Naruto Fan Fiction ❯ Why Do You Love Me? ❯ Out Through The Curtain ( Chapter 4 )
[ T - Teen: Not suitable for readers under 13 ]
Okay, I feel unloved. No responses at all? How sad. I must not write very well. Well whatever. Anyway sorry this took longer than the other chapters. I took a one and a half day break to read Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
Disclaimer: Still don't own it.

I rushed down the halls feverishly. It was Monday morning and the school was near empty. My destination: the corkboard outside the auditiorium. I was burning to know who got what parts. When I saw the small list I increased my speed and nearly smacked myself into the wall during my abrupt stop.
I bothered only to look and see who was playing the main characters and then looked over the ensamble for familiar names.
Mark- Aburame Shino
Roger- Uchiha Sasuke
Mimi- Hyuuga Kisa
Maureen- TenTen
Joanne- Haruno Kimiko
Angel- Rock Lee
Collins- Might Gai
Benny- Hyuuga Neji
ENSAMBLE
Temari
Nara Shikamaru (Waiter)
Uzumaki Naruto
Inuzuka Kiba
I let out a loud scream as the rest of the group arrived. I hugged the first person that my arms found and jumped up and down. Suddenly I realized that it was Gaara I was hugging and pulled back. I felt my face grow hot and turned back to the list trying to hide it.
"Kimiko, you geek. What'd you even get?" Temari asked.
I turned back to everyone, hoping my blush could pass off as something brought on by the excitement. "I got Joanne!" I replied, in more of a squeal than anything else.
"Hooray!" Kisa shouted out happily, before checking the list for herself. Her mouth dropped open in amazement. "I GOT MIMI!" She shouted out excitedly and began to dance around. A lot of us looked at her as if she were crazy.

I sat on my bed, legs crossed, watching the American sit-com 'FRIENDS' intently on the old TV I'd taken from my parent's house. It must have had to have been the hundreth time I'd seen the episode, yet I laughed at every joke still. The volume was low, as to not wake up the others, and the only light in the room was emitting from the screen.
When the episode was over I shut off the DVD player, then the TV, and walked out onto my balcony, taking at seat on the only chair. I stared out into the blackness, letting my mind stay blank as it had been all night. My happiness had died down after the first play meeting earlier in the day when I found out that most of the ensamble was composed of people that would drive me up the wall.
Suddenly a piano key and lyrics penetrated my sanctuary. Within seconds I realized it was my own lyrics, but came from the house behind ours. A faint light was spilling from the room that mirrored mine and I recognized the voice. Not from anywhere media involved, but from the music room on my first day of school. I gasped realizing it must be one of my own friends.
I closed my eyes, clutched my Clandestine necklace, and listened closely, trying to absorb every moment I could hear that voice.
Like the light was all I had
I struck the book with my last match
The candle burned so soft and slow
I felt the warmth and felt it's glow
Salt tasting tears
They roll off of my lips
One for each day I'm in this house
It's a trap
One I can't quite escape
So pretend it's the place that I love
Won't let it pass me by again
Won't let it pass me by again
The grass was clipped
The summer sun
Was beating down on my front yard
All the boys and girls would laugh
I'd watch them through the curtains crack
Place all your bets
And watch me lose
The life that I got
But never used
Dream every night
That one will come true but only bad ones ever do
Won't let it pass me by again
Won't let it pass me by again
Of course his voice sounded nothing the way I wrote it, but it amazed me nontheless. I suddenly felt a strong compulsion to sing along. After all the climax of the song was approaching quickly. I threw caution to the wind and I sang along with the voice that had been driving me crazy.
My heart beats way too fast
To let regret sit in my lap
Won't let it pass me by again
Won't let it pass me by again
Won't let it pass me by again
Won't let it pass me by again
I was awed just as I had been that day standing outside the music room. I was almost sure whoever had been singing had heard, I'd never sang that loud at night before. In fact I probably only ever belted like that during a concert, and only during the climax of the song, but that's just musical rule for me.
I sighed, still holding onto my necklace. I wished for an encore, but decided it wasn't going to happen. I snuck back into my room and flipped on the small reading light I had focusing on my piano keys. I sat down, went through my usual small little warm-ups and played Don't Wake Me Up again.
