In Konoha there once was a man who was said to be the strongest ninja to have ever lived or to ever be this is his story.
Countless years ago the ninja village of Konohagakure was attacked by a demon said to be the lord of hell, the mighty Kyuubi No Youko the kyuubi was beaten when the Fourth Hokage rose up and sacraficed his life to seal the Demon into a boy that was named Uzumaki Naruto. Seven years later on his birthday after a beating by a mob of villagers and nija he suddenly felt no pain. when he looked up he saw that he was surrounded by white light and a voice spoke "Naruto, I have seen your life and judged you worthy of a gift, I give to you a doujutsu that is called the Piercing eye, this doujutsu allows the wielder to see through anything even dimensional barriers like the ones that sepparate worlds and for a bonus it as another stage that allows the wielder to copy the techniques and bloodlines of other versions of themselves."
