Chapter 20

 

Tex turned as light flooded the room. She gasped as she saw Naruto.

“LEAVE BEFORE I SNAP YOUR NECK BITCH!”

Tex moved but felt claws dig into her arm.

“And if you EVER come near him again…I'll make your death slow and extremely painful.” Naruto whispered into her ear.

Tex took off.

Naruto walked over to Sasuke and cut the ropes. The glow of the demon faded as Naruto wrapped Sasuke up and pulled him into his arms.

Sasuke whimpered into his shoulder.

Naruto pushed past Church and mumbled a `thanks' before he took Sasuke back to the base. No one got in his way.

 

Church watched them disappear over the hill silently.

Tucker came up behind him. “Man, the lucky basturd…if girls liked me THAT much, I'd appreciate it.”