That song was one of my favorites, I'd had help from one of my best friends back in America to write it, and it always made me think of him.
I knew that sitting there at my piano all night wouldn't bring back that amazing voice so I stood and shut off my light. Slowly I walked back to my TV and switched it on. I hit the eject button on my DVD player, and changed the discs. In one swift motion I collapsed back onto my bed into the same position I'd been earlier, grabbed a pillow off the head of my bed, and hugged it closely.
The main menu came on the screen and I hit the 'Play All' option. After a few hours of changing discs and watching numerous episodes, the sun began to stream through my back door. I continued to ignore my surroundings until someone cracked open my door and slid in.
"Shino?" I asked lazily.
"Honey, you need sleep." TenTen giggled.
I looked over at her. "Why so giddy? You're never up this early."
"I don't know, I was just so hyper all night, I went to bed late and I woke up early." She explained, sitting on the edge of my bed. "Anyway, I was wondering if you could do my makeup today."
I looked at her shocked. "You hate makeup."
"I know, but I was thinking of trying something new." She said with a shrug.
"I suppose so. Just let me get my own stuff done and we don't have too much time. I'll go get my own stuff ready, then I'll give you some really textbook makeup." I told her. She nodded and I stood from my bed.
TenTen followed me into my walk-in closet and sat on the little cushioned ottoman in the center. I looked through all my accessories and stuff after having gotten dressed into the main uniform. I slipped on purple and black stripped flats, matching fingerless gloves, and readied a matching headband for after I'd done my hair. I sat at my vanity, still being stalked, and applied a thin layer of black eyeliner to the top and bottom. Then I covered up the bags under my eyes with purple eyshadow and put a thin layer on the top lid. I let this be one of the rare occasions I put anything on my lips and put on purple lipstick.
For my hair, I heated up my curling iron and straightening iron. I straightened my hair and bangs, then shut that iron off, and curled the front lock on the left side, then powered that down as well.
I turned to TenTen. "You sure?" She nodded. "Come sit." I stood up and allowed her to take my spot before pulling my piano stool over to sit down facing her. "Close your eyes." She followed directions and I applied an extremely thin layer of eyeliner, before putting on a light and very subtle red shadow. "You know, I would do more, but this is the first time and I think that's enough."
She looked at herself in the mirror. "What about some mascara?"
I raised my eyebrow. "I don't even use that for myself." She shrugged. "Alright then." I took out my mascara an put it on her. When I was done and she had her eyes open I gasped. "Oh my gosh."
She glanced at herself. "Wooow..."
"TenTen! I've never seen you look more like a girl!" She giggled. "Okay, unless you'd like to borrow some accessories or something to match, we should head down." She nodded and we walked downstairs to meet up with everyone else.

'Tonight, I am the drug you can't deny. Tonight, G A B E gunna get you high. My light is electric. (Hey, hey, hey)My light is electric, yeah. (Hey, hey, hey) My light is electric. (Hey, hey, hey)My light is electric, yeah. (Hey, hey, hey) My light is electric, yeeeeeah, I've got electric eyes.'
"Kimiko, isn't that your cell phone?" Kisa asked me.
"Oh yeah! It is! Hey, I haven't gotten a call in a while!" I laughed, and plucked my vibrating Sidekick from it's spot in my backpack. "Hello?"
"Jeeeez, Kimiko! What took you forever?" I could recognize that voice anywhere, even over the phone.
"What do you want Sakura? And how the hell did you get my number?" I asked in aggravation.
I heard her snicker over the phone. "Mom gave it to me. She said to call and tell you that you need to start being nicer to me."
I burst into laughter. "Oh really? Mom said that? Then put her on the phone."
I heard some shuffling on the other end and my mother answered. "Kimiko? What do you need honey?"
"Sakura's giving me some story about you wanting her to call me." I answered easily.
"Well I did, to ask you if your little band is going to do any shows her in Japan. I've told all my friends about you, but they don't seem to believe me, since you're an American band." My mother replied.
"Sorry Mom, but no. That would defeat our purpose for coming to Japan. If we still wanted people gushing over us we'd be back in America, playing our hearts out."
"Alright then sweetie. I'll let you go, but try to call more often, we've missed you, you know."
