As a week went by since Sakura and her friends came back from their mission. Sakura woke up and felt a light pain in her stomach when got up. "Neji" she called.

"What?" he asked from the bathroom.

"I think it's time now." She yelled as a other pain came harder and stronger then the first one.

"What the babies were not due until next week." Replied Neji in a little panicky voice.

"Neji the babies want out now we can't stop them. Now take me to the hospital right now." Screeched Sakura.

Within ten minutes Neji and Sakura well Neji carried her with some family members behind him racing to the hospital. Within minutes, Neji was at the hospital with Sakura placing on some beds. He screamed for some help.

Within moments three doctors arrived in the room, one pushing out Neji from the room. While the other two did stats with Sakura, making her breath in and out when a contraction come and passed. Eighteen hours later, Sakura was ready to deliver the babies.

"Get Neji for me." As Sakura said with grinning teeth together from the pain.

As Neji races in, he comforts his wife, as it was a long time since he had seen her. "Come on love you can do it" he said encouraging Sakura with words.

"You try and push out a baby about the size of a watermelon from a ten centimeter hole, see how you feel!"Screeched Sakura with pain again.

"Okay Miss Hyuuga push harder please."

With Sakura pushing as hard as she can, until she heard crying stopping to catch her breath, she pushing again until a second cry fills the room yet again. Cleaning up Sakura and the babies, Neji hand had to be healed three times from Sakura grasp.

"Sorry Neji." Replied Sakura looking up at him.

"Sakura I love you." He replied lightly kissing her on the lips.

"Ahem" a voice said. Turning to the person to see Tsunade with the whole family smirking or smiling at them. Sakura blushes at them while Neji just smirk at them.

"Well can we see them?" asked Sakura mother.

At once the babies were brought to their parents. Looking down at them Sakura noticed one with pink hair and one with brown hair but didn't see their eyes yet.

"What are their names?" asked Hiashi.

"Sakura." Replied Neji looking at her.

"Well for the girl I though it can be name under Neji mother's Alananna." She whispered under her breath.

Neji look at Sakura with a shock look on his face. "Yes I do believe that can be the name. For your boy will be named under Sakura father's Haro. "He replied.

"Yes Alananna and Haro Hyuuga." Was all Sakura said.
