Itachi sat in a chair facing his bed. He was watching his captive sleep.(She is so beautiful. Sereiya. My Sereiya. My mate and my breeder.)He was so captivated by her that he did not see the one watching from the outside.
Outside the window, Itachi's older cousin Madara chuckled. (Love her, cousin. Then when I take her, you will feel agony. You will lose her. I will win.}
The door opened then and Itachi's second entered. This young vampire was named Shisui. He and Itachi had been best friends before their changing. That had been altered slightly due to Itachi's position. Just slightly though. Shisui stopped at the back of his friend's chair. He looked toward the bed and observed, "You caught her."
"Yes. Despite being human and a female, Sereiya is no weakling. She will not easily bend. I care not to break her, just tame her. She saved me after Madara's attack. She saved all the children left alone in the village on Earth. This female is quite a prize."
"I do not think that would make her happy."
"No. Nevertheless, it is true. I want you to help me tame her. We must not let Madara get her. He would break her."
"How shall I help?"
"That I haven't quite figured out yet," answered Itachi. Standing, he rang for a servant. He looked back toward his captive. He saw her stir before settling again. His ebony eyes gleamed. His primal side thrashed against its restraints. It wanted to taste the blood flowing through her veins. It wanted to show her who was dominant. It wanted to provide for her since she would provide for it.
The servant arrived just then. "Master?"
"Kakashi, I want you to summon Shizune or Tsunade here. I want Sereiya examined."
"I will go."
Itachi nodded and the serving man left. He moved closer to the bed. Sitting at her side, he traced her face with his eyes. He would wait until after she was examined to touch her. Then he would tame her.