"Mkay, bye mom."
"Bye honey." I hung up the phone and placed it back in it's spot in my backpack.
"Who was that?" Kiba asked jokingly.
I turned my attention back to Hinata, Kiba, Shikamaru, Gaara, and Kisa. We were sitting on the pulled out risers in the gym watching Volleyball practice. It was around 6:00p.m. and we'd already had the day's RENT rehearsal. Hinata, Kiba, and Gaara were all stagehands, or techys as we called them.
"What ringer was that?" Kisa asked.
I rolled my eyes. "The chorus of The Church of Hot Addiction by Cobra Starship of course."
"Oh of course." Kiba agreed.
I rolled my eyes at him. "Would you stop that?" He shrugged.
We all continued to talk until practice was over, then we bid goodbye to the others and I headed with my roommates back to our mansion. By that time mostly everyone was starved so we headed over to the main kitchen and took seats at the small table.
"Who's making dinner?" Temari asked.
"Certainly not me." I muttered, thinking about the many times Gaara had reminded me about my lack of cooking skills today during 3rd period.
"I will." Kisa offered. "I'm a fairly good chef."
I nodded. "Ain't it the truth?" We laughed as she got up to go and scavenge for something to make. "Hey guys, while we have time, I think we should add bass, drums, and guitar to this new song I wrote. We're only going to have one guitar part for this song, I thought the simpler the better, so Shino and Hinata will just play the same."
"Sounds good." TenTen said.
"How come you haven't told us you wrote a new song yet?" Temari asked.
I thought for a second. "Oh I haven't, huh? I totally forgot, I thought I told you all. I'll run upstairs and get the sheet music." They all nodded and a few minutes later, after notifying Kisa what we were doing, we all sat in the music room holding out instruments.
"How about you play it through once, so we all know how it sounds?" Temari suggested.
"G-good idea." Hinata agreed.
"Alright, but I'd like Shino to sing his part this time. I haven't heard it with him singing." I stated. Everyone agreed. Shino stood up and walked over and sat next to me on the piano bench. I readied myself as he cleared his throat causing me to look over at him. "You're not supposed to clear your throat you know. It fucks up your vocal chords. It's better to swallow hard. You should know that."
He raised his eyebrow at me. "Fine, I'll stop swallow hard then." He replied mockingly.
"Hey, when your throat is screwed up don't come crawling to me for something that will clear it." I snickered.
I swallowed hard once more and began to play.
Kimiko: Who shot that arrow in your throat
Who missed the crimson apple
It hung heavy on the tree above your head
This chaos
This calamity
This garden once was perfect
Give your immortaility to me
I'll set you up against the stars
Shino: Gloria
We lied
We can't go on
This is the time
And this is the place to be alive
Kimiko: Who shot that arrow in your throat
Who missed the crimson apple
And there's discord in the garden tonight
Both: The seas wine red
This is the death of beauty
The doves have died
The lovers have lied
Kimiko: I cut the arrow from your neck
Stretched you beneath the tree
Amoung the root's and baby's breath
I covered us with silver leaves
Shino: Gloria
We lied
We can't go on
This is the time
And this is the place to be alive
Kimiko: Who shot that arrow in your throat
Who missed the crimson apple
And there's discord in the garden tonight
Both: The seas wine red
This is the death of beauty
The doves have died
The lovers have lied
The seas wine red
This is the death of beauty
The doves have died
The lovers have lied
Kimiko: The seas wine red
(Gloria, we lied)
This is the death of beauty
(This is the time and place)
The doves have died
(Gloria, we lied)
The lovers have lied
(This is the time and place)
The others girls clapped playfully.
"Another masterpiece, Kimiko." Shino said smiling.
I hugged him, whispering, "Kiss ass."
He chuckled. We spent the rest of the time it took to make dinner adding other instrumentals to the song. After an hour or so Kisa called us into the dining room.
When I finished eating I excused myself, washed my dishes, and headed upstairs. It was twilight now and the garden ourside looked beautiful, with the abundance of greenery, and the still water of the koi pond. Every once in a while one of the koi would make an appearance and cause a small ripple on the water. I continued to stare at the koi pond, past sunset, when it became more like staring into darkness than anything else. At that point my gaze ended up shifting towards the sky.
