their lips met.

 

“BLEEEEEAAAAAACCCCCHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!”

 

Which was echoed by Naruto, who promptly fell over and started to choke.

 

{KKK--kkraacckkkkkk--snappppppp.}

 

Sasuke looked around in horror and saw the entire population of girls in the school glaring at him with murderous intent.

He then heard Iruka say ” with Hatake Kakashi as their instructor.” His heart leaped, but then he remembered the pack of angry girls and said a few words.

 

“ Ohhhhhhhhhhhh shit.”
