Normal P.O.V.

The remaining two girls looked at Rebecca and then at their fallen teammates. They nodded at each other and glared at Rebecca. “This isn't over freak,” They snarled in unison. They picked up their teammates and ran off. Rebecca glared at their retreating backs. “That'll teach them to mess with us!” She turned around and noticed Leonie's shocked face. “What?” Rebecca demanded. “How did you do that?” Leonie asked faintly.

 

Rebecca frowned. “I don't know,” she answered truthfully. “It all of a sudden felt like I had done this before. So I just went with it.” “Well then, let's go home,” Leonie said. “Yeah, let's go.”

 

The two girls turned around and continued on their way home.

After their encounter with Maya and her gang, life was pretty boring. Occassionally they would try to ambush Rebecca and Leonie, but it never worked.

 

Days turned into weeks and weeks turned into months. Rebecca and Leonie trained harder than ever and improved greatly, though no one in the Academey knew that. They both agreed to keep their abilities a secret. Pretty soon they had been living in Konoha for about six months.

 

Rebecca and Leonie made the perfect team. Both were taller than average, but while Rebecca was dark, Leonie was light. Some unfortunate people were on the receiving end of Rebecca's sharp tongue. Leonie tended to ignore insults though. Both had incredible ability at taijutsu, but while Rebecca excelled at ninjutsu, Leonie sucked at it. While Leonie excelled at genjutsu, Rebecca sucked at it. The girls practiced their teamwork endlessly.

 

Monday started as an average day at the Academy until Iruka announced, “We will be learning two on two fighting today. I will pick your partners.” Then he started calling out names until he came to Leonie and Rebecca. “You two will be partners.”

 

“Hell yes!” Rebecca yelled. “Hey Leonie, you think we should reveal our skills to the class or should we keep it low key?” Rebecca muttered to her best friend. “I think…it's time to prove to the world what we can do!” Rebecca's face lit up with happiness. “Yes! No more pretending to be weak little girls. It's time to go all out!”

 

Iruka led them to an outdoor arena. “Alright, the rules are simple: 1. You can't kill and 2. If you're knocked out of the arena you lose. Got it? Good. I'll announce the first match in a few moments. Take this time to stretch out.”

 

Rebecca and Leonie walked away from the crowd and did their own stretches. Rebecca started by standing up and then bending over backwards until her palms were touching the ground. (you know, the move Shikamaru uses to escape the shuriken Kin throws at him in the Chuunin exams.) She then flipped backwards twice, loosening up her muscles.

 

Then Rebecca lifted her right leg as high up in the air as it would go and grabbed her foot with her right hand. She stood like that for a few seconds and then let herself gracefully start falling forwards, but caught herself and landed in the splits.

 

“TIME'S UP!” Iruka yelled. Everyone gathered around Iruka, waiting impatiently to see who was in the first match. “The first match is…Inuzuka Kiba and Uchiha Sasuke versus Leonie and Rebecca.” A shocked silence hung over the crowd. The two foreigners against two of the most talented in the class. This was definitely going to be an interesting fight.

 

“I'll use my Telepathy Jutsu to connect to you alright? That way we can keep in contact without giving away our position,” Rebecca muttered to Leonie. Leonie nodded her head in agreement. They took their places in the center of the arena, which had quite a few trees and bushes growing in it. “Are you ready?” All the combatants nodded. “Okay then, BEGIN!” Rebecca and Leonie shot off in opposite directions. Sasuke and Kiba chose to stay together.

 

Rebecca performed a few hand signs and then let her mind out to find Leonie's chakra signature. When Leonie felt a mind probing at her own, she instantly recognized it as Rebecca and let her in.

 

`What's your position?' came Rebecca's voice in Leonie's mind.

 

`Just a little north of yours. I see our targets. They're in a clump of bushes just northwest of you.'

 

`I see them too. I think we should do Circular Weapon Destruction. (sorry about the cheesy name. couldn't think of anything better. anyways,) What about you?'

 

`Perfect plan. There's plenty of tree cover and we can move fast enough to keep from being detected. Let's go'

 

With those words, Leonie and Rebecca started running around the arena at high speeds. When they hit the peak of their speed, they released a punishing barrage of kunai and shuriken at the bush that Sasuke and Kiba were hiding behind. Sasuke sensed the weapons in time to dodge the worst of the attack and pull Kiba out of the worst of it too. Both sported many cuts.

 

The instant the boys came out of hiding, the girls attacked. Rebecca's fist connected with Sasuke's face and sent him flying back. Leonie's foot made contact with Kiba's stomach and he too went flying back.

 

Both girls attacked their targets viciously. In a matter of seconds and a fast flurry of kicks, punches, and blocks, both Sasuke and Kiba were pretty badly bruised up. The boys regrouped at the center and prepared for the next attack. Sasuke sported a black eye and a split lip and he was panting heavily. Who knew those girls could pack such a punch? Kiba's face was one big bruise and he was also panting heavily.

 

In perfect unison the two girls performed the same hand signs and shouted at the same time, “Air Vortex of Doom!” A vortex of horizontal air appeared in front of the girls. It gained intensity quickly and then shot at the boys at a very high speed. Both boys were smashed against the wall of the arena and were instantly knocked out. Sasuke and Kiba were both carrying many little cuts that oozed tiny droplets of blood.

 

There was a stunned silence until one of the fan girls wailed, “Sasuke-kun!” Other fan girls started wailing his name until Iruka finally shouted, “SILENCE!” Immediately all noise died away. “The winners of this match are Rebecca and Leonie.” The said girls high-fived each other in victory.

 

A little while into the last match, Kiba and Sasuke woke up. They had been out for over two hours. He heard voices to his right and listened. “…and they've been out for a couple of hours. Do you think we went overboard?” came Rebecca's worried voice. Sasuke sat up painfully. Boy was he gonna have bruises tomorrow. “I'm fine,” he managed to get out through the pain.

 

“Oh, good,” said Rebecca, relief evident in her voice.

 

A Few Months Later

“Everyone listen up! In two days we will be having the graduation exams…” Iruka's final part of the sentence was drowned out by all the loud cheering that came from all the students. “Be here at eight o'clock!” Iruka yelled over the noise of the class exiting the classroom.

 

Two Days Later(nothing interesting happened the day before so I skipped it)

“This year's final exam will be on…the clone jutsu,” announced Iruka to the silent class. Leonie and Rebecca waited their turn in silence. Rebecca was mentally going over how to perform the clone jutsu. Leonie just concentrated on not puking her guts up from nerves. Even though they became known as the absolute best of their year, Leonie was still nervous. Anything can happen in an exam.

 

Finally Leonie's name was called. She walked into the examining room and, as expected, passed without a problem. Then Rebecca's name was called. She, too, passed without any problems.

 

As they stood outside the Academy, Rebecca noticed the kid Uzumaki Naruto sitting alone on the swing. Rebecca was about to go talk to him but stopped when Mizuki walked up to Naruto, talked to him, and then Naruto got up and followed him. She thought nothing of it, considering she and Leonie had to get home and get ready for tomorrow when their teams and sensei's would be announced.