Soon I became restless and walked back into my bedroom, shutting the door behind me, causing the room to become utter blackness. I found my way to the piano where I switched on the reading lamp. I shifted my attention to the Fall Out Boy calendar my parents had given me as a present for my return, bought online from the U.S. I'd already marked any important events, including the one next friday; the Halloween Dance.
I was truthfully looking forward to that day. I loved Halloween, and though we were supposedly too old for Trick or Treating, I still wanted to dress up. I went into my walk in closet and looked at all the articles of clothing, mulling over possible costumes for this year's dance.
*_*_*_*_*_*
The week passed quickly and before we knew it, it was Saturday morning. Today we'd made plans to meet with the guys and go to the mall to look for Halloween costumes.
I was sitting at my vanity staring at my new hairstyle in the mirror. Last night I'd gotten overly bored and went into my hair dye stash. Using my private bathroom, I dyed the bottom layer red, and cut the top layer to the top of my neck, leaving the bottom layer, and trimming the middle layer so that it showed a little red at the bottom.
No one had seen my new cut and color yet, so I wanted to accesorize perfectly. I'd been chewing over numerous outfits all night. Finally I put on a black dress with thick white straps and matching lining, over a red long-sleeved netting undershirt, and tight blue skinny jeans, with red and black flats.
Since it was the first day with this new hair, I decided to keep it somewhat subtle. I flipped the top part in and gave it some volume, then I just let the rest lay straight and flat, draping my shoulders. Lastly was my makeup, of course. I outlined my eyes in black eyeliner, then put sparkling red shadow on my top lid, and surrounded it with blue shadow. Then I took my black liner and drew a swirl coming off the outside of my right eye. I figured that would be enough and decided not go downstairs until completely necessary, so I sat at my piano and played whatever songs came to my head.
Third person
Gaara, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Naruto, Neji, and Kakashi walked across the backyard toward Suicidal Temptation's mansion. The sound of someone singing and playing the piano was flowing through the air around them.
"I wonder who that is." Naruto thought aloud.
"Who cares?" Sasuke asked thought the same question had been sitting in his mind.
"Why am I with you all, again?" Kakashi asked.
Neji rolled his eyes. "It's good for you to get out once in a while."
"Troublesome."
The boys finished their walk and knocked on the back door. They could tell that whoever was singing was right above them, in the middle of the three back rooms. They heard the lyrics clearly now, and it began to sink in, just as the air was penetrated with the obvious voice of Kisa shouting out, "Will someone let the guys in?! I'm still getting ready!"
Whoever was playing obviously ignored her shout and continued to play.
"Shino! You can get it! You barely take any time to get ready!" TenTen shouted out. A little while later they heard footsteps on carpet approaching and Shino opened the door.
"Hey. They're all procrastinating, and someone's too lazy to get off her damn piano bench." He snickered and led the guys inside. The music would only cease between songs for a few seconds before starting up again. The guys sat in the living room chatting while the girls slowly trickled in.
TenTen wore black pants and a red chinese top. Temari had on a long-sleeved white shirt under a black jacket and jeans. Hinata was wearing a dark blue shirt, with an open black jacket, and jeans. Kisa had black jeans, a black tank top with skulls on it, and a matching jacket. Each of them had their hair in it's normal style, and Kisa was the only one wearing makeup, which was just some eyeliner. They all asked what Kakashi was doing hanging out with them and they always got the same explaination.
"So that's Kimiko playing?" Gaara asked, when everyone except her was downstairs.
"Duh! She's our singer, you didn't recognize her voice?" TenTen asked.
Naruto shrugged. "We haven't heard any of your work."
"Well," Kisa turned to the stairs and raised her voice, "Kimiko needs to get down here before we leave without her!" Causing some of the others to let out a small laugh.
First Person
I heard Kisa shouting for me and stopped playing. I stood up, grabbed my Sidekick, iPod, and wallet, shoved them into my shoulder-strap Dickies bag, that I'd decorated with patches and pins. After shutting off any appliances, I walked downstairs, and met the others in the immediate living room.
"I'm ready." I said smiling.
"Whoa! Kimiko! What'd you do to your hair?!" Kisa asked in shock.
