The panting blonde had finally made it in time to his apartment. He fiddled with his lock and heard the door lock. He placed his back to the wall and started frightfully at the ground. After being stalked by two dark green eyes, he had enough getting his life risked.

 

“Whoa . . . she's almost like lion and I'm her *gulp* prey,” he shivered imagining himself, the meat and Ichigo, the lion, pouncing on the meat and started to gobble the meat down with its ferocious teeth biting down into the rich juicy flavor meat and hearing Naruto scream in the meat.

 

Then, the door had knocked. He gasped hopping it wasn't what he'd expect it to be. Was it? He turned around to face the door. The door began to knock again.

 

“W-w-who is it?” he called out with his voice trembling. No one answered. His heart pulped at a fast rate as he looked at the door knob as it began to rattle. His eyes widened with every creaking sound the knob would make, and then it dropped to the floor.

 

Poor Naruto had ran to his bedroom screaming like girl. Finally, the door had opened to reveal a shadowy person that had some weapon in his or her hand. It walked slowly and loudly with every step it make.

 

Finally, the person came across the door that was Naruto's room. Next to the doorway was a bed with a trembeling ball curled up in it. The thing tilted its head and had toched Naruto.

 

Once again Naruto screamed as the lights were turned on to see a man with glasses and white hair. He also had a weapon, but had turned out to be rolled up papers.

 

“E-EH?!” shouted the now surprised Uzumaki.

 

“Will you ever pipe down? We elderly people are beginning to lose our hearing and sight.” He said annoyingly. Naruto gave sigh of relief.

 

“WHEW! It was just you old-man, I thought you were someone else.” He said. “So why'd you come and scared me half to death?” he asked.

 

The man unrolled the pieces of papers and had dumped it on the boys head. “Your rent is what's scarring ME half to death!” he shouted.

 

Naruto took a piece of paper and looked at it. “Oh. I didn't realize I was so behind on getting my rent paid,” he said rubbing the back of his head. “Sorry old-man, it won't happen again.”

“It better not happen again, because this is your last and FINAL warning. Pay up, or you'll be kicked out of your apartment!” And in a few seconds he slammed the door closed and stormed off.

 

“Tch! What's his problem? He said getting up from his bed and threw all the papers away in the trash. Of course, being stubborn was his other thing too.