I laughed. "I got bored last night, so I cut and dyed it. You like?" I asked turning around to show them the back.
"You have to do my hair sometime." Kisa laughed, slightly awed.
"You have a nice voice." Gaara said suddenly.
I looked at him in shock with my eyebrow raised. "Um...thank you." I turned to the girls. "Are we going or what?"
"Yeah! Let's go!" TenTen said as she started to make her way out the door. Everyone else followed. "Who's driving with who?"
"I can drive 4 people." I suggested.
"Ooh! Me, Gaara, Kakashi, and Sasuke will be driven by Kimiko then!" Kisa said happily.
"Then everyone else can come in my Escalade." Temari said.
"Deal! Let's goooo!" Kisa shouted out happily, skipping off to the garage.
Kisa forced Kakashi into the back left seat, took the middle herself, and had Sasuke sit in the back right. Then Gaara took the passenger seat as I sat in the driver seat and got the keys from my bag. Meanwhile everyone else was finding spots in Temari's black 2007 Cadilliac Escalade.
"Kimiiiiiiiiiiiiko! Put on music! Fall Out Boy! Yeah! Put on Fall Out Boy!" Kisa shouted out, bouncing up and down in her seat.
"Would you shut it?!" I asked in exasperation. "I'm plugging in my iPod and putting it on shuffle." I said as I dug the blue Nano from my bag. I saw her nod through my rear-view mirror and plugged it in. When I started up the car Bring It (Snakes On A Plane) began to blast through the speakers.
"Turn it dooooown!" Kisa complained.
I turned to glare at her as I turned the knob to adjust the volume. Within minutes we were on the road to the mall.
"I have a question." Sasuke said suddenly.
"What?" Kisa asked happily, still bouncing up and down, dancing to the chorus.
"If Kimiko's only fifteen, why is she driving?"
I laughed. "Because I'm awesome." Kisa snickered. "I got a learner's permit early, and I'm good enough to not get stopped by the police. When my birthday comes I'm getting my license. Plus, usually when I drive there's someone with a license in the car, and I'd hate to let this beautiful car go to waste."
Kisa laughed. "Did you name it yet?"
"It's name is Ryland, so fuck you." I replied.
I suddenly became extremely aware that Gaara was sitting next to me and clutched the wheel tighter. The song changed to Behind Closed Doors by Rise Against. Kisa was singing along, and I was almost sure I heard one of the guys humming.
Next Chicago Is So Two Years Ago came on, and I let the fact that I was sitting next to a tense red-headed boy slip, and I sang my heart out.
We arrived at the mall soon afterwards. Everyone piled out of their cars and gathered in a circle in the parking lot.
"Do you guys have any good punk-ish shops here?" I asked. "I'm in serious need of knew thigh highs! And gloves, headbands, liners, shirts, and skinnys. Oh and jackets! Maybe a belt or shoes..." The guys were looking at me as if I were crazy, but the girls were used to it and let it pass.
"We have one of those freak Hot Topic stores, if that's what you mean." Naruto answered, slightly awed.
"Really?!" I squealed, looking over to Kisa, who was just as happy as me. "Me and Kisa, must go there!" She nodded in agreement.
"We'll all go then." Temari stated. "I actually would like to see if they're got any good Japanese Band Tee's."
I laughed. "Dude! If they have an ST shirt, I'm totally buying it."
"Why?" TenTen asked. "To support ourselves?"
I shrugged. "I have all our shirts. I get any ST and Fall Out Boy shirts that I see, if I don't already have it."
"Is that why you have that gigantic closet?" Kisa laughed.
I playfully glared at her. "Can we go?" I asked, becoming slightly aggravated.
"We'll lead." Sasuke deadpanned as he started to walk.
We all continued to chat until we reached the store. It looked just like one back home. I squealed with excitement when I saw it, and ran inside. You'd think that since I was so used to Japan being my home again, but walking into a Hot Topic made me feel truly home for the first time since I'd came back here.
I cetainly liked America more than Japan, just because I missed all the friends I'd made, and having my style be normal. I was even beginning to miss really being Suicidal Temptation.
A male clerk with short orange spiked hair and snakebite lip piercings looked up at me. I smiled at him and his mouth dropped open. My friends came into the store as well and we all began to browse, with the guys standing around watching us, obviously bored.
The clerk walked over to me. "H-Haruno Ki-Kimiko?" He asked, holding out a slightly trembling hand.
I felt my lips curl into a small smile. "Suicidal Temptation fan?" I asked.
He nodded vigorously. "Not to sound like some 12-year-old girl teenie bopper, but I love you guys!"
I grabbed his hand and shook it. "You must really like us, only die-hard fans would recognize me like this."
He shrugged, sporting a crimson blush from the fact that I was still holding his hand. "I found out your natural hair color is that weird blue, and even though you dye your hair black for preformance, I found some very early pictures of the band, when you didn't. Just saying; either way, you look gorgeous."
I giggled. "That's really sweet. Listen, are you the only one working?"
He nodded. "It's still too early to need that many people, and I'm a shift leader, so I can work mornings alone."
"Mind if me and my friends shop privately?" I asked.
"Oh, of course! Anything for my favorite band!" He said happily before going off to pull down the gates.
I went over to Kisa who was looking at the gloves. "Japan or America, the guys that work at Hot Topic are fucking hot."
She laughed. "You are such a freak."
"Nice flirting." Temari whispered as she walked by me on her way to the normal jeans.
I rolled my eyes and found my way over to the wall with numerous Band Tee's. The clerk walked back over to me as I was staring at them.
"Um...Kimiko..."
I turned my head to smile at him. "Yes...um...I seem to not know your name." I laughed slightly.
"It's Hisoka."
I nodded my head. "Well then, yes Hisoka?" I asked polietly.
He blushed. "J-Just call if you need anything."
I smiled brightly, turning my attention back to the wall. Scanning the shirts quickly. Suddenly I saw a white one with numerous color sketches and the words 'Fall Out Boy' on top and 'Thanks For All The Memories' on the bottom.
I sqealed again and walked to the column where that shirt was laying. It only took a few seconds to find a small, so I picked it up, unfolded it, and hugged it to my chest. "Hisoka, don't you just love Fall Out Boy?" I asked, seeing that he was still standing next to where I'd been.
"Yes, when I found out that they were your idols, I looked them up. After listening to...what was it? Dance, Dance I was hooked." He explained.
"I could just kiss you!" I giggled happily, causing him to turn beet-red. "That's the same song that made me fall in love with them! High five!" I held up my hand and he slapped it with his own.
I picked up a few other shirts, they had a lot of American Band Tee's, including; Cute Is What We Aim For, Saosin, The Academy Is..., and I even found one for The Shinobi's. Hisoka and I continued to chat the whole time and he continued to follow me when I looked at the skinny jeans, skirts, headbands, flats, various length socks, leggings, belts, eyeliners, and hair dyes. He even let me chose what CD we could listen to. I picked Cute Is What We Aim For's The Same Old Blood Rush With A New Touch. The other girls were shopping the whole time as well, so I wasn't holding anyone, except for the guys.
First Person
Kisa was browsing through the different gloves when Gaara walked over to her.
"She's flirting with that clerk." He said in disgust.
She looked at him apologetically. "Well you know, she's probably just being flirty because he's a die-hard fan."
He sighed. "Think I should have made a move already?"
Kisa shook her head. "Kimiko's...complex. She would think it's a joke."
The song The Curse of Curves began to play as they watched Kimiko follow Hisoka to the dressing rooms and he let her in.
I've got the gift of one-liners
And you've got the curse of curves
And with this gift I compose words
And the question that comes forward is
Kimiko walked out of the stall wearing; a black Cute Is What We Aim For slim fit shirt, skinny jeans, and blue flats with black zig-zags in random spots.
Are you perspiring from the irony
Or sweatin' to these lyrics
And this just in
You're a dead fit
But my wit, won't allow
Hisoka and Gaara's mouths slightly dropped open, practically in unison. Kimiko laughed at the look on Hisoka's face as she turned to go try on something else.
The insider lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
The insider lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
I want someone provacative and talkative
But it's so hard when you're shallow as a shower
And from what I've heard
"With skin you'll win"
She came back out wearing; the same jeans, a white shirt with multi-colored stripes and a skull with Saosin in pink, and outlined in other colors, below it, and pink flats with black lining and numerous colored balloons on them.
Her bone structure screams
"Touch her! Touch her!"
And she's got the curse of curves
So with the combination of my gift of one-liners
And my way
My way with words
It seems I'm too hip to keep tight lipped
And you're on the gossip team
You're making something out of nothing
And jealousy's the cousin
The cousin of greed
Gaara practically groaned when his eyes hit her. Kimiko laughed again at Hisoka's bewildered expression and walked back in to try something else on.
The insider lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
The insider lingo had me at hello
And we go where the money goes
I want someone provacative and talkative
But it's so hard when you're shallow as a shower
And from what I've heard
"With skin you'll win"
She came back out in; black skinny jeans, a white shirt with 'The Academy Is...' in grey under a picture of the band, and white flats with skulls on them.
(I want someone)
Her bone structure screams
"Touch her! Touch her!"
(I want someone)
And she's got the curse
The curse of
From what I've heard
"With skin you'll win"
"You look amazing!" Hisoka shouted out causing her to giggle.
"Damn right." Gaara muttered.
We all have teeth that can bite underneath
To where the reality grows
Yeah that's where mine go
That's where mind go
We all have teeth that can bite underneath
To where the reality grows
Yeah that's where mine go
Where the reality grows
She turned and walked back into the dressing room.
From what I've heard
"With skin you'll win"
And from what I've heard
"With skin you'll win"
I want someone provocative and talkative
But it's so hard when you're shallow as a shower
And from what I've heard
"With skin you'll win"
She emerged now in; a black shirt with 'The Shinobis' written out in various fonts, sizes, and colors, spaced randomly across the shirt, black skinny jeans, adoraned with white pinstripes, and normal black flats.
(I want someone)
Her bone structure screams
"Touch her! Touch her!"
(I want someone)
And she's got the curse
The curse of
"Perfect!" Hisoka said happily.
From what I've heard
"With skin you'll win"
"With skin you'll win"
"Skin you'll win"
"I hate today." Gaara muttered unhappily causing Kisa to sigh.
"C'mon, let's get the others and go to the foodcourt. Kimiko must be done, she's tried on half the store." Kisa said, rolling her eyes.
First Person
"I'm buying it all." I said with a smile, "And I'm wearing this out, can you ring it up even thought I'm wearing it?"
He nodded. "Sure just give me the tags."
I nodded and pulled the tags off everything, along with the size stickers, then handed them to him. I grabbed the other pairs of jeans, shirts, flats, and all the other accessories I was buying and headed up to the register.
He rung me up, and I used my debit card to pay, I don't like to charge because it just ends up as bills, plus you might as well avoid that when you've got the money from playing concert after concert.
After me, he rung up TenTen, Temari, Hinata, and even Kisa. Hisoka re-opened the store and we were about to leave when he stopped me.
"I'm sorry Kimiko, this might sound absurd, considering you're Kimiko, but I was wondering if I could have your phone number..." He asked quietly before his voice trailed off.
I smiled. "On one condition." He raised his eyebrow. "You have to give me yours." He smiled brightly and we quickly exchanged numbers before I headed off with everyone else.

Yay! I actually kinda liked that chapter. Hisoka is modled after a guy that works at my actual Hot Topic *Tee-hee* 'cept the real guy's name is John, his hair no longer looks like that, he's gay, and he has no flippin' clue who I am. No I'm not a stalker, I just go to Hot Topic a lot. Anyway, the songs were Out Through The Curtain by The Hush Sound, The Church of Hot Addiction by Cobra Starship, Wine Red by The Hush Sound, and The Curse of Curves by Cute Is What We Aim For. The car songs are said with the band names so yah. The white Fall Out Boy shirt is my attempt at explaining a real shirt that I just bought tonight. The The Academy Is..., Cute Is What We Aim For, and Saosin shirts are my attempts at recreating shirts I saw in Hot Topic tonight, and The Shinobi's one is obviously my own creation, as is mostly everything Kimiko wears xD Can't you tell I used to want to design clothes? Anyway, hope you liked it. I deno when I can get the next one out, because I write fanfictions about the members of bands (mentioned in this story) on quizilla, and I'm focusing on my Fall Out Boy and The Hush Sound stories along with this one. So hope you enjoyed. :]
